通过对100例脑血栓患者随机分组对比治疗,观察组50例采用复方 脑栓1号治疗2个疗程,对照组50例采用维脑路通治疗2个疗程,观察治疗前后 甲襞微循环和血液流变性的变化及疗效。结果表明:复方脑栓1号,有显著改善甲 襞微循环和血液流变性的作用,治疗总有效率96%,治愈率52%,均优于维脑路通 (P<0.05)。  相似文献

目的探讨RBC发生聚集对RBC相关参数的影响,并提出解决方法。方法将疑为RBC聚集的标本离心后,用等量生理盐水置换标本血浆后再次上机检测。结果 RBC聚集导致RBC计数明显降低,红细胞压积(HCT)、平均红细胞容积(MCV)、平均血红蛋白分量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)参数均不可靠。其中MCHC明显增高为典型表现。经处理后,结果恢复正常。结论 RBC聚集严重影响RBC相关参数的检测,本方法可以消除因血浆因素对RBC相关参数的影响。  相似文献

目的 研究EDTA-K2诱导血小板聚集所引起的血液分析仪计数RBC、WBC及PLT的数值变化.方法 采用血液分析仪检测EDTA-K2抗凝血,同时手工计数标本和涂片镜检,并作相应比较得出结论.结果 血液分析仪检测的部分EDTA-K2抗凝血血小板计教低于手工法计数的结果,而白细胞计数结果却高于后者,二者差别均有临床意义.结论 时于EDTA-K2抗凝的静脉血个别患者可能会发生血小板聚集,从而引起血小板假性减少PTCP(pseudothrombocytopenia),WBC计数假性增高,所以应该引起重视,及时纠正,避免一些不必要的检查和治疗.  相似文献

目的研究前列腺素E1对30例冠心病患者微循环和血细胞流变学障碍的治疗作用。方法观察前列腺素E1治疗前后冠心病患者甲襞微循环改变的同时采指端血,制成活血片,用高放大多功能显微生物诊断仪测定活血细胞流变特性的变化。结果治疗前,冠心病患者甲襞微血管数目5.87±0.92条/mm;输入枝口径5.75±0.63um;红细胞聚集率90.65±5.35、血小板聚集率86.58±9.64、活化率60.55±10.35;白细胞聚集率35.45±5.25、活化率86.35±12.46。治疗后,甲襞微血管数目6.92±0.51条/mm;输入枝口径7.53±0.34um;红细胞聚集率12.68±4.38、活化率34.78±7.54;白细胞聚集率12.68±4.38、活化率30.69±6.54。经比较,前列腺素E1治疗后冠心病患者甲襞微血管数目明显增多;输入枝口径扩张(P<0.05~0.01);红细胞聚集率;血小板聚集率、活化率;白细胞聚集率、活化率均明显降低(P<0.05~0.01)。结论前列腺素E1性能稳定、无血管刺激副作用;具有扩张微血管、增加微血管密度;抗血小板聚集活化、改善血细胞流变学特性;疗效显著。  相似文献

噬血细胞综合征(HPS)是淋巴细胞和组织细胞非恶性增生,产生细胞因子风暴所导致的一种临床综合征.临床表现多样化,其中凝血功能障碍与HPS患者高病死率密切相关.作者对噬血细胞综合征患者发生凝血功能障碍的病理生理机制、实验室表现、临床表现及治疗加以综述,以期提高对噬血细胞综合征并发凝血功能障碍的认识,从而及时发现并治疗凝血功能障碍,降低早期病死率,改善预后.  相似文献

目的:观察血液保存时间对血液流变特性的影响。方法:选择56例 健康献血员。常规采血及保存,取新鲜血(采集后1小时)、1周上周及3周4个时相 点。检测全血粘度(高切、中切、低切)、血浆粘度、血球压积及RBC聚集指数(AI) 和刚性指数(IR)。结果:红细胞压积、中切粘度在保存3周内无显著变化,高切粘度 在第三周显著升高,而低切粘度下降。血浆粘度随保存时间延长进行性下降。AI在 第3周显著降低而IR在第2周时则升高,第3周更为明显。结论:结果提示库存血 保存时间的延长对全血粘度和 RBC的变形性及聚集性产生显著影响,特别在第 3 周出现非常显著变化,RBC变形性改变影响RBC的运氧功能,降低了输血效果。  相似文献

通过对狗的脾脏进行α受体阻断情况下的低浓度肾上腺素溶液在体灌注实验,探讨了脾脏储存与释放血细胞的微循环动力机制。实验结果支持Groom提出的脾索内肌质纤维友交感神经控制下和血液调节机制,并认为脾索及静脉窦壁的过滤作用是调节脾内红细胞浓度的主要因素,但并非如Mackenzie和JΦrgen等人认为的红细胞被动地滞留于脾索中,而是存在交感神经及血液中儿荷胺调控下的主动机制。  相似文献

目的 探究人脐血血清对人骨髓基质细胞增殖的作用。方法 无菌条件下抽取新鲜脐血 ,经肝素抗凝、离心分离血清、灭活补体、微孔滤膜过滤制备人脐血血清 ,细胞按照一定浓度接种于DMEM / 2 0 %人脐血血清培养基 ,定期观察细胞生长并更换培养基。结果 细胞接种 2 4h后有少量梭形细胞贴壁 ,2周时细胞基本长满瓶底 ,细胞呈漩涡状排列。结论 在体外人骨髓基质细胞可在含人脐血血清的DMEM中增殖  相似文献

Testicle extract possesses a notable power to increase red cell fragility. Testicle extracts of the rat, rabbit and guinea pig all exhibit this property, which is most pronounced with the extract from the rat and least so with that from the guinea pig. Splenic extract does not possess the property, or possesses it only to a very slight degree. These results support the hypothesis that the factor in testicle extract which enhances infections (the Reynals factor) does so by altering the permeability of the host tissue.  相似文献

采用 ̄(51)Cr4小时释放试验,细胞培养及组化分析技术,研究了26例初诊急性髓细胞白血病患者(APs)和其中的12例缓解期患者(RPs)的LAK细胞对自体白血病细胞(Auto-LB)的清除作用。APs的外周血或骨髓通过双层Ficoll-Hypaque分离所得富含淋巴细胞层中含20%~50%的Auto-LB,在rIL-21000U/ml的培养基中培养1~2周Auto-LB消失。而 ̄(51)Cr4小时释放试验的结果是APs-LAK和RPs-LAK细胞胞对Auto-LB的杀伤活性分别为12.9%±12.3%和24.1%±12.0%,均较其对Raji细胞的杀伤活性(36.0%±32.0%和66.2%±18.1%)显著减低(P<0.01),提示:Auto-LB细胞表面能被LAK细胞识别的决定簇较Raji细胞系低。但体外培养过程中Auto-LB能被清除。提示:清除机制除了有LAK细胞的直接杀伤外,尚有其它机制参与,体外培养过程中Auto-LB表面决定簇表达增加。  相似文献

为了进一步提高交替半身照射(HBI)清除体内残留白血病细胞的作用,本研究用大鼠BNML白血病的亲代细胞进行了实验,进一步证实环磷酰胺(CTX)加交替HBI治疗,不仅可不用骨髓移植即能重建造血而且能延长生存时间,部分大鼠获得治愈。同时,还探讨了不同的CTX+交替HBI治疗方案对疗效的影响,证明交替HBI的疗效与化疗预处理的效果、开始照射的时间以及两次照射间隔时间有密切的关系,提出了最佳治疗方案,为该治疗方案用于临床提供了实验依据。  相似文献

1. An extreme and rapid degeneration which occurred in tissue cultures of leucocytes from the blood of cats, guinea pigs, and rabbits, is described in detail. 2. This degeneration was found to appear in the culture when the cells were planted in any of the culture media tried, some of which were autogenous heparin plasma, autogenous plasma, autogenous serum, Tyrode solution, and mixtures of these with embryo juice. 3. The specific cellular changes which occurred are described for the different leucocytes. In general, there was first a latent period during which no change could be observed in the cell. Following this there was a period of stimulation during which the motion of the cell was greatly accelerated. This second stage has been observed in all cells except the lymphocyte, in which it may possibly occur to a slight degree. Finally there was the terminal stage, the stage of degeneration, in which the cell rounded up, lost its motility, and either became badly swollen or else underwent a more or less complete coagulation. 4. The factor causing this degeneration was found to be exposure of the culture to light, as, for example, during microscopic examination. 5. By a reduction of the infrared part of the spectrum, it was indicated that the effect was not due to a heat coagulation of the cells. 6. This degeneration was also found to occur in the complete absence of ultra-violet wave-lengths. 7. Further, it was shown that this degeneration was caused by light which lay within each of the three wave-length zones (1) 430µµ to 550µµ; infra-red; (2) 475µµ to 630µµ; 690µµ to infra-red; (3) 600µµ to infra-red. 8. No indication was given as to whether all regions of these zones were active in causing the degeneration, or whether the active rays are limited to certain wave-length bands lying within these zones. 9. This degeneration of the leucocytes under the action of light was also found to occur upon irradiation of hanging drops of whole blood. This is interpreted as showing conclusively that the degeneration was not dependent upon the additional factors of centrifugation, continued lowering of temperature, or the presence of abnormal saline solution. 10. It was noted, however, that the leucocytes in hanging drop cultures required a markedly longer time for their degeneration under the action of light than did the leucocytes in cultures prepared from the buffy coat and inoculated in serum. This is considered as possibly due, either to injury to the cell during centrifugation and subsequent handling, or to some action of the red blood cells present in large amounts in the hanging drops of whole blood. 11. In these hanging drop cultures of whole blood degeneration of the leucocytes was also found to occur when the light reaching the culture was first freed from the larger part of its infra-red and from all of its ultra-violet. 12. It was also shown that the same degeneration was produced by wave-lengths of light lying within each of the three wave-length zones defined in Section 6 of this summary.  相似文献

本文了研究了止痛活血化瘀药对血液流变性的影响。两类止痛活血化瘀药在改善红细胞聚集性、变形性等血液流变性诸参数的作用是明显不同的。结果表明活血散瘀类药可明显改善四磺红细胞流变性参数,即通过调整红细胞表面电荷以增加细胞间的排斥力,防止红细胞聚集,改善变形性,降低纤维蛋白元含量,降低血液粘度,改善血液流变性,另一方面,祛风行气类药则可降低血小板聚集性和粘附性。因此,止痛活血化瘀药的作用机理是不同的。  相似文献
