Consideration of women's health leads us to examine the whole scope of the political agenda so that the appropriate links can be made. Concerns with health take us far beyond the health care delivery system, and we must be mindful of the broad perspective necessary to our goal of increasing women's control over matters affecting our health. Feminism is a movement to free women from all aspects of oppression, whatever form it takes: sexism, racism, poverty, national exploitation, disability, age discrimination, or a combination of forces. Women's health is inevitably connected with women's place in society, and will not be fully addressed until women are empowered as a collective force worldwide. 相似文献
