特色专业视野下临床医学专业建设的探索与实践

在深化医疗卫生体制改革、促进医疗卫生事业发展中,临床医学专业人才发挥着重要的作用.根据特色专业建设的目标和原则,参照国家医学教育标准,结合社会需求和教学实际,南华大学医学院调整临床医学专业人才培养目标和专业方向,突出医学人文教育和临床技能培养,强化学科建设和优秀团队建设,创新教学模式和教学方法,以期提高专业人才的培养质量.

Abstract：

The clinical medical profession als play great roles in deepening the reform of medical system and promoting the development of medical and health services. According to the goals and principles of the program construction and national standards in medical education, combined with social needs and practical teaching, Medical School of University of South China adjusted the personnel training target and direction of professional education and emphasis on medical humanities, clinical skills, strengthening discipline construction and excellent team construction, innovating teaching model and teaching method, in the hope of improving the quality of talent cultivation.     

基于网络的教学医院临床教学管理系统的建设

通过分析当前临床教学管理工作现状,研究应用网络程序设计技术开发临床教学管理系统.本系统主要包括档案管理、流程计划、成绩管理、考勤管理、教学评价共五个部分,涵盖日常教学管理活动的多个方面,实现了临床教学管理工作的网络化和自动化,提高了管理人员的工作效率,完善了教学信息反馈,提高了教学管理质量.

Abstract：

This study is to apply network programming technology to develop a management system of clinical teaching through analysis of the current status of the management of clinical teaching. The system mainly consisted of the management of records, procedures, testing scores, work attendance, and assessment of teaching quality, which were the main routine activities of teaching management. The system made the networking and automation of routine clinical teaching coming true. Its advantages improved the work efficiency of manager, perfected the feedback of teaching information and promoted the effect of teaching administration.     

康复治疗学实验教学探析

实验教学是康复治疗学专业教学与实践的关键环节.本文结合广州医学院康复治疗学实验教学与专业人才培养的实践,对康复治疗学实验教学中心建设、实验教学课程体系改革与教材建设、实验教学师资队伍建设和实验室开放进行了初步的阐述,其目的 在于提高康复治疗学实验教学质量.

Abstract：

Experimental teaching was the key aspect of teaching and practice in rehabilitation therapeutic specialty. Combining the practice of Guangzhou Medical College on experimental teaching and talent training in rehabilitation therapeutic specialty,it was set forth constructing of the experimental teaching center, reforming of experimental teaching system and teaching materials, constructing of faculty and opening of laboratory in this paper. The aim was to improve the experimental teaching quality of rehabilitation therapeutic specialty.     

把握医学教育发展趋势推进本科医学教育改革

医学教育的目标在于培养优秀的医生,把握医学教育发展趋势,才能有力推进医学院校本科医学教育教学改革,提高医学教育质量.在此,从课程计划、教学内容、教学策略与方法以及评价方式等方面分析了国际国内医学教育改革和发展趋势,介绍了重庆医科大学搭建"教学与科研相互促进、医学与人文相互融合、知识与能力同步提高"的教育教学大平台,在管理体制、人才培养模式、课程计划以及评价方式等方面进行改革方面的思路和做法.

Abstract：

The goal of medical education is to train good doctors.Only by understanding the trend of medical education development,call medical schools effectively promote educational reform and improve the quality of medical education.In this paper,we analyze the trend of course plans,teaching content,teaching strategies and the evaluation mode of the domestic and international medical education reform and development,introduce the ideas and practices in reform of management system,training pattern,course plans and assessment methods based on the education platform of"mutual promotion of teaching and research,mutual integration of medicine and humanities and simultaneous improvement of knowledge and ability"in Chongqing Medical University.     

双语教学在妇产科学教学中的应用效果

为了解妇产科学双语教学的实施效果,对大连大学附属中山医院五年制临床医学专业39名学生进行了问卷调查.结果 显示,学生英语基础、师资队伍素质、英语教材以及教学组织形式对双语教学的效果有所影响.妇产科学双语教学需要进一步规范化.

Abstract：

In order to improve the teaching effect of obstetrics and gynecology a questionnaire survey among medical students was carried out in the Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University to know the views and the suggestions of bilingual teaching in obstetrics and gynecology. Through analysis, it showed that the effect of bilingual teaching was influenced by student's English level, the teachers' quality, teaching materials and the teaching arrangement.     

在肿瘤内科学实习课中引入PBL教学法的实践

目的 探讨PBL教学法在肿瘤内科学实习课中的应用效果.方法 采用PBL教学法与传统教学法(LBL)在肿瘤内科临床实习课中进行实践,并比较其教学效果.结果 PBL组教学效果显著优于LBL组.结论 PBL教学法在肿瘤内科临床实习课教学中具有较明显优势,能提高实习教学质量.

Abstract：

Objective To discuss the teaching effects of PBL teaching approach applied in clinical practice of medical oncology.Methods Throush clinical practice of medical onclolgy with the PBL teaching approach and the traditional one.A contrast between two teaching modes was made.And the teaching results were investigated based on the questionaic.Results The PBL teaching approach is superior to the traditional one.Conclusion The PBL teaching approach has an obvious advantage in the teaching of clinical practice of medical oncology and can improve the teaching quality     

循证医学网络教学平台的构建与实践

临床医学教学中引进循证医学教育是医学发展的必然要求.本文从循证医学网络教学平台的构建特色、教学实践的优势等方面进行了探讨,并提出了尚待研究的问题.

Abstract：

To introduce the evidence-based medicine (EBM) into clinical medical education is inevitable demand for modern medical development. Base on website, EBM teaching network platform was set up in Guangxi Medical University in order to solve the problems such as no EBM idea in present teaching, lack of class periods and teachers. The features of construction, practice and some questions to resolve for this network platform were discussed.     

山西省中等卫生职业教育状况的调查与思考

本文通过对2002年至2006年山西省中等卫生学校状况的调查,重点分析了山西省中等卫生职业教育发展中存在的主要问题,并提出了山西省中等卫生职业教育发展的建议,力争对促进山西省中等卫生职业教育发展有一定的参考意义.

Abstract：

Based on the survey from 2002 to 2006, we analysed the main problems existing in the development of Shanxi secondary health vocational education and propose the suggestions on it. We hope to promote the development of Shanxi secondary vocational education in some certain.     

耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科学课程解剖生理双语教学模式初探

本文探讨了耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科学课程中解剖生理双语教学的模式、实施效果、优势及存在问题.教学实践表明,耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科学课程中解剖生理开展双语教学是可行的.为了提高教学效果,双语教学应当特别关注教学质量、提高学生学习主动性、提高师资外语水平及建立完善的双语教学评价体系等方面的问题.

Abstract：

Bilingual teaching model and its effect, advantages and possible problems for the anatomy and physiology of otorhinolaryngology were explored in this article. It showed that bilingual teaching was feasible for teaching anatomy and physiology of otorhinolaryngology. In order to improve the teaching effect,special attentions must be paid to the teaching quality,the elevation of students' activity,the improvement of teachers' English level and the establishment of teaching evaluation system in bilingual teaching.     

医疗卫生信息技术教学中建构主义理论的探索与实践:以项目教学法为例

在越来越大的就业压力下,对于职业院校的学生来说,传统的教学方法 显露出的各种缺陷已不能满足职业教育教学的要求.因此,尝试寻找新的、更为适用的教学方法 --项目教学法.结合建构主义的概念和原理阐述项目教学法,分析其在医疗卫生信息技术教学的应用中的优势.同时结合实例,介绍项目教学法在电子类课程中的具体应用,探寻项目教学法与专业课程间的融合方式.

Abstract：

Under the high pressure of employment, traditional teaching method that is based on inculcating the knowledge to students does not adjust current condition any more. So, we start to looking for a new, more suitable way of teaching.--Project Based-on Learning, and have analyzed the advantages in health information technology teaching by construction doctrine in combination with the concept and principle in wedlock construction. At the same time we introduce project Based-on Learning in concrete application to find a way to put the theory into practice.     

甘肃中医学院教学管理队伍建设现状调查研究与分析

教学管理是高校管理队伍的重要组成部分,建设一支素质高、相对稳定的教学管理队伍是维持高校教学工作正常运转和提高教学质量的重要保障。文章通过对甘肃中医学院教学管理队伍现状分析,探讨了在高校跨越式发展的形势下,重视教学管理队伍建设及提高教学管理人员整体素质的重要性,并就如何加强高校教学管理队伍建设提出了对策和建议。     

高职高专医学院校临床“双师型”教师队伍建设的困惑与对策研究

目的探讨高职高专医学院校临床“双师型”教师队伍建设中存在的问题与对策。方法对山西医科大学汾阳学院与山西省汾阳医院合作办学模式中临床“双师型”教师队伍建设方面存在的问题进行总结归纳。结果高职高专医学院校与当地“三甲”医院合作办学的模式有助于临床“双师型”教师队伍建设,学院及医院对教师队伍的管理、教学意识的培养是临床“双师型”教师队伍建设中的重要环节。结论在体制上实现院校的有效合作,强化科学管理是临床“双师型”教师队伍建设的关键。     

独立学院化工与制药类专业实验教学体系建设研究与实践

培养企业需要的应用型工程技术人才是独立学院工程专业的主要任务,实验和实践教学是培养应用型工程技术人才的重要教学环节。本文对产学研结合建设实验教学中心、按照专业共性构建资源共享的实验教学平台、根据人才培养定位,改革实验教学内容和实验教学模式,构建高效的实验中心管理体制和实验教师团队建设等进行了探索,实践效果明显。     

推进军队医院转型升级的几点思考

目的推进军队医院转型升级,科学发展。方法根据国家医疗卫生体制改革特点,军队全面建设现代后勤对医院建设的要求,结合当前军队医院发展现状,探索军队医院如何转型升级。结果转变人才培养理念,打造高素质人才方阵;调整学科发展结构,提升核心竞争能力;创新全维管理模式,提高综合保障效益。结论加强人才队伍建设,打造学科技术品牌,强化科学管理是推进医院转型升级的关键。     

ICU护理专业课程教学团队的建设与实践

为培养社会亟需的重症监护专门护理人才,济宁医学院护理学院自2009年起,在护理本科生中选拔部分优秀学生辅修ICU专业课程作为教学改革试点。为保证培养质量,建立了ICU专业课程教学团队,负责辅修课程设置、教材选用、教学内容审核;在提高教学水平方面,采取以教研室为单位进行理论教学培训、以临床科室为基地进行实践教学培训、参加专题学习班和在职攻读学位以提升专业素质等多项措施,打造了一支高水平的ICU专业课程教学队伍。     

教学管理队伍专业化建设的实践与成效

教育部第一轮本科教学水平评估极大地促进了高校教学管理队伍建设。济宁医学院在教学水平评估结束后,进一步加强教学管理队伍专业化建设,精简教务处科室及岗位设置,充实院系教学管理岗位,平均每个专业拥有的教学管理人员数减少了0.74,全校教学管理队伍硕士、博士学位构成比提高了18.08%,院系教学管理队伍专业符合率提高了29.13%。     

新时期医学信息管理专业师资建设探究

阐述新时期对医学信息管理专业教师的素质要求以及师资建设现状,进而提出改进建议,包括青年教师导师制、拓宽教师知识结构、成立教师学习共同体等方面,以期进一步优化师资力量。     

实施“质量工程”，推进优势专业，提升教学质量

“质量工程”是新时期深化教学改革、提升教学质量的重要举措。重庆医科大学临床学院在实施教学“质量工程”中,做好六项基础工作,将特色专业作为建设核心,精品课程、教学团队、双语示范课程、教材建设作为重要支撑,领导重视、组织建设、配套文件的落实作为具体实施的保障,从而推进优势专业,全面提升教学质量。     

实验教学示范中心注重教学团队建设的实践

上海中医药大学在全国中医院校中率先筹建并成立了校级实验教学中心,其中药、中医部分先后成为国家级实验教学示范中心。在实验室硬件条件普遍提高的背景下,实验教学队伍的建设是提高实验教学质量的关键因素。上海中医药大学实验教学团队以优秀教师为团队骨干,融中医、中药、临床等各学科实验主讲教师和实验技术人员,通过建立实验教学研究组等协作形式,提高教学质量,在两个国家级实验教学示范中心的建设中发挥着重要作用。     

基于协同创新理念下的基础医学实验教学中心建设研究

随着国内高等医学教育管理体制改革的日益深化和素质教育的全面推进,医学院校的教学实验室建设从以往单一学科设置、传统的基础医学教学实验室逐步演变为按功能分类、按学科群布局的基础医学实验教学中心。在陆军军医大学基础医学实验教学中心建设过程中,从构建“大中心”、创建实验教学课程新体系、探索创新实践教育新模式、创建优秀实验教师队伍等方面进行了实践探索,相关工作为今后实验教学中心的建设提供了实践参考。
