目的 制备二萜生物碱塔拉萨敏的并环衍生物.方法 以塔拉萨敏为原料,通过Jones氧化、Baeyer-Villiger内酯化、Grob裂解及[3+2]环加成等4步反应制备了相应的衍生物.结果与结论 所得产物的结构经MS及NMR进行确证,4步反应的总收率为55%.  相似文献

目的:研究白花瓜叶乌头(Aconitum hemsleyanum Pritz vor.laueanthus P.Guo et.M.R.Jia)根中生物碱成份。方法:pH与溶剂极性梯度萃取及硅胶层析。结果:从中分得7个已知去甲二萜生物碱,由光谱法分别鉴定为大渡乌碱1;13,15-dideoxyaconitine 2;indaconitine 3;crassicaudine4;塔拉萨敏5;查斯曼宁6;ezochasmanine 7。结论:这些化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到。  相似文献

目的制备外消旋药喇叭酸甲酯。方法以廉价易得的1,10-癸二醇为原料,经单苄醚化、溴代、格氏反应、乙酰化、氢解脱苄、Jone’s氧化和甲酯化等7步反应,制得外消旋药喇叭酸甲酯。结果以总收率7.2%合成了目标化合物,并经1HNMR1、3CNMR和MS确证其结构。结论所用方法成本低廉,反应条件温和,适于外消旋药喇叭酸甲酯的大量合成。  相似文献

目的 研究毛苞瓜叶乌头根中的生物碱化学成分.方法 酸提碱沉提取总碱,硅胶层析法分离,波谱法鉴定结构.结果 分离到6个已知的去用二萜生物碱,分别为滇乌碱(yunaconitine)、塔拉萨敏(talasamine)、瓜乌定(hemsleyadine)、拳乌宁乙(circinanine B)、黄草乌碱丁(schaconitine)和senbusine A.结论 应用光谱法和与已知物TLC对照的方法鉴定了所有化合物的结构.  相似文献

目的:研究直缘乌头(Aconitum transsectum Diels.)根中的生物碱成分。方法:采用pH梯度、中压柱层析、常压硅胶柱层析及离心薄层层析法。结果:分得11个已知二萜生物碱,由光谱法分别鉴定为:滇乌碱(yunaconitine)、印乌碱(indaconitine)、黄草乌碱甲(vilmorrianine A)、黄草乌碱丙(vilmorrianine C)、草乌甲素(crassialine A)、膝乌碱(geniconitine)、查斯曼宁(chasmanine)、8-去乙酰滇乌碱(8-deacetylyunaconitine)、塔拉萨敏(talatisamine)、14-乙酰塔拉萨敏(14-acetyltalatisamine)和chasmaconitine。结论:黄草乌碱甲和chasmaconitine是首次从该植物中分离得到。  相似文献

The first biomimetic conversion from the aconitine-type C(19)-diterpenoid alkaloids to the corresponding alkaloids of lactone-type C(19)-diterpenoid alkaloid has been achieved. Chasmanine was used as starting material with Baeyer-Villiger oxidation as a key reaction. It was also observed that the oxygenated group at C-16 did not change the relative migration tendencies of C-13 and C-9 during the oxidation. Meantime, a novel D-ring fragmented compound was obtained during the course of the present investigation. The plausible mechanism of the formation of this compound was also proposed.  相似文献

Further studies on the chemical constituents of Delphinium potaninii roots led to the isolation of two new lycoctonine-type norditerpenoid alkaloids, potanisines A (1) and B (3). The structures of these compounds were determined by interpretation of the spectroscopic data.
