A vaccine against HIV-1 infection absolutely needs the ability to effectively elicit virus-specific immunity over a long term; nevertheless, there have been few studies indicating that the immunoinductivity of such a candidate vaccine has been researched for several years running. In a previous report, we demonstrated that recombinant BCG (rBCG) expressing the full-length gag gene of simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV) (rBCG-SIVgag) induced Gag-specific delayed-type hypersensitivity, T cell proliferation, gamma interferon (IFN gamma), and serum IgG responses in guinea pigs immunized intradermally (i.d.) with 0.1 mg for the 1-year period of study. Especially, the production of long-lasting Gag-specific serum IgG in the vaccinated animals perhaps reflects the persistent antigenic stimulation by rBCG-SIVgag. How long, we questioned, will such immune responses to Gag engendered by the rBCG-SIVgag vaccination persist without booster immunizations? To learn this, we examined Gag-specific IgG production in sera and Gag-specific IFN gamma mRNA expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in guinea pigs vaccinated with rBCG-SIVgag i.d. (0.1 mg) or orally (80 mg x 2) during a 3-year period. As a result, Gag-specific serum IgG was highly generated for 3 years at similar levels between the i.d. and the orally immunized guinea pigs (IgG2>IgG1). The enhancement of IFN gamma mRNA expression by in vitro restimulation with Gag antigen was also detected in PBMC from the two immunization groups throughout the 3-year observation period. In guinea pigs immunized i.d. with rBCG-SIVgag, a high level of Gag-specific IFN gamma response was observed at 1 year after vaccination, whereas the response has waned gradually. The current study indicates that i.d. and oral inoculations of rBCG-SIVgag elicit stable, strong, Gag-specific serum IgG production while exhibiting the different kinetics of Gag-specific IFN gamma responses between i.d. and oral vaccination routes. This suggests that the rBCG vector system expressing an appropriate size of foreign antigen gene should be suited for the induction of the antigen-specific humoral immunity concomitant with an IFN gamma response.  相似文献

Induction of HIV-1-specific immune responses was evaluated using a recombinant BCG (rBCG) vector-based vaccine expressing HIV-1 Env V3 peptide (rBCG-pSOV3J1). rBCG-pSOV3J1 was manufactured as a freeze-dried preparation based on good laboratory practice guidelines. Guinea pigs were immunized with the freeze-dried rBCG vaccine by oral administration to test the effectiveness of what is generally considered the most convenient and practical route for vaccination. While delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) skin reactions to purified protein derivative were not detected in any of the animals receiving oral rBCG-pSOV3J1, HIV-1 V3J1 antigen-specific DTH responses were detected in all of the immunized guinea pigs 1.5 years after immunization. In addition, significant proliferative responses against HIV-1 V3J1 antigen were measured in peripheral blood mononuclear cells and splenocytes from all animals receiving oral rBCG. Interestingly, intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes from the animals also exhibited high levels of proliferative activity against HIV-1 V3J1 antigen. These results suggest that oral vaccination of guinea pigs with freeze-dried rBCG-pSOV3J1 induces high levels of functional T cells specific for HIV-1 antigens in both mucosal and systemic compartments and suggest that this approach has potential for use as a vaccine against HIV-1.  相似文献

A protein, isolated and purified from the unheated culture filtrate of Mycobacterium bovis BCG (substrain Tokyo 172) and designated MPB70, elicited a delayed skin reaction in guinea pigs sensitized with viable cells of BCG but not in those sensitized with heat-killed cells. The skin reaction reached the maximum 4 to 8 weeks after the inoculation of the BCG and then decreased gradually, resulting in conversion to negative after 20 weeks, whereas the skin reaction to purified protein derivative (PPD) continued to be positive. Guinea pigs immunized with viable cells of various substrains of BCG were skin tested with MPB70 and PPD. Guinea pigs immunized with the BCG substrain Tokyo 172 and the substrain Moreau (Brazil) showed strong delayed skin reactions to both MPB70 and PPD. On the other hand, guinea pigs immunized with the Pasteur substrain 1173P2, the Glaxo substrain 1077, the Copenhagen substrain 1331, the Tice substrain, or the Beijing substrain 64-42 showed negative skin reactions to MPB70, whereas they were strongly positive to PPD. In a two-dimensional acrylamide gel electrophoretic analysis of proteins from the culture filtrates of the BCG substrains, the culture filtrates of the Tokyo and Moreau substrains showed the spot of MPB70 on the gel slabs, whereas those of the other BCG substrains did not.  相似文献

The tuberculin skin test (TST) is a simple and inexpensive test to determine whether individuals have been exposed to Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This test is not always reliable, however, in people previously immunized with BCG and/or who have been exposed to environmental mycobacterial species due to a reaction to purified protein derivative (PPD) used in the skin test. An issue with BCG, therefore, is that the resulting sensitization to PPD in some individuals compromises the diagnostic use of the skin test. The ability to induce protective immune responses without sensitizing to the tuberculin skin test will be important properties of next-generation tuberculosis (TB) vaccine candidates. We show here that guinea pigs immunized with the candidate TB vaccine ID93/GLA-SE, currently in clinical trials, do not react to intradermal PPD administration. In contrast, positive DTH responses to both ID93 and components thereof were induced in ID93/GLA-SE-immunized animals, indicating robust but specific cellular responses were present in the immunized animals. Noninterference with the TST is an important factor for consideration in the development of a vaccine against M. tuberculosis.  相似文献

Inbred strain 2 guinea pigs were vaccinated with Mycobacterium bovis BCG or were left unvaccinated. They were maintained for 6 weeks on defined, isocaloric diets containing either 30% (control animals) or 10% (animals receiving low protein) ovalbumin as the sole protein source. Animals were challenged by the respiratory route with a low dose of virulent M. tuberculosis H37Rv and killed 4 weeks later. Protein-malnourished animals were not protected by previous vaccination with BCG. Lymphocytes isolated from various tissues were tested in vitro for proliferative responses to mitogen (concanavalin A) and antigen (purified protein derivative [PPD]), production of interleukin-2 (IL-2), and response to exogenous recombinant IL-2 (rIL-2). Protein-malnourished guinea pigs responded only weakly to PPD skin tests, and their blood and lymph node lymphocytes exhibited impaired proliferation when cultured with PPD in vitro. IL-2 levels were consistently low in cultures of stimulated blood and spleen lymphocytes from protein-deprived animals. BCG vaccination of nutritionally normal guinea pigs, on the other hand, induced significantly more IL-2 production by PPD- and concanavalin A-stimulated lymphocytes. The addition of exogenous mouse rIL-2 (40 and 80 U/ml) in vitro to PPD-stimulated blood and lymph node cells from nonvaccinated, protein-deprived guinea pigs resulted in no improvement of the proliferative response. Previous vaccination of malnourished guinea pigs did not consistently enhance the response of PPD-stimulated lymphocytes to added rIL-2. Dietary protein deficiency and BCG vaccination appear to modulate antigen-driven cellular immunity in animals with tuberculosis by altering the production of, and the response to, IL-2 by PPD-stimulated lymphocytes.  相似文献

Purified protein derivative (PPD) is a widely used reagent for the diagnosis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection. Recently, the molecular composition of PPD was defined, with hundreds of mycobacterial protein representatives making up PPD. Which, if any, of these specific products drive the potency of PPD remains in question. In this study, two proteins (DnaK and GroEL2) previously identified as dominant proteins in PPD were tested for the capacity to induce delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) responses in H37Rv-infected or BCG-vaccinated guinea pigs. These two proteins were used in pull-down assays to identify interacting PPD products. Six proteins were identified as interacting partners with DnaK and GroEL2, i.e., Rv0009, Rv0475, Rv0569, Rv0685, Rv2626c, and Rv2632c. These six proteins were tested alone and in combination with DnaK and GroEL2 for the capacity to induce a DTH response in the guinea pig model. From these studies, two cocktails, DnaK/GroEL2/Rv0009 and DnaK/GroEL2/Rv0685, were found to induce DTH responses in H37Rv-infected or BCG-vaccinated guinea pigs that were indistinguishable from DTH responses driven by a PPD injection. The mechanism by which DTH responses were induced was elucidated by histologic examination, analysis of activated CD4(+)/CD8(+) T cells, and cytokine mRNA expression at the site of the DTH response. PPD and the protein cocktails tested induced strong DTH responses in H37Rv-infected guinea pigs. Ex vivo phenotyping of T cells at the DTH site indicated that this response is mediated by activated CD4(+) and CD8(+) T cells, with increases in gamma interferon and tumor necrosis factor alpha, but not interleukin-10, at the site of the DTH response. Our results demonstrate for the first time that the PPD response can be mimicked at the molecular level with defined protein cocktails. The use of this defined product will allow a more thorough understanding of the DTH response and may provide a platform for more rapid and sensitive second-generation skin test reagents for the diagnosis of M. tuberculosis infection.  相似文献

Tuberculosis (TB) remains an enormous global health problem, and a new vaccine against TB more potent than the current inadequate vaccine, Mycobacterium bovis BCG, is urgently needed. We describe a recombinant BCG vaccine (rBCG30) expressing and secreting the 30-kDa major secretory protein of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, the primary causative agent of TB, that affords greater survival after challenge than parental BCG in the highly demanding guinea pig model of pulmonary TB. Animals immunized with rBCG30 and then challenged by aerosol with a highly virulent strain of M. tuberculosis survived significantly longer than animals immunized with conventional BCG. The parental and recombinant vaccine strains are comparably avirulent in guinea pigs, as they display a similar pattern of growth and clearance in the lung, spleen, and regional lymph nodes. The pMTB30 plasmid encoding the 30-kDa protein is neither self-transmissible nor mobilizable to other bacteria, including mycobacteria. The pMTB30 plasmid can be stably maintained in Escherichia coli but is expressed only in mycobacteria. The recombinant and parental strains are sensitive to the same antimycobacterial antibiotics. rBCG30, the first vaccine against TB more potent than nearly century-old BCG, is being readied for human clinical trials.  相似文献

The pentameric form of the cholera toxin B subunit (CTB) is known to be a strong mucosal adjuvant and stimulates antigen-specific secretory immunoglobulin A (IgA) and systemic antibody responses to antigens when given by mucosal routes. To deliver CTB for prolonged periods of time to the respiratory mucosa, we constructed a Mycobacterium bovis bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) strain that produces and secretes assembled pentameric CTB. Mice immunized intranasally (i.n.) with recombinant BCG (rBCG) developed a stronger anti-BCG IgA response in bronchoalveolar lavage fluids (BALF) than mice immunized with nonrecombinant BCG. The total IgA response in the BALF of mice immunized with rBCG was also stronger than that in BALF of mice immunized with the nonrecombinant strain. The induction of IgA was well correlated with an increased production of transforming growth factor beta1. Simultaneous administration of intraperitoneally delivered ovalbumin and of i.n. delivered CTB-producing BCG induced a long-lasting ovalbumin-specific mucosal IgA response as well as a systemic IgG response, both of which were significantly higher than those in mice immunized with nonrecombinant BCG together with ovalbumin. These results suggest that the CTB-producing BCG may be a powerful adjuvant to be considered for future mucosal vaccine development.  相似文献

Mycobacterium tuberculosis can not only neutralize immune effector functions, but also has the ability to modulate host-signalling cascades involved in the development of these responses. The 19 kDa antigen (Rv3763), a lipoprotein of M. tuberculosis, elicits high levels of interleukin (IL)-12 from macrophages in addition to its powerful immunomodulatory properties, leading to suppression of antigen-presentation signalling cascades. The present study was aimed at analysing the effect of overexpression of this antigen on the immunostimulatory properties of M. bovis Bacille Calmette-Guerin (BCG). We have constructed a recombinant BCG strain (rBCG19N) producing higher levels of the 19 kDa antigen in both the cytoplasmic (approximately eightfold) and extracellular (approximately fivefold) fractions as compared to the wildtype BCG. Immunization of mice with rBCG19N elicited high levels of interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) and relatively low levels of IL-10 against the purified 19 kDa antigen. However, in response to total BCG sonicate, mice immunized with rBCG19N produced significantly high levels of IL-10 with relatively very low levels of IFN-gamma. This polarization of the host immune responses towards T-helper 2 subtype resulted in complete abrogation of the protective efficacy of BCG, when rBCG19N was used as a live vaccine against M. tuberculosis challenge in guinea pigs.  相似文献

Live attenuated nonpathogenic Mycobacterium bovis bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) mediates long-lasting immune responses, has been safely administered as a tuberculosis vaccine to billions of humans, and is affordable to produce as a vaccine vector. These characteristics make it very attractive as a human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) vaccine vector candidate. Here, we assessed the immunogenicity of recombinant BCG (rBCG) constructs with different simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV)gag expression cassettes as priming agents followed by a recombinant replication-incompetent New York vaccinia virus (NYVAC) boost in rhesus macaques. Unmutated rBCG constructs were used in comparison to mutants with gene deletions identified in an in vitro screen for augmented immunogenicity. We demonstrated that BCG-SIVgag is able to elicit robust transgene-specific priming responses, resulting in strong SIV epitope-specific cellular immune responses. While enhanced immunogenicity was sustained at moderate levels for >1 year following the heterologous boost vaccination, we were unable to demonstrate a protective effect after repeated rectal mucosal challenges with pathogenic SIVmac251. Our findings highlight the potential for rBCG vaccines to stimulate effective cross-priming and enhanced major histocompatibility complex class I presentation, suggesting that combining this approach with other immunogens may contribute to the development of effective vaccine regimens against HIV.  相似文献

The protective efficacy of BCG vaccination against pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is highly variable in different populations. The reason remains to be elucidated. This study aims to investigate the possible effect of intestinal helminths on the immune response to PPD in naturally immunized or BCG-vaccinated humans. The study population was assessed for helminthic infection and those found to be positive were randomly assigned to either an albendazole treatment group or a control group who received a placebo. The immune response to PPD was compared between the two groups. In addition, subjects who were tuberculin skin test-negative in both groups were BCG vaccinated and later on tested for PPD-specific responses. Albendazole induced elimination/or reduction in intestinal worms resulting in a significant improvement in T cell proliferation and in interferon-gamma production by peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) stimulated with PPD. Moreover, BCG vaccination significantly improved PPD-specific immune responses in the treated group but not in the placebo group. The differences in the in vivo skin test responses were not significant. The data show that cellular immune responses to PPD are reduced in persons with concurrent helminthic infections, perhaps reflecting a lowered resistance to mycobacterial infections. This could explain, at least in part, the reduced efficacy of BCG against TB in helminth-endemic areas of the world.  相似文献

Purpose

The third variable (V3) loop of the human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) envelope glycoprotein has been intensively studied for AIDS vaccine development. Bacille Calmette-Guérin (BCG) is widely used to immunize against tuberculosis and has many advantages as a vaccine vehicle, such as low toxicity, adjuvant potential, low cost, and long-lasting immune-inducing capacity. This work was initiated to investigate the immunogenicity of recombinant BCG (rBCG-mV3) designed to express trimeric HIV-1 V3 loop (mV3) in rBCG-mV3-immunized animals.

Materials and Methods

HIV-1 V3-concatamer was cloned into pMV261, a BCG-expression vector, and then rBCG-mV3 was constructed by introducing the recombinant plasmid (pMV-V3). The recombinant BCG was examined with regard to its expression of V3-concatamer and the genetic stability in vivo and in vitro. The immune responses induced by recombinant BCG were tested in immunized mice and guinea pigs.

Results

The rBCG-mV3 expressed detectable amounts of V3-concatamer when induced by single heat-shock. The recombinant BCG was genetically stable and maintained the introduced mV3 gene for several weeks. V3-specific antibodies were clearly detected 6 weeks after inoculation. The antibody titer rapidly increased after immunization up to 10 weeks, and then maintained for over 4 weeks. IgG2a was prevalent in the V3-specific antiserum. The recombinant BCG was also effective in inducing delayed-type hypersensitivity responses in the immunized guinea pigs. rBCG-immunized mice retained substantial amounts of V3-specific T cells in the spleen, even 5 months after the first immunization.

Conclusion

Recombinant BCG-mV3 is very efficient in inducing humoral and long-lasting cell-mediated immunity against HIV-1 V3 in the immunized animals.  相似文献

Bivalent recombinant strains of Mycobacterium bovis BCG (rBCG) expressing the early regulatory nef and the structural gag(p26) genes from the simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV) SIVmac251 were engineered so that both genes were cotranscribed from a synthetic operon. The expression cassette was cloned into a multicopy-replicating vector, and the expression levels of both nef and gag in the bivalent rBCG(nef-gag) strain were found to be comparable to those of monovalent rBCG(nef) or rBCG(gag) strains. However, extrachromosomal cloning of the nef-gag operon into a replicative plasmid resulted in strains of low genetic stability that rapidly lost the plasmid in vivo. Thus, the nef-gag operon was inserted site specifically into the BCG chromosome by means of mycobacteriophage Ms6-derived vectors. The resulting integrative rBCG(nef-gag) strains showed very high genetic stability both in vitro and in vivo. The in vivo expression of the heterologous genes was much longer lived when the expression cassette was inserted into the BCG chromosome. In one of the strains obtained, integrative cloning did not reduce the expression levels of the genes even though a single copy was present. Accordingly, this strain induced cellular immune responses of the same magnitude as that of the replicative rBCG strain containing several copies of the genes.  相似文献

Autoimmune MRL mice develop a poor delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) after BCG cell wall (BCG CW) immunization. To test the possible participation of suppressor cells on DTH induction, MRL/MpJ-lpr/lpr (MRL-lpr) and MRL/MpJ-+/+ (MRL-+/+) mice were pretreated with cyclophosphamide (Cy) 4 days before the immunization. The footpad reaction to the purified protein derivative of tuberculin (PPD) was enhanced remarkably by Cy pretreatment in both MRL-lpr and MRL-+/+ mice. In addition, the lymph node cells obtained from nonpretreated MRL-lpr and MRL-+/+ mice at 7 days after BCG CW immunization suppressed the DTH induction of Cy-pretreated MRL-+/+ mice. On the other hand, a positive proliferative response to PPD in vitro was seen only in the cells from Cy-pretreated MRL-+/+ and younger MRL-lpr mice, but not in the cells of nonpretreated MRL-+/+ or both pretreated and nonpretreated older MRL-lpr mice. Removal of B220-positive cells from the lymph node cell populations of Cy-pretreated MRL-lpr mice restored PPD responsiveness, but the same treatment had no effect on the cells from nonpretreated MRL-lpr mice. The results suggest that DTH responses to PPD in MRL mice immunized with BCG CW are regulated by Cy-sensitive suppressor cells. These suppressor cells occur in MRL mice irrespective of whether they carry the lpr gene. And it is also demonstrated that MRL-lpr mice have TDTH precursor cells in a sufficient number for TDTH production even after expressing lymphadenopathy.  相似文献

Development of an effective preventive or therapeutic vaccine against HIV-1 is an important goal in the fight against AIDS. Effective virus clearance and inhibition of spread to target organs depends principally on the cellular immune response. Therefore, a vaccine against HIV-1 should elicit virus-specific cytotoxic lymphocyte (CTL) responses to eliminate the virus during the cell-associated stages of its life cycle. The vaccine should also be capable of inducing immunity at the mucosal surfaces, the primary route of transmission. Recombinant Bacille Calmette-Guérin (BCG) expressing viral proteins offers an excellent candidate vaccine in view of its safety and ability to persist intracellularly, resulting in the induction of long-lasting immunity and stimulation of the cellular immune response. BCG can be administered orally to induce HIV-specific immunity at the mucosal surfaces. The immunogenicity of four recombinant BCG constructs expressing simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV) Gag, Pol, Env, and Nef proteins was tested in rhesus macaques. A single simultaneous inoculation of all four recombinants elicited SIV-specific IgA and IgG antibody, and cellular immune responses, including CTL and helper T cell proliferation. Our results demonstrate that BCG recombinant vectors can induce concomitant humoral and cellular immune responses to the major proteins of SIV.  相似文献

The cytokine secretion profiles of T cell lines (TCL) specific for purified protein derivative (PPD) or streptokinase (SK), contemporarily derived from nine atopic and nine nonatopic individuals, were compared. Upon stimulation with phorbol myristate acetate (PMA) plus anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody (mAb), all TCL from both atopics and nonatopics produced interleukin (IL)-2 and interferon (IFN)-gamma. The mean IL-2 production by PPD- or SK-specific TCL from both atopics and nonatopics was similar, whereas the mean IFN-gamma production by TCL derived from atopics was significantly lower. In addition, both PPD- and SK-specific TCL from atopics produced detectable amounts of IL-4 and IL-5, whereas the corresponding TCL derived from nonatopics did not. A total number of 107 and 99 PPD-specific CD4+ T cell clones (TCC) were then derived from TCL of 4 atopic and 4 nonatopic donors and assessed for their profile of cytokine production in response to stimulation with either PMA plus anti-CD3 mAb or the specific antigen. Under both these experimental conditions, virtually all PPD-specific TCC from both atopic and nonatopic individuals produced IL-2 and IFN-gamma. In contrast, the great majority of PPD-specific TCC derived from nonatopic individuals did not produce IL-4 and IL-5, whereas high proportions of PPD-specific TCC derived from atopic donors displayed the ability to produce noticeable amounts of IL-4 and IL-5 besides IL-2 and IFN-gamma. These data indicate that CD4+ T cells from atopic individuals are able to produce IL-4 and IL-5 in response to bacterial antigens, such as PPD and SK, that usually evoke responses with a restricted type-1 T helper (Th1)-like cytokine profile in nonatopic individuals. Aberrant IL-4 production by Th cells may represent one of the immune alterations responsible for enhanced IgE antibody production in atopic people.  相似文献

We studied the immunogenicity of completely replication-deficient vaccinia virus Dairen I strain recombinant encoding simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV) gag/pol (rDIs) in both mucosal and systemic compartments. When administered either intranasally or intragastrically, rDIs elicited enhanced levels of both SIV Gag p27-specific IgA antibodies and specific plasma antibodies, and the enhanced immunity persisted for the 1-year of observation by intranasal immunization. Increases were observed in antigen-specific IgA antibody-forming cells (AFC) in intestinal mucosal tissues and in IgG AFC in spleens. Furthermore, induction of type 1 and 2 helper cytokines in CD4+ spleen T cells and of CD8+ IFN-γ spot-forming cells in mucosal tissues was observed in the intranasally immunized mice. Moreover, not even high-dose rDIs generated an SIV gene signal in the brain tissues of immunized mice. These findings suggest that mucosal immunization with the DIs recombinant hold promise as a safe mucosal vector.  相似文献

An immunodominant T-cell-stimulatory epitope located near the carboxy terminus of the 38-kDa antigen from M. tuberculosis (38.G, residues 350-369) was found to be M. tuberculosis-complex specific. This was demonstrated by the presence of proliferative and delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) responses in mice immunized with Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Mycobacterium bovis BCG, whereas mice immunized with M. avium or other non-tuberculous species of mycobacteria showed no such responses. Peptide 38.G stimulated the proliferation of peripheral blood lymphocytes from healthy purified protein derivative (PPD)-positive individuals but not from PPD-negative individuals. It also elicited DTH responses in M. tuberculosis sensitized mice and in PPD-positive healthy human volunteers. Peptide 38.G could therefore prove to be an important component in any new molecularly defined reagent used in the immunodiagnosis of tuberculous infection.  相似文献

Antigen-specific responses of lymphocyte to purified protein derivative (PPD) were studied in seven patients with non-small cell lung cancer who had undergone complete resection and received postoperative intrapleural Bacillus Calmette-Guerin. In addition, one patient with unresected lung cancer and reactive tuberculin skin test (PPD +) and five normal PPD- individuals were also studied. Lung cancer patients had significantly fewer responsive peripheral blood lymphocytes, unfractionated T cells, and T cells bearing Fc-IgG receptors (TG + populations) than normal controls. These deficits were most pronounced in the group who had received intrapleural Bacillus Calmette-Guerin but who had failed to develop reactive tuberculin skin tests. In contrast, the TG-populations (FC-IgG receptor-negative T cells) from all patients responded to PPD. TG + cells specifically inhibited TG- -cell responses to PPD in both proliferation and immunoglobulin secretion. Radiosensitive suppressor monocytes were found in other patients. This study shows interesting immune deficits in early lung cancer patients. These patients appear to have PPD-specific suppressor TG + cells which may contribute to the immune deficits in these patients.  相似文献
