Knee injury is a potential (depending on type and grade) risk factor for knee osteoarthritis and, thus, a contributing factor for the occupational disease knee osteoarthritis. We performed a systematic literature review and a meta-analysis. For some injury types, we identified a significant risk for development of a posttraumatic knee osteoarthritis: patella fracture [odds ratio (OR) 1.2], tibia head fracture (OR 1.5), patella dislocation (OR 1.6), anterior cruciate ligament injury with concomitant meniscus injury (OR 2.5), menisectomy (OR 1.8). No study confirmed the correlation between other injury types (posterior cruciate ligament injury, supracondylar fracture, femur or tibial fracture). However, these types of injuries can also be risk factors for the knee osteoarthritis according to the expert opinion. Thus, such injuries are a factor for the occupational disease knee osteoarthritis. 相似文献

In this study we examined the relationship between posttrauma pathology and the level of articulation (complexity) in rape narratives recounted by victims shortly after the assault. Degree of articulation was operationalized as the reading level of the narratives as determined by a computer program. Shortly after the trauma, reading level was correlated with severity of anxiety but not with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms. Degree of the narrative articulation shortly after the trauma, however, was related to severity of later PTSD. These results are consistent with the hypothesis that the less developed trauma narratives hinder recovery from trauma. 相似文献
