目的探讨4-苯基丁酸(PBA)对饮用果糖所致小鼠非酒精性脂肪肝的保护作用。方法 48只♀ICR小鼠随机分为4组。对照组给予普通自来水喂养8周;果糖组给予30%果糖水溶液喂养8周;PBA组给予普通自来水喂养8周,最后2周经腹腔注射给予PBA(100 mg.kg-1);PBA+果糖组给予富含30%果糖水溶液喂养8周,最后2周经腹腔注射给予PBA(100 mg.kg-1)。各组小鼠均自由进食标准饲料。实验结束后立即剖杀小鼠,采集血清和肝组织,检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆固醇(TCH)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)和肝脏组织TCH和TG;HE染色分析肝脏组织病理学改变;油红O染色分析肝脏脂质沉积。RT-PCR测定小鼠肝脏脂肪酸合成酶(fas)、乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(acc)和硬脂酰辅酶A去饱和酶-1(scd-1)mRNA表达。结果与对照组相比,果糖组小鼠血清和肝脏TG及肝脏TCH的含量明显升高;HE染色显示,果糖组小鼠肝细胞脂肪变性;油红O染色证实,果糖组小鼠肝脏有明显脂质沉积;进一步研究显示,与对照组相比,果糖组小鼠肝脏fas,acc和scd-1 mRNA水平均明显上调。果糖组与PBA+果糖组比较显示,PBA干预可明显降低血清、肝脏TG含量及肝脏TCH含量,减轻果糖引起的肝脏脂质沉积;抑制果糖引起的肝脏fas,acc和scd-1表达上调。结论 PBA对饮用果糖所致的小鼠非酒精性脂肪肝有保护作用。  相似文献

目的 探讨水飞蓟宾对高脂诱导的非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)模型大鼠的调脂保肝作用。方法 采用ig高脂乳剂配合高脂饲料制备大鼠NAFL模型,持续4周,对照组给予生理盐水和普通饲料。模型大鼠随机分为模型组、辛伐他汀(阳性药,1.8 mg/kg)组和水飞蓟宾低、中、高剂量(18.9、37.8、75.6 mg/kg)组,第5周在继续造模的基础上ig给药,每天1次,持续8周。末次给药后,称取肝脏质量并计算肝系数;HE染色观察肝组织病理形态;腹主动脉取血,分离血清,试剂盒法检测三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)水平。结果 连续治疗8周后,与对照组比较,水飞蓟宾高、中剂量均可明显改善肝组织脂肪变性程度;各剂量组肝系数均显著下降(P<0.05、0.01);各剂量组均显著降低血清TC、TG、AST、ALT水平(P<0.05、0.01);高、中剂量组显著降低LDL、升高HDL水平(P<0.01)。结论 水飞蓟宾对NAFL大鼠发挥治疗作用,其作用可能与降脂、保肝有关。  相似文献

The protective effects of hesperidin against hypercholesterolemia and fatty liver were examined in male Wistar rats fed a high-cholesterol diet for 12 weeks. Compared with a standard diet, a high-cholesterol diet not only increased body weights, liver weights, and serum concentration of cholesterol, but also induced the fatty degeneration (steatosis) of liver. Hesperidin (0.08%) reduced levels of hepatic steatosis, adipose tissue and liver weights (P < 0.05), serum total cholesterol and retinol binding protein (RBP) 4 concentrations (P < 0.05) in rats fed with high-cholesterol diet, while reduction in low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels and triglyceride concentrations was not significant. It also attenuated the marked changes in mRNA expression of lipid metabolism-related proteins: RBP, heart fatty acid-binding protein (H-FABP), and cutaneous fatty acid-binding protein (C-FABP), in liver and adipose tissue. According to the results of gas chromatography, serum concentrations of total cholesterol and biomarkers of cholesterol synthesis (lathosterol) and absorption (campesterol, β-sitosterol) were lower, and concentrations of cholesterol in feces were higher in the rats given hesperidin (P < 0.05). Hesperidin may improve hypercholesterolemia and fatty liver by inhibiting both the synthesis and absorption of cholesterol and regulating the expression of mRNA for RBP, C-FABP, and H-FABP.  相似文献

目的 建立SD大鼠代谢相关脂肪性肝病(metabolic associated fatty liver disease,MAFLD)模型,观察大鼠病理变化。方法 用高糖高脂饲料饲喂雄性SD大鼠20周,检测模型组大鼠血清和肝匀浆相关生化指标的水平、肝脏脏器质量和系数、肝脏组织病理学变化。结果 模型组大鼠饲喂高糖高脂饲料20周后,与对照组比较,血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及肝脏TC和三酰甘油(TG)的水平均显著升高(P<0.01),血清TG、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)的水平均显著降低(P<0.01),肝脏质量及系数显著性增加(P<0.01)。肝组织的病理改变为严重肝细胞脂肪变性及多灶性肉芽肿性炎。结论 高糖高脂饲料饲喂成功建立了合适的MAFLD动物模型,肝脏病理改变可见广泛的脂肪变性和大量的肉芽肿性炎症,未见纤维化。  相似文献

目的研究金线莲甲醇提取物对高血脂大鼠血脂及肝酯水平的影响。方法采用高脂饲料喂养致大鼠高脂血症模型,给予不同剂量的金线莲甲醇提取物给药后治疗,实验设正常组,模型组,辛伐他汀组,非诺贝特组和金线莲总膏高、中、低剂量(1 000、500、250 mg·kg-1)组,分别测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和肝脏组织匀浆中TC和TG的含量,并做肝脏病理学观察。结果金线莲总膏500、1 000 mg·kg-1剂量组可明显降低大鼠血清TC、TG和LDL-C的水平,并能显著提高血清HDL-C含量,其中高剂量组效果最好。另外高剂量组可显著降低肝脏TC和TG的水平。结论金线莲甲醇提取物在高血脂大鼠模型中具有显著地降血脂和肝脂作用。  相似文献

目的研究安络化纤丸对大鼠酒精性脂肪肝(AFLD)形成的预防作用。方法首先经灌胃给予大鼠安络化纤丸预防性治疗4周,后用连续灌服酒精加喂以特制饲料的方法制备大鼠AFLD模型,造模成功后观察一般情况及测定血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、甘油三酯(TG)水平,测定肝组织匀浆TG、丙二醛(MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,并对大鼠肝脏组织作病理学检查。结果安络化纤丸可明显降低AFLD大鼠血清ALT、AST、AKP、TG水平,降低肝组织TG含量,升高肝组织SOD活性,并降低肝组织MDA水平。肝组织病理学结果表明,安络化纤丸可显著改善AFLD大鼠肝组织的病理损害。结论安络化纤丸有预防大鼠AFLD形成的作用。  相似文献

目的观察油酰乙醇胺(OEA)对高脂血症模型大鼠降血脂及肝脏保护作用。方法高脂饮食建立高脂血症大鼠模型,分别观察OEA(10,203,0 mg/kg)对高脂血症大鼠的血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、肝重和肝脏系数、肝脏丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的影响。制作冰冻切片观察大鼠肝脏脂质变性程度。结果与模型组相比,OEA(20,30mg/kg)具有降血脂作用,同时降低血清ALT、肝脏脂质、肝重和肝脏系数、肝脏MDA水平,升高肝脏GSH-Px活力。结论 OEA能降低高脂血症大鼠血脂、抑制肝脏脂肪沉积,并减轻脂质过氧化物对肝脏的损伤。  相似文献

目的观察大蒜油对长期喂食高脂饲料引起的大鼠脂肪肝的预防作用。方法于实验第一天一次性注射小剂量四氯化碳并长期喂食高脂饲料复制大鼠脂肪肝模型,大蒜油低、中、高组分别灌胃相应浓度大蒜油,正常对照组、模型组同时灌胃等体积蒸馏水、玉米油,1次/d,连续8周,测定血脂和肝脂,以肝脏的重量、肝脂质含量和肝细胞的脂变程度为主要衡量指标,观察大蒜油预防脂肪肝效果。结果大蒜油各组与模型组相比,肝组织中三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、血清中的葡萄糖(GLU)、TC、TG、FFA、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)含量和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活力显著降低,病理检查苏丹Ⅲ染色肝细胞脂变减轻。结论大蒜油对大鼠实验性脂肪肝的形成具有预防作用。  相似文献

目的研究决明山楂燕麦胶囊对大鼠脂肪肝的防治作用。方法采用高脂饮食喂养方式建立大鼠脂肪肝模型,以大鼠一般情况,血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量、肝脏病理改变为评价指标,观察药物的保护作用。结果与大鼠脂肪肝模型组相比,决明山楂燕麦胶囊可显著降低大鼠血清TC和TG含量(P〈0.01);升高HDL-C(P〈0.05);降低大鼠血清MDA、ALT和AST含量(P〈0.05),并明显改善脂肪肝大鼠的肝脏病理改变,减轻肝脏的脂肪变性。结论决明山楂燕麦胶囊具有调节血脂,防治大鼠脂肪肝的作用。  相似文献

目的探讨安络化纤丸对大鼠高脂性脂肪肝的治疗作用。方法以连续饲以高脂饲料(基础饲料加10%猪油、2%胆固醇、0.5%胆酸钠、5%蛋黄)1个月的方法建立高脂性大鼠脂肪肝模型,造模成功后给予安络化纤丸治疗4周,观察一般情况及测定血清丙氨酸氨基转换酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转换酶(AST)、总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)水平,测定肝匀浆TG、丙二醛(MDA)及肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,并对大鼠肝脏行病理学检查。结果安络化纤丸可明显降低高脂性脂肪肝大鼠血清ALT、AST、TC和TG水平,降低肝组织TG含量,提高肝组织SOD活性,并降低肝组织MDA水平。安络化纤丸可显著改善高脂性脂肪肝大鼠肝组织的病理损害。结论安络化纤丸对大鼠高脂性脂肪肝有明显的治疗作用,其作用可能与其抗氧化作用有关。  相似文献

目的:观察褪黑素(MT)对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎大鼠肝脏形态学及肝内脂质和氧化抗氧化系统的影响。方法:雄性Wister大鼠50只,随机分成5组每组10只,正常对照组予普通饲料,模型组、MT低剂量组、MT中剂量组、MT高剂量组予高脂饮食12 wk。各MT干预组依次给予MT(含≤1%无水乙醇)2.5 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1),5.0 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)和10.0 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)腹腔注射,正常对照组、模型组予等量生理盐水(含1%无水乙醇)腹腔注射,12 wk末进行肝脏病理检查,生化法测定血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、肝匀浆三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)值。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠肝细胞呈中-重度脂肪变性,血清ALT,AST,肝匀浆TG,TC,MDA值明显升高(P<0.05),SOD,GSH-PX值明显减低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,各MT干预组肝脏病理变化改善,ALT,AST,TC下降,随MT剂量增高MDA值逐渐降低(P<0.01),SOD,GSH-PX值则升高(P<0.01,0.02<P<0.05)。结论:MT能明显改善高脂饮食大鼠脂肪肝形态学变化,提高抗氧化酶活性,抑制脂质过氧化反应,因而对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎有防治作用。  相似文献

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a common aspect of metabolic syndrome, which includes a wide spectrum of liver damage and is closely associated with insulin resistance and lipid peroxidation. The current study aimed to evaluate the protective effect of Ilexgenin A (IA), obtained from Ilex hainanensis Merr., on NAFLD and investigate the underlying mechanisms. Sprague‐Dawley rats were fed a high‐fat (HF) diet for 3 weeks to induce NAFLD. They were divided into HF diet rats and HF‐IA‐treated rats, which were treated with IA (80 mg/kg p.o.) for 2 weeks. IA alleviated hepatic steatosis and insulin resistance and reduced plasma levels of alanine transaminase, aspartate aminotransferase, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low‐density lipoprotein‐cholesterol, malondialdehyde, interleukin 6, and tumor necrosis factor‐α, while increasing plasma levels of high‐density lipoprotein‐cholesterol and superoxide dismutase (SOD). IA decreased hepatic triglycerides, total cholesterol, malondialdehyde, and restored the abnormal down‐regulation of SOD. IA also decreased Cytochrome P450 2E1 expression and up‐regulated peroxisome proliferator‐activated receptor α (PPARα) expression in liver. These results suggested that IA had the potential to attenuate NAFLD by improving lipid metabolism, insulin resistance, inflammation, and oxidative stress, as well as adjusting the expression of Cytochrome P450 2E1 and PPARα.  相似文献

目的 :研究荔枝核皂苷和罗格列酮对高脂血症 脂肪肝大鼠血糖血脂的影响。方法 :采用高脂血症 脂肪肝大鼠模型 ,观察荔枝核皂苷和罗格列酮、格列齐特对病鼠空腹血糖 (FBG)、口服葡萄糖耐量试验 (OGTT)后 2h血糖 (2hBG)以及给药后 2h空腹血清血糖 (FSG)、总胆固醇 (TC)、三酰甘油 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白 胆固醇 (HDL C)、低密度脂蛋白 胆固醇 (LDL C)、血清尿素氮 (BUN)、肌酐 (Cr)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶 (AST)及镜检肝组织病理学等指标的影响。结果 :荔枝核皂苷和罗格列酮能显著改善高脂血症 脂肪肝致胰岛素抵抗 (IR)模型大鼠的IGT ,降低OGTT后 2hBG和FSG(P <0 .0 5 ) ;并能显著降低病鼠TC、TG、LDL C含量(P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ,显著提高HDL C含量 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;降低病鼠ALT、AST活性和BUN、Cr含量 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,改善肝细胞脂肪变性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :荔枝核皂苷和罗格列酮能提高胰岛素的敏感性 ,调整高脂血症 脂肪肝所致的糖脂代谢障碍 ,并具有改善病鼠肝肾功能的作用。  相似文献

目的:观察胆宁片对实验性脂肪肝的保护作用。方法:采用高脂饮食分别诱导大鼠和家兔脂肪肝模型,将60只大鼠按体重随机分为空白组,模型组,阳性对照熊去氧胆酸(150mg/kg)组,低(0.5g/kg)、中(1.5g/kg)、高(3.0g/kg)剂量胆宁片组,每组10只。30只家兔按体重随机分为空白组,模型组,阳性对照熊去氧胆酸组(75mg/kg),低(0.25g/kg)、中(0.75g/kg)、高(1.5g/kg)剂量胆宁片组,每组5只。观察低、中、高剂量胆宁片对大鼠和家兔血清中总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)浓度的影响,以及肝组织形态学的变化。结果:与空白对照组比较,胆宁片低、中、高3组剂量能显著降低大鼠血清中总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);胆宁片中、高剂量组能显著降低大鼠血清中ALT水平(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),同时高剂量组能显著降低大鼠血清中AST水平(P〈0.05)。胆宁片中、高剂量能显著降低家兔血清中总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);胆宁片低剂量组能显著降低家兔血清中三酰甘油水平(P〈0.05);胆宁片高剂量组能显著降低家兔血清中ALT水平(P〈0.05);胆宁片中、高剂量组能显著降低家兔血清中AST水平(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。肝脏病理组织学检查显示,胆宁片可减轻肝脏脂肪变性和点灶状坏死。结论:胆宁片对实验性大鼠和家兔脂肪肝均有一定的治疗作用。  相似文献

目的 研究傣百解醇提物对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠的治疗作用,并探讨其调控趋化素(Chemerin)及其受体(CMKLRI)表达的作用机制。方法 高脂饲料喂养8周建立非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)大鼠模型,验证造模成功后改普通饲料喂养,并随机分为模型组、非诺贝特胶囊组(阳性药,0.2 g/kg)和傣百解醇提物低、高(2.6、4.5 g/kg)剂量组,每组10只,给药组每天ig给药1次,连续4周;对照组大鼠一直饲予普通饲料,对照、模型组给予等体积纯水。最后1次给药后大鼠禁食不禁水12 h,腹主动脉取血收集血清,于全自动生化分析仪上测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)水平;ELISA法检测血清空腹胰岛素(FINS)的浓度;计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。取肝组织进行HE染色,光学显微镜下观察肝组织病理学改变。实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)法检测肝组织Chemerin及CMKLRI mRNA表达水平。结果 与模型组比较,傣百解醇提物高、低剂量组血清TC水平均显著降低(P<0.05),低剂量组HDL-C含量显著升高(P<0.05);各剂量组HOMA-IR水平均降低,其中高剂量组差异显著(P<0.05);各剂量组ISI均有所升高,但作用均无统计学差异;高、低剂量组肝脏脂质沉积等病理学改变有所改善;各剂量组Chemerin及CMKLRI mRNA表达均有所下调,其中高剂量组下调Chemerin mRNA表达作用显著(P<0.05)。结论 傣百解醇提物对大鼠NAFLD具有降低LDL-C、升高HDL-C含量、降低HOMA-IR水平和保肝作用,其作用机制可能与下调chemerin mRNA表达有关。  相似文献

A series of deazaxanthine‐based derivatives were rationally prepared and evaluated. 8g exhibited the most potent glucose‐lowering effect on HepG2 cell line and modulated adiponectin and leptin expression in 3T3‐L1 adipocytes. Oral administration of 8g at 25 mg/kg/day for 4 weeks manifested therapeutic effects on high‐fat diet‐induced non‐alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) by decreasing the weights of the body, liver, and fat. 8g also modulated the serum levels of fasting glucose and adiponectin, triglycerides, low‐density lipoprotein‐cholesterol, and alanine aminotransferase, as well as the hepatic concentrations of triglycerides, total cholesterol. Moreover, 8g significantly decreased steatosis and blocked the increase of adipocytes and the size of adipose tissues from NAFLD. In the DIO mice model, 8g ameliorated the obesity‐related symptoms and normalized serum biomarkers.  相似文献

The phytochemical constituents of a freeze-dried powder of mulberry (Morus alba L.) fruit (MFP) were determined. The hypolipidemic and antioxidant effects of the MFP as a dietary supplement were evaluated in rats who were fed 4 weeks of either a high-fat or a normal diet supplemented with 5% or 10% MFP. Administration of MFP to rats on a high-fat diet resulted in a significant decline in levels of serum and liver triglyceride, total cholesterol, serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and a decrease in the atherogenic index, while the serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly increased. In addition, the serum and liver content of thiobarbituric acid related substances, a lipid peroxidation product, significantly decreased, while the superoxide dismutase (SOD) of red blood cell and liver, as well blood glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activities significantly increased. No significant changes in lipid profile in the serum and liver were observed in rats on a normal diet supplemented with MFP, but blood and liver antioxidant status improved, as measured by SOD and GSH-Px activity, and lipid peroxidation was reduced. These beneficial effects of MFP on hyperlipidaemia rats might be attributed to its dietary fiber, fatty acids, phenolics, flavonoids, anthocyanins, vitamins and trace elements content.  相似文献

目的:观察大豆异黄酮(SI)对高脂饮食大鼠血脂、血液及肝脏丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)及肝脏脂肪病变的影响,以及其主要成分之一金雀异黄素对过氧化氢损伤的ECV304内皮细胞有无保护作用。方法:根据血清总胆固醇(TC)水平,50只雄性Wistar大鼠分为5组:正常对照、高脂饮食对照组和3个SI治疗组。3个SI治疗组分别每日灌胃给予SI30、60、120mg/kg,对照组则给予相应的溶媒,持续9周。治疗第2、4、9周末,测定血清TC、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)。治疗结束时,测定红细胞和肝匀浆SOD活力,血清和肝匀浆MDA含量,并观察肝脏病理变化。以MTT法观察与不同浓度的金雀异黄素体外孵育一定时间后的ECV304内皮细胞对抗过氧化氢氧化损伤的能力。结果:SI30、60、120mg/kg无改善血清TC、LDL、TG、HDL的作用,肝脏病理结果也与血脂结果相似。但是与高脂饮食对照组相比,大鼠红细胞及肝脏的SOD活力明显升高,而血清及肝脏MDA含量也有一定程度降低(P〈0.01,P〈0.05)。对于过氧化氢引起ECV304细胞损伤,金雀异黄素25、50、100μmol/L有剂量依赖性保护作用。结论:大豆异黄酮不能改善高脂饮食大鼠的血脂,不能抑制其肝脏脂肪病变。但其有一定体内外抗氧化作用。  相似文献

In the course of the investigation of effects of newly synthesized matrix metalloproteinase inhibitors (MMPIs), FYK-1388, FYK-1352 and F61-1008, which have strong and broad matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) inhibitory activity, on wound healing in streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rats, strong reducing effects on serum triacylglycerol (TG) have been found. Namely, when examined using breaking wound strength as an index, MMPIs did not significantly facilitate wound healing in STZ-induced diabetic rats. Unexpectedly, however, the treatment of STZ-induced diabetic rats with MMPIs markedly lowered the serum level of TG without changing the blood glucose level. Among these compounds tested, FYK-1388 was the most effective, and the compound reduced serum concentrations of TG and cholesterol and levels of very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL)-TG and low density lipoprotein (LDL)-cholesterol in a dose-dependent manner. FYK-1388 did not affect serum levels of free fatty acids, high-density lipoprotein (HDL)-cholesterol, aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase, mass of body fat, liver weights, and hepatic contents of TG and cholesterol. Moreover, treatment of Zucker fa/fa rats with FYK-1388 lowered serum levels of TG and cholesterol without changing blood levels of glucose and insulin. Since the structures of these MMPIs markedly differ from those of the hypotriglyceridemic drugs that are used clinically, it seems plausible that these MMPIs could be used as a new type of hypotriglyceridemic drug.  相似文献

目的探讨阿托伐他汀对非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效及其对血清炎性因子高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、肿瘤坏死因子dTNF-α 水平的影响。方法测定纳入研究的54例非酒精性脂肪肝患者的肝功能、血脂、血清hsCRP及TNF-ot浓度。在进行饮食、运动等生活方式干预的基础上,给予口服阿托伐他汀片20 mg/次,口服,每日1次,疗程为6个月。比较治疗前及治疗后患者的肝功能、血脂及肝脏B超影像学以及血清hsCRP和TNF-a水平的变化,根据综合疗效判定标准判断疗效,同时记录各组的药品不良反应发生情况。结果治疗6个月后,患者血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬酸氨基转移酶、谷氨酰基转移酶、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白水平与治疗前均有不同程度下降,差异有统计学意义(P〈0. 05);血清中hsCRP及TNF-a浓度与治疗前相比亦有显著程度下降(P〈0. 05)。治疗后肝脏脂质沉积临床改善总有效13例,总有效率为24. 07%。治疗期间患者均无明显药品不良反应。结论阿托伐他汀治疗非酒精性脂肪肝安全、有效,且能显著降低患者血清炎性因子hsCRP及TNF-a水平。  相似文献
