我国艾滋病综合关怀模式的发展现状

通过分析我国艾滋病相关政策、法制建设及艾滋病关怀模式开展的现状,提出了目前我国艾滋病综合关怀存在的一些问题,包括艾滋病防治情况、医务人员的看法等,并对今后艾滋病关怀的实施提出了建议,以完善多学科医务人员的艾滋病综合关怀模式,从而使艾滋病的蔓延得到有效控制。     

Integrating AIDS/HIV concepts in nursing curricula

HIV/AIDS education for nurses worldwide received impetus from the WHO/ICN Guidelines for Nursing Management of People Infected with Human Immunodeficiency Virus, which stresses that "information about HIV infection and its implication for nursing management should be planned for and integrated into formal and continuing educational programmes of all nursing personnel." Below, a new curriculum initiated by the Gambia College School of Nursing.     

综合护理干预对艾滋病患者HAART治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

目的:探讨综合护理干预对艾滋病患者HAART治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法:将122例艾滋病患者随机分为研究组和对照组各61例,对照组行一般的健康教育,研究组在此基础上采用综合护理干预措施。比较两组治疗依从性和生活质量。结果:干预4周后,研究组治疗依从性及生活质量均高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:综合护理干预能增强对艾滋病患者HAART治疗的依从性和提高患者生活质量,对提高HAART治疗效果具有重要的意义。     

Overcoming methodological barriers to HIV/AIDS nursing research.

While more than 1,600 articles have been published in the nursing literature about HIV infection, only 54 (3%) have been research articles. The sparsity of nursing research related to HIV has partially resulted from methodological problems inherent in the implementation of research protocols with persons infected with HIV. The authors' focus is on methodological and ethical problems related to sampling patterns, informed consent, and protection of human subjects that have hindered the study of HIV infection. The underlying reasons for these problems as well as solutions and approaches to minimize or prevent the problems are presented.     

The collaborative project: an effective Canadian partnership in HIV/AIDS nursing care.

Since 1995, the Canadian Association of Nurses in AIDS Care (CANAC), the Canadian Nurses Association, the Victorian Order of Nurses of Canada, and the Ordre des Infirmières et Infirmiers du Québec have collaborated on several HIV/AIDS initiatives supported by the AIDS Care, Treatment, and Support Program, Health Canada (the national health organization). CANAC is the lead and sponsoring association in this collaboration. Phases I and II of the collaboration (December 1996 to March 1999) identified, promoted, and evaluated 17 nursing projects in HIV/AIDS care across Canada. This article describes the goals and outcomes of two of the collaboration's main projects: the identification of HIV/AIDS nursing research priorities and the mentorship program in HIV/AIDS care for Francophone nurses practicing in the province of Québec.     

Developing practice protocols for advanced practice nursing

In most states, the role of an advanced practice nurse is dependent on practice protocols that provide an organized method for analyzing and managing a disease or major symptom. They are also used to control the process of medical care and to specify steps in the delivery of that care. Creating appropriate practice protocols is one of the most important precursors to implementing the advanced practice role, because they virtually drive the clinician's ability to treat or manage clinical situations or disease states. This article outlines the steps involved in developing practice protocols and discusses the content that should be included in a protocol, providing an example of narrative and algorithm format protocols. Pros and cons, as well as legal issues related to practice protocols, are also presented.
