Professor LIAN Yu-lin＇s Experience in Treating Gynecological Disorders by Acupuncture

Professor LIAN Yu-lin, a chief doctor in the acupuncture department of the first affiliated hospital of Tianjin College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, has been engaged himself in Chinese medicine for over 30 years with perfect medical skills and rich experience in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases and cervical and lumbar diseases, especially in the treatment of gynecological disorders by acupuncture. I follow professor Lian as an intern and have learnt some skillful techniques in the treatment of gynecological disorders by acupuncture.     

On Professor HAN Bi-ying＇s Academic Experience

Professor HAN Bi-ying is a chief doctor in the acupuncture department of Guang An Men Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Science. She has been engaged in clinical practice for nearly 40 years and accumulated abundant clinical experience, especially in clinical syndrome differentiation. I am fortunate to follow professor HAN to practice acupuncture on weekends and learn from him. I now present her academic thoughts and clinical experience with proven cases for References.     

Professor HUANG Di-jun＇s Flash-cupping Techniques

HUANG Di-jun, was born in Guanghan city, Sichuan province in 1941. She is a professor and supervisor of doctoral candidate in School of Acupuncture and Massage, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is good at treating rheumatosis,rheumatoid arthritis, neurodermatitis and some chronic and intractable diseases with Chinese medicine and acupuncture. In the past 40 years of acupuncture practice, teaching and scientific researches, she has tremendously developed the clinical application of needling, moxibustion, cupping and compression. She is also an associate chief editor of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Techniques, a textbook of higher colleges of traditional Chinese medicine for the new century.     

Professor LIAN Yu-lin＇s Clinical Experience in Acupuncture

Professor LIAN Yu-lin dedicates himself to the cause of TCM and acupuncture, and puts forward some original ideas on the basic theory of acupuncture.In clinical practice, he devotes himself to the study of some difficult and complicated illnesses in acupuncture,with excellent results.     

Introduction to Professor HAN Jing-xian＇s Academic Thoughts

Professor HAN Jing-xian graduated from the Department of Medicine in Tianjin Medical University in 1970. He made a further study of experimental medicine in Kitasato University, Japan between 1987 and 1988. He was engaged in aging research in mouse in Kyoto University, Japan between 1988-1989, and in practicing traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in Mutian and other Hospitals from 1991 to 1994. In 1997, he won an excellent returned students award from Ministry of Health and was awarded special allowance by State Council. As a research fellow, he won an award of national scientific and technical progress and seven awards of local scientific and technical progress. He published more than twenty articles at home and abroad, including five SCI papers; and wrote four monographs, one of which, Acupuncture Techniques (in Japanese) has been considered as a guidance book for acupuncture practice in the acupuncture circle in Japan.     

Acupoints Combination Characteristics of Jin＇s Triple Acupuncture

JIN Rui is a leading professor of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, famous acupuncturist, the initiator of "Jin's Triple Acupuncture", supervisor of doctorial candidates, the first Director of the Department of Acupuncture of Guangzhou College of Traditional Chinese Medicine,head of Acupuncture Institute, a member of the second and third Appraisal Group of the Degree Committee of the State Council, a member of China's International Acupunctural Examination Commission,the permanent member of the second session of China's Acupuncture Society, vice-president of literature association of China's Acupuncture Society,vice-chairman of Guangdong Provincial Acupuncture Society, chairman of Guangzhou Acupuncture Association, a tutor appointed by Personnel Ministry,Public Health Ministry and State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.     

Professor LUO Yong-fen＇s Experience in Treating Facial Paralysis by Acupuncture

Professor LUO Yong-fenhas been engaged in acupuncture practice, teaching and scientific research for more than 40 years, and has rich and unique experience in the treatment of various disorders by acupuncture. I was lucky to follow professor LUO to do clinical practice and benefited a great deal. Now I summarized professor LUO's experience in the treatment of facial paralysis.     

Professor LIU Gong-wang＇s Experience in Treatment of Depression with Acupuncture

Professor LIU Gong-wang, male born in Beijing in November 1943, is now working as doctorate supervisor in the Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He has been dedicated in teaching and medical treatment for over 40 years especially on intractable pain and neuro-mental conditions withcombined acupuncture and herbal formula. In addition, he has published over 80 papers and 2 books in recent 15 years （Modern Collections of Acupuncture and Formula and Syndrome Study on Shang Han Lun）.     

Professor YU Yun＇s Experience in Treating Tumor by Pulse-feeling and Acupuncture

Professor YU Yun was born in Suzhou city, Jiangsu province in 1940. After graduation from Xuzhou Medical College in 1964, professor YU has been engaged himself in integrative Chinese & western medicine practice in Shanghai Tumor Hospital. In the middle 1980s, he was invited to Spain for traditional Chinese medicine research. He participated in world acupuncture conferences many times and delivered speeches. He wrote the book Pulse-feeling and Acupuncture for Tumor Treatment and published articles at home and abroad. He is an honorary professor of American Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, permanent member of World Society of Integrative Chinese & Western Medicine, research fellow of Shanghai Center of Acupuncture and Meridian, and the director of Spain Institute of Pulsefeeling and Acupuncture. Greatly interested in Chinese medicine and acupuncture, professor YU has been engaged in Pulse-feeling and acupuncture to treat late tumor and various kinds of difficult disorders for nearly forty years, and achieved wonderful results. I am honored to follow professor YU and learnt a lot. Now I present professor's experience in treating tumor by Pulse-feeling and acupuncture.     

针灸治疗甲状腺功能亢进症临床选穴规律探讨

统计分析近25年来针灸治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床研究文献,发现诸家虽施术方法不尽相同,但选穴组方有较强的规律性。结果：共选用腧穴49个,取穴以胃经、脾经、肾经、肝经、心包经穴位为主,主要穴位为足三里、三阴交、内关、间使、水突等。     

温通针法治疗风寒湿型颈型颈椎病37例

目的：观察温通针法治疗风寒湿型颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：将80例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组37例,对照组36例,均选取双侧颈夹脊穴为主,治疗组给予温通针法治疗,对照组给予温针灸法治疗,连续治疗5天为1个疗程,疗程间休息2天,共治疗2个疗程。结果：治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为96.5%、78.5%,治愈率分别为65.5%、32.1%,治疗组总有效率及治愈率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。NPQ评分2组治疗后均显著下降（P〈0.05）,治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：运用温通针法治疗风寒湿型颈型颈椎病疗效显著。     

Clinical Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment for Melanoderm＇s Peripheral Facial Paralysis at Remission Stage

采用传统针灸的方法治疗黑种人缓解期周围性面瘫32例，有效率为93．8％，说明针灸对不同种族的人群均有效。

目的:通过数据挖掘技术探讨针灸治疗卵巢储备功能下降及卵巢早衰的临床腧穴配伍规律.方法:通过计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wanfang)、维普数据库(VIP)、PubMed数据库和医学文集,搜集针灸治疗卵巢储备功能下降及卵巢早衰的文献,建立穴位处方数据库,运用数据挖掘技术分析选穴规律和配伍特点.结果:共纳...     

基于数据挖掘分析针灸治疗脑卒中后平衡障碍的选穴规律

目的:基于数据挖掘分析针灸治疗脑卒中后平衡障碍的选穴规律.方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据(WANFANG DATA)中自建库以来至2020年7月与针灸治疗脑卒中后平衡障碍相关的文献,并建立数据库,运用数据挖掘技术的关联规则,对选用的腧穴种类、归经及使用频次进行统计分析.结果:共纳入28首针灸处方,共运用穴位72个(十四经穴64个、经外奇穴8个),总应用频次234次,使用频次最多的腧穴为足三里;使用频率排前3位的腧穴部位是下肢、上肢及头面颈项;穴位选用频率最多的经络是足太阳膀胱经;特定穴选用频次排前3位的为五腧穴、交会穴、八脉交会穴.结论:针灸治疗脑卒中后平衡障碍取穴处方重视阳经取穴与下肢选穴,灵活运用针灸上下配穴以及本经配穴的原则,该取穴规律可为临床治疗提供参考依据.     

Series DVD of Appfication Guidance to the Standard ＂Standardization of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Techniques＂ have been published successively

In order to promote the various methods of acupuncture-moxibustion in clinical application, China Association of Acupuncture- Moxibustion and The Medical Audio-Visual Publishing House of PLA with the assistance of World Journal of Acupuncture- Moxibustion Co., Ltd. publish the series DVD of Application Guidance to the Standard ＂Standardization of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Techniques＇＂ （Part One and Part Two）, which are the first audio-visual publications filmed on the basis of national standardization in China.

针灸治疗脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫的概况

目的总结近年来针灸治疗脑卒中偏瘫肢体痉挛的现状和发展,归纳针灸治疗对脑卒中偏瘫肢体痉挛的选穴规律、治疗效果,为提高针灸临床疗效,缓解痉挛提供相关依据.方法采用手检和机检的方法,收集近20年针灸治疗脑卒中偏瘫肢体痉挛的相关文献报道,归纳针灸治疗对脑卒中偏瘫肢体痉挛的选穴规律、治疗效果.结果针灸治疗脑卒中偏瘫具有改善中枢神经功能的作用,对于脑损伤后功能重塑有积极作用,是治疗、缓解脑卒中偏瘫肢体痉挛的重要方法.多种方法综合运用更能进一步提高临床疗效.但临床报道和相关文献中存在选穴、治疗方法较多,但对照组设立单一,各治疗方法疗效缺乏可比性,选穴配伍重复度高.结论针灸治疗应与现代康复学相结合,建立统一的纳入标准和评定标准,使各种疗法更具可比性.
