吡喹酮治疗血吸虫病的动态心电图监测分析

探讨吡喹酮治疗血吸虫病对心脏的影响。方法用动态心电图分析仪对４３例慢性血吸虫病患者，在服用吡喹酮治疗前后进行２４ｈ动态心电图监测。对总心搏数、最快心率、最慢心率、平均心率、心律异常及２１－２３时心律进行监测分析，并以３０例服用安慰剂的慢性血吸虫病患者作对照。结果治疗组服前后最快心率、最慢心率有显著差异（Ｐ〈０．０１，Ｐ〈０．０５），服药期间心异常高于服药前，部分病例ＳＴ－Ｔ有异常改变，对照组服药前     

抗着丝点抗体71例临床分析

FIBRONECTIN BINDING WITH IMMUNOGLOBULIN AGGREGATES AND ITS ASSOCIATION WITH RHEUMATIC DISORDERS

Fibronectin was shown to bind heat-aggregated, but not monomeric,human IgG, suggesting that fibronectin may bind directly toIgG immune complexes. The presence of material both bindingand already containing fibronectin was demonstrated in polyethyleneglycol precipitates of sera and synovial fluids from patientswith rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and gout, but not normal sera.By contrast, complement-fixing complexes contained fibronectinin RA synovial fluids and sera, but not in sera and synovialfluids from other rheumatic disorders. It is considered thatfibronectin binds to immune complexes in RA synovial fluidsand sera but that some other, as yet unidentified material,is effective in binding fibronectin in sera and synovial fluidsfrom patients with osteoarthritis and crystal synovitis.     

EFFECTS OF LONG-TERM TREATMENT WITH METERGOLINE IN PATIENTS WITH IDIOPATHIC OLIGOSPERMIA

The effect of metergoline, an ergoline derivative with antiserotonin as well as dopaminergic properties, was studied in forty-five male patients with idiopathic oligospermia. Metergoline treatment (6 mg daily for 5 months) had no demonstrable effect on spermatogenesis; moreover, it did not influence the serum levels of LH, FSH, testosterone and oestradiol although it significantly reduced prolactin levels. It is concluded that, in all likelihood, serotonin plays little or no part in the pathogenesis of idiopathic oligospermia and that pharmacological reduction of normal prolactin levels has no therapeutic effect on this disease.     

淋滞疏通丸治疗晚期血吸虫病肝纤维化腹水临床观察

淋滞疏通丸系河北省邯郸市肝病专科医院刘墨林教授研制的疏通化纤系列药物之一 ,自 2 0 0 0年 4月至 2 0 0 1年 11月 ,引进该药治疗晚期血吸虫病肝纤维化腹水 42例 ,报告如下。1　临床资料42例均为来自血吸虫病疫区的农村患者 ,都曾经接受过血吸虫病原治疗 ,其中男 3 1例 ,女 11例 ,年龄 3 2 -73岁 ,合并乙型肝炎病毒感染者 15例。 42例均为腹水反复发作 2次以上而在当地乡村医院、诊所护肝、利尿剂联合治疗无效的病例。本组病例均为门诊病例 ,就诊时进行体检、肝功能、B超检查 ,均有腹壁静脉曲张、肝脾肿大等门脉高压征 ,严重者见脐疝、伴…
