本文介绍了安徽省皖南医学院附院——弋矾山医院医院信息系统(HIS)中触摸屏导诊及查询系统的设计与实现方法。该导诊及查询系统可实时查询药品和各诊疗服务项目的价格,病人也可通过此系统查询医疗费用的使用清单,反馈各种选择性的意见调查信息。同时应用数据库技术后台维护各种信息。能满足服务于病人及软件易维护的需要。  相似文献

目的:为了可以在更多平台上实现对医学图像的查看和简单诊断,本文设计了基于Android智能操作系统平台的医学图像显示软件。方法:通过对DICOM3.0标准医学图像格式的解读分析以及对AIM规范的研究了解,实现过程中使用C++和Java语言在Eclipse开发环境下对软件进行开发,其中,由C++语言编写的部分负责实现对DICOM文件中像素数据及其文本信息的读取,由Java语言编写的部分负责实现对已读取到的内容进行显示,对医学图像中关注区域进行标注,以及解析显示AIM规范中的标注信息。结果:在Android操作系统的平板电脑上实现了对DICOM格式医学图像及其相关文本信息的读取与显示、ROI(关注区域)的标注处理等功能,并且标注信息的读取和储存符合AIM规范。结论:结合Android系统特点,利用平板电脑通过触摸屏进行操作的交互优势,使医学图像的浏览和注释过程更加便捷,可广泛应用于医学诊断和学术研究。  相似文献

Background

Studies in western clinical settings suggest that touch screen computer surveys are an acceptable mode of collecting information about cancer patients’ wellbeing

Purpose

We examined the acceptability of a touch screen tablet survey among cancer patients in Japan.

Methods

Eligible patients (n?=?262) attending a university hospital radiation therapy (RT) department were invited to complete a touch screen tablet survey about psychosocial communication and care. Survey consent and completion rates, the proportion and characteristics of patients who completed the touch screen survey unassisted, and patient-reported acceptability were assessed.

Results

Of 158 consenting patients (consent rate 60 % [95 % CI 54, 66 %] of eligible patients), 152 completed the touch screen computer survey (completion rate 58 % [95 % CI 52, 64 %] of eligible patients). The survey was completed without assistance by 74 % (n?=?113; 95 % CI 67, 81 %) of respondents. Older age was associated with higher odds of having assistance with survey completion (OR 1.09; 95 % CI 1.04, 1.14 %). Ninety-two percent of patients (95 % CI 86, 96 %) felt that the touch screen survey was easy to use and 95 % (95 % CI 90, 98 %) agreed or strongly agreed that they were comfortable answering the questions. Overall, 65 % (95 % CI 57, 73 %) of respondents would be willing to complete such a survey more than once while waiting for RT treatment.

Conclusions

Although patient self-reported acceptability of the touch screen survey was high, self-administered touch screen tablet surveys may not be entirely appropriate for older cancer patients or possibly for patients with lower educational attainment.

Rhesus monkeys learned a series of conditional visuomotor associations involving two-dimensional "objects" that instructed one of three responses: tapping a touch screen, steady contact with the screen for a brief period, or steady contact for a longer period. Relative to controls, fornix-transected monkeys were impaired in the acquisition of new associations and in the retention of preoperatively learned ones. These findings challenge the view that the hippocampal system participates in associative learning only when spatial information is relevant to either the stimulus or the response.  相似文献

数字减影血管造影设备(DSA)是介入手术的关键设备,但其床旁控制器与可编程控制器(PLC)之间的接口电路复杂,存在接线繁琐、安装调试周期长且难以维护维修等缺点。本文提出一种用触摸屏代替床旁控制器的新型控制方案。该方案利用触摸屏组态软件设计床旁控制器的操作命令,命令的发送通过PLC和触摸屏之间的以太网进行传递。新方案不但有效简化了原有接口电路,大大减少信号线的数量,而且使安装维修及功能扩展变得简单易行。  相似文献

We have studied the use in anatomic pathology of a computerized interactive morphometry system and conditions for reliability and proper interpretation of data obtained by tracings. Because of the ease of operation and direct visualization of the tracings, we prefer touch-sensitive screens to digitizing tablets as optimal interactive peripherals. Because touch screens have fewer sampling points (256 X 256) than tracing tablets, we studied the relationship between point density and accuracy of length and area measurements by tracing models of known dimensions on the touch screen by experimenting with different step sizes ranging from every second to every sixth valid sampling point; we obtained excellent results with step size 6 followed by two-fold smoothing by two-dimensional filtering. We conclude that because of staircase formation, a high point density may be more of a liability than an asset and that the touch screen is satisfactory. By tracing closed figures of variable shapes but known areas we observed that area measurements may be unreliable with certain irregular shapes and we discuss how perimeter to area ratios can be used to compute surface to volume ratios. Finally, the generation of simple calibrated graphic standards over routine pathologic slides makes the system useful for fast diagnostic applications.  相似文献

为解决医生在院外诊疗活动中无法同时获取患者的院内和院外诊疗信息,造成诊疗信息断裂,无法闭环的问题和患者无法随时随地获取自身院内诊疗信息的现象。采用HL7的新FHIR(fast healthcare interoperability resources,FHIR)标准做为核心的信息模型并对各种异构的消息进行统一格式转换,同时利用契合FHIR的RESTful Web Service作为异构系统集成技术,构建一个院后数据集成平台以支撑院内外诊疗信息互操作。使用FHIR构建的院后数据集成平台在部门实际环境试运行三个月,平台运行稳定,医生和患者使用情况良好。该平台集成简便,互操作能力强,能够很好的解决连续性医疗中信息不连续,医生无法获取患者全面诊疗信息以及患者自身诊疗信息获取的问题。  相似文献

Effects of different types of light touch on postural sway   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
When a standing person applies a light finger touch to an external stable object, postural sway is reduced. We tested a hypothesis that two factors related to touch can induce this effect, the presence of a stable reference point and the modulation of contact forces leading to tissue deformation. Force platform signals were analyzed while subjects stood quietly with or without additional light touch to an external object (contact forces under 1 N). The point of touch on the body was manipulated. We also investigated the effects of active touch vs fixation of a finger at a point in external space. The results show that touch to the head or neck can be more effective in reducing body sway than a finger touch. A larger reduction in sway was observed when the finger was fixed in a clip (the net forces between the clip and the point of its fixation to the stand were under 1 N) as compared to a free light touch to a pad. The subjects showed a reduction in postural sway while holding a load suspended using a pulley system; in this situation, contact with the load via the pulley provided modulation of contact forces but not a fixed reference point. This finding emphasizes the importance of such factors as stability of the contact point and modulation of contact forces, as compared to active touch or to an implicit task of stabilizing the kinematic chain. The system of postural stabilization can reduce postural sway, making use of either of two sources of sensory information associated with touch, one related to providing a fixed reference point in space, and the other related to transient force changes at the point of contact related to the sway. 个体化医疗事业的发展对微型、低成本医疗诊断产品的需求日益增加。为实现对人体呼吸率的长时监测从而对睡眠、呼吸障碍等加以评估,本文基于将数据记录与解读环节完全分离的飞机黑匣子理念,研制出采用廉价T型热电偶记录温度以反映人体呼吸率的超低成本记录卡,可以更方便、更长时间的对呼吸温度数据及时间信息进行采集和事后评估。通过与商业化Agilent数据采集仪的呼吸频率对比监测实验表明,该记录卡可以较好地获取呼吸频率信息,且易于通过USB接口再现于计算机屏幕。本文工作为建立低成本化呼吸诊断提供了重要而现实的技术途径。  相似文献
