Along with the emergence of new anticancer drug which are identified molecular targets in digestive oncology, we are witnessing the emergence of new skin toxicities. Some of them, such as folliculitis occurring inhibitors of EGF receptor, even seem correlated with the therapeutic efficacy of these new agents. However, these skin reactions are sometimes very hard to bear and can have a significant impact on quality of life, especially as patients are often treated for long periods. It is not uncommon for skin effects are causing reductions in dosage or interruption of treatment, yet effective on the cancer disease. The management of these side effects should continue at two levels: clinical, to improve and facilitate tolerance of treatments to our patients but also research to advance the understanding of the complex mechanisms that control skin homeostasis. 相似文献
