目的:探讨Er:YAG激光和Nd:YAG激光联合应用治疗口腔均质型白斑的临床疗效。方法:应用Er:YAG激光和Nd:YAG激光联合治疗均质型白斑31例,根据病损面积、患者的疼痛状况调整激光参数。治疗间隔时间1个月。结果:本组31例白斑治愈14例,显效14例,有效3例,治愈率45.1%,有效率90.3%。结论:Er:YAG激光和Nd:YAG激光联合应用治疗口腔均质型白斑临床疗效好,不良反应小,是治疗口腔均质型白斑的有效方法之一。  相似文献

种植体周围炎是导致种植修复失败的主要原因之一,其治疗方式多样,但各有其局限性。其中,激光治疗具有高效杀菌、止血止痛、微创等优势,是种植体周围炎的一种有效辅助治疗方法。不同波长激光作用原理不同,Er:YAG激光和Nd:YAG激光联合治疗种植体周围炎的临床效果显著,两者作用范围及作用深度互补,具有较好的应用前景。本文就Er:YAG激光和Nd:YAG激光在种植体周围炎中的研究进展及联合应用进行综述。  相似文献

目的:观察激光焊接后的修复体在口腔修复中的临床应用效果。方法:对全冠边缘过短的修复体进行激光焊接加长以及焊接铸造支架的连接杆、卡环,观察其临床应用效果。结果:经激光焊接后的修复体临床效果基本满意。结论:激光焊接后的修复体在口腔修复的临床应用基本能达到预期的效果。  相似文献

近年来,激光作为一种辅助手段已被广泛应用于口腔疾病的治疗中。Nd: YAG激光操作方便,使用安全,治疗后的创面不会产生结痂区,术后反应轻微,患者舒适度高。本文简要介绍了Nd: YAG激光在口腔硬组织与软组织治疗方面的应用,口腔硬组织方面的治疗包括窝洞预备、酸蚀、根管预备和消毒、牙本质脱敏治疗等,口腔软组织方面的治疗包括辅助牙周基础治疗、牙龈美学治疗、口内软组织切除治疗等。Nd: YAG激光治疗为这些口腔常见治疗手段提供了多样化选择,是口腔临床医生诊疗的重要辅助手段。  相似文献

[摘要] 目的 观察Nd:YAG激光、Er:YAG激光及两者联用对根管内粪肠球菌的杀灭效果。方法 选取离体牙建立粪肠球菌感染模型,随机分为五组:A组:生理盐水组;B组:1%次氯酸钠溶液组;C组:Nd:YAG激光组;D组:Er:YAG激光组;E组:Nd:YAG激光+Er:YAG激光组。通过细菌培养和扫描电镜观察对比各组的杀菌效果。结果 细菌培养和扫描电镜结果显示:A组杀菌率最低,B组杀菌率最高,E组次高。除C组和D组间杀菌率相近外(P>0.05),各组间均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 Nd:YAG激光和Er:YAG激光均有一定的根管杀菌效果,两者联用效果更佳,可作为传统消毒方法的补充。  相似文献

目的 评价Er,Cr:YSGG激光在口腔软组织手术中临床应用效果。方法 选择门诊需行口腔软组织手术的患者27例,无麻醉下采用Er,Cr:YSGG激光进行治疗,不行缝合,评价治疗效果。结果 29例患者术中无1例感觉疼痛不适,1例牙龈瘤切除术中少量出血,其余患者术区无出血。术后无1例术区肿胀、感染,无1例患者术后不适症状,除1例牙龈瘤患者其余患者创面术后5-7天愈合良好,无明显瘢痕。结论 Er,Cr:YSGG激光为口腔软组织外科提供了一种更高效、更安全、更便捷、更舒适的治疗方法。  相似文献

This article describes the development of a surgical technique employing a carbon dioxide laser for endodontic periapical procedures. The advantages of laser application for sterilization and removal of the infected root apex, as well as enhanced hemostasis, are cited. The purpose of this study was to investigate the accuracy of temporary fixation with laser welding for fixed partial dentures (FPDs). Five kinds of experimental FPD with different welding/soldering gaps were fabricated (0, 20, 50 microm for welding; 300 microm for soldering). Then, FPDs were temporary-fixed by laser welding or with a self-curing resin. Fixation accuracy was evaluated by the change in distance and the angular deformation between two retainers. The change in distance and the angular deformation between two retainers of the FPD without welding/soldering gap were significantly larger than the other FPDs (p<0.05). With due consideration to the displacement of teeth or implants especially in the mesiodistal direction, and by taking into account the inevitable errors of the indirect method, it seemed reasonable to provide a welding space of approximately 20 microm.  相似文献

Nd:YAG激光焊接牙科镍铬合金机械性能的研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
目的:通过评价焊接后的机械性能,探讨激光焊接牙科镍铬合金的最佳条件。方法:采用国产Nd:YAG激光器在不同的功率条件下焊接牙科镍铬合金试样,比较其抗拉强度、介长率、维氏硬度等机械性能指标,结合相应的金相学检查及断口扫描电镜分析,并与母材比较。结果:随着激光功率的增加,抗拉强度随之增加,当功率为10.5J/P时与母材接近而无差别;与原材料相比,焊接区的显微硬度略有提高;断口扫描电镜显示,焊接的最大熔深约为0.9-1.0mm,未见气孔、裂纹或其它缺陷。结论:激光焊接焊点强度高,热影响区小,穿透力较强,选择合适的焊接条件可达到理想的焊接效果。  相似文献

The recurrent aphthous ulcer is a common oral ulcerative condition. Therapies are pharmaceutical in nature, remain palliative and do not alleviate pain. BACKGROUND, AIMS: Promising results using Nd:YAG laser against dentin hypersensitivity have been reported. The aim of this double-blind, controlled, split-mouth designed clinical trial was to assess the effect of a single Nd:YAG laser application on alleviating hypersensitivity. METHODS/RESULTS: Seventeen subjects participated in the study. Each of them had two teeth treated; one with the laser activated and one with nonactivated (placebo), for 2 min The assessment of pain was performed by a VAS, after an air blast at baseline immediately after treatment, at 1 week, 4 weeks and 16 weeks. Mean values of VAS for test and control teeth were compared by paired t-test (alpha = 0.05). The results showed mean baseline VAS values of 6.59 (+/- 1.65) and 6.14(+/- 1.95) for test and control teeth, respectively. Immediately after treatment, these values decreased to 4.09(+/- 2.28) and 3.89(+/- 2.11), respectively. After 1 week, 4 weeks and 16 weeks the mean values for test and control teeth were 3.85 +/- 2.36, 4.03 +/- 1.95, 3.60 +/- 2.66, and 4.44 +/- 2.56, 3.41 +/- 2.30, 3.42 +/- 2.30, respectively. There were no statistically significant differences between test and control at any time. However, both groups improved significantly (P < 0.05) from baseline to immediately after application, and at 1 week, 4 weeks and 16 weeks, respectively. The changes that occurred between immediately after application and 1 week, 4 weeks and 16 weeks, respectively, were not statistically significant. CONCLUSION: It is concluded that the effect of treatment of hypersensitive teeth with Nd:YAG laser is not different from placebo. The observed effects seem to last for at least 16 weeks.  相似文献
