Low-intensity (0.89 μ) laser irradiation of mast cells in rat mesentery in various combinations of power and exposure modifies their functional activity. Enhanced degranulation was observed at 18–25 mW beam power and 15–30 sec exposure. The modes of radiation that did not promote degranulation, changed the form of the cells, which indicates a membranotropic effect of low-intensity laser radiation. The effect of a He-Ne laser (λ=632.8 nm) on the functional activity of peripheral blood leukocytes is examined by the method of luminol-dependent chemiluminescence. The maximum stimulation of leukocytes is observed in the 0.05–0.15 J/cm2 range, being dependent on the leukocyte preparation. In the presence of the photosensitizing agent phthalocyanine the maximum stimulation is observed at lower intensities. We have examined the effect of a low-intensity laser radiation (wavelength 630 nm, beam power 1 mW) on the aggregability of blood platelets, acidic tolerance of erythrocytes, and the structure of their membranes. Laser radiation suppressed platelet aggregability induced by ATP, epinephrine, collagen, platelet activating factor, and fibrinogen and enhanced the resistance of the erythrocytes. It decreased the microviscosity of lipid bilayer and of the membrane protein-lipid contact regions and slowed down lipid peroxidation. These findings attest to a direct membranotropic effect of laser radiation, which is particularly strong in the protein-lipid contact regions. The effect of helium-neon laser irradiation and wideband red light on electrical activity of open rat heart was examined after experimentally produced ischemia. The red light applied with the help of optical fibers modified parameters of cardiac electrical activity and intensity of lipid peroxidation in the myocardium. Changes in the microvessels, consisting in their dilatation and accelerated formation, and a shift of the peak of epitheliocyte proliferative activity are found to be the structural basis of the stimulating effect of infrared magnetic laser. Morphologic changes in connective-tissue cells determine both the proper development of the connective-tissue carcass, primarily of the fibroblasts, and the barrier protective and regulatory function of such cells as macrophages, neutrophils, plasma cells, eosinophils, and, last but not least, mast cells. Morphologic changes occurring during irradiation according to optimal schemes indicate activation of specific cell functions and are observed at earlier times. 作者用低强度毫米级(波长6mm,频率50GHz,照射强度为100mW)电磁波照射15例健康人离体血样,照射时间分别为15分钟、30分钟和60分钟等。实验系统对照测试了正常组与照射组红细胞的多项流变学及生物物理学指标,包括血液粘度、红细胞变形性及聚集性、红细胞溶血脆性、红细胞膜的阴离子通透性以及红细胞的形态等,从生物物理学角度研究了低强度毫米波对生物组织非效应的影响程度,并初步讨论了这种作用的生理机制和意义。  相似文献

目的探讨低剂量电离辐射对工作人员肝功能的影响。方法检索相关文献,根据预先设定的纳入排除标准筛选符合要求的文献,以放射组和对照组肝功能异常数及各组总人数为基本数据,将OR作为效应值,通过异质性检验选用合适模型进行分析。结果合并OR值为1.59,95%CI为1.25~2.02(P0.05)。结论长期暴露在低剂量电离辐射环境下会增加放射工作人员肝功能异常的检出率。  相似文献
