A methanol extract of Combretum micranthum leaves was studied for anti-inflammatory activity in rats and mice using the carrageenan-induced rat paw oedema and the acetic acid-induced vascular permeability in mice. The effect of the extract on cellular-type inflammation was also investigated in the cotton pellet granuloma in rats. The extract (50, 100 mg/kg) significantly (P < 0.05) inhibited oedema production induced by carrageenan in rats. Increased vascular permeability caused by acetic acid injection was also inhibited by the extract, within the same dose range. C. micranthum extract (100 mg/kg) inhibited granuloma formation in rats to a similar degree as indomethacin (5 mg/kg). These results provide evidence for the anti-inflammatory property of C. micranthum leaves.  相似文献

文冠木正丁醇提取物对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、蛋清致大鼠足肿胀、角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加、小鼠羧甲基纤维素囊中白细胞游走、小鼠棉球肉芽肿生长均有显著的抑制作用 ,同样剂量下 ,文冠木正丁醇提取物对角叉菜胶致去双侧肾上腺小鼠足肿胀仍有显著的抑制作用 ,且对小鼠肾上腺重量及肾上腺中维生素C的含量没有明显影响  相似文献

杠板归抗炎止咳作用的实验研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的观察杠板归的抗炎止咳作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进实验和角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀实验观察杠板归消炎作用;采用SO2引咳法观察其止咳作用及大鼠毛玻璃管排痰法观察其化痰作用。结果杠板归提取物能明显抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓的肿胀度,抑制醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增高,降低角叉菜胶致足趾肿胀大鼠血清和足爪局部炎症组织中前列腺素(PGE2)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量;杠板归能延长SO2引咳的咳嗽潜伏期、减少咳嗽次数、促进大鼠排痰量。结论杠板归有抗炎、止咳化痰作用。  相似文献

[目的]考察虎杖的乙酸乙酯提取物的抗炎作用及初步机制。[方法]分别以地塞米松、阿司匹林和环磷酰胺为阳性对照药,采用虎杖的乙酸乙酯提取物对小鼠和大鼠的多种炎症模型进行抑制实验。[结果]虎杖的乙酸乙酯提取物对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀有显著抑制作用(P<0.00 J);对小鼠、大鼠纸片法所致肉芽肿有显著抑制作用(P<0.01);对腹腔注射醋酸所致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高有显著抑制作用(P<0.01);对角叉菜胶所致小鼠肿胀足中炎症介质PGE2合成有显著抑制作用(P<0.001);对三硝基氯苯诱导的小鼠迟发性超敏反应有显著抑制作用(P<0.01);对肾上腺切除大鼠纸片法致肉芽肿(P<0.01)及角叉菜胶所致足跖肿胀(P<0.05)有显著抑制作用,但其抑制率均较正常大鼠相应实验抑制率有所降低。[结论]虎杖的乙酸乙酯提取物有一定的抗炎作用,其作用机制可能是抑制炎症介质PGE2的合成、抑制细胞免疫及与垂体-肾上腺皮质系统有关。  相似文献

A methanolic extract of Russelia equisetiformis whole plant was studied for anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities in rats and mice using carrageenan-induced rat paw oedema, aceticacid-induced writhing and tail-flick test. The extract, at 10, 20 and 40 mg/kg, significantly (P <0.05) inhibited carrageenan-induced oedema in rats. Abdominal constriction induced by acetic acid was also inhibited by the extract, within the same dose range. The extract at the same dose also prolonged the latency period in the tail-flick response test, which was reverted by naloxone. The results suggested that the extract possesses potential anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.  相似文献

目的研究巴戟天提取物对大鼠类风湿性关节炎的抗炎作用。方法采用完全Freund’s佐剂诱导大鼠类风湿性关节炎和0.6%冰醋酸致小鼠疼痛扭体模型,分别以大鼠足踝关节周径、炎症介质PGE2含量,小鼠扭体次数为指标,观察巴戟天提取物对实验性类风湿性关节炎的作用。结果 巴戟天提取物中剂量、高剂量对完全Freund’s佐剂所致的大鼠足肿胀有明显抑制作用,能降低PGE2的含量(P<0.05,P<0.01);减少冰醋酸所致的小鼠扭体次数(P<0.01)。结论巴戟天提取物具有一定的抗类风湿性关节炎作用,其抗炎镇痛作用和降低炎症介质PGE2含量密切相关。  相似文献

目的:观察桂皮醛解热镇痛抗炎作用。方法:采用酵母发热大鼠模型,观察桂皮醛解热作用;采用小鼠扭体法和热板法,观察桂皮醛镇痛作用;通过小鼠耳肿胀及对腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响观察桂皮醛抗炎作用。结果:桂皮醛能显著减轻酵母所致大鼠发热反应,明显提高热板痛阈和抑制醋酸所致扭体反应,亦能显著抑制腹腔毛细血管通透性的增高及二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀。结论:桂皮醛具有明显的解热镇痛抗炎作用。  相似文献

The ethanol extract of Chinese medicinal ants Polyrhachis lamelliden was evaluated for its analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities in mice. It was shown that the extract significantly inhibited acetic acid-induced writhing response and increased hot-plate pain threshold of mice at doses of 1.5 and 3.0 g crude drug/kg. Meanwhile, the extract significantly inhibited the increase in vascular permeability induced by acetic acid and in ear edema induced by xylene in mice. However, it had no obvious effect on leukocyte migration induced by carboxymethylcellulose sodium (CMC-Na). The ethanol extract suspended in water was partitioned with diethyl ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol successively to yield four fractions including water fraction. Among these fractions, diethyl ether and ethyl acetate fractions were found to increase hot-plate pain threshold and to inhibit acetic acid-induced writhing response in mice. Water fractions markedly inhibited acetic acid-induced writhing response and reduced the dye leakage to the peritoneal cavity induced by acetic acid and ear edema induced by xylene. These results suggest that P. lamellidens presents remarkable analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity, which supported the traditional use of the medicinal ants in the treatment of various diseases associated with inflammation. The diethyl ether fraction has greater contribution to the overall analgesic activity, whereas the water fraction showed the greatest anti-inflammatory and peripheral analgesic activities.  相似文献

目的考察胃康宁 (WeiKangNing,WKN)经口给药对胃炎、胃溃疡的防治作用。方法主要以实验性胃炎、胃溃疡动物模型 ,采用灌胃多次给药方法 ,考察WKN对实验性胃炎、胃溃疡动物模型的防治作用。结果WKN对无水乙醇致小鼠胃粘膜损伤有明显保护作用 ,对冰醋酸致痛小鼠有显著镇痛作用 ;能显著抑制大鼠冰醋酸烧灼型胃溃疡的发生 ,对氨水所致大鼠萎缩性胃炎有非常显著的治疗作用 ,并对大鼠胃酸分泌有一定的抑制作用。结论WKN对大、小鼠实验性胃炎、胃溃疡有显著疗效。  相似文献

The methanol extract of Amaranthus spinosus L. leaves was evaluated for anti-inflammatory activities in different animal models. The effect of the plant extract was also studied on castor oil–induced diarrhea and gastric mucosal integrity. The extract (25–100 mg/kg) inhibited the carrageenan-induced rat paw edema and produced significant (p < 0.05) inhibition of acetic acid–induced increased vascular permeability. Inhibition of the cotton pellet granuloma was also inhibited by 100 mg/kg of the plant extract. Analgesic activity was exhibited with the significant and dose-related reduction in the number of writhings induced with acetic acid, as well reduction in paw licking induced by injection of formalin in mice. The extract (50 and 100 mg/kg) produced gastric erosion in rats, following repeated administration for 4 days, and with 25–100 mg/kg of the extract, there was a statistically significant (p < 0.05) reduction in castor oil–induced diarrhea in rats. These results demonstrate the anti-inflammatory properties of the leaf extract of A. spinosus. It is also suggested that the plant extract probably acts by the inhibition of prostaglandin biosynthesis.  相似文献

目的:研究复方水牛角水提取物和醇提取物对尿酸钠所致大鼠急性痛风性关节炎(AGA)、冰醋酸致小鼠疼痛及二甲苯致小鼠耳壳炎症的作用.方法:采用2.5%尿酸钠溶液造成大鼠AGA模型,以0.6%冰醋酸溶液致小鼠疼痛扭体模型,以二甲苯造成小鼠耳壳急性炎症模型.分别以大鼠的踝关节肿胀度、血清尿酸含量,小鼠的扭体次数和耳廓肿胀度为指标,测定复方水牛角水提取物和醇提取物的镇痛、抗炎活性.结果:复方水牛角水提取物和醇提取物对尿酸钠所致AGA大鼠踝关节肿胀有明显抑制作用,在造模24 h时模型对照组关节肿胀率为(64.49±9.48)%,复方水牛角水提取物和醇提取物高剂量组关节肿胀率分别为(41.95±11.18)%和(42.32±6.85)%(P<0.01),并能明显降低血尿酸水平.复方水牛角水提取物和醇提取物可减少冰醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数,减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀程度.结论:复方水牛角提取物具有镇痛、抗炎作用,其机制可能与降低血清中尿酸水平有关.  相似文献

This study was carried out to determine the effects of the 70% ethanolic extract from the anomalous fruits of Gleditsia sinensis LAM. (AFGS) on experimental allergic reactions and inflammation. AFGS (200, 500, 1000 mg/kg, p.o.) dose-dependently inhibited the systemic anaphylactic shock induced by compound 48/80 in mice and cutaneous reactions induced by histamine or serotonin in rats. At doses of 500 and 1000 mg/kg, AFGS showed a clear inhibition on homologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis in rats. In vitro, AFGS significantly reduced histamine release from rat peritoneal mast cells triggered by compound 48/80 at concentrations of 20 and 50 micro/ml. Moreover, AFGS (500, 1000 mg/kg, p.o.) showed a significant inhibition on the hind paw edema in rats and ear swelling in mice caused by carrageenin and croton oil, respectively. It also clearly inhibited the vascular permeability induced by acetic acid in mice at a dose of 1000 mg/kg. These findings demonstrate that the ethanolic extract from the anomalous fruits of Gleditsia sinensis possesses antiallergic and anti-inflammatory activities, which may be mediated by reducing the release of mediators such as histamine from mast cells and weakening the inflammatory action of these mediators.  相似文献

目的 :研究当归油的镇痛、抗炎作用。方法 :应用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高、蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀及大鼠棉球肉芽肿增生4种动物模型进行抗炎药效学实验 ;采用醋酸致小鼠扭体反应 ,进行镇痛实验。结果 :当归油能显著抑制上述各种动物模型的炎症反应及醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应。结论 :当归油对急、慢性炎症均有明显抑制作用 ,且有一定的镇痛效果。  相似文献

目的研究甘草水煎液的抗炎作用。方法分别采用小鼠二甲苯性耳肿胀模型、醋酸致小鼠腹膜通透性增高模型、大鼠蛋清性足肿胀模型和大鼠棉球肉芽肿模型,研究甘草水煎液的抗炎作用。结果甘草水煎液可以显著抑制小鼠二甲苯性耳肿胀,大鼠蛋清性足肿胀、降低腹膜通透性及抑制棉球肉芽肿的增生。结论甘草水煎液具有较好的抗炎作用。  相似文献

目的考察越鞠胶囊内容物 (theInclusionofYuejuCapsule ,IYC)与临床药效有关的药理作用。方法口服给药 ,采用乙醇致小鼠胃粘膜损伤模型、冰醋酸致大鼠胃溃疡模型、醋酸致小鼠疼痛模型、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型等考察受试物的药理学作用。结果在所选剂量范围内 ,IYC对乙醇致小鼠胃粘膜损伤和冰醋酸致大鼠胃溃疡模型均有显著的保护作用 ,且有一定的量效关系 ;对醋酸致小鼠扭体反应和对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀均有明显抑制作用 ;同时有显著的利胆作用。结论IYC对大、小鼠实验性溃疡的发生有明显的拮抗作用 ,并有一定的消炎、镇痛、利胆作用  相似文献

Propolis (bee-glue), known as a folk medicine, is a lipophilic material found in honeybee hives. In the present study on the anti-inflammatory effect of Korean propolis, it was extracted with ethanol, and used as a test material. The LD50 value with the oral administration of ethanolic extract of Korean propolis (EEKP) was higher than 2 g/kg in mice. The oral administration of the propolis extract (100 mg/kg) significantly inhibited the development of hind paw edema induced by carrageenin in rats. The oral pretreatment of the propolis extract markedly inhibited the increase in vascular permeability and the number of writhing induced by acetic acid in mice. Propolis extract, 50 and 100 mg/kg p.o. per day for 7 days, produced a significant inhibitory effect on granuloma and exudate formation in rats. This inhibitory effect was enhanced with the concomitant use of prednisolone (2.5 mg/kg). These results suggest that Korean propolis apparently has a strong anti-inflammatory activity.  相似文献

目的:研究飞燕草总黄酮提取物对小鼠炎症的抑制作用。方法:采用乙醇回流提取法提取飞燕草总黄酮,同时采用醋酸致毛细血管通透性增高急性炎症法研究飞燕草总黄酮的消炎作用。结果:乙醇回流提取所得飞燕草总黄酮对醋酸致毛细血管通透性增高急性炎症有明显的消炎作用。结论:乙醇回流提取飞燕草总黄酮含量高,且提取物消炎作用明显。  相似文献

目的研究半边莲不同溶剂提取物的镇痛抗炎作用。方法制备半边莲水提取物和75%乙醇提取物,采用醋酸扭体实验和热板实验测定半边莲提取物镇痛作用,二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验和10%蛋清致小鼠足跖肿胀实验测定半边莲提取物抗炎作用。结果半边莲水提取物可明显抑制醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应(P<0.01);给予半边莲水提取物和醇提取物1,2 h,小鼠热板痛阈值明显提高(P<0.05或P<0.01);半边莲提取物能抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀(P<0.05或P<0.01);半边莲提取物在致炎后0.5,1,2,4 h能显著抑制10%蛋清所致小鼠足跖肿胀(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论半边莲提取物有明显的镇痛和抗炎作用。  相似文献

异谷树碱400mg/kg灌胃给药,可显著抑制毛细血管通透性增加,二甲苯、角叉菜胶、鸡蛋清和甲醛等致炎剂产生的水肿,白细胞游走和棉球肉芽肿增生。异谷树碱对酵母发热大鼠有明显解热作用。结果表明,异谷树碱具有抗炎效应。  相似文献
