目的:探讨了原发性高血压肾病患者血清脂联素(APN)、TGF-β1水平的变化及意义。方法:应用ELISA在36例高血压肾病患者进行血清APN、TGF-β1检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:原发性高血压肾病患者TGF-β1水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P〈0.01)。血清APN水平则低于正常人组(P〈0.01)。两者之间呈明显负相关(r=-0.4588,P〈0.01)。结论:检测原发性高血压肾病患者血清APN和TGF-β1水平的变化对了解病情,探讨其发病机理,预防和指导用药均有重要的临床价值。  相似文献

目的:探讨2型糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血清内脂素和脂联素水平的变化及意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析和酶联法测定41例DM2无肾病组和32例DN组患者血清内脂素和脂联素水平,并与35名正常人作比较。结果:DM2患者无论有无肾病组其血清内脂素水平均显著地高于正常人组(P〈0.01),血清脂联素水平显著低于正常人组(P〈0.01),两者呈明显的负相关(r=-0.4108,P〈0.01)。DN组血清脂联素水平高于DM2组。结论:血清内脂素、脂联素水平与DN的发生与发展密切相关,有重要的临床价值。  相似文献

目的:探讨了原发性高血压肾病患者血浆瘦素(leptin)和血清脂联素(APN)及尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)水平的变化及意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析、酶联免疫法和化学法对38例原发性高血压肾病患者血浆leptin和血清APN及尿mAlb进行检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:原发性高血压肾病患者血浆leptin和尿mAlb水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01)。而血清APN水平则显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01)。血清APN水平与leptin、尿mAlb水平呈显著的负相关(r=-0.4084、-0.5132,P<0.01)。结论:检测原发性高血压肾病患者血浆leptin和血清APN及尿mAlb水平的变化对了解病情、探讨其发病机理、预防和指导用药均有重要的临床价值。  相似文献

目的:通过对2型糖尿病患者血清脂联素、瘦素水平检测及二者之间的比值分析,探讨DM2胰岛素抵抗发生的机理,为临床诊断治疗提供依据。方法:用酶联免疫分析和放射免疫分析对87例DM2,25例DM1患者和30例正常对照者及52例DM2经一年治疗前后脂联素、瘦素水平进行检测分析。结果:DM2患者脂联素水平明显低于DM1和正常对照组(P<0.01);瘦素水平DM1、DM2均高于正常对照组,DM2明显高于DM1(P<0.01);脂联素/瘦素的比值DM1>1(1.183),DM2<1(0.211),DM1与DM2比值比较有显著性差异(P<0.001);52例DM2治疗前后比较,脂联素、瘦素及二者比值有显著差异(P<0.01),脂联素与瘦素比较呈负相关。结论:2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的发生与脂联素、瘦素密切相关,二者的比值变化对糖尿病分型具有重要意义。  相似文献

Psoriasis is a disorder caused by genetic and immunological factors. Leptin, a peptide hormone secreted predominantly from adipose tissue, regulates energy intake and expenditure, as well as the T-helper response. There have been conflicting reports regarding serum levels of leptin and adiponectin in patients with psoriasis. In the present study, we measured serum levels of leptin and adiponectin in Korean patients with psoriasis. Twenty-four patients with psoriasis and fifteen control subjects were included in the study. Serum leptin and adiponectin levels were determined by an immunometric sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The mean serum leptin concentration in patients with psoriasis was higher than in controls, and the difference was statistically significant. In contrast, serum adiponectin levels in patients with psoriasis were significantly decreased compared with healthy controls. Leptin levels in vitamin D-deficient patients were statistically significantly higher than in vitamin D-sufficient patients. Serum adiponectin concentrations showed a negative correlation with body mass index (BMI) and psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) in patients with psoriasis. In conclusion, the present study demonstrated that leptin and adiponectin may play a role in the immunopathogenesis of psoriasis and may be useful biomarkers indicating severity of psoriasis in Korean patients.

目的:研究2型糖尿病肾病患者血清脂联素水平与糖尿病肾病的关系.方法:用放射免疫分析测定163例2型糖尿病患者及50例正常人的血清脂联素水平.结果:在糖尿病各亚组中,大量蛋白尿组患者的血清脂联素水平高于微量蛋白尿组(P<0.01)及正常蛋白尿组和对照组(P<0.001).微量蛋白尿组患者的血清脂联素水平高于正常蛋白尿组(P<0.05).脂联素水平与血肌酐、HbA1c、TC、SBP、DBP、TG及UAER呈正相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、HDL-C、BMI无明显相关性(P>0.05).女性血清脂联素水平(15.82±7.21)mg/L高于男性(13.98±7.86)mg/L,但无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:2型糖尿病肾病患者血清脂联素水平随着肾病进展而升高,说明肾脏参与了脂联素的代谢与排泄.脂联素在糖尿病肾病发生发展过程中可能起到重要作用.  相似文献

目的:探讨测定血清中甲状旁腺激素(PTH)的水平在慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)诊治中的临床意义。方法:测定30例CRF患者血清PTH、25-(OH)VitD3和血钙,与健康人做对照。分别检测30例糖尿病肾病(DN)、高血压肾病患者血清内PTH浓度与血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)的相关程度。结果:与正常对照组相比,CRF患者血清PTH水平显著升高,25-(OH)VitD3和血钙降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。DN患者和糖尿病(DM)患者相比较,高血压肾病患者和高血压患者相比较,前者血清PTH水平均比后者要高,且与血BUN、Scr及尿中微量白蛋白(MA)与肌酐(Cr)的比值(MA/Cr)有较好的相关性。结论:CRF导致患者血清PTH浓度升高,测定血清PTH水平可作为判断肾功能的指标之一,更有助于临床对CRF的提早发现和及时治疗,对钙磷代谢的调节评价及预防继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进具有重要的临床意义。  相似文献

Chronic inflammation is prevalent in dialysis patients. We investigated the relationship between inflammation and newly identified adipokines: leptin and adiponectin in this population. A total of 129 chronic hemodialysis patients were collected. Serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), leptin and adiponectin levels were determined as well as other metabolic variables. Correlation studies and multiple regression analysis were performed among variables. Our results showed that hemodialysis patients had elevated levels of inflammatory markers, leptin and adiponectin. Diabetic subjects had higher serum CRP and lower albumin levels than non-diabetics. Serum CRP levels were positively correlated with IL-6 levels and negatively correlated with albumin levels. Serum leptin levels were directly related to CRP levels while adiponectin levels were inversely related to CRP levels. A significant negative correlation was observed between serum leptin and adiponectin levels. Serum IL-6 levels were the single independent factor affecting CRP levels. Body mass index can predict both serum leptin and adiponectin levels. We conclude that hemodialysis patients are at an increased risk of chronic inflammation and diabetes patients are even more susceptible to this status. Both serum leptin and adiponectin levels are associated with inflammatory markers. As adipose tissue is the major secreting site of these adipokines, our results suggest that adipose tissue plays an important role in the pathogenesis of chronic inflammation in dialysis patients.  相似文献

β-Thalassemia is a significant public health problem in Egypt. Infectious complications represent the second most common cause of mortality and the major cause of morbidity in β-thalassemia major (BTM). The increased susceptibility of these patients to infectious diseases has been attributed to the abnormalities of the immune system, which is evident by systemic inflammation and immune deficiency. In a case control study, 35 patients with BTM were compared with 30 sex- and age-matched children who served as controls. Serum ferritin, high-sensitive CRP (hsCRP), leptin and adiponectin levels were determined in all subjects. Apoptosis of neutrophils and lymphocytes was measured by the Annexin V-fluoroisothiocyanate binding assay. Serum leptin was significantly lower in patients when compared to controls. In contrast, adiponectin and hsCRP levels were significantly higher in the patients than the controls. Positive correlation was found between adiponectin and hsCRP. BTM patients had significantly higher total leukocytes, neutrophils and lymphocytes compared with controls. BTM children exhibited a significantly increased apoptosis in T-lymphocytes; however, there was no significant difference in the percentage of apoptosis of B-lymphocytes and neutrophils between the patients and the controls. There was a significant negative correlation between serum leptin and the percentage of apoptotic T-lymphocytes. Our BTM patients had a high percentage of apoptotic T-lymphocyte in comparison with controls. In addition, they had disturbed serum levels of adipocytokines and inflammatory markers. These derangements could have a role in the immunological disturbance observed in thalassemic patients.  相似文献
