自制镁加铝与美国镁加铝Riopanplus (阳性对照品 )对盐酸、无水乙醇、阿司匹林所致小鼠溃疡以及对大鼠幽门结扎型溃疡有显著的抑制作用 ,两者没有显著的差别 ;显示高剂量镁加铝(16 0 0mg/kg)对乙醇引起的胃粘膜损伤具有明显的保护作用 ,其作用与硫糖铝的粘膜保护作用相当 .表明自制镁加铝是一较好的抗溃疡药  相似文献

目的 探讨铝镁加混悬液联合奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床效果分析.方法 选取我院在2013年12月至2015年12月期间收治的80例胃溃疡患者,依据治疗方法将所有患者不同随机分为研究组与对照组,各40例,对照组患者采用奥美拉唑进行治疗,研究组患者采用铝镁加混悬液联合奥美拉唑进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的临床效果及不良反应情况.结果 研究组与对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率分别为95.0%、77.5%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);研究组患者与对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为5.0%、15.0%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05).结论 胃溃疡应用铝镁加混悬液与奥美拉唑联合进行治疗,临床疗效确切.  相似文献

秋茄提取物抗大鼠实验性胃溃疡作用研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的探讨海洋红树林植物秋茄枝水提取物活性部分B部位(fraction B of stem aqueous extracts of kandelia candel,SAEKC)对实验性大鼠胃溃疡的作用及其作用机制。方法将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、给药组(480、240、60mg·kg-13个剂量组)和西咪替丁组。各组每天灌胃给药(赋形剂,SAEKCB和西咪替丁),连续3d。除正常对照组外,其余各组大鼠在最后一次给药后通过水应激18h建立水浸束缚应激型胃溃疡大鼠模型,测定溃疡指数(UI),计算溃疡抑制率;同时建立幽门结扎型胃溃疡大鼠模型,造模后17h测定溃疡指数,计算溃疡抑制率,检测胃液量、胃蛋白酶活性,血清和胃组织一氧化氮(NO)含量。结果SAEKCB的高、中、低3个剂量组能明显减轻应激型胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜损伤的程度(P<0.01,P<0.01,0<0.05),溃疡抑制率分别为模型对照组的0.411、0.404、0.254;SAEKCB能明显减轻幽门结扎型胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜损伤的程度(P均<0.01),溃疡抑制率分别为模型对照组的0.556、0.361、0.306。480、240mg·kg-1剂量组能明显降低胃蛋白酶活性和胃液量(P<0.01或P<0.05)。给药3个剂量组均能提高胃组织NO含量,其中240、60mg·kg-1剂量组能明显升高血清NO含量(P均<0.01)。结论SAEKCB有明显抗应激型和幽门结扎型大鼠胃溃疡的作用,其效应呈剂量依赖性。对于幽门结扎型大鼠其机制可能在于减少胃液分泌、降低胃蛋白酶活性、提高血清和胃组织中NO水平。  相似文献

目的探讨铝镁加混悬液在消化性溃疡中的作用。方法将128例确诊为幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡患者随机分为实验组70例,对照组58例。对照组给予泮托拉唑钠等综合治疗,实验组在对照组综合治疗的基础上加服铝镁加混悬液(1.5g/次,3次/d)连用4周。2周后和4周后,观察镜下治愈率。结果实验组第2天腹痛改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但是第4天和第7天后没有显著性差异。胃镜复查结果显示实验组2周后的愈合率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过服用铝镁加混悬液后实验组的愈合时间明显短于对照组,能迅速缓解患者的病情,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

目的:考察铝镁二甲硅油片对大鼠胃溃疡的预防和治疗作用。方法:以其抗幽门结扎,无水乙醇,醋酸烧灼溃疡模型和胃酸抑制为药效学指标。结果:铝镁硅255,850mg.kg^-1可显著抑制无水乙醇型溃疡的发生(P<0.01),180,600mg.kg^-1能明显减小醋酸烧灼型溃疡面积(P<0.05或P<0.01),并能降低总酸排出量(P<0.05或P<0.01),且呈明显的量效关系。本品不影响大鼠正常胃液分泌,铝镁硅对幽门结扎型溃疡的胃液分泌无抑制作用,对其溃疡发生也无明显预防作用(P>0.05),结论:铝镁硅对大鼠胃溃疡有明显的预防和治疗作用。  相似文献

目的 探讨瑞巴派特联合铝镁加混悬液治疗应激性胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年3月—2023年3月钦州市第二人民医院收治的96例重症应激性胃溃疡患者,按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各48例。对照组餐后1 h口服铝镁加混悬液,1袋/次,3次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服瑞巴派特片,1片/次,3次/d。两组连续用药7 d。观察和比较两组的临床疗效和临床症状缓解时间,比较两组治疗前后胃肠功能指标(胃动素、胃泌素、胃液pH值)、血管内皮素-1(ET-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血清降钙素(PCT)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率是97.92%,显著高于对照组的81.25%(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组腹痛、腹胀、烧灼痛、反酸等症状缓解时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组胃动素、胃液pH值较治疗前显著升高,而胃泌素显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组胃肠功能指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者ET-1、IL-6、TNF-α、PCT水平均较同组治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组ET-1、IL-6、TNF-α、PCT水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 瑞巴派特联合铝镁加治疗应激性溃疡效果确切,可修复损伤黏膜,有效增强胃肠功能,可抑制炎症反应及调节炎性因子释放,值得临床借鉴。  相似文献

Abstract

The current study was undertaken to investigate the effect of the root bark of Oroxylum indicum. Vent. (Bignoniaceae) against experimental gastric ulcers. The 50% alcohol extract of root bark of Oroxylum indicum. and its different fractions, viz., petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and n.-butanol, were studied (p.o.) against ethanol-induced gastric mucosal damage. The alcohol extract (300 mg/kg) and its different fractions (100 and 300 mg/kg) showed significant reduction in gastric ulceration. Out of all these fractions, the petroleum ether (96%) and n.-butanol (99%) fractions showed maximum inhibition of gastric lesions against ethanol-induced gastric mucosal damage. The results were comparable with omeprazole (reference standard). In the ethanol-induced gastric ulcer model, treatment with both the active fractions and omeprazole showed significant antioxidant activity as evident from the reduction in the extent of lipid peroxidation that was measured in terms of malondialdehyde (MDA), along with significant rise in the superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), and reduced glutathione levels (GSH), when compared with the control group. In 6-h pylorus-ligated animals, active fractions of drug at 100 mg/kg showed significant reduction in the ulcer index. Furthermore, in the pylorus-ligation model, significant reduction (p < 0.05) was observed in total acidity, total acid output, pepsin activity, and pepsin output, along with a significant rise in the total carbohydrate to protein ratio (reflecting mucin activity) when compared with the control group. TLC studies revealed the presence of baicalein in the petroleum ether and hydrosylate in n.-butanol fraction. Fingerprinting of both the active fractions was developed by performing HPLC analysis. Baicalein was found to be a major flavonoid present both in petroleum ether and n.-butanol hydrosylate. The mechanism of its antiulcer activity could be attributed to a decrease in gastric acid secretory and antioxidant activities leading to gastric cytoprotection. This activity could be linked to the presence of baicalein in the root bark of the plant.  相似文献

Passiflora foetida L. (Passifloraceae), a widely growing perennial climber, has been used in traditional medicine for treating many ailments. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effects of ethanolic extract of P. foetida (EEPF) whole plant on gastric ulcer. The antiulcer effects of EEPF at 100 and 200 mg/kg doses were evaluated on ethanol and aspirin-induced gastric ulcer models. The antioxidant parameters and histological changes in gastric tissue of ulcer rats were also determined in both the models. P. foetida treatment significantly (P < 0.01) reduced the ulcer index and significantly (P < 0.01) increased the gastric pH of both ethanol and aspirin-induced ulcer rats. P. foetida showed significant (P < 0.01) reduction in lipid peroxidation and increase in reduced glutathione levels. The observations confirm that EEPF whole plant has antiulcer and antioxidant activities.  相似文献

Objective:

Cod liver oil is used widely as a dietary supplement. The present study was carried out to evaluate the effect of cod liver oil (0.5 g/kg, p.o. and 1 g/kg, p.o.) on gastric and duodenal ulcers.

Materials and Methods:

The study was carried out on different gastric ulcer models such as acetic acid induced chronic gastric ulcers, pylorus ligation, indomethacin induced ulcers, stress induced ulcers and ethanol induced ulcers. The duodenal ulcers were induced using cysteamine hydrochloride (HCl). Ranitidine (50 mg/kg p.o.) and misoprostol (100 µg/kg, p.o.) were used as standard drugs.

Results:

Both doses of cod liver oil showed gastric ulcer healing effect in acetic acid induced chronic gastric ulcers, produced gastric antisecretory effect in pylorus-ligated rats and also showed gastric cytoprotective effect in ethanol-induced and indomethacin-induced ulcer. Cod liver oil also produced a significant reduction in the development of stress induced gastric ulcers and cysteamine induced duodenal ulcer. The high dose of cod liver oil (1 g/kg, p.o.) was more effective compared to the low dose (0.5 g/kg, p.o.).

Conclusion:

Cod liver oil increases healing of gastric ulcers and prevents the development of experimentally induced gastric and duodenal ulcers in rats.  相似文献

目的研究大蒜素抗溃疡作用和对排便作用的影响。方法采用乙醇/盐酸大鼠胃溃疡模型、幽门结扎型溃疡模型、消炎痛致溃疡模型及乙酸致胃溃疡等模型,观察动物溃疡指数;采用燥结失水便秘模型,观察动物排便时间及排便点数;采用正常小鼠碳末推进实验,观察小鼠小肠运动功能。结果大蒜素能减少乙醇/盐酸大鼠胃溃疡模型、幽门结扎型溃疡模型、消炎痛致溃疡模型及乙酸致胃溃疡等模型的溃疡指数(P<0.05或P<0.01);能使模拟燥结的失水便秘模型小鼠的排便时间缩短,排便点数增加(P<0.05或P<0.01);能增加正常小鼠小肠碳末推进的百分率(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论大蒜素具有抗溃疡及促进排便作用。  相似文献

研究地尔硫革(Dil)抗大鼠实验性胃粘膜损伤的作用.方法:胃粘膜损伤由吲哚美辛、束缚应激、结扎幽门和无水乙醇引起,Dilig,一日2次,共5次.结果:Dil 5,25,50 mg·kg~(-1)ig能抑制大鼠胃粘膜损伤,抑制胃酸分泌及胃蛋白酶分泌和活性,减少胃粘膜中Mal含量(自9.3±3.7至6.5±1.9 μmol/g wetwt),提高胃粘膜中SOD活性(自6.1±5.6至12.8±2.8 kU/g protein).结论:Dil抗实验性胃溃疡作用与抑制胃液分泌、减少胃粘膜Mal含量和提高SOD活力有关.  相似文献

Context: Bauhinia purpurea L. (Fabaceae) is a native plant species of many Asian countries, including Malaysia and India. In India, the root, stem, bark, and leaf of B. purpurea are used to treat various ailments, including ulcers and stomach cancer.

Objective: In an attempt to establish its pharmacological potential, we studied the antiulcer activity of lipid-soluble extract of B. purpurea obtained via extraction of air-dried leaves using chloroform.

Materials and methods: The rats were administered the chloroform extract (dose range of 100–1000 mg/kg) orally after 24 h fasting. They were subjected to the absolute ethanol- and indomethacin-induced gastric ulcer, and pyloric ligation assays after 30 min. The acute toxicity study was conducted using a single oral dose of 5000 mg/kg extract and the rats were observed for the period of 14 days. omeprazole (30 mg/kg) was used as the standard control.

Results: At 5000 mg/kg, the extract produced no sign of toxicity in rats. The extract exhibited significant (p < 0.05) dose-dependent antiulcer activity for the ethanol-induced model. The extract also significantly (p < 0.05) increased the gastric wall mucus production and pH of gastric content, while significantly (p < 0.05) reducing the total volume and total acidity of the gastric content in the pylorus ligation assay.

Discussion and conclusion: The extract possesses antiulcer, antisecretory and cytoprotective activities, which could be attributed to its flavonoid and tannin content. These findings provide new information regarding the potential of lipid-soluble compounds of B. purpurea for the prevention and treatment of gastric ulcers.  相似文献
