目的描述三级医院专业护理实践环境以及护士组织承诺的现状,并分析两者之间的相关性。方法运用护士实践环境量表和中国职工组织承诺量表对连云港市两所三级医院的279名护士进行调查。结果护士实践环境量表总分(2.64±0.47)分,护士组织承诺总分(2.76±0.53)分。一般资料中影响专业护理实践环境的因素有科室、工作目的 ;影响护士组织承诺的因素有岗位年限、工作目的。专业护理实践环境与护士组织承诺呈正相关(P〈0.01)。结论采取针对性的措施,提升专业护理实践环境水平,同时提升护士的职业使命感,是提高护士组织承诺的有效举措。 相似文献

目的调查河北省综合医院护理工作环境的现状,并分析其与护理质量安全的相关性。方法采用护士工作环境量表和护理质量安全问卷对河北省20所二级、三级综合医院的1023名护士进行问卷调查。结果护理工作环境得分为(3.45±0.55)分,得分最高的维度为医护合作,最低的维度为充足的人力和物力。良好的医护合作可使护士对病区护理质量和出院后患者自我护理有正性影响;鼓励护士参与医院事务、重视高质量护理服务的基础工作,对护士的患者安全评价有正性影响。结论河北省综合医院护理工作环境总体较好,良好的护理工作环境有利于护理质量和患者安全的保障,医疗主管部门和护理管理者应当继续优化护理工作环境的各要素,以进一步提升护理质量和患者安全。 相似文献

目的调查临床护士对医院科室护理工作环境的评价。方法以中文版护理工作环境量表(practice environment scale,PES)为调查工具,采取分层随机抽样,对乌鲁木齐市驻地军队医院600名护士进行问卷调查。结果临床护士对医院科室护理工作环境评价良好,PES各维度得分均大于2.5分临界值,五类科室在"护士参与医院事务"维度上比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),其余4个维度及总分比较差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论护理管理者需要在人力物资及护士参与医院事务方面加大力度,着重关注儿科和急重症科室护理工作环境的改善,以进一步优化医院护理环境。 相似文献

目的 探讨专业护理实践环境、一般自我效能感、护士工作满意度三者之问的关系,为提高护士工作满意度提供理论依据.方法 运用护士实践环境量表、一般自我效能感量表、明尼苏达工作满意度问卷,对天津市358名护士进行测评.结果 分层回归分析表明,专业护理实践环境中的护士参与医院事务,优质护理的基础,护理管理者的能力、领导方式和对护士的支持,医护间的合作和一般自我效能感对护士工作满意度诸因子有显著的影响作用(P<0.01,P<0.05).结构方程模型分析表明,专业护理实践环境和一般自我效能感对护士内在满意度均有显著影响(P<0.01),专业护理实践环境对一般自我效能感有显著影响(P<0.01),并可通过一般自我效能感的中介作用间接影响护士内在满意度(P<0.01).结论 护士工作满意度水平较低,管理者应积极改进护士工作环境中的不利因素,营造一个支持性的专业护理实践环境,同时增强护士的一般自我效能感,以提高护士工作满意度. 相似文献

目的了解我国医院病区的护理工作环境现状,探讨病区护理工作环境评价的影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表和护理工作环境量表,对181家医院771个病区的9 698名护士进行调查,对病区护理工作环境的影响因素进行单因素和多因素分析。结果 771个病区中,41.4%被评价为护理工作环境好,42.1%被评价为差。评价护理工作环境差的病区中护士较年轻、工作年限短;男护士对病区护理工作环境评价差的比例较女护士大;学历越高对病区护理工作环境的评价越差,但护士因素均未进入多因素回归方程。三级医院病区较二级医院病区的护理工作环境差(P<0.001);直辖市医院的病区护理工作环境相对省会城市、其他城市地区医院的病区差(P≤0.001);东部地区医院的病区护理工作环境较中部、西部、东北部地区医院的病区差(P<0.001);中部、西部地区医院病区的护理工作环境较东北部地区医院的病区差(P=0.005);多因素分析显示,病区所在医院等级、地点、地区板块和病区类型是影响病区护理工作环境的主要因素。结论目前病区护理工作环境不太理想,管理层应对护理工作环境引起足够重视,采取积极措施加以改进。 相似文献

目的:了解目前本科护理实习生结构性授权与专业护理实践环境的状况,并分析两者之间的相关性。方法:采用临床实习环境问卷、专业护理实践环境问卷对在7所三级甲等教学医院实习的200名本科护理学生进行调查。结果:结构性授权总分为11.59±2.40,4个因子得分由高到低依次为支持权力2.89±0.70、资源权力2.89±0.65、信息权力2.89±0.68、机会权力2.83±0.68;专业护理实践环境总分为12.91±1.87,5个因子得分由高到低依次为高质量护理的基础2.81±0.65、护士长的能力、领导方式和对护士的支持2.63±0.42、充足的资源配备2.56±0.48、医护关系2.48±0.46、参与医院事务2.43±0.36,本科护理实习生结构性授权与专业护理实践环境呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论:本科护理实习生结构性授权水平较低,专业护理实践环境水平不高,临床教学管理者应充分重视对本科护理实习生适当授权,针对授权不足之处采取有效措施,以创造良好的专业护理实践环境,提高授权水平,稳定护理学生的专业思想。 相似文献

To explore how nurses in one U.S. state perceived that managed care influenced professional nursing in that state. The nursing community is challenged to move with haste in demonstrating, through research, the clinical and economic value that nurses add to cost-effective outcomes.
A Delphi survey in 1996 of a convenience sample of 84 clinical nurse specialists (CNSs) and nurse practitioners (NPs) in California.
CNSs and NPs contributed to the list of managed care influences on nursing practice. Fifty-seven (68%) completed the third and final round.
Panelist agreement was the highest for (a) exploring new approaches to providing quality care more cost-effectively, (b) expanding nurse practitioners' rote in primary care, and (c) more effectively partnering with clients in helping them assume greater self-responsibility for their health. Greatest threats were perceived to be hassles involved in seeking authorization for care and responding to payment denials; the tenuous job market for nurses; and encroachment on nursing practice by others.
The findings can assist nurses in states with low managed-care concentration to create their preferred future within health care delivery. A more highly educated nurse workforce will be needed for 21st century health systems in which more care is likely to be delivered outside hospitals. 相似文献

Purpose : To describe the Professional Practice Environment (PPE) scale, its conceptual development and psychometric evaluation, and its uses in measuring eight characteristics of the professional practice environment in an acute care setting .
Design and Methods : The 38-item PPE Scale was validated on a sample of 849 professional practice staff at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Psychometric analysis included: item analysis, principal components analysis (PCA) with varimax rotation and Kaiser normalization, and internal consistency reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient .
Findings : Eight components were shown, confirming the original conceptually derived model's structure and accounting for 61% of explained variance. Cronbach's alpha coefficients for the eight PPE subscales ranged from .78 to .88 .
Conclusions : Findings showed the 38-item PPE Scale was reliable and valid for use in health outcomes research to examine the professional practice environment of staff working in acute care settings . 相似文献

Organizing Construct: A comprehensive needs assessment was performed in 1996 by an onsite consultant to: (a) evaluate the existing nursing system at the ministry, regional, and hospital levels, (b) describe the functional interrelationships of a nursing division within the Ministry of Health, and (c) prepare a work plan outlining the program elements that a nursing division could address to foster high-quality health care in the public sector.
Methods: The needs assessment was conducted through direct observation, interviews, and review of existing documents in the Ministry of Health and representative hospitals, health centers, and health institutes. Data were collected about six factors as they pertained to the Ministry of Health Nursing Services: (a) key organizational and managerial activities, (b) the external environment, (c) the social system, (d) employees, (e) nursing services and research, and (f) formal organizational arrangements.
Findings and Conclusions: The data showed a young country and an equally young nursing profession struggling to meet the needs of a growing population. The highest priority for the advancement of nursing in Saudi Arabia is the creation of a kingdom-wide system of nurse regulation. 目的 比较实施磁性护理文化建设前后护士执业环境满意度情况。方法 采取整群抽样方法,抽取我院在职临床护士作为研究对象,采用护士执业环境测评量表对受试对象进行测评。将干预前(2016年)护士对执业环境满意度的评估结果作为对照组,基于该结果采用磁性护理文化建设相关措施进行专项改进,为期1年,1年后(2017年)将护士对执业环境满意度的再次评估结果作为观察组,对比改进前后结果。结果 实施磁性护理文化建设后,观察组护士执业环境满意度总分及各维度得分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),观察组均高于对照组。结论 磁性护理文化建设能有效提高护士执业环境满意度,构建健康的护士执业环境。 相似文献
