目的探讨皮肤变应原点刺试验在皮肤变态反应性疾病诊断中的意义。方法选用德国默克公司生产的阿罗格变应原点刺液17种进行试验,阳性对照用组胺,阴性对照用生理盐水,分别对835例荨麻疹、丘疹性荨麻疹等疾病进行皮肤点刺试验,大于3种过敏原阳性者和/或强阳性者为高敏感者。结果619例阳性(阳性率74.13%),高敏感者336例(40.24%),阳性率前五位的变应原分别为粉尘螨(58.44%)、屋尘螨(54.25%)、霉菌Ⅰ(32.8I%)、霉菌Ⅱ(27.31%)、树Ⅰ(19.04%)。随着年龄的增大,变应原.点刺试验阳性率呈阶梯状下降趋势(P〈0.01)。荨麻疹(83.29%)与丘疹性荨麻疹(80.14%)对变应原反应阳性率较高。结论粉尘螨和屋尘螨是本地区变态反应性皮肤病的最主要的变应原,许多患者可以对多种变应原产生过敏,可以出现强阳性,点刺阳性率随年龄的增大呈下降趋势。皮肤变应原点刺试验可以为变态反应性皮肤病患者避免接触相应过敏原和进行特异性脱敏治疗提供客观依据。  相似文献

目的:了解惠州地区慢性荨麻疹患者变应原种类.方法:应用皮肤点刺试验对300例慢性荨麻疹患者进行变应原检测.结果:慢性荨麻疹变应原检出阳性率为79.3%(238例),阴性率20.7%(62例),所测变应原中,阳性率高的依次为屋尘螨、粉尘螨、海虾、海蟹、鸡蛋清.结论:惠州地区慢性荨麻疹患者变应原检出率高,可能是疾病反复发作的主要因素之一.  相似文献

目的:了解皮肤点刺试验对特应性皮炎和慢性荨麻疹患者的临床意义。方法:对进行皮肤点刺试验的33例特应性皮炎和20例慢性荨麻疹患者的结果进行总结分析。结果:在特应性皮炎和慢性荨麻疹患者中均以粉尘螨(分别为78.79%,75.00%)和屋尘螨(分别为75.76%,70.00%)的阳性率最高,粉尘螨和屋尘螨在两者中的阳性率比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=9.04,P<0.05;χ2=12.35,P<0.05)。牛奶在慢性荨麻疹患者中的阳性率(30.00%)高于在特应性皮炎患者中的阳性率(6.06%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.00,P<0.05)。结论:特应性皮炎患者较慢性荨麻疹患者对粉尘螨、屋尘螨更易过敏,而后者较前者对牛奶更易过敏。进行皮肤点刺试验可以有效寻找过敏原,减少病情反复机会。  相似文献

目的探讨皮肤点刺试验检测慢性荨麻疹变应原的临床意义。方法用20种不同的变应原进行皮肤点刺试验,生理盐水为阴性对照,组胺为阳性对照。结果292例慢性荨麻疹患者中,有210例为阳性反应,阳性率为71.92%,单个变应原中,以吸入性粉尘螨的阳性率为最高,达63.69%。结论皮肤点刺试验特异性高,为慢性荨麻疹患者寻找可能的变应原提供依据,并力求避免接触,以提高患者的生活质量。  相似文献

目的分析天津地区296例过敏性疾病患者的常见变应原。方法采用皮肤点刺试验检测天津地区296例过敏性疾病患者的常见过敏原并对其结果进行分析。结果 296例患者中阳性患者125例,总阳性率为42.23%;其中粉尘螨、屋尘螨阳性率最高,分别为17.91%和15.20%,其次是蟑螂、艾蒿、干草尘埃,分别占9.12%、8.78%和6.08%。荨麻疹、湿疹和特应性皮炎患者的阳性率最高,分别为44.83%、42.64%和40.0%。结论粉尘螨和屋尘螨是天津地区过敏性疾病患者的常见致敏原,其次是蟑螂、艾蒿、干草尘埃,点刺试验是检测过敏原的重要手段。  相似文献

采用皮肤点刺试验对79例慢性荨麻疹患者、91例慢性湿疹患者、30例健康志愿者进行检测.结果:粉尘螨阳性率分别为:35.4%、35.4%和6.7%;屋尘螨阳性率分别为:40.5%、27.5%和6.7%.粉尘螨与屋尘螨在慢性荨麻疹和慢性湿疹患者阳性率与健康对照组比较有显著性差异(均P<0.05).尘螨阳性率男女无显著性差异(P>0.05).各季节间无显著性差异(P>0.05).  相似文献

目的:明确武汉地区慢性荨麻疹患者变应原种类。方法:采用标准化皮肤点刺试验方法对230例慢性荨麻疹患者进行10种变应原检测。结果:受试者变应原粉尘螨阳性率最高占80%;其次是海蟹、海虾、花粉、花生、狗毛上皮,分别占44.35%、36.52%、28.26%、26.96%和21.30%。结论:本地区变应原以粉尘螨最常见,慢性荨麻疹患者应尽可能避免接触含尘螨较多的环境。  相似文献

目的:探讨各种变应原与慢性荨麻疹发病的关系,为临床防治提供指导依据。方法:采用国际标准的皮肤点刺试验对124例慢性荨麻疹患者进行27种变应原的检测。结果:124例慢性荨麻疹患者的变应原检测阳性率达83.8%。屋尘螨、粉尘螨是慢性荨麻疹的主要变应原,各占58.10%、59.70%:其次是虾、杂草、松属、谷类和花粉(禾本科),分别占25.8%、23.4%、22.60%、17.70%和16.9%。其中对一种变应原呈阳性反应9例(7.26%),对两种变应原呈阳性反应为8例(6.45%),对三种及以上变应原呈阳性反应为65例(52.4%)。结论:慢性荨麻疹患者皮肤点刺试验有较高的变应原检出率,能为疾病的预防和进一步脱敏治疗提供可靠依据。  相似文献

目的 了解瘙痒性皮肤病的变应原情况。方法 应用变应原皮肤点刺试验对 5种常见的瘙痒性皮肤病进行检测。 结果  2 80例瘙痒性皮肤病患者的变应原检测阳性率达 82 .14 % ;变应原中屋尘螨 ( 5 0 .0 0 % )和粉尘螨( 3 5 .71% )阳性率最高 ;荨麻疹 ( 93 .14 % )、特应性皮炎 ( 87.5 0 % )对变应原反应阳性率最高 ,其次为湿疹 ( 75 .47% )。结论 变应原皮肤点刺试验具有操作简便、快速、特异性高的特点 ,可以帮助患者找出病因 ,在日常生活中避免接触致病变应原。  相似文献

由于部分荨麻疹患者皮肤受压后会发红、起风团,因而可能或多或少地扩大变应原皮肤点刺试验的反应,甚至引起点刺试验假阳性,从而导致变应原的误诊,慢性荨麻疹最常见的变应原是尘螨[1].我们对最常见的尘螨过敏引起的慢性荨麻疹,在点刺试验的基础上,再进行血清特异性IgE(slgE)检测,比较尘螨变应原点刺试验阳性强度与其对应的血清slgE阳性级别,评估两者之间的相关性.  相似文献

Intradermal skin tests and in vitro antigen-induced histamine release from leucocytes were carried out using mite, house dust and candida allergens in 49 patients with chronic urticaria in whom the cause was not identifiable from the history. None of them had other atopic diseases. Among the 49 cases, the number of patients who gave positive skin reactions to different allergens was as follows: mite, 24; house dust, 18; candida, 17. Significant histamine release from leucocytes by mite antigen was observed in 8 out of 12 patients who had 2+ or 3+ skin reactions. The present results suggest that mite, house dust and candida allergens may play a role in chronic urticaria, and especially that the mite may be one of the possible allergens in chronic urticaria.  相似文献

目的探讨各种变应原与慢性荨麻疹发病的关系,为患者的预防提供指导依据。方法采用国际标准的皮肤点刺试验对400例慢性荨麻疹患者进行23种变应原的检测。结果400例慢性荨麻疹患者进行23种变应原的检测阳性率达65.75%(263例):变应原中粉尘螨45.25%(181例)阳性率最高,其次为螨Ⅱ36.50%(146例)。结论对于慢性荨麻疹患者在诊疗过程中应积极寻找病因,避免在日常生活中接触相应的致病变应原,降低发病率。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Chronic urticaria is one of the perplexing problems faced by clinicians. There are a few reports associating house dust mite sensitivity with chronic urticaria, based upon the patient's history as well as intradermal skin testing and in vitro analysis. AIMS: To investigate the possible association between house dust mite sensitivity and chronic urticaria. METHODS: In this case control study three groups of patients were enrolled. Group I: Chronic urticaria (73 subjects). Group II: Chronic urticaria with collateral allergic disorders (49 subjects). Group III: Normal subjects without chronic urticaria or other allergies (25 subjects). All the patients underwent skin prick testing with antigens of the house dust mite, Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (DP) and Dermatophagoides farinae (DF), with positive and negative controls. RESULTS: Among the patients with chronic urticaria, 78/122 (64%) patients had skin sensitivity to house dust mites. Out of these, 39/73 (53%) had chronic urticaria alone and 39/49 (79%) had chronic urticaria with other associated allergies. Among the normal control subjects, 7/25(28%) reacted positively to house dust mites. CONCLUSION: This study suggests a possible association of house dust mite sensitivity with chronic urticaria.  相似文献

The correlation between RAST and three different commercial extracts referred to allergen and commercial gives a review of the reliability of skin tests (up to 25% false results). The question whether both RAST-discs for house dust and house dust mite have to be used is discussed. 酶免疫分析法体外检测过敏原在荨麻疹病因筛查中的价值   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
目的 : 评价酶免疫分析法 (ELISA)体外检测过敏原在荨麻疹病因筛查中的临床应用价值。方法 : 采用ELISA检测 15 4例荨麻疹患者和 11例健康对照者血清食入性及吸入性过敏原特异性IgE。结果 :  15 4例荨麻疹患者总阳性率为 6 8.8% ,明显高于健康对照组 9.1%的阳性率 (P <0 .0 1)。其中食入组阳性率为 4 4 .8% ,鳕 (带鱼、金枪鱼 )阳性率最高 ,螃蟹、虾、龙虾次之。吸入组阳性率 4 8.1% ,尘 (粉 )螨阳性率最高 ,屋尘次之。结论 : ELISA体外检测过敏原在荨麻疹病因筛查中具有实际应用价值。  相似文献

The house dust mite long has been studied for its potential role in atopic dermatitis. Its part in the pathogenesis of asthma and allergic rhinitis has been studied and is accepted. Testing for the dust mite allergen in this arena is performed with radioallergosorbent tests (RASTs) and prick testing. For several reasons, including the lack of a standardized testing tool, the difficulty in removing dust from the environment and the lack of association of dust and skin disease by patients, the role of the house dust mite in the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis and skin disease has been questioned. Chemotechnique Diagnostics (Malmo, Sweden) now provides a standardized dust mite allergen in petrolatum in 2 concentrations. Dermatophagoides mix is a 50:50 mix of Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and D. farinae at concentrations of 20% and 30%. The availability of a standardized patch test allergen for the house dust mite provides a better tool to investigate the role of this allergen as a contactant.  相似文献

目的:了解小儿荨麻疹和遗传过敏性皮炎(AD)患者血清特异性 IgE(SIgE)及总IgE(TIgE)水平变化。方法:采用Mast检测系统,对116例变态反应性皮肤病患儿血清SIgE和TIgE进行检测。结果:荨麻疹和AD患儿均以屋尘螨、粉尘螨阳性检出率最高,分别为荨麻疹(20.5%、17.9%)和AD(34.2%、34.2%)。在AD患儿,家尘、狗毛、猫毛、牛奶、鸡蛋亦有较高的阳性检出率。结论:屋尘螨、粉尘螨是广州地区小儿荨麻疹和AD患者最常见的变应原。  相似文献
