BackgroundThe purpose of this study is to report the long-term outcomes and survivorship of a high flexion knee system.MethodsWe identified 1312 patients (1664 knees) who underwent primary total knee arthroplasty with the Vanguard Complete Knee System with 10-year minimum follow-up. Preoperative and postoperative range of motion, Knee Society scores, complications, and reoperations were evaluated.ResultsAt an average of 11.9 years of follow-up, 88 knees were revised (5.3%). The deep infection rate was 1.4%. There was an average range of motion improvement of 3.9°, pain level decreased by 35.8, Knee Society clinical scores improved by 48, and Knee Society functional scores improved by 15.1 (all P < .001). Survival was 96.4% at 10 years for aseptic causes and 95.5% for all causes.ConclusionAt a 10-year minimum follow-up, this high flexion knee system demonstrates excellent survivorship.  相似文献

BackgroundMetal-on-metal (MoM) revisions have shown high rates of complications from aseptic loosening, deep infection, and dislocation. The purpose of this study is to report on outcomes and complications of a large consecutive series of patients who were revised for failed MoM total hip arthroplasty (THA).MethodsWe evaluated 188 patients (203 hips) who underwent revisions of failed MoM THA. Mean age at the revision was 60 years old. Gender was female in 112 hips (55%) and male in 91 hips (45%). Mean interval to failure after primary THA was 4.9 years (range, 0-18 years). The acetabular component was revised in 183 cases (92%). Clinical outcomes assessed included pain score and Harris hip score.ResultsMean follow-up from revision was 4.2 years. Harris hip score improved from 53.6 pre-revision to 73.5 at most recent follow-up (P < .001). Pain level significantly improved from 17.2 pre-revision to 32.8 post-revision (P < .001). Reoperations occurred in 28 (14%) hips. Re-revision was required in 16 hips (7.9%). The most common reasons for re-revision were aseptic loosening (5), dislocation (3), infection (2), and iliopsoas tendonitis (2). Re-revision was significantly higher in cases of pseudotumor. There was no difference in survival with ultraporous cups. Three hips required re-revision to custom triflange components. All-cause survival was 90.5% at 4.2 years. Metal ion levels significantly declined after revision.ConclusionRevisions of failed MoM THA showed improvements in clinical outcomes, but present significant surgical challenges and complications especially in cases with soft tissue damage and pseudotumor.  相似文献

BackgroundManagement of an infected total hip arthroplasty (THA) is challenging. The eradication of infection as well as complications of component removal must all be considered. This study is an update on previous reports of treating periprosthetic infection of the hip with a partial 2-stage exchange with retention of the femoral component.MethodsA retrospective review of our practice’s arthroplasty registry from 2000 to 2018 revealed 41 hips with 2-year minimum follow-up that were treated with a 2-stage partial exchange for an infected THA. All first-stage procedures allowed an articulating construct with 1 of 3 variations: cemented constrained liner (13 hips), StageOne Hip Cement Spacer Mold (14 hips), or an antibiotic polymethylmethacrylate head molded from a bulb syringe (14 hips). Of 41 cases, 34 were culture positive, with 3 cases having methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus.ResultsMean follow-up was 5.5 years (range, 1.5-18.5 years). The second-stage reimplantation was accomplished in 39 of the 41 hips (95%) at a mean interval of 9.2 weeks (range, 5-9 weeks). Two patients underwent repeat radical debridement with removal of all components before reimplantation for persistent clinical evidence of infection. Thirty-three of the 41 hips (81%) were infection free at most recent follow-up. The mean postoperative Harris hip score at most recent evaluation was 63.6 (range, 24-100).ConclusionEradication of periprosthetic joint infections, while minimizing patient morbidity, continues to be a challenge. Partial 2-stage exchange may be considered in cases where removal of a well-fixed femoral component may result in significant bony destruction.  相似文献

BackgroundThe self-reported use of cannabis has increased since its recent legalization in several states. The primary purpose of this study is to report total knee arthroplasty (TKA) outcomes in patients using cannabis.MethodsSeventy-one patients who underwent a primary unilateral TKA with minimum 1-year follow-up, who self-reported cannabis use, were retrospectively reviewed. The study period was from January 2014 to February 2018 at a single institution. Patients with a history of opioid consumption, alcohol abuse, tobacco, or illicit drug use were excluded. A matched control was conducted based on age, body mass index, gender, smoking status, and insurance type (surrogate of socioeconomic status) in patients with a unilateral TKA who did not report cannabis use. Outcome measures included Knee Society Scores (KSS), range of motion, Veterans RAND-12 mental and physical component scores. No preoperative differences were noted with these measures. Postoperative complications were recorded and reported.ResultsNo difference in length of stay was noted between the users (46.9 hours ± 15.7) and nonusers (49.3 hours ± 20.4) (P = .464). In-hospital total morphine equivalents did not differ between the 2 groups (user = 137 ± 104 mg, nonuser = 146 ± 117 mg, P = .634). Postoperative range of motion did not differ between users (128.4° ± 10.4°) and nonusers (126.9° ± 7.5°) (P = .346). No mean differences in follow-up KSS (user = 180.1 ± 24.9, nonuser = 172.0 ± 33.9, P = .106) or total change (user = 61.7 ± 32.8, nonuser = 62.7 ± 30.7, P = .852) in KSS were noted. Likewise, no significant mean differences in Veterans RAND-12 (mental component scores: user = 54.8 ± 9.3, nonuser = 55.9 ± 8.79, P = .472; physical component scores: user = 48.3 ± 9.9, nonuser = 45.8 ± 10.1, P = .145) scores were demonstrated. There were no differences in readmissions (user = 5, nonuser = 4, P = .730) or reoperations (user = 5, nonuser = 2, P = .238).ConclusionCannabis use does not appear to influence (adverse or beneficial) short-term outcomes in patients undergoing a primary TKA. Further studies are warranted to determine the efficacy and safety of cannabis as a constituent of multimodal pain management following TKA before endorsements can be made by orthopedic surgeons.  相似文献

BackgroundThe reconstruction of severe bone loss utilizing porous tantalum cones in patients undergoing revision total knee arthroplasty (TKA) has been established in the last years. However, reports on a long-term follow-up to assess the durability of such implants when combined with hinged knee designs are lacking. The current study aimed to evaluate the results of a previous study cohort at a minimum follow-up of 10 years.MethodsA retrospective review was performed. The initial study cohort comprised of 38 patients who underwent aseptic revision TKA between 2007 and 2009 at a single institution. After exclusion of the deceased patients and patients who were lost to follow-up, 25 patients with hinged knees and 32 cones implanted were included with a minimum follow-up of 10 years (mean = 126.5 months, range 120-142, standard deviation [SD] = 5.92). Survivorship was determined, and re-revisions were observed. Functional Knee Society Score was assessed.ResultsAfter a minimum of 10 years, 24 of 32 cones (75%) had survived without any exchange in 18 patients. Reasons for cone revision included aseptic loosening (5/32 cones; 15.6%) and periprosthetic joint infection (3/32 cones; 9.4%). In 4 of the five revisions due to aseptic loosening, pure hinged knees had been implanted. The mean functional Knee Society Score of the survivors was 69.6 points (range 10-100, SD = 30.85), and the average flexion ability of the knee was 92° (range 30°-120°, SD = 22.09).ConclusionPorous tantalum cones in revision TKA exhibited no favorable but reasonable long-term durability. Rotating-hinge designs should be used whenever possible to reduce the risk of aseptic loosening. Further comparative long-term analyses with other techniques or implants could inform us about the best treatment method.  相似文献

BackgroundModular femoral trunnions enable the surgeon to independently adjust offset, leg length, and anteversion in total hip arthroplasty (THA). However, modularity may result in an increased risk of fretting and corrosion along with a higher risk of implant dissociation or fracture. The purpose of this study is to evaluate mid-term survivorship of THAs using a cementless modular system.MethodsA consecutive series of 221 patients who underwent a primary THA using the ALFA II modular stem by a single surgeon between 2002 and 2004 were reviewed. Survivorship of the ALFA II modular hip system was evaluated at a minimum of 5 years postoperatively.ResultsOf the 221 patients, 28 (12.7%) died from causes unrelated to the surgery before adequate follow-up, and 64 (29.0%) patients were lost to follow-up. The remaining 129 patients had a mean 6.5-year (range: 5-8 years) follow-up. All-cause survivorship of the modular stem system was 81% (95% confidence interval = 69-90) at a mean 6.5-year follow-up. Of the 25 (19.4%) cases requiring revision surgery, 52.0% was for dissociation of the modular components, 32.0% was for fracture of the prosthesis, 12.0% was for instability/multiple dislocations, and 4.0% was for chronic septic THA. Body mass index (odds ratio = 1.080) and offset (odds ratio = 1.254) were independent risk factors for mechanical failures of the modular stem system.ConclusionThe modular stem hip system of interest in this study demonstrates a high failure rate at mid-term follow-up, and we caution against the use of similar designs in primary THAs.  相似文献

BackgroundUnicondylar knee arthroplasty (UKA) has superior functional outcomes compared to total knee arthroplasty (TKA) with good mid-term and long-term survival data from high-volume institutions. We sought to quantify the risk of complications, re-operation/revision, hospital re-admission for any reason, and mortality of knee arthroplasty patients in the US patient population using 2 large databases.MethodsUKA and TKA patients who were identified in the 2002-2011, 5% sample of Medicare data and 2004-2012 (June) MarketScan Commercial and Medicare Supplemental Databases were followed to evaluate the risk of complications, hospital re-admission for any reason, and mortality within 90 days of surgery. Survival probability defined by re-operation was calculated using the Kaplan-Meier method at 0.5, 2, 5, 7, and up to 10 years post-operatively.ResultsCompared to UKA, complication rates for TKA patients were significantly higher, including wound complication, pulmonary embolism, stiffness, peri-prosthetic joint infection, myocardial infarction, re-admission, and death. Age was found to be a significant risk factor (P < .05) for all complications in the Medicare cohort, except stiffness (P = .839), and all complications in the MarketScan cohort, except re-admission (P = .418), whereas gender had a variable effect on complications based on age. Survivorship of UKA was lower than TKA at all time points. Additionally, younger age adversely affected implant survival. By 7 years post-surgery, UKA survivorship in the Medicare and MarketScan cohorts was 80.9% and 74.4%, respectively. In contrast, TKA survivorship for the same cohorts was 95.7% and 91.9% by the same time point.ConclusionPatients undergoing UKA have fewer post-operative complications and re-admissions than those undergoing TKA. However, patients undergoing UKA have a higher rate of re-operation and revision at up to 10 years of follow-up. It appears that age, as well as surgeon and hospital volume significantly impacts implant survivorship while gender does not have a relation.Level of EvidenceLevel III.  相似文献

BackgroundBone quality and other preoperative predictive factors may affect implant migration and the survival of knee arthroplasty.MethodsIn a prospective cohort of 100 consecutive patients (65 women) at a mean age of 67.7 years (range 39-87 years), we investigated preoperative predictors of postoperative tibial component migration in cemented and cementless total knee arthroplasties or cemented unicompartmental knee arthroplasty. Predictors consisted of Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS) and Oxford Knee Score, questionnaires, bone turnover markers of CTX and P1NP, systemic bone mineral density (BMD), and knee osteoarthritis (OA) grade. Tibial component migration was measured with radiostereometry postoperative, at 1 and 2 years of follow-up.ResultsBetween 1 and 2 years, 19 tibial components migrated continuously (maximum total point motion [MTPM] > 0.2 mm). In general, there was no difference in age, body mass index, BMD, KOOSs, or OA grade between patients with continuous tibial migration compared to patients without continuous migration (P > .11). However, cementless tibial components with continuous migration had a lower KOOS pain score (more pain), lower vitamin D, and a higher bone turnover (CTX) value than patients without continuous migration. There was no association between the BMD and MTPM at 1-year follow-up regardless of prothesis type (P > .17). Patients with osteoporosis and normal BMD had similar mean tibial component MTPM at 2 years (3 prostheses combined; P = .34).ConclusionMigration of tibial components inserted with or without bone cement was not affected by the preoperative bone quality in terms of systemic BMD, bone turnover markers, and OA grade in the knee.  相似文献

BackgroundTotal knee arthroplasty (TKA) numbers are increasing worldwide. While cement fixation for both femoral and tibial components is commonly used, alternatives include hybrid and uncemented TKAs. This study aimed to evaluate survivorship, revision rates, and patient-reported outcomes for cemented, hybrid, and uncemented TKAs using New Zealand Joint Registry (NZJR) data.MethodsNZJR data relating to all TKAs performed during the 19 years up to the end of December 2017 were analyzed. Outcomes were assessed using prosthesis survivorship data (including reasons for revision) and Oxford scores at 6 months, 5 years, and 10 years postoperatively.ResultsA total 96,519 primary TKAs were performed during the period examined. Most (91.5%) were fully cemented with 4.8% hybrid and 3.7% uncemented. Mean Oxford scores at 6 months were highest in cemented and lowest in uncemented TKAs (P < .001). However, this was not clinically significant. There was no difference at 5 or 10 years. Ten-year survival rates were 97%, 94.5%, and 95.8% for cemented, uncemented, and hybrid TKAs, respectively. Revision rates were 0.47, 0.74, and 0.52 per 100 component years for cemented, uncemented, and hybrid prostheses, respectively. The revision rate for uncemented prostheses compared with cemented was higher (P < .001). When stratified by age group, there were differences in survival rates between cemented and uncemented groups (P = .001) and hybrid and uncemented groups (P = .038) in patients aged <55 years; between cemented and uncemented groups in those aged 55-64 years (P = .031); and between cemented and hybrid groups in those aged >75 years (P = .004).ConclusionUncemented TKAs had similar patient-reported outcomes but higher revision rates and worse survivorship compared with hybrid or fully cemented TKAs.  相似文献

BackgroundThere is a paucity of data on the incidence of stiffness and need for subsequent manipulation under anesthesia (MUA) and reoperation following same-day bilateral total knee arthroplasty (BTKA). We compared the rates of at least 1 MUA, bilateral knee involvement, single and multiple MUA rates, and stiffness-related reoperation rates between patients undergoing same-day, same-admission staged, and staged within 1 year BTKA in a tertiary institution.MethodsWe analyzed institutional data for 3175 same-day (group A), 153 same-admission staged (group B), and 1226 staged within 1 year BTKA patients (group C) from 1998 to 2009. Several variables, including patient demographics, comorbidity profile, Charlson-Deyo index, and range of motion at different time points, were tabulated. Follow-up was minimum 1 year after first MUA. Univariate analyses were performed using the Wilcoxon rank-sum or Kruskal-Wallis test, and Fisher exact or the chi-square test for continuous and categorical variables, respectively. The Cochran-Armitage trend test was used to check the bilateral knee involvement rate across groups.ResultsOverall, 2.2% (98/4554) of BTKA patients required MUA. The rate of at least 1 MUA was similar across groups but the percentage of bilateral knee involvement was higher in group A. The single MUA rate was comparable among groups. Both no revision and revision reoperation rates were similar among the manipulated groups.ConclusionSame-day BTKA was not associated with increased incidence of single or multiple MUA and stiffness-related reoperation rates. These findings may facilitate preoperative counseling in patients with symptomatic bilateral knee disease, eligible for same-day BTKA.  相似文献

BackgroundProposed aims of patient-specific instrumentation (PSI) for total knee arthroplasty (TKA) are to improve accuracy of component alignment, while reducing blood loss and surgical time. The primary goal of this prospective, randomized, controlled, clinical trial is to verify whether PSI improves the rotational alignment of the femoral component in comparison to conventionally implanted TKA.MethodsOne-hundred thirty-three consecutive patients were assessed for eligibility. Block randomization was performed to allocated patients in the treatment (PSI) or control group. During hospital stay, surgical times were recorded, and total blood volume loss and estimated red blood cell were calculated. Two months after surgery, a computed tomography of the knee was obtained to measure femoral component rotation to the transepicondylar axis and tibial component slope.ResultsSixty-nine patients were enrolled. PSI did neither result in a significant improvement in femoral component rotation nor result in a reduction of outliers, as compared with conventional instrumentation.No significant improvement in terms of tibial slope, blood loss, total surgical time, and ischemia time could be identified. The number of tibial recuts required in the PSI group was significantly higher than in the control group (P = .0003).ConclusionPSI does not improve the accuracy of femoral component rotation in TKA in comparison to conventional instrumentation. Moreover, PSI did not appear to influence any of the other variables investigated as secondary goals by this study. BackgroundPatients between 45 and 54 years old will be the fastest-growing cohort seeking total knee arthroplasty (TKA) over the next 15 years. The purpose of this investigation is to determine the clinical outcomes of TKA in patients less than 50 years old at a minimum of 10 years. We hypothesized that this patient population would have a high rate of survivorship that is similar to that of older patients.MethodsWe reviewed 298 consecutive TKAs on 242 patients at a minimum of 10 years postoperatively. Twenty patients died and 30 TKAs were lost to follow-up leaving 248 TKAs in 202 patients (91 male, 111 female) with a mean age of 45.7 years (range, 26-49) at the time of surgery. Patient-reported outcomes, survivorship, causes of reoperation, and initial postoperative radiographic parameters were collected.ResultsAt a mean of 13.0 years, there were 9 revisions for tibial loosening (3.6%), 8 for deep infection (3.2%), 7 for polyethylene wear (2.8%), and 3 for failed ingrowth of a cementless femoral component (1.2%). Kaplan-Meier analysis demonstrated 92.0% survivorship with failures defined as aseptic component revision and 83.9% survivorship for all-cause reoperation at 13 years. Patients with tibial alignment of 4° or more of varus or 10° or more of posterior slope were found to have increased rate of failure.ConclusionWhile overall durability was good in this young patient population, tibial fixation and deep infection were relatively common causes of failure. In addition, increased tibial varus and slope were found to increase the rate of failure. Furthermore, the nearly 3% risk of revision for wear suggests that the use of more wear-resistant bearing surfaces may reduce the risk of failure in this patient population.  相似文献

BackgroundNearly 20% of the US adult population lives with mental illness, and less than 50% of these receive treatment. Preoperative mental health may affect postoperative outcomes in patients undergoing total joint arthroplasty (TJA), yet is rarely addressed; poor outcomes increase the cost of care and burden on the healthcare system. This study examines the influence of patients with psychiatric diagnosis (PD) and taking psychotropic medication (PM) on emergency room visits, readmissions, and discharge disposition following TJA.MethodsSingle institution retrospective analysis of a consecutive series of 3020 primary TJA performed between January 2017 and June 2018. Chi-squared, t-tests, and analysis of variance were used to quantify differences between groups.ResultsNine hundred seventy-six (32.3%) patients had a PD, most had depression (10.1%), anxiety (8.6%), or both (8.4%); 808 (26.8%) patients were on PM. Patients with PD were more likely to experience emergency room visits (6.3% vs 10.0%, P = .034) and skilled nursing facility discharge (11.6% vs 17.9%, P = .005). Patients taking PM were more likely to experience skilled nursing facility discharge (12.4 vs 17.1, P = .047); those taking >2 PM had the highest rate (21.6%).ConclusionPatients with PD on or off PM may experience increased healthcare utilization in the postoperative period. Increased patient education and support may reduce these discrepancies. PD is not a deterrent for TJA, but targeted interventions should be developed to provide additional support where needed and avoid unnecessary utilization of resources.  相似文献

BackgroundPeriprosthetic joint infection (PJI) is the leading cause of early revisions after total knee arthroplasty. Debridement, antibiotics, and implant retention (DAIR) procedures are often the initial treatment for PJI. However, there is concern that failed DAIR undermines the future success of revision procedures. This study aims to investigate the impact of DAIR on the success of subsequent staged revisions for PJI.MethodsA multicenter retrospective review was performed over a 15-year period. Treatment success was defined as implant retention without the use of long-term suppressive antibiotics. This was compared between patients who underwent a staged revision as the first procedure for PJI (staged-only) and patients who failed DAIR before staged revision (F-DAIR). Competing risk survival analysis was performed to compare the 2 groups and considered for patient demographics, American Society of Anesthesiologists score, organism type, body mass index, age of prosthesis, and duration of symptoms.ResultsOf 291 eligible patients, 63 underwent staged revision and 228 underwent DAIR as the first procedure for PJI. Of the 228 DAIR patients, 75 failed DAIR and underwent subsequent staged revision (F-DAIR). At mean follow-up of 6.2 years, the success rate was 72% in the F-DAIR group and 81% in the staged-only group. On survival analysis, there was no significant difference in subdistribution hazard ratio comparing the probability of failure (implant retention) in the 2 treatments groups (subdistribution hazard ratio = 0.72; 95% confidence interval 0.32-1.61; P = .42).ConclusionThis study suggested that a previously failed DAIR does not compromise the success rate of a subsequent staged revision.  相似文献

BackgroundPatellofemoral osteoarthritis affects 10% of patients older than 40 years and is commonly treated by patellofemoral joint arthroplasty (PFA) or a total knee arthroplasty (TKA). PFA is a more conservative approach with documented faster recovery. No study to date has compared both approaches with respect to patient-reported outcome measures in patients younger than 60 years.MethodsA retrospective case-matched cohort based on age, sex, body mass index, and side of 23 PFAs (in 19 patients) operated on by 2 surgeons and of 23 TKAs (23 patients) operated on by 6 surgeons was included in the study. All patients were younger than 55 years and operated on between March 2010 and September 2015. The Western Ontario and McMaster Osteoarthritic Index, Knee injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome scores, Tegner, and University of California, Los Angeles activity scores were compared between preoperative and minimum 2-year postoperative timepoints between groups.ResultsTKA and PFA were comparable on all patient-reported outcome measures at minimum 2-year follow-up; however, PFA patients exhibited statistically significantly larger improvement between 1 year postoperative and 2 years postoperative timepoints (P < .05). All patients improved between preoperative and postoperative timepoints (P < .05).ConclusionAlthough TKA performed better with respect to functional outcomes at the 1-year mark, at 2-year follow-up, PFA and TKA performed equally well. Our results allow us to conclude that in younger patients with isolated patellofemoral osteoarthritis who desire a more conservative, kinematic-preserving approach, PFA continues to be a practical treatment option yielding early outcomes that compare favorably with TKA.  相似文献

BackgroundThe primary aim of this study is to identify independent preoperative predictors of outcome and patient satisfaction for the second total knee arthroplasty (TKA).MethodsA retrospective cohort of 454 patients undergoing an asynchronous (6 weeks or more apart) bilateral primary TKA were identified from an arthroplasty database. Patient demographics, comorbidities, Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC), and Short Form-12 scores were collected preoperatively and 1 year postoperatively. Overall patient satisfaction was assessed at 1 year.ResultsThe 1 year WOMAC pain score (P = .01), and improvement in WOMAC pain (P < .001) and functional (P = .002) scores were significantly lower for the second TKA. Worse preoperative WOMAC pain, function, and stiffness scores were demonstrated to be independent predictors of improvement in the WOMAC pain, function, and stiffness scores, respectively, for both the first and second TKA. The overall rate of satisfaction with the first TKA was 94.0% and 94.7% for the second TKA (P = .67). The rate of satisfaction for the second TKA was 77.8% for patients that were dissatisfied with their first TKA, which was an independent predictor of dissatisfaction (P = .02).ConclusionImprovement in pain and function is less with the second TKA, but the satisfaction rate remains similar. There are common independent predictors for change in the WOMAC score for the first and second TKA; however, the predictors of satisfaction were different with no common factors. BackgroundAdductor canal block (ACB) may preserve muscle strength and promote faster recovery than other methods of analgesia following total knee arthroplasty (TKA). However, there are contradictory reports on the efficacy of ACB. Here, we evaluated the efficacy of single-shot ACB combined with posterior capsular infiltration (PCI) vs multimodal periarticular infiltration analgesia in treating postoperative pain.MethodsThis study involved patients undergoing unilateral primary TKA at our institution from January 2018 to January 2019. Patients were randomized into 2 groups, one of which was treated with ACB combined with PCI, and the other with periarticular infiltration analgesia. Primary outcomes included postoperative pain as assessed by the visual analog scale (VAS) and consumption of morphine hydrochloride. The secondary outcome was functional recovery, as assessed by range of knee motion, quadriceps strength, and daily ambulation distance. Tertiary outcomes included the duration of hospital stay and postoperative adverse effects.ResultsPatients treated with ACB and PCI had lower resting VAS scores at 8 and 24 hours after surgery, and lower VAS scores during motion within 48 hours after surgery. Patients treated with ACB and PCI also consumed less morphine. There was no difference in functional recovery, duration of hospitalization, or incidence of adverse events.ConclusionThe ACB combined with PCI can reduce postoperative pain sooner after TKA without affecting postoperative functional recovery and increasing complications.  相似文献
