急性毒性实验:一次性灌胃天山雪莲培养物后,小鼠最大耐受量相当于311.52g/kg生药量。大鼠长期毒性实验结果表明天山雪莲培养物没有明显毒性。给药组与对照组结果均无明显差异(P≥0.05)。结果提示天山雪莲培养物在本实验条件下对小鼠和大鼠均无明显的毒性反应。  相似文献

目的:考查天山雪莲培养物对小鼠辐射损伤的保护作用。方法:经口给予小鼠不同剂量的以天山雪莲培养物为主要成分的雪神胶囊30d后,对各组小鼠以60Co-γ射线一次性照射,比较照射后小鼠外周血白细胞数、骨髓细胞微核率、血中超氧化物歧化酶活性及体重等指标与对照组的差异。结果:与对照组比较1,·2 g/kg BW组(即48mg/kg BW天山雪莲培养物)能够极显著提高辐射后第3天辐射损害模型小鼠外周血白细胞数(P<0·01),显著提高辐照后第14天辐射损害模型小鼠外周血白细胞数(P<0·05),显著降低辐射损害模型小鼠骨髓细胞微核率(P<0·05),显著提高辐射损害模型小鼠血中超氧化物歧化酶活性(P<0·05)。结论:天山雪莲培养物对辐射损伤具有较好的保护功能,且对试验小鼠体重增长无不良影响。  相似文献

目的 研究毛木耳多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响.方法 经口给予小鼠毛木耳多糖100,200和300 mg/kg 30d后,测定小鼠溶血素抗体生成、碳粒廓清、迟发型超敏反应、脾淋巴细胞增殖能力和NK细胞活性.结果 毛木耳多糖在中剂量(200 mg/kg)和高剂量(300 mg/kg)下能明显提高小鼠溶血素抗体生成能力、碳粒廓清能力、迟发型超敏反应、脾淋巴细胞增殖能力和NK细胞活性,毛木耳多糖在低剂量(100 mg/kg)下能明显提高小鼠溶血素抗体生成能力和迟发型超敏反应.结论 毛木耳多糖能从多个方面提高小鼠的免疫功能.  相似文献

白术丙酮提取物300mg/kg十二指肠给药对幽门结扎大鼠胃液分泌量有抑制作用,升高胃液pH值,降低胃液酸度,减少胃酸及胃蛋白酶的排出量,对胃蛋白酶活性有抑制倾向;经口灌胃给药,500mg/kg对盐酸—乙醇所致大鼠胃粘膜损伤有防治作用;150mg/kg抑制大鼠胃排空;25mg/kg对小肠输送功能有促进作用。  相似文献

目的 :研究金诃甘露药浴颗粒皮下注射 (Sc)给药的免疫调节作用。方法 :金诃甘露药浴颗粒 5 0 0 m g/kg、2 5 0 mg/ kg以及 12 5 mg/ kg三个剂量连续 Sc给药 7d后 ,尾静脉注射刚果红溶液观察该药对小鼠刚果红吞噬功能的作用和对小鼠免疫功能低下的改善作用 ;1%二硝基氟苯溶液 5 0μl涂布于小鼠腹部去毛处致敏 ,致敏后第 5天用 1%二硝基氟苯 10μl涂右耳耳郭两面进行攻击后观察该药对小鼠迟发型超敏反应的调节作用。结果 :金诃甘露药浴颗粒对小鼠刚果红吞噬功能具有明显的增强作用 (P <0 .0 1) ;对环磷酰胺致小鼠免疫功能低下和迟发型超敏反应具有明显的改善和调节作用 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :金诃甘露药浴颗粒具有显著的免疫调节作用  相似文献

目的研究锁阳Part Ⅲ对环磷酰胺致免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响.方法用环磷酰胺(CTX,100 mg/kg)腹腔注射制备小鼠免疫低下模型,给药组和阳性对照人参皂苷(TSPG)组剂量均为300 mg/kg·d,空白对照组和缺氧模型组给予同体积的蒸馏水,灌胃给药,共7 d.分别从外周血象、免疫器官指数、巨噬细胞吞噬功能和血清溶血素水平等方面进行评价.结果锁阳水提物Part Ⅲ可使CTX免疫抑制小鼠的免疫器官指数、巨噬细胞吞噬功能和血清溶血素水平不同程度的升高.结论锁阳水提物Part Ⅲ能够增强CTX免疫抑制小鼠的非特异性和特异性免疫功能,对免疫失衡机体具有一定的保护作用.  相似文献

目的:探究车前子胶对免疫功能低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:用腹腔注射环磷酰胺注射液造成免疫功能低下小鼠模型,以车前子胶高、中、低剂量(900 mg/kg、300 mg/kg、100 mg/kg)灌胃给药21 d,通过检测小鼠校正碳粒廓清指数、足趾厚度差、体重增长率、脾脏指数、胸腺指数和半数溶血值等指标,观察其对免疫功能的影响。结果:车前子胶可以显著提高小鼠迟发型变态反应强度,可使免疫功能低下小鼠的溶血素水平显著升高,明显增强小鼠碳粒廓清功能,且对体重、脾指数和胸腺指数均有增加的作用。结论:车前子胶具有一定的增强免疫功能的作用。  相似文献

目的探讨刺薏复方提取物(简称CYJN)对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法采用最大给药量的测定法、腹腔注射环磷酰胺复制免疫低下模型小鼠及免疫器官重量、碳粒廓清、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、血清中抗体水平、抗体形成细胞测定法、迟发型超敏反应测定法和脾细胞增殖测定法。结果急性毒性试验结果显示,CYJN内容物以最大给药量12 g/kg灌胃给药,小鼠未见死亡;CYJN内容物能显著提高模型小鼠的脾指数、增强碳粒廓清和巨噬细胞对鸡血红细胞的吞噬率;能显著提高模型小鼠的血清中溶血素和抗体形成细胞的水平;能显著增加模型小鼠脾细胞增殖,但对迟发型超敏反应无显著影响。结论刺薏复方保健胶囊具有增强小鼠免疫力的作用。  相似文献

目的:应用菟丝子有效成分金丝桃苷对小鼠免疫功能的影响进行了体内外研究。方法:一定浓度的菟丝子金丝桃苷经体内和体外作用一定时间后,分别测定小鼠脾T、B淋巴细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞的功能变化。结果:金丝桃苷体内剂量在300mg/kg和150mg/kg时对小鼠胸腺指数及脾T、B淋巴细胞增殖和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能具有明显的抑制作用。而浓度在50mg/kg时对小鼠脾脏T、B淋巴细胞的增殖和腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能具有明显的增强作用。另外,金丝桃苷体外剂量在100-6.25μg/ml时能显著增强脾T、B淋巴细胞的增殖和促进T淋巴细胞产生IL-2的能力,同时也能增强腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能和释放NO的能力。结论:一定浓度的菟丝子金丝桃苷在体内外具有增强免疫功能的作用。  相似文献

目的:观察抗癌灵胶囊对小鼠肉瘤S-180、艾氏腹水癌的抑制作用,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法:采用S180瘤株、艾氏腹水癌,用昆明种小鼠建立模型,抗癌灵胶囊(10.0mg/kg、30.0mg/kg、90.0mg/kg)三个剂量组灌胃给药,观察该药对小鼠肿瘤的抑制作用。结果:抗癌灵胶囊(10.0mg/kg、30.0mg/kg、90.0mg/kg)连续8天灌胃给药对小鼠S-180肉瘤的生长有明显抑制作用,抑瘤率三剂量分别为44.21%、47.94%、49.17%;对艾氏腹水瘤小鼠生存天数亦有明显延长作用,生命延长率三剂量分别为36.19%、33.93%、46.40%。结论:说明本药有一定抑瘤作用。  相似文献

The immunomodulatory activities of an Indian Ayurvedic medicinal preparation, i.e. extracts from Ashwagandha, Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal (Solanaceae), namely WST and WS2, were studied in mice for immune inflammation: active paw anaphylaxis and delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH). Immunomodulatory effect was assessed in If IgE-mediated anaphylaxis as reduction of ovalbumin-induced paw edema, in animals treated with WS2 at doses of 150 and 300 mg/kg, and the results were compared with the standard drug disodium chromoglycate. In the DTH model, the modulatory effect was assessed as potentiation or suppression of the reaction, revealing an increase or decrease in mean foot pad thickness, respectively. Potentiation of the DTH reaction was observed in animals treated with cyclophosphamide at a dose of 20 mg/kg, WST at a dose of 1000 mg/kg and WS2 at a dose of 300 mg/kg. On the other hand, cyclophosphamide-induced potentiation of DTH reaction was suppressed in animals treated with WST and WS2. A significant increase in white blood cell counts and platelet counts was observed in animals treated with WST. A protective effect in cyclophosphamide-induced myelosuppression was observed in animals treated with WST and WS2, revealing a significant increase in white blood cell counts and platelet counts. Cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppression was counteracted by treatment with WS2, revealing significant increase in hemagglutinating antibody responses and hemolytic antibody responses towards sheep red blood cells.  相似文献

The effect of various doses (0, 5, 10, 20, 40, 80, 100, 120 and 160 mg/kg b. wt.) of 50% ethanolic extract of mentat (a herbal preparation) was studied on the survival of mice exposed to 10 Gy of gamma-radiation. Treatment of mice with different doses of mentat consecutively for fi ve days before irradiation delayed the onset of mortality and reduced the symptoms of radiation sickness when compared with the non-drug treated irradiated controls. Most of the doses of mentat provided protection against the gastrointestinal (GI) death, however, the highest protection against GI death was observed for 80 mg/kg mentat. This was also true for bone marrow deaths, where the highest number of survivors were observed at 30 days post-irradiation in this group (i.e. 80 mg/kg) when compared with the other doses of mentat. The evaluation of acute toxicity showed that mentat was non-toxic up to a dose of 1.5 g/kg b. wt., where no drug-induced mortality was observed. The LD50 dose of mentat was found to be 1.75 g/kg b. wt. Our study demonstrates that mentat can provide good radioprotection at a dose of 80 mg/kg, which is far below its toxic dose.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To study and compare the immunologic function and antioxidative effect of Tongcao(Tongtuomu) and Xiao-Tongcao(Ximashanjingjiehua, Xinanxiuqiu, Ditanghua) polysaccharides. METHOD: Mice were abdominally administrated with four kinds of polysaccharides at dosages of 80 mg/kg and 40 mg/kg for 7-10 days. RESULT: Four kinds of polysaccharides could increase the serum-lysozyme activity, phagocytic function of MPS and the serum hemolysin-antibody level in mice, inhibit the delayed hypersensitivity induced by DNCB in mice and raise the serum-catalase activity in mice. CONCLUSION: Four kinds of Tongcao or Xiao-Tongcao polysaccharides have immunoregulative function and antioxidative effect. The results could enrich the contents of "A Study on Species-Sorting and Quality of Tongcao-Xiao-Tongcao Crude Drugs".  相似文献

目的 研究肉苁蓉总苷 (GCs)对 6 0 Co损伤小鼠免疫功能及 30 d存活率的影响。方法 小鼠在不同剂量6 0 Coγ射线照射前后 ,均服以 GCs,观察辐射及 GCs对其免疫功能的改变。结果  6 0 Co照射剂量为 2 ,4及 7Gy时 ,可造成小鼠体液免疫、细胞免疫功能和非特异性免疫功能及 30 d存活率下降 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ;GCs(31.2 5 ,6 2 .5 ,12 5 m g/ kg)组可促进上述各指标的恢复 ,对 6 0 Co损伤小鼠的抗体产生、外周血 T淋巴细胞数目、迟发型超敏反应、腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能均有明显保护作用 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 ) ;且能提高受照小鼠的脾指数、胸腺指数及 30 d存活率 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 )。结论  GCs对辐射损伤小鼠的免疫功能具有较强防护作用  相似文献

目的:研究熄风静宁汤对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:环磷酰胺50 mg.kg-1 ip建立免疫功能低下小鼠模型,熄风静宁汤(3,6,12 g.kg-1)ig连续7 d,用碳粒廓清法观察小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能,耳肿增重法观察小鼠迟发型超敏反应,溶血素抗体测定法观察小鼠溶血素抗体生成。结果:熄风静宁汤高、中剂量能明显提高免疫功能低下小鼠的碳粒廓清指数和吞噬指数,拮抗环磷酰胺诱导的免疫低下小鼠耳肿胀度减轻,高剂量能提高免疫低下小鼠溶血素抗体生成。结论:熄风静宁汤对小鼠的非特异性免疫、特异性细胞免疫和体液免疫反应有促进作用。  相似文献

The present study was undertaken to explore the immunomodulatory activity of ethanolic and water extracts of Capparis zeylanica Linn. (family: Capparidaceae) leaves on neutrophil adhesion test, humoral response to sheep red blood cells, delayed-type hypersensitivity, phagocytic activity and cyclophosphamide-induced myelosuppression. Pre-treatment of water extract (300 mg/kg, oral) of Capparis zeylanica evoked a significant increase in neutrophil adhesion to nylon fibres. The augmentation of humoral immune response to sheep red blood cells by ethanolic and water extracts (150-300 mg/kg) is evidenced by increase in antibody titres in mice. A dose-related increase in both primary and secondary antibody titre was observed. Oral administration of ethanolic and water extracts of Capparis zeylanica leaves, at doses of 150 and 300 mg/kg in mice, dose dependently potentiated the delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction induced by sheep red blood cells. Immunomodulatory activity was also assessed by serological and haematological tests. Capparis zeylanica extracts prevented myelosuppression in mice treated with cyclophosphamide drug. The study comprised the acute toxicity and preliminary phytochemical screening of the ethanol and water extracts.  相似文献
