目的 构建既符合我国国情,又顺应国际环境的本科护理学专业教育标准,为开展本科护理学专业认证提供依据和科学的评价工兵.方法 考察我国护理本科教育现状,并组织专家小组会议构建本科护理学专业教育标准草案.运用德尔菲法,从全国开办护理本科护理教育的院校中选择98所进行两轮函询,根据专家意见修订草案,同时对标准进行验证.结果 确立的本科护理学专业教育标准包括本科护理学毕业生应达到的基本要求(32项)和本科护理学专业教育办学标准(10个领域40项).专家意见的集中程度和对各级指标评价的一致性程度均较高.结论 形成的本科护理学专业教育标准科学、全面地规定了我国护理本科教育的人才培养和办学条件要求,符合我国本科护理教育的发展现状,并融入了我国护理专业发展特色,体现了当前护理教育发展的国际趋势.

THE AMERICAN Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) is the national voice for university and 4-year college education programs in nursing. Representing more than 560 member schools of nursing at public and private institutions nationwide, AACN's educational, research, governmental advocacy, data collection, publications, and other programs work to establish quality standards for bachelor's degree and graduate degree nursing education, assist deans and directors to implement those standards, influence the nursing profession to improve health care, and promote public support of baccalaureate and graduate nursing education, research, and practice.     

中国护理教育资源现状及发展趋势的研究

目的了解我国护理教育资源的现状及发展趋势。方法采用文件查阅和问卷调查法收集护理教育办学信息,采用咨询法征集有关专家的意见。结果我国护理教育体系由中专、大专、本科和研究生教育4个层次、普通和成人教育两种类型构成;1998-2007年普通护理教育招生数逐年增长,2007年全国总招生数已达39.1万名,构成比为中专71.09%、大专22.23%、本科6.68%;近些年硕士点数目增长速度快,2007年共招收硕士生341名;2004年我国开始护理学博士教育;成人大专、本科教育规模扩大。结论需要进一步调整我国护理教育的规模与结构,控制总招生规模,逐步扩大高等教育的比例;加强对办学机构的准入管理和教学质量监控;学校应加强办学的质量意识,加强教学基本建设。     

The Texas model of differentiated entry-level competencies of graduates of nursing programs

The Board of Nurse Examiners and the Board of Vocational Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas updated the state's competency-based education model in collaboration with stakeholders in nursing service, state nursing organizations, and the deans and directors of the state's 82 board-accredited professional nursing programs. Based on this collaborative effort, 14 differentiated entry-level competencies with associated knowledge and clinical behaviors/judgments were identified that set standards for graduates of vocational, diploma, associate, and baccalaureate degree programs.     

Hallmarks of the professional nursing practice environment

Rise of accelerated baccalaureate programs

Accelerated baccalaureate programs were introduced as a way to address the nursing shortage and to accommodate nursing students who had already completed university level education in another discipline. These programs are intense, rigorous, compressed and fast paced. The authors conducted a review of the literature to determine how students in these programs differ from those in traditional baccalaureate programs and examine the implications for nursing education and practice.     

Global standards for professional nursing education: The time is now

A well-educated, professional nursing workforce is essential to good health care outcomes. Although nursing education is being strengthened globally, considerable diversity persists in the level and standards of nursing education both within and across countries. An international framework of guidelines for nursing education has, therefore, been developed to promote greater international consistency and high-quality nursing education globally.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the multinational methodology used to develop a global framework for professional nursing education and the policy implications of this framework in guiding the harmonization of nursing education demanded by the State of the World's Nursing 2020 (WHO, 2020a) call to action. The framework includes the underpinning assumption that nurses be prepared at the baccalaureate level and three pillars of global expectations targeting: a) learning outcomes for graduating preservice nursing students; b) standards for nursing programs, and c) standards for educational institutions delivering nursing programs.The Global Pillars Framework reflects international best practices, but the guidelines are adaptable across socio-cultural contexts facilitating the integration of locally relevant education. As 2020 has been declared the Year of the Nurse and Midwife globally, the ground has been laid for the next evolution in the education of the nursing workforce globally.
