ObjectiveTo examine the association between risk perceptions after human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination and sexual behaviors and sexually transmitted infection (STI) diagnosis over 30 months following vaccination.MethodsParticipants included 112 sexually experienced girls aged 13–21 years who were enrolled at the time of first HPV vaccination and completed ⩾2 of 4 follow-up visits at 2, 6, 18, 30 months and including 30 months. At each visit, participants completed surveys assessing risk perceptions (perceived need for safer sexual behaviors, perceived risk of STIs other than HPV) and sexual behaviors. STI testing was done at 6, 18, and 30 months. Outcomes were condom use at last intercourse with main male partner, number of sexual partners since last study visit, and STI diagnosis. Associations between risk perceptions and sexual behaviors/STIs were examined using generalized linear mixed models.ResultsMean age was 17.9 years; 88% were Black; 49% had a history of STI at baseline. Scale scores for perceived need for safer sexual behaviors did not change significantly over time. Scale scores for perceived risk of STIs other than HPV significantly changed (p = 0.027), indicating that girls perceived themselves to be more at risk of STIs other than HPV over 30 months following vaccination. Multivariable models demonstrated that greater perceived need for safer sexual behaviors following vaccination was associated with condom use (p = 0.002) but not with number of partners or STI diagnosis. Perceived risk of STIs other than HPV was not associated with the three outcomes.ConclusionsThe finding that perceived risk for STIs other than HPV was not associated with subsequent sexual behaviors or STI diagnosis is reassuring. The association between perceived need for safer sexual behaviors and subsequent condom use suggests that the HPV vaccination visit is an important opportunity to reiterate the importance of safer sexual behaviors to sexually experienced girls.  相似文献

ObjectivesAmong 11–12 year-old girls who received the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine, we explored, over the subsequent 30 months: (1) trajectories of knowledge about HPV/HPV vaccines and vaccine-related risk perceptions; (2) whether knowledge and risk perceptions impacted sexual attitudes and sexual experience; (3) whether mothers, clinicians, and media influenced girls’ risk perceptions, attitudes, and behavior.MethodsGirls and mothers (n = 25 dyads) completed separate, semi-structured interviews within 2 days of, and 6, 18, and 30 months after, their first HPV vaccine dose. Knowledge, risk perceptions related to HPV and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and attitudes about sexual behaviors were assessed. Sexual experience was assessed at girls’ 30 month interviews. Clinicians completed interviews at baseline. Transcribed interviews were analyzed using framework analysis.ResultsGirls’ baseline knowledge was poor but often improved with time. Most girls (n = 18) developed accurate risk perceptions about HPV but only half (n = 12) developed accurate risk perceptions about other STIs by 30 months. The vast majority of girls thought that safer sex was still important, regardless of knowledge, risk perceptions, or sexual experience. Girls whose HPV knowledge was high at baseline or increased over time tended to articulate accurate risk perceptions; those who were able to articulate accurate risk perceptions tended to report not having initiated sexual activity. Girls whose mothers demonstrated higher knowledge and/or communication about HPV vaccination tended to articulate accurate risk perceptions, whereas clinicians and media exposure did not appear to influence risk perceptions.ConclusionsHigher knowledge about HPV vaccines among mothers and girls was linked with more accurate risk perceptions among girls. Clinicians may play an important role in providing education about HPV vaccines to mothers and girls.  相似文献

BackgroundVaccination against the human papillomavirus (HPV) has the potential to significantly reduce morbidity and mortality associated with genital warts and HPV-related cancers. However, HPV vaccination rates continue to be suboptimal among the “catch-up” population of 18- to 26-year-old women. One consistent risk factor for nonvaccination is being in a relationship. This study aimed to understand how relationship status and vaccination status impact risk perceptions and perceived need for the HPV vaccine among young adult women.MethodsIn-depth interviews were conducted with a sample (n = 50) of recently HPV vaccinated and unvaccinated college women, and stratified by four relationship categories. Comparative thematic analysis was used to assess relationship status and HPV risk perceptions.ResultsWomen in relationships perceived their risk of HPV to be low, which they attributed to monogamy and few sexual partners. Women in dating relationships reported higher HPV risk, which was linked to unprotected sex and sexual activity. In contrast, single women stated that their low risk for HPV was due to sexual inactivity.ConclusionsThis study builds on the epidemiological literature, by understanding how relationship status impacts HPV vaccination among young adult women. Relationship status contributed to HPV risk perceptions and vaccination decisions among these women. Perceptions were framed based on sexual behavior, such as monogamy or number of sexual partners. Future efforts should tailor health messages to young adult women's specific risk misperceptions about HPV.  相似文献

PurposeTo define factors that providers perceive as affecting their administration of human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination in their clinical practices.MethodsWe conducted in-depth, qualitative interviews with 34 pediatric and family medicine providers in four community health centers to explore providers' perceptions of factors that either enabled or impeded their ability to vaccinate their patients against HPV.ResultsProviders' self-reported vaccination rates ranged from 25 to 95% (median, 75%) of the 11- to 26-year-old females in their practices. Factors that enabled vaccination included providers' beliefs that HPV vaccines were safe and would provide important health benefits, structured visits that promoted vaccination, and coadministration of HPV with other recommended vaccines. Factors that impeded vaccination included safety concerns, a low perceived severity of HPV disease, lack of school mandates, and policies against coadministration of HPV and meningococcal vaccines. Providers who described more enabling factors than impeding factors reported vaccinating more of their patients.ConclusionsProvider perceptions around the ease or difficulty of providing HPV vaccination may influence their behavior when offering HPV vaccines to their patients.  相似文献

BackgroundMen who have sex with men (MSM) are recommended the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination due to their higher risk of genital warts and anal cancer.PurposeTo examine HPV vaccine acceptability amongst MSM in the UK.MethodsUsing advertisements via Facebook, MSM were recruited to an online survey measuring motivations for HPV vaccination. Logistic regression was performed to identify predictors of HPV vaccine acceptability.ResultsOut of 1508 MSM (median age = 22, range: 14–63 years) only 19% knew about HPV. Overall, 55% of MSM were willing to ask for the HPV vaccine and 89% would accept it if offered by a healthcare professional (HCP). Access to sexual health clinics (SHCs) [OR = 1.82, 95% CI 1.29–2.89], the disclosure of sexual orientation to a HCP [OR = 2.02, CI 1.39–3.14] and HIV-positive status [OR = 1.96, CI 1.09–3.53] positively predicted HPV vaccine acceptability. After receiving information about HPV, perceptions of HPV risk [OR = 1.31, CI 1.05–1.63], HPV infection severity [OR = 1.89, CI 1.16–3.01), HPV vaccination benefits [OR = 1.61, CI 1.14–3.01], HPV vaccine effectiveness [OR = 1.54, CI 1.14–2.08], and the lack of perceived barriers to HPV vaccination [OR = 4.46, CI 2.95–6.73] were also associated with acceptability.ConclusionsAlthough nearly half of MSM would not actively pursue HPV vaccination, the vast majority would accept the vaccine if recommended by HCPs. In order to achieve optimal uptake, vaccine promotion campaigns should focus on MSM who do not access SHCs and those unwilling to disclose their sexual orientation.  相似文献

PurposeHuman papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination in the United States remains a public health challenge with vaccine rates of 50%. Although health care providers can facilitate HPV vaccination, several factors may impede their ability to universally recommend the vaccine. To maximize the potential of HPV vaccines, it is important to understand challenges providers face in the clinical environment. The study sought to identify factors associated with recommendation of the HPV vaccine for low-income adolescents in the early (9–10), target (11–12), early adolescent catch-up (13–14), and late adolescent catch-up (15–17) vaccination groups.MethodsSurveys were mailed between October 2009 and April 2010 to a random sample of Florida-based physicians serving Medicaid-enrolled adolescents. Data were analyzed in 2013.ResultsAmong early adolescents, discomfort discussing sexually transmitted infections (STIs) with teens (odds ratio [OR] = 1.75), difficulty ensuring vaccine completion (OR = .73), and discomfort discussing STIs with parents (OR = .44) were associated with recommendation. For target adolescents, discomfort discussing STIs with teens (OR = 2.45), time constraints (OR = .70), vaccine efficacy concerns (OR = .65), discomfort discussing STIs with parents (OR = .33), obstetrics/gynecology (OR = .25) and family medicine (OR = .24) specialty, and non-Hispanic black patient (OR = .15) were associated with recommendation. In early catch-up adolescents, concerns that teens will practice riskier behaviors (OR = .57), discomfort discussing STIs with parents (OR = .47), and family medicine specialty (OR = .20) were associated with recommendation. For late catch-up adolescents, family medicine specialty (OR = .13) was associated with recommendation.ConclusionsModifiable factors that impede or influence provider recommendations of HPV vaccines can be addressed through intervention. Overall, findings suggest that efforts should focus on sexuality communication and family medicine specialty.  相似文献

BackgroundLow human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination coverage stands in stark contrast to our success in delivering other adolescent vaccines. To identify opportunities for improving physicians' recommendations for HPV vaccination, we sought to understand how the communication context surrounding adolescent vaccination varies by vaccine type.MethodsA national sample of 776 U.S. physicians (53% pediatricians, 47% family medicine physicians) completed our online survey in 2014. We assessed physicians' perceptions and communication practices related to recommending adolescent vaccines for 11- and 12-year-old patients.ResultsAbout three-quarters of physicians (73%) reported recommending HPV vaccine as highly important for patients, ages 11–12. More physicians recommended tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis (Tdap) (95%) and meningococcal vaccines (87%, both p < 0.001) as highly important for this age group. Only 13% of physicians perceived HPV vaccine as being highly important to parents, which was far fewer than perceived parental support for Tdap (74%) and meningococcal vaccines (62%, both p < 0.001). Physicians reported that discussing HPV vaccine took almost twice as long as discussing Tdap. Among physicians with a preferred order for discussing adolescent vaccines, most (70%) discussed HPV vaccine last.ConclusionsOur findings suggest that primary care physicians perceived HPV vaccine discussions to be burdensome, requiring more time and engendering less parental support than other adolescent vaccines. Perhaps for this reason, physicians in our national study recommended HPV vaccine less strongly than other adolescent vaccines, and often chose to discuss it last. Communication strategies are needed to support physicians in recommending HPV vaccine with greater confidence and efficiency.  相似文献

BackgroundLittle research has been conducted on the intention to obtain HPV vaccine now that the vaccine is approved for use in China. Acceptance of the three HPV vaccines, which differ in valency and price, has never been investigated.MethodsAn online cross-sectional survey assessing female undergraduate students’ intention to obtain the HPV vaccine and their acceptability of 2-, 4- and 9-valent HPV vaccines (2vHPV, 4vHPV, and 9vHPV, respectively).ResultsOf a total of 997 complete responses, 55.2% reported intent to obtain the HPV vaccine. Some of the significant factors exerting influence on intent to obtain HPV vaccination were high knowledge score (OR = 1.469, 95% CI:1.087–1.987), perceived high risk of HPV infection (OR = 1.466, 95%CI:1.017–2.114), perception of no serious side effects (OR = 1.562, 95%CI:1.150–2.121), and mass media exposure to HPV vaccination information (OR = 2.196, 95%CI: 1.625–2.966). Socioeconomic status indicators did not significantly influence intent to obtain the HPV vaccine. A higher proportion of respondents were willing to pay for 2vHPV (78.6%) and 4vHPV (68.0%) compared with 9vHPV (49.3%). Socioeconomic status indicators were the strongest correlates of acceptability for all the three vaccines. Exposure to mass media reporting about HPV vaccination is the factor which exerts the most influence on acceptance of 9vHPV after socioeconomic status indicators.ConclusionsIt is important to improve knowledge and health beliefs, and to establish a mass media marketing strategy to promote HPV vaccination in order to enhance HPV vaccine uptake. Undergraduate female students should be provided with detailed information about the different valency vaccine choices to help them make informed decisions about immunization.  相似文献

ObjectivesOur objective was to explore how mothers’ attitudes and relationships with their daughters may impact the cervical cancer prevention behaviors of daughters with diverse sexual orientations.MethodsWe examined 8,143 mother–daughter dyads from the Nurses' Health Study 2 and Growing Up Today Study. During the daughter's adolescence, each mother reported her beliefs about the importance of regular Pap testing for her daughter, the frequency of communication with her daughter about Pap testing, her beliefs about Pap testing and human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccines, and her acceptance of sexual minorities (e.g., bisexuals, lesbians). Mothers and daughters separately reported relationship satisfaction. Log-binomial models were used to examine the longitudinal association between maternal factors and daughter's receipt of a Pap test and HPV vaccination.ResultsNearly all maternal factors predicted the daughter's likelihood to have a Pap test and HPV vaccination. Higher levels of acceptance for sexual minorities and better relationship quality were also positively associated with these cervical cancer prevention behaviors. Yet, after adjusting for the maternal factors, there was little attenuation of the existing sexual orientation-related disparities in Pap tests or HPV vaccination.ConclusionsMothers can play an important role in their daughters' cervical cancer prevention behaviors through novel processes like being more accepting of sexual minorities and having a good relationship quality. However, in this study, maternal factors did not explain much of the sexual orientation-related disparities in cervical cancer prevention. Efforts to ensure a mother is accepting of sexual minorities and has a good relationship quality with her daughter may improve that daughter's reproductive health.  相似文献

BackgroundCurrent human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine coverage in the United States (in 2019, 66–70%), remains below the Healthy People 2020 coverage goal of 80%. HPV vaccine misinformation, including parental concerns of sexual risk-compensation influence vaccine uptake. We examined the association between HPV vaccination and sexually transmitted infection (STI) outcomes.MethodsOf the 20,146 participants from 2013 to 2014 and 2015–2016 cycles of the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, 1050 females aged 18–35 with a history of sexual activity had complete case data. Roa-Scott Chi-squared and F-tests assessed survey-weighted socio-demographic differences between vaccinated and unvaccinated participants. Weighted logistic regression assessed crude and adjusted associations between self-reported HPV vaccination (none vs. ≥ 1dose) and lab-confirmed STIs (trichomonas and chlamydia) and vaccine-type HPV (6/11/16/18). As a sensitivity analysis, we conducted weighted-propensity score (PS) models and inverse probability weighting by vaccination status. PS and logistic regression were estimated through survey-weighted logistic regression on variables including race, education, income, marital status, US citizenship, cycle year and age.ResultsOverall, 325 (31.8%) females with a history of sexual activity were HPV vaccinated, of which 22 (6.1%) received the vaccine at the routine-recommended ages of 11–12, 65.7% were vaccinated after their self-reported sexual debut, 3.8% had a lab-confirmed STI and 3.5% had vaccine-type HPV. There was no association between HPV vaccination and any STIs (adjusted odds ratio [aOR] 0.67, 95%CI:0.38–1.20), and vaccinated participants had 61% reduced odds of vaccine-type HPV (vs. unvaccinated; aOR 0.39, 95%CI:0.19–0.83). Results from the PS sensitivity analysis were similar to the main findings.ConclusionAmong females who reported a history of sexual activity, HPV vaccination status was protective against vaccine-type HPV and not associated with lab-based STI outcomes. Although findings may be susceptible to reporting bias, results indicating low vaccine uptake at routine-recommended ages requires additional efforts promoting HPV vaccination before sexual-debut.  相似文献

PurposeThis qualitative study investigated physician intention-to-recommend the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine to parents of adolescent girls in India. There are currently no data on attitudes to HPV vaccination among healthcare providers in India.MethodsBetween June and August 2008, 20 semistructured qualitative in-depth interviews were conducted among physicians from a range of specialties and practice settings in Mysore District, India. Physicians were interviewed about their specialty and the types of patients they saw in their practice, attitudes toward recommending HPV vaccination to parents of adolescent girls, perceived subjective norms surrounding the promotion of vaccines in their work settings, and their perceptions regarding self-efficacy in recommending the HPV vaccine.ResultsThe study found that knowledge about HPV infection and its relationship to cervical cancer was low among physicians across specialties. While most physicians expressed positive attitudes toward vaccination in general, and HPV vaccination in particular, the overwhelming majority believed that few of their patients would react positively to a vaccine recommendation. Physicians were concerned about talking to parents about their adolescent daughters' reproductive lives. Certain specialties, particularly obstetrician/gynecologists, suggested that recommending immunization was not appropriate in their work setting.ConclusionWith the HPV vaccine recently being approved in India, there is a strong need to provide more education for physicians about the relationship of HPV infection and cervical cancer and the benefits of vaccinating adolescent girls to prevent cervical cancer in the future.  相似文献

PurposeYoung adulthood is characterized by changes in health care decision-making, insurance coverage, and sexual risk. Although the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine is now approved for adults up to age 45, and catch-up vaccination is currently recommended up through age 26, vaccination rates remain low in young adults. This study explored perspectives on HPV vaccination among young adults receiving care at the student health center of a large public university.MethodsWe conducted semi-structured interviews (n = 27) and four focus groups with female and male undergraduate and graduate students (n = 18) and semi-structured interviews with health care providers (n = 6). Interviews and focus groups explored perceived risk of HPV infection, benefits of the HPV vaccine, and motivations for and barriers to HPV vaccination.ResultsMany young adults cited their parents’ views and recommendations from medical providers as influential on their decision-making process. Students perceived that cervical cancer prevention was a main benefit of the HPV vaccine and sexual activity was a risk factor for HPV infection. Students often lacked knowledge about the vaccine’s benefits for males and expressed some concerns about the safety and side effects of a vaccine perceived as new. Logistical barriers to vaccination included uncertainty over vaccination status and insurance coverage for the vaccine, and concerns about balancing the vaccine schedule with school obligations. Providers’ vaccine recommendations were impacted by health system factors, including clinical infrastructure, processes for recommending and documenting vaccination, and office visit priorities. Suggested vaccination promotion strategies included improving the timing and messaging of outreach efforts on campus and bolstering clinical infrastructure.ConclusionsAlthough college may be an opportune time to reach young adults for HPV vaccination, obstacles including navigating parental influence and independent decision-making, lack of awareness of vaccination status, and numerous logistical and system-level barriers may impede vaccination during this time.  相似文献

PurposeThis study aimed to determine individual- and partner-level factors associated with human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in vaccinated and unvaccinated men.MethodsA total of 747 men, aged 13–26 years, completed a survey of sexual behaviors and were tested for genital and perianal/anal HPV (36 types). Sexual network variables included recent and lifetime concurrency (being in more than one sexual relationship at the same time) and recent sex partner discordance (by race, ethnicity, age, and number of sexual partners). We determined individual-level and sexual network variables associated with ≥1 HPV type and HPV16/18, stratified by vaccination status, using separate multivariable logistic regression models.ResultsParticipants' mean age was 21.2 years; 64% were positive for ≥1 HPV type and 21% for HPV16/18. Factors associated with ≥1 HPV type in unvaccinated men included recruitment site and lifetime concurrency. Factors associated with ≥1 HPV type among vaccinated men included recruitment site, Chlamydia history, main male partner, number of lifetime female partners, and no condom use with female partner. Factors associated with HPV16/18 in unvaccinated men included race and partner concurrency. Factors associated with HPV16/18 in vaccinated men included ethnicity, main male partner, and recent concurrency.ConclusionsSexual network variables associated with HPV infection were different based on vaccination status and HPV type, suggesting risk factors for HPV infection may change as the proportion of vaccinated men increases. In addition, participant report of concurrency and not knowing whether one had practiced concurrency were consistent risk factors; clinicians should consider including concurrency in the sexual history to determine the risk of HPV.  相似文献

BackgroundYoung sexual minority individuals have lower human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine completion rates than the general population, and little is known about how gender minority people perceive HPV vaccination. The aim of this study was to qualitatively identify patient-, provider-, and systems-level barriers and facilitators for HPV vaccination among sexual and gender minority (SGM) people.MethodsFifteen SGM-identified individuals, ages 23–26, were recruited at an urban community health center in Boston, MA, that specializes in care for SGM. Participants were enrolled in a study that utilized surveys and in-person focus groups. During focus groups, participants were asked to describe their perceived barriers and facilitators for completion of HPV vaccination.ResultsFourteen participants reported having a sexual minority identity, and five participants reported having a gender minority identity. Participants described the following factors influencing HPV vaccination: (1) at the patient level, low HPV-related knowledge and lack of engagement in care were associated with less vaccination, whereas fear of HPV-related disease motivated vaccination; (2) at the provider level, knowledge and SGM cultural-competence related to HPV was associated with patient willingness to be vaccinated; (3) at the systems level, SGM identity-affirming healthcare settings were associated with increased vaccination, whereas historical trends in HPV vaccine marketing selectively for cisgender women and lack of public awareness of HPV-related disease among SGM were associated with decreased vaccincation.ConclusionOur study identified internal and external barriers for HPV vaccination related among SGM patients. These findings highlight the need to increase public awareness about the risks of HPV-related disease among SGM and educate SGM youth about HPV-related disease and vaccine importance. Finally, this study supports the need for future interventions to cultivate SGM-competent providers and SGM identity-affirming healthcare settings as a way to increase HPV vaccination.  相似文献

PurposeThe use of self-report of human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination status has several implications for clinical care and research. Reports of HPV vaccination history of adolescent girls (ages: 14–17 years) and their mothers were compared with medical chart data to assess the accuracy of HPV vaccine recall.MethodsAdolescent girls (N = 74) and their mothers independently completed questionnaires regarding HPV vaccination history, which were compared with medical chart data to assess the accuracy of HPV vaccine recall.ResultsThere were high levels of inaccuracy between actual HPV vaccination and self-report of vaccine receipt. Both mothers and daughters had poor recall of HPV vaccination, and were more likely to underestimate than overestimate the coverage. Girls who accurately reported their vaccination status were not more likely to have been sexually active in the past 2 months (p = .75).ConclusionsThese findings have clinical and research implications, as self-report is relied on to assess young women's vaccination status in research settings or in the absence of medical records. These data address the still prevalent concern that HPV vaccination encourages adolescent sexual behavior. It is unlikely that sexual behaviors will change as a result of vaccination in the large percentage of girls who cannot recall being vaccinated.  相似文献

ObjectiveRacial and ethnic disparities persist in cervical cancer cases, 90% of which are caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). Suboptimal vaccine uptake is problematic, particularly among Latinx women, who have the highest cervical cancer incidence compared with other racial/ethnic groups. We examined the association of self-efficacy and HPV vaccination intention among Latinx immigrant mothers of unvaccinated 9- to 12-year-old girls.MethodsAn interviewer-administered survey assessed baseline sociodemographic information, knowledge and perceived risk of cervical cancer and HPV, self-efficacy, and intention to vaccinate among 313 Latinx immigrant mothers in Alabama from 2013 to 2017 before the implementation of an intervention to promote HPV vaccination.ResultsParticipants were, on average, 35 years old, with 9 years of education, and had lived in the United States for 12 years. Mothers who perceived their daughters were at risk of HPV infection were more likely to be vaccine intent than their hesitant counterparts (p < .001). Vaccine hesitancy was more common in those with lower education, low HPV and cervical cancer knowledge, and lower perceived self-efficacy scores (p < .001). Self-efficacy was associated with vaccine intention when controlling for other variables (p < .001). The only variable associated with self-efficacy was HPV awareness (p = .001).ConclusionsPrograms promoting HPV vaccination among Latinx immigrants should include educational components regarding risks of HPV infection and cervical cancers in addition to information regarding access to vaccination services. Knowledge of risks and access may heighten perceptions of self-efficacy and improve vaccine uptake among this population.  相似文献

We examine several issues associated with non-vaccination that have received particular attention, including fears about sexual risk compensation, concerns about vaccine safety, inadequate vaccination recommendations by health care providers (HCPs), and distrust due to the perceived “newness” of HPV vaccines.

Methods

Selective review of behavioral and social science literature on HPV vaccine attitudes and uptake.

Results

There is no evidence of post-vaccination sexual risk compensation, HPV vaccines are quite safe, and they can no longer be considered “new”. Nonetheless, research findings point to these issues and, most importantly, to the failure of HCPs to adequately recommend HPV vaccine as major drivers of non-vaccination.

Conclusion

Most fears related to HPV vaccine are more related to myth than reality. In the absence of major health policy initiatives, such as those implemented in Canada, the U.K., and Australia, a multi-level, multi-faceted approach will be required to achieve high rates of HPV vaccination. It will be essential to focus on the education of HCPs regarding indications for HPV vaccination and approaches to communicating most effectively with parents and patients about the safety and benefits of vaccination and the risks associated with non-vaccination.  相似文献
