目的探讨丙烯腈(ACN)对男工性激素水平的影响,全面评价ACN生殖危害,为保护工人及子代健康提供科学依据。方法选112名职业性接触ACN的男工为接触组,同时选择地理位置和经济条件相近的128名不接触ACN男工为对照组,用放射免疫分析法(RIA)测定其血清中睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(FSH)、卵泡刺激素(LH)和雌二醇(E2)浓度。结果接触组男工血清中T和FSH浓度明显低于对照组(P<0.05),LH和E2浓度两组之间差异无显著性。当按车间分组时,ACN浓度较低的溶剂车间的男工血清中T浓度高于其他3个车间,但差异无显著性。当接触组按个人累计外接触剂量(包括吸烟)分组时,接触组男工血清中FSH和T浓度随接触剂量增加呈下降趋势。当外接触剂量≥50g时,T浓度明显降低(P<0.05),E2浓度明显升高(P<0.05);当外接触累计剂量≥100g时,血清中FSH浓度也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ACN及其代谢产物(CEO)能诱导男工血清中FSH、T和E2水平发生改变;提示,接触ACN可能对内分泌功能和睾丸中支持细胞和间质细胞有损伤,从而可能引起性功能障碍。  相似文献

目的 探讨丙烯腈(AN)对作业男工性激素水平的影响。方法 选择71名长期接触AN的男工为接触组,选与其生活环境、经济条件、年龄相近的不接触任何毒物的男工50人为对照组,测定其血清中T、LH、FSH和E2水平。结果 接触组血清中T水平明显下降而E2明显升高,与对照组比较差异均有细胞受损,因而使男工血中T下降、E2升高,其确切机制尚需深入研究。  相似文献

目的观察经口镉染毒对大鼠血清性激素水平的影响.方法大鼠通过饮水给予镉(0、50、100和200 mg/kg),采用放射免疫分析法测定血清睾酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH).结果200 mg/kg镉染毒组大鼠睾丸脏器系数(每g体重该脏器的mg数)在第1个月和第3个月分别为10.78和8.66,高于对照组(9 98和7.45),差异有显著性(P<0.05);第6个月后差异无显著性(P>0.05).镉染毒第1个月,镉染毒组大鼠血清T、FSH、及LH水平与对照组比较,差异均无显著性(P>0.05);第3个月50、100和200 mg/kg镉染毒组睾酮水平分别为286.88、225.63和259.60 pmol/L,明显高于对照组(111.58 pmol/L),差异有显著性(P<0.05);第6个月只有200 mg/kg镉染毒组的睾酮水平(327.34 pmo/L)高于对照组236.16 pmol/L,差异有显著性(P<0.05),同时LH水平(2.53 ng/ml)与对照组(4.52 ng/ml)比较明显降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论经口镉染毒能引起大鼠血清性激素水平的变化.  相似文献

为评价锰接触对下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的影响,选择健康男工112人,其中锰接触男工58名(血锰2.13±0.95μmol/L),非接触男工54名(血锰1.49±0.59μmol/L),以放射免疫法测定其血清FSH、LH及睾酮。接触组平均血清睾酮浓度为21.94nmol/L,明显低于对照组的27.97nmol/L,而血清LH水平4.02IU/L,明显高于对照组的3.29IU/L;两组工人血清FSH含量差异无显著性,分别为5.53和5.76IU/L。提示男工接触锰后,可影响下丘脑-垂体-睾丸分泌功能,引起血清睾酮和LH浓度的改变。  相似文献

目的 探讨男性性功能康复治疗仪对儿童阴茎发育不良患儿血清睾酮(T)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平的影响,为临床治疗该病提供参考依据。方法 选取2021年1月至12月牡丹江市妇幼保健院收治的51例阴茎发育不良患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(25例)和观察组(26例)。对照组患儿采用重组人绒促性素+电磁波谱治疗仪治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上联合使用男性性功能康复治疗仪治疗,两组患儿均治疗20 d,并随访3个月。比较两组患儿治疗前后阴茎松弛长度、阴茎直径、阴茎牵伸长度、睾丸横纵径及血清T、FSH、LH水平,以及治疗前与治疗后3个月儿童少年生活质量量表(QLSCA)评分。结果 与治疗前比,治疗后两组患儿阴茎松弛长度、阴茎直径、阴茎牵伸长度、睾丸横纵径均增长,血清T、FSH、LH水平及治疗后3个月QLSCA分值均升高,且观察组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 男性性功能康复治疗仪可调节阴茎发育不良患儿性激素水平,促进阴茎的生长发育,提高患儿生活质量。  相似文献

目的观察山茱萸多糖对亚急性衰老大鼠下丘脑-腺垂体-性腺轴的影响。方法 2014年3—6月开展实验,取雄性SD大鼠40只,随机数字表法分为对照组、模型组、山茱萸多糖组、雄激素组,每组10只。采用D-半乳糖(200mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1))腹腔注射6周建立大鼠亚急性衰老模型,同时对照组、模型组每天给予生理盐水,药物组分别给予山茱萸多糖(50 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1))灌胃、雄激素(5 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1))肌肉注射6周。放射免疫(放免)法检测下丘脑促性腺激素释放激素(gonadotropin-releasing hormone,Gn RH)、卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、黄体生成素(luteotropic hormone,LH)、睾酮(testosterone,T)的含量。免疫组织化学法检测睾丸支持细胞雄激素结合蛋白(androgen binding protein,ABP)表达情况。计量资料多组间比较用方差分析,组间两两比较用LSD-t检验,P0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果山茱萸多糖组Gn RH、FSH、LH水平较模型组明显下降,T水平明显升高,ABP表达的光密度水平明显增强,对比差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论山茱萸多糖对衰老大鼠睾丸功能具有改善作用,其可能的机制与改善下丘脑-腺垂体-性腺轴的功能、增加睾丸组织ABP的表达有关。  相似文献

目的探讨血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(TSTO)水平变化对多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的临床价值。方法选取2015年1月到2016年6月期间我院收治的多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者60例作为观察组,另外选取40例具有正常生育能力的女性体检者作为对照组,采用化学发光法检测两组对象的血清FSH、LH、TSTO水平。结果两组的血清FSH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的血清LH、TSTO水平均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在接受IVF-ET治疗后,IVF-ET成功率为63.3%,失败率为36.7%。IVF-ET成功患者的血清FSH水平与IVF-ET失败患者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);IVF-ET成功患者的血清LH、TSTO水平均显著低于IVF-ET失败患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的FSH水平偏低或正常,血清中多见LH、TSTO的升高,尤其以LH升高较明显,多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的IVF-ET成功率与血清LH、TSTO水平是否接近正常水平呈正相关。  相似文献

从小鼠睾丸精母细胞染色体畸变,大鼠睾丸损伤的病理组织学以及血清睾酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH)水平几个方面研究三硝基甲苯(TNT)对雄性生殖系统的毒性。发现:TNT可引起小鼠睾丸精母细胞染色体的畸变率较高,以染色体的断裂为主,可使大鼠睾丸组织严重损伤直至萎缩。高剂量组动物血清睾酮水平下降,其它染毒组血清FSH、LH水平与对照组比较无差异,上述变化提示,TNT对睾丸的损伤可能是毒物的直接作用。  相似文献

A long-acting preparation of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) was administered to three adult male chimpanzees living in a socially integrated group. Hormonal changes and behavioral responses were monitored for 8 days. Blood serum levels of luteinizing hormone peaked at about 8 hr and returned to baseline at 48 hr. Total serum testosterone reached the highest levels of 140% above baseline at 24 hr and returned to baseline after 48 hr. Out of a wide variety of behaviors observed in detail, only one cluster of three related behaviors showed even a suggestion of response: The two measures of activity, lone travel (p<0.05) and distance traveled (p<0.1), decreased on the day of hormone administration followed by an increase on the 2 subsequent days, and idle time (p<0.1) revealed the reciprocal pattern. In view of various reports of behavioral effects of GnRH in other species, it is particularly noteworthly that parameters of sexual and agonistic behavior of male chimpanzees definitely did not change. 目的探讨铅对男性工人性激素水平的改变及其影响因素。方法选153名职业性接触铅男工为暴露组,同时选择年龄和经济条件相近,距离冶炼车间1.5km煤场中47名不接触铅男工为非铅暴露组,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定血铅,ELISA方法测定血清中睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(FSH)、卵泡刺激素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)和抑制素B水平。结果暴露组男工血铅水平为370.2μg/L,高于非暴露组221.2μg/L(P0.01);暴露组男工血清中T的平均水平为8.20μg/L,低于非暴露组9.65μg/L(P0.05);抑制素B平均水平为240.5pg/ml高于非暴露组211.1pg/ml(P0.05);黄体生成素(FSH)、卵泡刺激素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平两组间差异无显著性(P0.05)。通过Logistic回归分析,发现影响血清T水平异常变化的因素主要是年龄和铅暴露,而抑制素B水平的改变主要与铅暴露有关。结论职业性铅暴露能诱导男工血清中T和抑制素B水平的改变,提示接触铅可损伤内分泌和睾丸支持细胞功能。  相似文献

The relation between sexual function and serum free testosterone (fT) levels, which represent the active fraction of circulating testosterone, was evaluated. Two groups of impotent male subjects with mild hypogonadism were treated with oral testosterone undecanoate (TU); these men presented with tT/luteinizing hormone (LH) ratio and tT levels at the lower limits of normal. The first group had serum fT below 6.6 ng/ml, considered the lower normal value, according to our laboratory method, whereas the second group had normal fT limits. Administration of TU improved sexual function only in impotent men with low fT levels, but not in subjects with normal fT levels, even though the tT levels and the tT/LH ratio of the two groups were not significantly different. The results of our study suggest the presence of a minimun serum fT threshold, lying near the lower normal range, which determines the male sexual function. Moreover, serum fT levels were a more sensitive index than tT for identifying impotent men who can be successfully treated with androgens.  相似文献

目的探讨氟对成人下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴生殖激素水平的影响。方法选择水氟浓度为3.89mg/L的开封孙营村为调查区,另选水氟浓度小于1.0mg/L的沈李楼村作为对照区。对两区居住5年以上全部居民进行健康体检,并测定尿氟含量。随机抽取空腹静脉血150份,应用放射免疫方法测定血清促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)和雌二醇(E2)水平。结果高氟区水氟、土壤氟和粮食氟含量均高于对照区(P0.05),且高于国家标准;空气氟两地区均未检出。高氟区人均日摄氟量高于对照区(P0.05),且高于国家标准。高氟区人群尿氟含量明显高于对照区(P0.05)。高氟区男性、女性血清GnRH水平与对照区比较差异均无显著性。高氟区男性血清LH水平明显高于对照区(P0.05),女性血清LH水平与对照区比较,差异无显著性。高氟区男性血清T水平明显低于对照区(P0.05),而女性血清T水平则明显高于对照区(P0.05)。高氟区男性、女性血清E2水平与对照区比较差异均无显著性。结论氟能影响成人下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴各层面生殖激素水平,因而表现出生殖内分泌干扰作用,且对男性的影响大于女性。  相似文献

目的探讨饮水氟暴露对成年男性性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)及睾酮水平的影响。方法依据水氟检测结果,在河南省通许县随机选择3个村庄作为调查点,分别为高氟村、改水村和对照村;整群抽取调查区本地生长的18~50岁成年男性,收集空腹静脉血和晨尿。应用氟离子选择电极法测定饮用水和尿中氟的含量;用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定其血清中SHBG水平,化学发光法测定血清睾酮的含量。结果血清SHBG浓度分别为对照组47.85nmol/L,改水组31.37nmol/L,高氟组24.52nmol/L,3组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。血清睾酮水平分别为对照组3.69ng/ml,改水组4.61ng/ml,高氟组4.83ng/ml,高氟与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。高氟组血清SHBG水平与睾酮呈正相关关系(r=0.230,P=0.049),而在改水组和对照组中未观察到相关关系。结论长期氟暴露可影响成年男性血清SHBG水平和睾酮水平,并可能存在剂量-效应关系。  相似文献

为了探讨增产菊胺酯引起小鼠精了生成障碍的可能机理,本文研究了增产菊胺酯对雄性小鼠卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)及睾酮(T)的影响。小鼠经口染毒,隔天一次,连续10次,第35天处死。检验因清FSH、LH没有明显变化,而睾丸组织睾酮含量出现剂理依赖性降低,高剂量组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05),结果表明,增产菊胺酯不影响FSH、LH,而影响T的合成和分泌。这可能是增产菊胺酯对小鼠精  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Little is known about the effects of organic solvents on male reproductive health. To assess fertility and reproductive endocrine function in solvent-exposed men, we investigated time-to-pregnancy using a retrospective cohort design and cross-sectionally measured reproductive hormone concentrations in painters and millwrights compared to a reference group of carpenters. METHODS: Detailed occupational, exposure, medical, and time-to-pregnancy histories were obtained by telephone interview. Plasma luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), and testosterone concentrations were determined by immunoassay. Exposure indices, which summarized working life exposure to total solvents, chlorinated solvents, aromatic solvents, and thinners, degreasers, varnishes, and adhesives as a category were calculated from exposure histories. RESULTS: FSH concentrations increased significantly with increasing exposure indices for all solvents and for chlorinated solvents. There were no significant associations of solvent exposure indices with LH or testosterone levels. LH, FSH, and testosterone concentrations also did not differ by job title. Using Cox regression, time-to-pregnancy was non-significantly longer in the painters and millwrights than the carpenters. There was no significant association between time-to-pregnancy and any of the solvent exposure indices; however, it should be noted that some of the pregnancies occurred more than 20 years previously, potentially reducing the reliability of the retrospectively collected pregnancy and exposure data. CONCLUSIONS: The significant associations between FSH levels and solvent exposure indices suggest the potential for adverse effects of solvent exposures on reproductive function in men.  相似文献

Since decreased serum levels of testosterone (T) do not necessarily predict good outcome of testosterone treatment for erectile disorder, the purpose, of this study was to determine which men with erectile disorder and decreased serum levels might benefit from treatment. From a sample of 31 men( age = 39 years), 15 (48%) with erectile disorder and decreased serum levels of T responded well after 8 weeks of testosterone treatment (100 mg of testosterone propionate in the sustained-release form given im once a week). Good treatment outcome was associated with several variables, but only high levels of luteinizing hormone (LH) and low values of the T/LH (testosterone/LH) ratio consistently emerged as significant correlates and/or predictors of effective treatment. Levels of LH above 7.5 IU/L or the values of the T/LH ratio equal to or below 0.87 nmol/IU in patients with erectile disorder and decreased serum levels of T suggest that testosterone treatment may be effective.  相似文献

了解不同年龄段男性血清总睾酮(total testosterone,TT)和游离睾酮(calculated free testosterone,c FT)水平的变化。方法按不同年龄段将研究对象分为6个组。分别测定血清TT、性激素结合球蛋白(sex hormone binding globulin,SHBG),计算出血清c FT,分析年龄与男性血清TT和c FT水平的关系。结果不同年龄组间血清TT水平60~70岁组与30~40岁、40~50岁组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),其他各组间差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。血清c FT、SHBG水平除20~30岁、30~40岁两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),其他各组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。血清TT,SHBG与年龄呈正相关,而血清c FT与年龄呈负相关(P0.05)。结论随着年龄的增长,血清TT水平呈现微弱升高趋势,而血清c FT水平在40岁以后出现明显下降。作为中老年男性性腺功能低下诊断指标,血清c FT水平具有更好的敏感性。  相似文献

目的 探讨镉接触工人体内血清性激素水平的变化及其机制。方法 选取南方某冶炼厂镉接触工人及当地健康男性为调查对象,经空气采样测定各车间空气中镉的浓度,用原子吸收分光光度法测定尿镉,并经肌酐校正作为调查对象体内镉负荷的生物标记物;同时测定工人体内性激素水平,并进行镉接触的剂量-效应评定。结果 在控制年龄等混杂因素后,血清睾酮水平随镉接触水平的增高而呈升高趋势,其中尿镉为10.9-21.9μmol/mol肌酐及>21.9μmol/mol肌酐组的睾酮水平分别为:13.00nmol/L和11.37nmol/L,与0.0-2.2μmol/mol肌酐组的9.31nmol/L比较,差异有显著性;电解车间及尿镉>21.9μmol/mol肌酐组人的血清黄体生成素水平分别为4.11U/T和4.32U/L,显著同于对照组的2.52U/L和尿镉0.0-2.2μmol/mol肌酐组的2.64U/L。结论 镉接触能引起工人血清性激素水平的变化。  相似文献
