Purpose  

Periacetabular osteotomies are a family of surgical procedures used to treat hip dysplasia. In a periacetabular osteotomy, the operating surgeon aims to increase acetabular coverage of the femoral head. The surgical correction has mechanical goals of increasing the stability of the joint and to improving the pressure distribution across the acetabulum. Although it is known that bone will remodel under changing load at the microstructural level, it is unclear whether there is any gross remodeling of the acetabulum or the femoral head in response to the change in loading following a periacetabular osteotomy. This observational study aims to quantify the shape of operative and contralateral hip joint surfaces pre and postoperatively to determine whether there are gross morphological changes in the shape of any of the bony articular surfaces of the joint.  相似文献

Hip arthroscopy is being used increasingly for the diagnosis and treatment of hip disorders. MR imaging performed with appropriate technical considerations may aid not only in preoperative planning but in the appropriate selection of patients, which tends to lead to better postoperative results. Although the painful hip is imaged most commonly by radiography, MR imaging is considered the next imaging test of choice for evaluation of most common hip abnormalities in athletes, including labral injuries, ligament injuries, osteochondral injuries, fractures, bursitis, and musculotendinous injuries. MR arthrography can be a particularly useful technique for dedicated assessment of hip joint internal derangements.  相似文献

This article reviews the MR imaging findings of some of the more common congenital and acquired disorders of the pediatric hip and pelvis,with the intent of increasing the awareness of radiologists and facilitating early and accurate diagnosis and treatment. 目的 分析慢性髋关节疼痛患者功能障碍的特点,阐明其功能障碍与心理因素之间的关系。方法 收集2021年4月至2022年3月解放军总医院收治的55例慢性髋关节疼痛患者(患者组),34例健康受试者作为对照组。通过问卷调查采集患者一般人口学信息和临床资料。采用髋关节日常生活能力评分(HOSADL)、髋关节运动能力评分(HOS-SSS)、改良Harris髋关节评分(mHHS)、12项健康调查简表(SF-12)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)(分为HADS:A和HADS:D)、焦虑状态/特质问卷(STAI)、疼痛灾难化量表(PCS)、Pittsburgh睡眠质量指数(PSQI)进行评价,并分析与各项临床指标的相关性。结果 患者组mHHS、HOS-ADL、HOS-SSS、SF-12评分均显著低于对照组(|Z|> 6.251, P <0.001)。mHHS、HOS-ADL、HOS-SSS、SF-12评分均与PCS评分呈负相关(|r|> 0.480, P <0.01)。PCS的影响因素为HADS:A,HADS:D和HOS-ADL。结论 慢性髋关节疼痛患者功能...  相似文献

目的 探讨膝关节软骨不同时期退行性变(退变)的声像学表现,并设立相应的超声诊断标准。 方法 对行关节镜手术的9个膝关节用超声术中经皮实时观察,对关节置换术的2个膝关节标本(置生理盐水中)进行离体观察。 总结 正常膝关节软骨及软骨Ⅰ~Ⅳ期退变的超声表现。 结果 正常膝关节软骨表现为高-低-高“夹心饼断面”样回声带。膝关节软骨Ⅰ期退变通常改变很不明显。Ⅰ期退变软骨表面毛糙,轻度变薄或局部隆起。Ⅲ期退变软骨局部明显变薄。Ⅳ期退变软骨完全缺失。 结论 膝关节软骨除Ⅰ期退变外,其余各期关节软骨退变在超声上均有特定表现。  相似文献

目的:探讨改进型髋关节挡板在全髋关节置换术中的应用。方法:预实验时,模拟髋关节手术体位摆放,观察改进型髋关节挡板与传统体位摆放方法的组装时间、固定后前、后倾角度被动丢失角度、操作人员满意度4个项目;临床验证时将56例全髋关节置换术患者随机分成两组,分别记录两组术前体位摆放所用时间、术中需要再次调整体位的次数、患者术中舒适度。结果:预实验和临床验证中两种体位摆放方法效果的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:改进型髋关节挡板较传统体位摆放方法更适用于全髋关节置换术患者,可进行推广。  相似文献
