A new triterpenoid sapogenin, butyracic acid, 2beta,3beta,6alpha,23-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid, has been isolated from MADHUCA BUTYRACEA leaves in addition to six known compounds. The structure of these compounds have been established by spectral data and chemical reactions.  相似文献

A new triterpenoid, 2beta,3beta,19alpha,24-tetrahydroxy-23-norurs-12-en-28-oic acid (4), together with three known triterpenoids 3-oxo-19alpha,23,24-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (1), 2alpha,3beta,19alpha,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (2), 2alpha,3alpha,19alpha,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (3), was isolated from the roots of Symplocos chinensis. The new triterpenoid shows significant cytotoxic activity against B16 and BGC-823 cells.  相似文献

The flower of Campsis grandiflora K. Schum. was extracted with 80% aqueous MeOH, and the concentrated extract was partitioned with EtOAc, n-BuOH and H2O. From the EtOAc fraction, seven triterpenoids were isolated through the repeated silica gel, ODS column chromatographies and preparative HPLC. From the result of physico-chemical data including NMR, MS and IR, the chemical structures of the compounds were determined as 3beta-hydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (oleanolic acid, 1), 3beta-hydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (ursolic acid, 2), 3beta-hydroxyurs-12-en-28-al (ursolic aldehyde, 3), 2alpha,3beta-dihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (maslinic acid, 4), 2alpha,3beta-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (corosolic acid, 5), 3beta,23-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (23-hydroxyursolic acid, 6) and 2alpha,3beta,23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (arjunolic acid, 7). These teriterpenoids were isolated for the first time from this plant. Also, compounds 4, 5, 6, and 7 revealed relatively high hACAT-1 inhibitory activity with the value of 46.2+/-1.1, 46.7+/-0.9, 41.5+/-1.3 and 60.8+/-1.1% at the concentration of 100 microg/mL, respectively.  相似文献

目的研究木通科植物白木通藤茎的化学成分。方法通过反复硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果从白木通藤茎70%乙醇提取物中分离得到6个化合物。分别鉴定为2α,3β,23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid =O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (I), 2α,3β,23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (II), 2α,3β,23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (III), 2α,3β,23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (IV), 2α,3β,23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (V), 2α,3β,23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (VI)。结论化合物II为新化合物,命名为mutongsaponin C,其他均为首次从该植物藤茎中分离得到。  相似文献

Two new pentacyclic triterpenoids, 2beta,3beta,16alpha-trihydroxyl-24alpha-al-olean-12-en-28-oic acid (1), 2beta,3beta-dihydroxyl-16-O-beta-D-glucopyranose-24alpha-al-olean-12-en-28-oic acid (2) and two known pentacyclic triterpenoids were isolated from the roots of Aster ageratoides var. pilosus. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods (IR, MS, 1H, 13C and 2D NMR). In addition, the anti-bacterial activity and anti-tumor activity of compound 2 were tested.  相似文献

Constituents of Boraginaceae, IV1): Anchusoside-3, a new Triterpene Saponin from Anchusa officinalis L. From Anchusa officinalis L. the new pentacyclic triterpene anchusoside-3 ( 1 ) has been isolated. Its structure was elucidated by IR, 1H-NMR, partially relaxed 13C-NMR and mass spectroscopy and by chemical derivatisation. Triterpenic Acids from Coleus Amboinicus Loureiro Eight triterpenic acids have been isolated from the leaves of the South-American lamiaceae Coleus amboinicus Loureiro. 2α,3α-Dihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid, 2α,3α,19α-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid, and 2α,3α,19α-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid were found for the first time in lamiaceae and 2α,3α,19α,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid was found the first time in plants.  相似文献

Salvia hierosolymitana (Lamiaceae) leaves were investigated for their topical anti-inflammatory properties following a bioassay-guided fractionation. The chloroform extract showed a strong inhibition of the Croton oil-induced ear oedema in mice, comparable to that of indomethacin. Phytochemical and pharmacological investigations of this extract led to the isolation of eight anti-inflammatory polyhydroxylated triterpenes of the ursane and oleanane series. Four of them are new compounds, whose structures were elucidated by NMR and mass spectroscopy as 3beta, 6alpha,23-trihydroxyurs-12,19(29)-dien-28-oic acid, 23-( TRANS-P-coumaroyloxy)-3beta, 6alpha,30-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid, 2alpha,3beta-dihydroxyolean-28-oic acid and 24-nor-2alpha,3beta-dihydroxyolean-4(23),12-ene.  相似文献

从夏枯草中用色谱法分离得到1个新的苯丙素类化合物1和5个已知的三萜类化合物2-6,经波谱法和化学法鉴定为3,4,α-三羟基苯丙素丁酯(1),2α,3α,24-三羟基乌苏-12,20(30)-二烯-28-酸(2)、2α,3α,24-三羟基齐墩果-12-烯-28-酸(3)、2α,3α,24-羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-酸(4)、2α,3β-二羟基齐墩果-12-烯-28-酸(5)和2α,3β-二羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-酸(6),5个三萜类化合物均为首次从夏枯草中分离得到。  相似文献

Asiatic acid is a major pentacyclic triterpene isolated from Centella asiatica. It shows a variety of bioactivities. In order to obtain its derivatives, potentially useful for detailed pharmacological studies, the substrate was subjected to incubations with selected micro-organisms. In this work, asiatic acid was converted into three new compounds: 2α,3β,23,30-tetrahydroxyurs-12-ene-28-oic acid (1), 2α,3β,22β,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-ene-28-oic acid (2), and 2α,3β,22β,23,30-pentahydroxyurs-12-ene-28-oic acid (3) by the fungus Alternaria longipes AS 3.2875. The structures of the three metabolites were determined by 1D and 2D NMR spectral data.  相似文献

A bioassay-guided fractionation and chemical investigation of the trunk of Berberis koreana led to the isolation and identification of three new triterpenoids, 2 α,3 α,19 α-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-24-formyl-28-oic acid (1), 2 α,3 β,21 α-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid ( 2), and 3 β-acetyloxy-1-oxo-olean-12-en-28-oic acid (3), along with seven known triterpenoids (4-10). The structures of these new compounds were determined through spectral analysis, including extensive 2D-NMR data. The new compounds 1-3 showed significant cytotoxicity against the A549, SK-OV-3, SK-MEL-2, and HCT-15 human tumor cell lines with IC(50) values ranging from 7.17 to 48.73?μM.  相似文献

自蛇毒(Duchesnea indica Fock)全草中分离出6个化合物,其中,2个为新化合物,分别命名为蛇莓甙A(duchesideA)和蛇莓甙B(duchesideB),经化学及光谱(UV,1R,1HNMR,13CNMR,NOEDS和MS)分析确定,蛇莓甙A的结构为3'-O-甲基-鞣花酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃木糖甙(Ⅰ),蛇莓甙B的结构为3'-O-甲基-鞣花酸-4-O-α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖甙(Ⅱ)。另外4个化合物为已知三萜类化合物:3β-羟基-乌苏烷-12-烯-28-羧酸(Ⅲ),2α,3β,19α-三羟基-乌苏烷-12-烯-28-羧酸(Ⅳ),2α,3β,19α-三羟基-乌苏烷-12-烯-28-羧酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙(Ⅴ),2α,3α,19α-三羟基-乌苏烷-12-烯-28-羧酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙(Ⅵ)。其中化合物Ⅳ,Ⅴ和Ⅵ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。  相似文献

Four new triterpenoids, psiguanins A-D (1-4), along with 13 known ones (5-17), were isolated from the leaves of Psidium guajava. The structures of new compounds were determined as 2α,3β-dihydroxy-taraxer-20-en-28-oic acid (1), 2α,3β,12α,13β-tetrahydroxy-urs-28-oic acid (2), 2α,3β,12β,13β-tetrahydroxy-urs-28-oic acid (3), and 2α,3β,12β,13α-tetrahydroxy-urs-28-oic acid (4), respectively, on the basis of comprehensive spectroscopic methods and molecular modeling calculation. The pentacyclic triterpenoid corosolic acid was metabolized by Cunninghamella echinulata CGMCC 3.2000 to its C-24 aldehyde group metabolite and five other hydroxylated metabolites: madasiatic acid (2), 2α, 3β, 7β-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (3), 2α, 3β, 15α-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (4), 2α, 3β, 6β, 7β-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (5), 2α, 3β, 7β, 15α-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (6), and 2α, 3β,7β-trihydroxy-24-al-urs-12-en-28-oic acid (7); compounds 3, 5, and 7 were new compounds.
