实验教学是康复治疗学专业教学与实践的关键环节.本文结合广州医学院康复治疗学实验教学与专业人才培养的实践,对康复治疗学实验教学中心建设、实验教学课程体系改革与教材建设、实验教学师资队伍建设和实验室开放进行了初步的阐述,其目的 在于提高康复治疗学实验教学质量.
Abstract:
Experimental teaching was the key aspect of teaching and practice in rehabilitation therapeutic specialty. Combining the practice of Guangzhou Medical College on experimental teaching and talent training in rehabilitation therapeutic specialty,it was set forth constructing of the experimental teaching center, reforming of experimental teaching system and teaching materials, constructing of faculty and opening of laboratory in this paper. 目的 提高基础医学实验教学在培养学生创新能力中的作用.方法调整上海交通大学医学院基础医学实验教学架构,重组综合性基础医学教学实验室和课程体系.结果 构建了多学科交叉融合的整合式实验教学课程体系:基础性实验、综合性实验和设计性实验;实施了"以探究为基础学习"的教学方法;编写了多学科整合式实验教材;研发了数字化虚拟实验,创新了实验教学手段;建立了多元化、综合考核方式,评价实验教学质量.结论 基础医学实验教学改革有利于学生实践能力和创新能力的培养.
Abstract:
Objective To enhance the role of basic medical experiment teaching in the cultivation of the innovative capabilities of medical students. Methods Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine adjusted the current teaching structure of the basic medical experiments, reorganized laboratories to build a new system of basic medical experiment teaching and a new laboratory of comprehensive basic medical science. Results A multi-disciplinary and integrated experimental curriculum including basic medical experiments, comprehensive medical experiments and designed experiments were constructed, a teaching method entitled research based learning was established, a new integrated multidisciplinary experimental teaching books were compiled. In addition, the medical school also innovates the current ways of experimental teaching by researching and developing digital virtual experiments. The experimental teaching was roundly evaluated through polynomial and comprehensive evaluation system. Conclusions The teaching reform of the basic medical experiments is beneficial in the cultivation of the innovative capabilities of medical students.  相似文献

目的 探讨自助式教学模式在生物化学理论教学中的应用价值.方法 将长治医学院2008级五年制临床医学专业371名学生随机分为实验组和对照组,在生物化学理论教学中,实验组采用自助式教学模式教学,对照组采用传统教学模式教学.教学结束后,比较两组学生的理论考试结果和问卷调查结果.结果 实验组学生理论考试成绩显著高于对照组学生;实验组学生对自助式教学模式评价较高.结论 自助式教学模式优于传统教学模式,自助式教学模式有助于提高生物化学的教学质量.
Abstract:
Objective To discuss application value of the self-service teaching model in biochemistry theory teaching. Methods 371 students who were in five year medical education, major in clinical medicine in 2008 were divided into the experimental group and the control group at random. The experimental group was adopted self-service teaching model and the control group was used traditional teaching model in biochemistry teaching. The score of two group students was compared, and questionnaire survey was made. Results The experimental group exceeded the control group in evaluation to theory teaching and teachers in the questionnaire survey and examination results. Conclusions The self-service teaching model was superior to the traditional teaching model. The self-service teaching model could improve the teaching quality of biochemistry.  相似文献

Abstract:
The forensic teaching model of integration of "identification-teaching-research" was performed several years in Shantou University Medical College. Thousands of forensic identification cases were finished, and an effective practice training platform for forensic students was provided. Additionally, the questions that were raised from forensic practices were investigated in scientific research, which provided new knowledge for forensic medicine. The integration of "identifying-teaching-research" is an optimum circulation for forensic medicine development, and also an appropriate method to practice the three main functions of the university which includes teaching, research and serving society.  相似文献

Objective For the current shortcomings in clinical probation of diagnostics, cussed the effect of case-based teaching in practicing lessons of diagnostic was discussed. Methods 130 students were randomly divided into two groups. 66 students in the experimental group were used case-based teaching,64 students in the control group were used traditional teaching. A comparison was made between the two groups in terms of the scores. Results It showed that there were no significant differences in scores of diagnostics, including the scores of histories, physical examination, samples between the experimental group and the control group. The scores of theories, case-analyzing and total scores obtained by experimental group were higher than those by the control group, P < 0.05. The questionnaires showed that the casebased teaching was welcome by the students. The manner' s satisfactions was 84.4%, 12.5% ,3.1%.Conclusions The methods of case-based teaching helped the students well understand and master the contents of physical and laboratory diagnostics, enhance the ability of clinical thinking as well as promoting the teaching qualities of diagnostics.  相似文献

为了解妇产科学双语教学的实施效果,对大连大学附属中山医院五年制临床医学专业39名学生进行了问卷调查.结果 显示,学生英语基础、师资队伍素质、英语教材以及教学组织形式对双语教学的效果有所影响.妇产科学双语教学需要进一步规范化.
Abstract:
In order to improve the teaching effect of obstetrics and gynecology a questionnaire survey among medical students was carried out in the Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University to know the views and the suggestions of bilingual teaching in obstetrics and gynecology. Through analysis, it showed that the effect of bilingual teaching was influenced by student's English level, the teachers' quality, teaching materials and the teaching arrangement.  相似文献

目的 探讨"八环节"教学方法在五年制高职学生病原生物与免疫课程教学中的应用效果.方法 随机抽取郑州铁路职业技术学院2006级护理专业五年制学生作为研究对象,将其分为对照组与实验组.对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组采用"引起注意→告知学习目标→复习→启发教授→检测反馈→迁移→预习→强化"即"八环节"教学方法.最终通过考试成绩、问卷调查比较两组学生教学效果的差异.结果 两组学生期末考试平均成绩和及格率差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)."八环节"教学方法有利于培养五年制学生学习兴趣、自主性,有利于增强其知识迁移、应用的能力.结论 "八环节"教学方法优于传统教学方法,值得进一步研究和推广.
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of "eight links" method on the teaching of "causal organism and immunology" for five-year vocational students. Methods Vocational students majoring in the five-year nursing program of Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College were selected randomly as the study objects. They were divided into a control group and an experimental group. The traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group, while the eight-link method arousing attention, instructing learning objectives, reviewing, enlightening, feedback, transferring, previewing, consolidating was adopted in the experimental group. The teaching effect of these two groups was compared by the examination scores and questionnaire. Results The differences of average scores and pass rates in the final examination were very distinguished and of statistic significance(P<0.05). The eight-link teaching method was beneficial to cultivate students'studying enthusiasm and autonomy. It can also enhance their ability to transfer and apply knowledge. Conclusions The eight-link teaching method was superior to the traditional teaching method, and deserved to be further studied and popularized.  相似文献

传统病理实训教学中使用的实物大体标本和组织切片易损耗,部分疾病样本资源稀缺、难补充,实训教学受地点和时间限制,影响了实训教学效果。数字化技术的发展助推了医学实训课教学模式变革。通过构建实物标本的数字化图像,有效保存和扩充了样本资源,形成实物与数字标本相结合的病理实训教学资源库;通过构建远程访问网络平台,提高了病理实训课程学习的灵活性和自主性;通过整合临床信息到样本,借助二维码技术与语音播报技术解读标本,实现人机互动学习。结果显示,使用资源库进行病理实训教学提高了学生的学习效果和授课满意度。  相似文献

目的探索中国古代案例在当今《法医学》教学中的应用。方法查阅《洗冤集录》、《折狱龟鉴》、《棠阴比事》等古代典籍,从法医病理、法医临床、法医毒理、法医物证和法医昆虫学等教学内容上对相关的古代案例进行整理、归纳和总结,并用之于课堂教学。结果共整理出十个富含法医学基本原理的古代案例,应用于法医学教学取得良好效果。结论在法医学教学中可以充分应用中国古代案例。  相似文献
