中药在皮肤美容中的应用研究进展

中药美容是指在中医药理论的指导下运用中药配制的粉类，膏类，溶液等美容制剂达到祛斑除皱，养颜驻容，延缓肌肤老化的美容。与现代化妆品相比较，利用中草药提取物作为添加剂的美容护肤化妆品具有以下显著的特点和优势：①中药历史悠久，品类齐全，剂型多样；②中药与中医药融为一体，具有明显的功能性；③中药以中医理论为指导，具有中医理论特征，如整体观念、辨证论治、药性理论、复方配伍，与现代化妆品有不同的思路。总之，中药应用于皮肤美容具有药效稳定、持久、对皮肤作用温和、刺激性小、安全性高、疗效显著等特点。从近年的研究来看中药在美白祛斑、防晒、延缓皮肤衰老、痤疮及瘢痕的治疗等方面有着显著的作用。本文就中药在皮肤美容中的应用研究进展综述如下。

Use of fast absorption material for skin closure in young children

In pediatric surgery, skin closure is an important problem, given the need to avoid soiling by feces and urine and to have a good cosmetic result. Furthermore, the increasing number of surgical operations on outpatients or with a short period of hospitalization significantly reduce the number of medical consultations. Personal experience with a fast absorption material for skin closure in 65 children demonstrated a perfectly watertight suture, a satisfactory cosmetic result and a low cost. This procedure has another advantage: no removal of the stitches, eliminating the need for medical or paramedical care.     

Aesthetic analysis of Asian skin

Attention to restoring healthy and more youthful facial skin complements facial plastic surgery, optimizing cosmetic results. Asian skin has structural and physiologic differences from white skin. These distinctions account for variations in response to ultraviolet light exposure and alternate clinical manifestations of photoaging. The response to cosmetic treatment modalities also differs in patients of darker skin pigmentation, and this needs to be recognized by the cosmetic and laser surgeon. This article reviews the biology of Asian skin and discusses a clinical approach to aesthetic analysis of Asian skin.     

植皮后不同康复疗法治疗效果比较

目的：探讨以康复处理加强面、手术烧伤瘢痕切除后游离植皮的手术效果。方法：皮片成活后对植皮部位采用用中草药离喷雾、瘢痕霜涂布按摩、中草药面膜等处理，10次为一疗程。结果：34例患者经3个疗程康复处理后，植皮区色泽及弹性均向接近正常皮肤方面转变。结论：康复护理可作为加强植皮效果的一种重要手段。     

Modified great toe wrap for thumb reconstruction

Reconstruction of the traumatically amputated thumb can be achieved with good cosmetic and functional results utilizing autogenous bone graft and a neurosensory free wrap-around flap from the great toe. The donor area of the toe is modified to create a wrap-around flap to transfer innervated glabrous skin from the medial and lateral borders of the toe. This modification includes nail and nail matrix while preserving toe length and the important plantar weight-bearing skin of the great toe. A series of three patients who have undergone thumb reconstruction utilizing this method are reported. Postoperative follow-up averages 15 months. Sensory recovery is comparable to that reported in the literature; cosmetic appearance of the thumb and nail growth are good.     

北京市高低端护肤品消费者皮肤特征比较研究

目的：比较北京市25～45岁女性人群长期使用高端护肤品与长期使用低端护肤品后的皮肤基础状况。方法：招募北京市25～45岁女性长期使用高端护肤品人群（高端消费者）与长期使用低端护肤品人群（低端消费者）,非干预性测试两组人群的皮肤水分含量、透皮水分丢失率、肤色、黑素含量,血红素含量、弹性、粗糙程度、皱纹、脱屑程度、油性、pH值等;同时由皮肤科医生对两组人群的红斑等刺激性指标和整体肤色等特征指标打分。结果：高端消费者表层皮肤含水量与低端消费者相近,但深层皮肤含水量明显高于低端消费者。高端消费者具有更好的皮肤屏障功能,肤色较白,弹性更好,皱纹较少。两组人群粗糙程度、pH值、油性和脱屑程度相差不大。从皮肤科医生的评分来看,两组人群的红斑、水肿等刺激性指标无差异,整体肤色等特征指标也无显著不同,但皱纹数量高端消费者明显少于低端消费者。结论：低端消费者与高端消费者的表层皮肤保湿效果相近,但在深层保湿效果上高端消费者明显优于低端消费者;高端消费者在皮肤屏障功能、肤色、弹性程度上显著优于低端消费者。     

A computerised machine for the facilitated production of intermingled skin grafts.

The introduction of intermingled allograft/autograft skin grafting in western countries has long been hampered by high costs, due to the personnel requirements to produce this special form of graft. We have solved this problem by designing and constructing a computer-controlled machine, which in one operation punches holes out of strips of allogeneic donor skin and in another cuts fitting islets out of autogenous skin and transfers them into these holes. In comparison to manual preparation, this machine not only accelerates the production of intermingled skin grafts, but it also inserts the islets with superior accuracy, which is very important for the final functional and cosmetic result.     

Cosmetic upper blepharoplasty

The anatomy of the upper eyelid is complex; however, those structures that make it complex are not involved in routine cosmetic blepharoplasty. The most common reason for patients seeking cosmetic surgery of the upper eyelids is excess skin and its associated heaviness. Appropriate removal of skin, preseptal orbicularis oculi muscle, submuscular fat, and orbital fat will achieve consistently good results.     

皮肤磨削术及其应用

皮肤磨削术是在皮肤病的治疗及美容治疗中适应证较为广泛的一种治疗手段,是医学美容换肤技术在临床上最为常用的一种方法,磨削术常规是使用一些器械或设备,对表皮和真皮浅层进行可控制的机械性磨削、以完成治疗及美容的一种手术。不同类型的患者的治疗方法选择是有所区别的,医生应对不同患者选取不同的治疗方法及设备。本文通过综述结合临床病例治疗经验对皮肤磨削术的方法加以系统介绍,让大家重新认识皮肤磨削术这一古老而传统的治疗方法,对临床应用具有重要意义。     

Aesthetic and reconstructive rhinoplasty: A continuum

The anatomy and aesthetics of the nose never change and are similar for cosmetic and reconstructive rhinoplasty. The disciplines differ in the cause of injury, which determines the site and degree of damage, the subsequent deformity, and the therapeutic approach to repair. The cosmetic surgeon modifies the bony-cartilaginous framework to support and mould the overlying skin. A thick, scarred or large skin envelope may limit the expected result but cannot be altered. When severe scarring or necrosis occurs after a cosmetic rhinoplasty or filler injection, missing external skin and internal lining become a controlling factor in achieving nasal shape and must be replaced in exact dimension and border outline, guided by the principles of aesthetic nasal reconstruction. This paper illustrates the use of a 3 stage forehead flap and anatomic reconstruction of the tip cartilages to repair a full thickness necrosis of the tip after a cosmetic filler injection. An overview of presentation and treatment of this complication is presented with reconstructive guidelines to direct the surgeon to successful repair.
