A new secoiridoid glycoside, hydrachoside A (1), along with 14 known compounds, was isolated from the leaves of Hydrangea chinensis. The absolute stereochemistry of the side chain attached to C-15 on the secoiridoid glycoside hydrangenoside E (2) was determined by NMR spectral analysis. The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were elucidated on the basis of spectral data. The previously reported structure, hydrachine A (3), was revised as its epimer, (-)-neodichroine (4), a new compound.  相似文献

Six new secoiridoid glycosides, gentiascabraside A (1), 6beta-hydroxyswertiajaposide A (2), 1-O-beta-d-glucopyranosyl-4-epiamplexine (3), and scabrans G3 (4), G4 (5), and G5 (6), have been isolated from the rhizomes and roots of Gentiana scabra together with a known compound, swertiajaposide A (7). 目的:对陕西产秦艽Gentiana macrophylla根的化学成分进行系统研究。方法:利用多种色谱手段对秦艽的脂溶及水溶部分进行分离;用UV,IR,MS,1H-,13C-NMR等技术及对照品对照进行鉴定。结果:鉴定了8个化合物,其中脂溶部位4个,分别是:5-羧基-3,4-二氢-1H-2-苯并吡喃-1-酮(5-carboxyl-3,4-dihydrogen-1H-2-benzopyran-1-one1),红白金花内酯(erythrocentaurin 2),栎瘿酸(roburic acid 3),齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid 4)。水溶部位4个:龙胆苦苷(gentiopicroside 5),獐牙菜苦苷(swertiamarine 6),獐牙菜苷(sweroside 7),6′-O-β-D-葡萄糖基龙胆苦苷(6′-O-β-D-gluco-sylgentiopicroside 8)。结论:1为新化合物,命名为红白金花酸,2为首次从本属植物中分得,8为首次从秦艽中分得。  相似文献

Homosecoiridoids (1-15) were isolated from the flower buds of Lonicera japonica. Compounds 1-4, designated as loniphenyruviridosides A-D, possess unprecedented skeletons featuring phenylpyruvic acid derived moieties coupled with an iridoid or a secoiridoid nucleus. Compounds 5-15 (lonijaposides D-N) are additional examples of the unusual pyridinium alkaloid-coupled secoiridoids (lonijaposides A-C). The validity of the CD data to determine the configuration of the secoiridoid derivatives is discussed on the basis of detailed CD data analysis and semisynthesis of 2 and 3 with the co-occurring secologanic acid. The configuration of secologanic acid was determined by a single-crystal X-ray crystallographic analysis using anomalous scattering of Cu Kα radiation. Biosynthetic pathways of the homosecoiridoids were postulated. Compounds 1-4 inhibited STAT-3 activity of HELF cells, and lonijaposides F (7), H (9), I (10), and K (12) showed activity against the release of glucuronidase in rat polymorphonuclear leukocytes induced by platelet-activating factor.  相似文献

Two new secoiridoid glycosides, 4'-O-beta-D-glucopyranosylgentiopicroside (1) and 6'-O-beta-D-glucopyranosylgentiopicroside (2), have been isolated from the rhizomes and roots of Gentiana scabra together with three known compounds, olivieroside, 1-O-beta-D-glucopyranosylamplexine, and benzyl alcohol O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl (1 --> 6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside. The structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated using chemical and physicochemical (MS and NMR) studies.  相似文献

Three pyridinium inner salt alkaloids, lonijaposides A-C (1-3), based on an unprecedented skeleton of an N-substituted nicotinic acid nucleus coupled through C-5 with C-7 of a secoiridoid, together with seven known iridoids, have been isolated from the flower buds of Lonicera japonica. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic and chemical analyses. Lonijaposide C (3) showed activity against the release of glucuronidase in rat polymorphonuclear leukocytes induced by the platelet-activating factor.  相似文献

Objective To study the chemical constituents in the roots of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora.Methods The chemical constituents in the roots of P.scrophulariiflora were separated and purified with chromatographic methods.The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and chemical analyses.Results A new secoiridoid glycoside,picrogentioside II(1)was successfully isolated from the roots of P.scrophulariiflora.Conclusion Compound 1 is a new secoiridoid glycoside.  相似文献

Four new secoiridoid lactones, jasmolactones A [1], B [2], C [3], and D [4], were isolated from the aerial part of Jasminum multiflorum. The structures of these compounds, which contain a novel bicyclic 2-oxo-oxepano[4,5-c]pyran ring system, were established by spectral analyses and chemical correlations. Pharmacological testing revealed that jasmolactones B and D possess coronary vasodilating and cardiotropic activities.  相似文献

Seven bis-iridoid glucosides have been isolated from Abelia chinensis and were characterized by having a secoiridoid residue as unit A esterifying a C(10)-iridoid or a delta-lactone iridoid as unit B. Among these, compounds 1-3 are new and correspond to 7-O-acetyllaciniatoside IV, 7-O-acetyllaciniatoside V, and 7-O-acetylabelioside B, respectively. 目的:从金银花Lonicera japonica Thunb.中分离出活性成分环烯醚萜苷类化合物。方法:金银花70%乙醇提取物依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取,乙酸乙酯部位采用反复硅胶柱层析进行分离、纯化。通过波谱方法鉴定结构。结果:分离得到一个新的裂环环烯醚萜苷,命名为dehydromorroniside。结论:该化合物为忍冬属中发现的第3个morroniside型裂环环烯醚萜苷。  相似文献

目的:利用高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱法(HPLC—DAD—ESI—MS^2)分析了破骨风中裂环环烯醚萜苷类成分。方法:采用该方法得到了破骨风中裂环环烯醚萜苷类成分的紫外(UV)色谱图、总离子流(TIC)色谱图和萃取离子(EIC)色谱图,以及相应色谱峰的紫外光谱图和EIC/MS^2的质谱图,结合文献对其进行解析。结果:鉴别出破骨风中6个裂环环烯醚萜苷类成分,分别为Jasminoside,Jaslanceoside A,Jaslanceoside B,Jaslanceoside C,Jaslanceoside D和Jaslanceoside E;同时发现还有4个未知结构裂环环烯醚萜苷类化合物存在,并对它们的结构进行了推测。结论:高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱法可以用于分析破骨风中裂环环烯醚萜苷类成分。  相似文献

目的:研究红厚壳茎叶的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20柱色谱,PTLC等手段进行化合物的分离,运用1H,13C,2D-NMR,MS等波谱分析法确定结构。结果:分离并鉴定了9个黄酮类化合物,分别为:2-羟基酮(1),4-羟基酮(2),1,5-二羟基酮(3),1,7-二羟基酮(4),1,3,5-三羟基-2-甲氧基酮(5),6-deoxyjacareubin(6),穗花杉双黄酮(7),山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(8),槲皮苷(9)。结论:化合物8和9为首次从红厚壳属植物中得到,化合物1,2,4~6为首次从该植物中得到。  相似文献

Objective To study the ent-kaurane diterpenoids from Rabdosia rubescens. Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatographies and their structures were identified by spectral analyses. Results Four compounds were isolated, and they were identified as bisrubescensin E (1), 2α,3α,24-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (2), 2α,3α,24-trihydroxyurs-12,20-(30)-dien-28-oic acid (3), and 6,7-dihydroxycoumarin (4). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new asymmetric ent-kauranoid dimer. Compound 2 is isolated from the plant for the first time. Compounds 3 and 4 are isolated from the plants of Rabdosia (Bl.) 目的研究小花八角Illicium micranthum的化学成分。方法小花八角的枝叶提取物经醋酸乙酯萃取,余下水相经过反复的柱色谱分离、通过波谱分析确定化合物结构。结果分离得到了1个新化合物和9个已知的成分,分别是小花八角苷(1)、7-β-D-glucosyl pseudomajucin(2)、4,7,9-trihydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxy-8-O-4′-neolignan-9-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(3)、icariside E3(4)、isolariciresinol-3a-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5)、芦丁(6)、杨梅树皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(7)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、山柰酚-8-C-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、莽草酸(10)。结论化合物1为新化合物,是首次从八角属植物中分离到的seco-prezizaane型降倍半萜类化合物;化合物2~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。  相似文献

从中国南海网胰藻Hydroclathrus clathratus中分离得到4个化合物,经MS、^1H NMR、^13C NMR等方法鉴定其结构分别为软酯酸-1-甘油酯(1)、N-(2‘-羟基-1’-羟甲基十五烷基)二十脂肪酸酰胺(2)、尿嘧啶(3)、甘露醇(4)。其中化合物1、2、3均为首次从该藻中分离得到。  相似文献
