几种水溶性软膏剂基质的对比实验

介绍几种常用水溶性软膏基质的实验研究。并将各种软膏基质置于不同温度条件下进行考察与对比实验，以观察其稳定性。     

烧伤灵软膏药效学及毒性的实验研究

烧伤灵软膏由我院研制,为多种中草药的复方制剂,经多年临床应用,具有止痛抗炎效果好、创面无感染、愈合快、愈后不留疤痕、无刺激性、无毒性反应特点,在我院烧伤、烫伤的治疗中得到了广泛的应用,本实验拟通过药效学和毒性的实验研究,说明烧伤灵软膏对烫伤治疗的作用.     

Studies on the release of solubilized drugs from ointment bases. Part 8: The effect of emulsifiers on pharmaceutical availability of ethanolamine, diethanolamine and morpholine from emulsive ointments

The effect of addition of lanolin and Span 60 to white vaseline and of their concentration on the pharmaceutical availability of monoethanolamine , diethanolamine and morpholine was investigated. The emulsifier type and its concentration exercise an influence on constant release rates. The liberation of the investigated amines proceeds at almost the same speed as therapeutic substances within the limits from 10 to 30%. The release half life periods showed the same dependence in relation to the content of investigated substances in the ointment.     

烫伤紫油膏质量标准的研究

目的：建立烫伤紫油膏的质量控制方法。方法：采用碱提取，酸沉淀的方法提取左旋紫草素。以薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别。运用可见分光光度法进行含量测定。结果：左旋紫草素在5～25μg／ml范围内呈良好线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为100．3％，RSD=1．15％。结论：本方法简便准确，重复性好，适用于该制剂的质量控制。     

Comparison of the antiphlogistic effect of mucopolysaccharide-polysulfate ointments with heparin-containing ointments in the UV erythema test

It could be demonstrated by means of the UV erythema model that four different ointment preparations containing mucopolysaccharide polysulfate (MPS) have a marked antiinflammatory effect and inhibit the formation of erythemas to a large extent. In this trial arrangement the different preparations containing MPS were significantly superior to altogether eight commercial heparin ointments, which were tested, too. With an inhibition of 69% of the erythema induced by UV rays, Hirudoid 40000 ointment is the most effective of all preparations tested.
