目的通过员工满意度调查分析,促进医院人事管理制度完善,从而提升医院核心竞争力。方法设计员工满意度问卷调查表,采用"李克特量表"5点测量法。所得数据利用EXCEL录入,并通过SPSS 20.0软件进行数据分析及处理。结果军队A医院员工满意度水平为一般满意程度,员工总满意度均值为(3.15±1.02),医院制度管理满意度、工作回报满意度较低。结论医院应该定期地做员工满意度调查,了解影响员工满意度的因素,通过改善影响因素来提高员工满意度水平。  相似文献

目的通过对烟台市某三甲医院内科住院患者满意度地调查,了解患者在该科室就医时地感受,从医院和患者个人特征两方面分析影响患者满意度的因素,为完善管理制度、提升服务质量和提高医院竞争力提供科学的决策依据和建议。方法通过满意度问卷收集患者对各个指标满意度评分,评分方式采用李克特5级评分标准,通过序关系法确定各个指标的权重,并使用SPSS 25.0对满意度得分进行Mann-Whitney U检验、Kruskal-Wallis H检验和logistic回归分析。结果患者的总体满意度为3.994分;权重指数显示,内科患者最关心的是医疗技术和医疗效率;各指标满意度得分由高到低依次是医疗环境、医疗技术、服务态度、医疗效率、医疗费用;患者的居住地和性别也会影响就诊满意度。结论根据患者地满意度评价,认为该科室需要首先控制医疗费用,其次提高医疗效率和改善候诊秩序,并继续把医疗技术放在科室管理的核心位置,以及加强与低满意度患者群体地沟通。  相似文献

目的对二级甲等综合医院护士核心能力现状进行调查并分析影响因素,为相关部门制定有效措施提供科学依据。方法以青岛市某二甲综合医院350名临床护理人员为研究对象,采用中国注册护士核心能力量表(CIRN)进行问卷调查,应用SPSS 23.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果护士核心能力总分(136.39±36.19),均值(2.48±0.66);各维度均分由高到低依次为:伦理与法律实践能力(2.57±0.72)、领导能力(2.57±0.69)、人际关系能力(2.54±0.68)、专业发展能力(2.50±0.70)、教育与咨询能力(2.42±0.73)、临床护理能力(2.42±0.69)、评判性思维与科研能力(2.32±0.72);多元线性回归分析结果显示工作年限、所在科室与护士核心能力有明显相关性(P<0.05)。结论青岛某二甲综合医院护士核心能力处于中等水平,工作年限、年龄、所在科室是影响护士核心能力的重要因素。医院管理者应有针对性制定措施,提升护士核心能力,从而提高护理服务质量。  相似文献

目的调查规范化培训护士核心能力与心理资本现状及二者间的关系。方法应用一般资料问卷、心理资本问卷中文修订版、中国注册护士核心能力量表调查医院230名规范化培训护士。采用SPSS 24.0软件进行统计分析。结果规范化培训护士核心能力得分为(120.94±34.68)分,心理资本得分为(83.66±14.87)分。规培年级、护理专业兴趣是影响护士核心能力的影响因素;心理资本总分及各维度均与核心能力呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论规范化培训护士核心能力处于中等水平,有较大提升空间,护理管理者和教育者可从护理专业兴趣、自我效能、韧性等方面入手,进一步提高护士核心能力  相似文献

The connections between childhood gender nonconformity (assessed by the Freund Feminine Gender Identity Scale, or FGI) and adult genitoerotic role (assessed by a sex history) were examined. The core sample was a group of 106 men who had sex with other men before 1980 and who are currently enrolled in two longitudinal studies of AIDS. Although other workers have cautioned against assuming a priori that childhood gender role is inherently related to adult preferences for particular sexual acts, our data suggest that there is at least a statistical association between these two concepts. In particular, the FGI (and many of its factors and items) are significantly associated with preferences for receptive anal intercourse and, less clearly, with oral-anal contact — but not with oral-genital intercourse or insertive anal intercourse. Suggestions for AIDS prevention and safe-sex awareness are made on the basis of these findings. The data also suggest that in sex research involving homosexual men, the correct genitoerotic role distinction is not insertive vs. receptive behaviors, or even insertive vs. receptive anal intercourse, but receptive anal intercourse vs. all other behaviors.The principal support for the HNRC is provided by NIMH Center grant 5 P50 MH45294 (HIV Neurobehavioral Research Center). ABSTRACT

This research aims to investigate the effect of Montessori method on social competence and behaviors of 3.5–5 years-old-children on their emotion regulation skills. Sequential Explanatory Design, one of the mixed method designs, was used in the study. The study group of the research consisted of 55 children attending two independent preschools in Eski?ehir. Personal Information Form, Social Competence and Behavior Evaluation Inventory-Teacher and Parent Forms, Emotion Regulation Checklist and Parent Interview Forms for the Evaluation of Montessori Method have been used to collect the data. Friedman test used for data analysis. Post-hoc analysis with Wilcoxon signed-rank test and Mann-Whitney U were conducted to reveal the source of differentiation between the scores. It was determined that significant differences between Social Competence – Behavior and Emotion Regulation Skills sub-scale pretest and posttest mean scores of children in the study group. There are significant differences between the posttest scores of study and control groups.  相似文献

Abstract

Objective: The Comprehensive ICF Core Set for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is an application of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) and represents the typical spectrum of problems in functioning of People with MS (PwMS). The objective of this study was to validate this ICF Core Set from the perspective of occupational therapists (OTs). Method: In a three-round Delphi study, OTs were asked about problems and resources of PwMS, as well as environmental aspects treated by OTs. Statements were linked to the ICF and compared with the categories included in the Comprehensive ICF Core Set for MS. Results: Sixty-one OTs from 21 countries agreed on 71 categories that are included in the Comprehensive ICF Core Set for MS (19 Body Functions, 40 categories of Activities and Participation, 12 Environmental Factors). Eleven ICF categories were identified as not-yet-included ICF categories in the Comprehensive ICF Core Set for MS (6 Body Functions, 2 categories of Activities and Participation, 3 Environmental Factors). Conclusion: This study contributes to the validity of the ICF categories included in the Comprehensive ICF Core Set. It outlines which areas of functioning and health are relevant for PwMS from the perspective of OTs and consequently should be assessed.  相似文献

Can quality in preschool be enhanced through competence development simultaneously to organisational changes and financial cutbacks? The aim of this study is to develop a "Model of Competence Development” to enhance quality in preschool. The Model of Competence Development takes it's point of departure in evaluations of quality, as evaluated by the Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale1 (ECERS), and evolved in interaction with the pedagogues throughout development work. The study is divided into three parts. 1. An external evaluation of quality of 20 preschool units using the ECERS. 2. A selection of an intervention group and a control group. The intervention group takes part in a competence development work, which starts and ends with self-evaluations of quality as evaluated by the ECERS. 3. This study investigated the relationship of paralinguistic cues to impression formation and the recall of medical messages. Specifically, we examined listeners' impressions of speakers and their ability to recall an audiotaped medical message presented by a hypothetical physician. The message presented information about diagnosis, symptoms, treatment, and prognosis for either a low-serious (strep throat) or high-serious (diabetes) illness, with rate of speech and pitch variation altered by the speaker. The results indicated the presence of three impression factors: Personal Competence, Social Attractiveness, and Professional Competence. Variations in paralinguistic cues and seriousness of illness significantly influenced impressions of the speaker. However, there were few significant relationships between variations in paralanguage and recall. Implications of these findings for future research in health communication are discussed.  相似文献

Background  The measurement of health-related quality of life (HRQOL) in pediatric medicine and health services research has grown significantly over the past decade. The paradigm shift toward patient-reported outcomes (PROs) has provided the opportunity to emphasize the value and critical need for pediatric patient self-report. In order for changes in HRQOL/PRO outcomes to be meaningful over time, it is essential to demonstrate longitudinal factorial invariance. This study examined the longitudinal factor structure of the PedsQL™ 4.0 Generic Core Scales over a one-year period for child self-report ages 5–17 in 2,887 children from a statewide evaluation of the California State Children’s Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) utilizing a structural equation modeling framework. Methods  Specifying four- and five-factor measurement models, longitudinal structural equation modeling was used to compare factor structures over a one-year interval on the PedsQL™ 4.0 Generic Core Scales. Results  While the four-factor conceptually-derived measurement model for the PedsQL™ 4.0 Generic Core Scales produced an acceptable fit, the five-factor empirically-derived measurement model from the initial field test of the PedsQL™ 4.0 Generic Core Scales produced a marginally superior fit in comparison to the four-factor model. For the five-factor measurement model, the best fitting model, strict factorial invariance of the PedsQL™ 4.0 Generic Core Scales across the two measurement occasions was supported by the stability of the comparative fit index between the unconstrained and constrained models, and several additional indices of practical fit including the root mean squared error of approximation, the non-normed fit index, and the parsimony normed fit index. Conclusion  The findings support an equivalent factor structure on the PedsQL™ 4.0 Generic Core Scales over time. Based on these data, it can be concluded that over a one-year period children in our study interpreted items on the PedsQL™ 4.0 Generic Core Scales in a similar manner.
