Background

Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) in the morbidly obese patients can be challenging with an increased risk of complications. Studies have shown increased aseptic failures with well-aligned cemented TKAs in the obese patient. The purpose of this study is to determine if TKA in the morbidly obese (body mass index [BMI] ≥ 40) using cementless implants would demonstrate improved results and survivorship compared to cemented TKA at a minimum 5-year follow-up.

Methods

This is a retrospective study comparing clinical results of cemented vs cementless primary TKA with a posterior stabilized design TKA in morbidly obese (BMI ≥ 40) patients with minimal 5-year follow-up. There were 108 patients in the cementless group with a mean BMI of 45.6. In the cemented cohort, there were 85 cemented TKAs with a mean BMI of 45.0. Demographic, clinical, surgical, and radiographic data along with complications were extracted for all study patients.

Results

There were 5 failures requiring revision in the cementless group, including 1 for aseptic tibial loosening (0.9%). In the cemented group, there were 22 failures requiring revision, including 16 implants for aseptic loosening (18.8%; P = .0001). Survivorship with aseptic loosening as the endpoint was 99.1% in the cementless group vs 88.2% in the cemented cohort at 8 years (P = .02).

Conclusion

Morbidly obese patients (BMI ≥ 40) have a higher failure due to aseptic loosening with cemented TKA with decreasing survivorship over time. The use of cementless TKA in morbidly obese patients with the potential of durable long-term biologic fixation and increased survivorship appears to be a promising alternative to mechanical cement fixation.  相似文献

BackgroundTibial component loosening is one of the most common modes of failure in contemporary total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Limited literature is available on the outcomes of isolated tibial revision with retention of the cruciate retaining (CR) femoral component. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of isolated tibial revisions in CR TKA.MethodsWe identified 135 patients who underwent an isolated tibial revision after a primary CR TKA from our institutional registry between January 2007 and January 2017. The mean time between the primary and revision was 2.9 years (range 0.1-15.4). Revision with a press-fit stem was performed in 79 patients and 56 patients were revised with a fully cemented stem. Patients were evaluated at a minimum of two years using Knee Society Score, Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Score for Joint Replacement, and radiography. Implant survivorship was determined using Kaplan-Meier survival analysis.ResultsAt a mean follow-up of 5.1 years, there were six (4.4%) repeat revisions: three for periprosthetic infection (2.2%), two for instability (1.5%), and one for a fractured tibial stem (0.7%). The mean Knee Society Score and Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Score for Joint Replacement increased from 51.6 and 56.1 preoperatively to 90.1 and 89.7 after surgery (P < .001). Survivorship free of repeat revision for any cause was 93.3% at 5 years, and aseptic revision survivorship was 95.8% at 5 years. No implants were radiographically loose.ConclusionIn patients with isolated tibial loosening and a well-fixed and well-positioned CR femoral component, isolated tibial revision provides excellent early to midterm implant survivorship and clinical outcomes with a low risk of instability and recurrent tibial loosening.  相似文献

BackgroundThe type of total knee arthroplasty (TKA) fixation (cemented or uncemented) is still subject to debate. The aim of this study is to assess the survival rate, clinical outcomes, and radiological results of TKA according to the fixation type.MethodsA total of 130 patients were randomly assigned to either the cement group (cemented femoral and tibial implants) or the hybrid group (cemented tibial implant, uncemented femoral implant). The inclusion criteria were patients between 50 and 90 years old who underwent primary TKA for osteoarthritis between 2004 and 2005 without a history of open knee surgery. Revisions and complications were reported, as well as clinical scores and radiological signs of loosening.ResultsOne hundred eighteen patients had complete data at 10 years of minimum follow-up (59 in each group). The mean age was 72 years old. The mean follow-up was 13 years. The survival rate was 98% at 13 years in both groups (1 aseptic loosening at 2 years in the cement group, 1 septic loosening in the hybrid group). The complication rate in the cement group was 8.5% (n = 5) vs 12.1% (n = 7) in the hybrid group (P = .8). The clinical results were not significantly different. In the cement group, 25% of patients (n = 15) had radiolucent lines at 10 years. In the hybrid group, 33% of patients had bone transparencies, not evolving or symptomatic.ConclusionAt a minimum follow-up of 10 years, there were no significant differences between cemented TKA and hybrid TKA for the survivorship, the complication rate, the clinical scores, or the radiological signs of loosening.Level of EvidenceI.  相似文献

Background

Although cemented total knee arthroplasty (TKA) continues to be the gold standard, there are patient populations with higher failure rates with cemented TKAs such as the obese, morbidly obese, and younger active males. Cementless TKA usage continues to increase because of the potential benefits of long-term biologic fixation similar to the rise in cementless total hip arthroplasty. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical and radiographic results of cementless TKA using a novel highly porous cementless tibial baseplate.

Methods

This was a retrospective matched case-control study of 400 primary TKAs comparing cementless vs cemented TKAs using the same implant design (Stryker Triathlon; Stryker Inc, Mahwah, NJ). Two-hundred patients with a mean age of 64 years (range 42-88 years) and body mass index (BMI) of 33.9 kg/m2 (range 19.7-57.1 kg/m2) were matched to 200 primary cemented TKA patients with a mean age of 64 years (range 43-87 years) and BMI of 33.1 kg/m2 (range 22.2-53.2 kg/m2). The mean follow-up in the cementless group was 2.4 years (range 2-3.5 years) and in the cemented group was 5.3 years (range 2-10.9 years). Clinical and radiographic analyses were evaluated. Statistical analysis was performed using the Microsoft Excel, version 15.21.1.

Results

There was no statistical difference in age, BMI, and preoperative Knee Society Scores between the 2 groups (P = .22, P = .82, and P = .43, respectively). Patients in both groups had a similar incidence of postoperative complications (P = .90). Cementless group had 7 revisions with one aseptic loosening of the tibial component (0.5%). Cementless tibial baseplates demonstrated areas of increased bone density at the pegs of the tibial baseplate. The cemented group had 8 total revisions with 5 cases of aseptic loosening (2.5%).

Conclusion

Early results of cementless TKA using a highly porous tibial baseplate designed with a keel and 4 pegs appear promising with one case of aseptic loosening at minimum 2-year follow-up. As the demographics of patients undergoing TKA change to include younger, obese, and more active patients, along with increased life expectancy, the use of a highly porous cementless tibial baseplate may be beneficial in providing long-term durable biologic fixation similar to the success of cementless total hip arthroplasty.  相似文献

Median 14-year follow-up (mean 11.8 years) of a cemented primary posterior cruciate-retaining total knee arthroplasty (TKA) utilizing the Press-Fit Condylar (PFC) Sigma design was evaluated in 77 patients (79 TKA). Follow-up assessment included implant survivorship, x-rays, Knee Society rating system, and clinical evaluation. Radiographic analysis demonstrated minor non-progressive osteolysis in 40% (10/25) knees. Two revisions, one for instability at 4 years and one for polyethylene wear at 10 years were performed. Survivorship of the PFC Sigma knee implant was 97% using revision for any reason and 100% using aseptic loosening as endpoints. The PFC Sigma had excellent survivorship at 14 years, the longest clinical follow-up reported.  相似文献

Background

Metaphyseal fixation has promising early results in providing component stability and fixation in revision total knee arthroplasty (TKA). However, there are limited studies on midterm results of metaphyseal sleeves. We analyzed complications, rerevisions, and survivorship free of revision for aseptic loosening of metaphyseal sleeves in revision TKA.

Methods

Two hundred eighty patients with 393 metaphyseal sleeves (144 femoral, 249 tibial) implanted during revision TKA from 2006-2014 were reviewed. Sleeves were most commonly cemented (55% femoral, 72% tibial). Mean follow-up was 3 years, mean age was 66 years, and mean body mass index was 34 kg/m2. Indications for revision TKA included 2-stage reimplantation for deep infection (37%), aseptic loosening of the tibia (14%), femur (12%), or both components (9%), and instability (14%).

Results

There was a 12% rate of perioperative complications, most commonly intraoperative fracture (6.5%). Eight sleeves (2.5%) required removal: 6 (2%) during component resection for deep infection (all were well-fixed at removal) as well as 1 (0.8%) femoral sleeve and 1 (0.8%) tibial sleeve for aseptic loosening. Five-year survivorship free of revision for aseptic loosening was 96% and 99.5% for femoral and tibial sleeves, respectively. Level of constraint, bone loss, sleeve and/or stem fixation, and revision indication did not significantly affect outcomes.

Conclusion

Metaphyseal sleeve fixation to enhance component stability during revision TKA has a 5-year survivorship free of revision for aseptic loosening of 96% and 99.5% in femoral and tibial sleeves, respectively. Both cemented and cementless sleeve fixation provides reliable durability at intermediate follow-up.  相似文献

One hundred seventy-two consecutive cemented Miller-Galante-I total knee arthroplasties in 155 patients were compared with 109 consecutive cemented Miller-Galante-II total knee arthroplasties in 92 patients. The average followup was 11 years (range, 8-15 years) and 9 years (range, 8-10 years), respectively. Of the 172 Miller-Galante-I arthroplasties, there have been 21 revisions; 15 patellar revisions; two included femoral revisions attributable to abrasion. Six additional well-fixed femoral and tibial components were revised: two for early instability, one for pain, one for periprosthetic fracture, and two for infection. No component had aseptic loosening or osteolysis. Using revision or loosening of any components as the end point, the Kaplan-Meier 10-year survivorship was 84.1% +/- 4.1%. Of the 109 Miller-Galante-II arthroplasties, there have been no component revisions, no aseptic loosening, and no osteolysis. Using revision or loosening of any components as the end point, the Kaplan-Meier 10-year survivorship was 100%. The Miller-Galante knee systems showed excellent fixation with no loosening and no osteolysis at as many as 15 years. Additionally, there have been no component revisions for late instability at as many as 15 years. Finally, the high prevalence of patellofemoral complications with the Miller-Galante-I design has been obviated with the Miller-Galante-II design.  相似文献

BackgroundClinical observations revealed higher rates of aseptic loosening for hybrid fixated rotating hinge knee implants compared to fully cemented ones. We hypothesize that the use of a fully cemented fixation technique had a higher survival rate for aseptic loosening compared to a hybrid fixation technique in a rotating hinge knee implant.MethodsAll procedures of patients who were treated with the RT-PLUS rotating hinge knee implant (Smith & Nephew, Memphis, TN) between 2010 and 2018 were included. Primary outcome was revision for aseptic loosening. Kaplan-Meier survivorship and Cox proportional hazard regression analysis were performed to calculate survival rates and hazard ratios.ResultsA total of 275 hinge knee implants were placed in 269 patients (60 primary procedures, 215 revisions). Median follow-up was 7.3 ± 3.9 years. In total, 24 components (16 hybrid femur, 2 fully cemented femur, 6 hybrid tibia; all revision procedures) in 19 patients were revised for aseptic loosening. Kaplan-Meier survivorship analysis showed superior survival rates of fully cemented components (femur 97.1%; tibia 100%) compared to hybrid fixated components (femur 89.5%; tibia 95.9%) at the 10-year follow-up. Multivariate Cox hazard analysis showed a significantly higher risk of aseptic loosening for hybrid fixated components, a prior stemmed component and the femoral component.ConclusionFully cemented fixation showed superior survival rates for aseptic loosening compared to hybrid fixation in a single design rotating hinge knee implant. A prior stemmed component appears to be a risk factor for aseptic loosening and the femoral component seems to be more prone to loosening.  相似文献

BackgroundTwo-to 6-year results of reconstruction of severe bone defects in revision total knee arthroplasty (TKA) with highly porous tantalum cones have been encouraging, but 10-year follow-up is lacking. The purpose of this study was to determine the minimum 10-year results of tantalum cones in revision TKA.MethodsFrom 2005 to 2010, 30 consecutive patients (30 knees) underwent revision TKA with the use of cones. All patients were followed clinically and radiographically for a minimum of 10 years. A total of 42 cones (25 tibial and 17 femoral) were used to reconstruct massive bone defects classified as Anderson Orthopaedic Research Institute Types 2A (10), 2B (12), and 3 (19). The mean age of the patients was 73 years (range, 55 to 84) at the time of revision. The indication for the revision included aseptic loosening (15 patients) and second-stage reimplantation for deep infection (15 patients). Six patients were lost to follow-up.ResultsIn total, 6 cones had to be revised. Minimum 10-year cone survivorship for any reason was 81% (25 of 31 cones). With cone revision for aseptic loosening as the end point, survivorship was 96% (30 of 31). No evidence of loosening or migration of any implant was noted on the most recent radiographs.ConclusionMetaphyseal fixation with tantalum cones in revision TKA demonstrated excellent survivorship and fixation at a minimum follow-up of 10 years. This type of metaphyseal reconstruction can be a durable option for revision TKA in patients who have massive bone defects.  相似文献

BackgroundThe single radius total knee prosthesis was introduced with the advantage of reduced patellar symptoms; however, there is no long-term follow-up study of the same. The purpose of this study was to determine the survival rate of single radius posterior-stabilized total knee arthroplasty and patellofemoral complication rates in a consecutive series.MethodsSeventy-one patients (103 knees) who underwent arthroplasty without patellar resurfacing using a single radius posterior-stabilized total knee prosthesis were followed up for a minimum 10 years. Clinical evaluation using Knee Society knee and function scores and radiologic evaluation were performed at regular intervals. Anterior knee pain as well as patellofemoral complications were evaluated with a simple questionnaire. The Kaplan-Meier product-limit method was used to estimate survival.ResultsSeventeen patients (23 knees) were excluded due to death (12 knees) or lost to follow-up (11 knees). Of the 80 knees enrolled, all femoral components and 78 tibial components were well fixed without loosening at final follow-up. Two revisions were performed because of tibial component loosening and periprosthetic joint infection. One patient with tibial component loosening refused to have revision surgery. No obvious tibial insert polyethylene wear was observed. The survivorships at 132 months were 96.7% using revision or pending revision as end points. Anterior knee pain was present in 6 patients (6 knees, 7.5%) at the latest follow-up. No patellofemoral complication requiring revision was encountered.ConclusionsThe single radius posterior-stabilized total knee prosthesis demonstrated an excellent minimum 10-year survivorship. The low rates of implant loosening and 7.5% of anterior knee pain as a patellofemoral complication are comparable with those reported for other modern total knee prosthesis.  相似文献

Background

Aseptic loosening of cemented and uncemented tibial components continues to be a source of implant failure after total knee arthroplasty (TKA) in the obese population. There is limited literature reviewing uncemented cruciate retaining (CR) components in the obese population.

Methods

A clinical and radiographic review was performed on 325 patients who underwent a cemented or uncemented TKA with a CR knee prosthesis and body mass index ≥30 kg/m2 between January 2010 and June 2013. Charts were reviewed for the incidence of revision due to aseptic loosening of the tibial baseplate, revision for any reason, incidence of radiolucent lines around the tibial baseplate, range of motion, and patient reported outcomes.

Results

There was no statistically significant difference between groups in survivorship for aseptic loosening of the tibial component (99.4% uncemented, 99.3% cemented, P = .94) and overall survivorship (98.1% uncemented, 98.3% cemented, P = .90). The Lower Extremity Activity Scale and Forgotten Joint Score-12 clinical outcome measures were similar between groups (10.2 ± 3.7 vs 9.7 ± 3.4 and 66.1 ± 28.2 vs 64.9 ± 24.3, P = .33, P = .78, respectively). Postoperative knee flexion was similar between groups (114.6 ± 9.3 vs 114.1 ± 9.3, P = .67).

Conclusion

Our study demonstrated similar survivorship of this CR design for aseptic loosening of the tibial baseplate and overall revision rates in obese patients undergoing either an uncemented or cemented TKA. The uncemented and cemented groups had comparable clinical and radiographic short to mid-term outcomes when implanted in good alignment when treating end-stage knee osteoarthritis.  相似文献

BackgroundPatients between 45 and 54 years old will be the fastest-growing cohort seeking total knee arthroplasty (TKA) over the next 15 years. The purpose of this investigation is to determine the clinical outcomes of TKA in patients less than 50 years old at a minimum of 10 years. We hypothesized that this patient population would have a high rate of survivorship that is similar to that of older patients.MethodsWe reviewed 298 consecutive TKAs on 242 patients at a minimum of 10 years postoperatively. Twenty patients died and 30 TKAs were lost to follow-up leaving 248 TKAs in 202 patients (91 male, 111 female) with a mean age of 45.7 years (range, 26-49) at the time of surgery. Patient-reported outcomes, survivorship, causes of reoperation, and initial postoperative radiographic parameters were collected.ResultsAt a mean of 13.0 years, there were 9 revisions for tibial loosening (3.6%), 8 for deep infection (3.2%), 7 for polyethylene wear (2.8%), and 3 for failed ingrowth of a cementless femoral component (1.2%). Kaplan-Meier analysis demonstrated 92.0% survivorship with failures defined as aseptic component revision and 83.9% survivorship for all-cause reoperation at 13 years. Patients with tibial alignment of 4° or more of varus or 10° or more of posterior slope were found to have increased rate of failure.ConclusionWhile overall durability was good in this young patient population, tibial fixation and deep infection were relatively common causes of failure. In addition, increased tibial varus and slope were found to increase the rate of failure. Furthermore, the nearly 3% risk of revision for wear suggests that the use of more wear-resistant bearing surfaces may reduce the risk of failure in this patient population.  相似文献

BackgroundInstability and aseptic loosening are the two main complications after revision total hip arthroplasty (rTHA). Dual-mobility (DM) cups were shown to counteract implant instability during rTHA. To our knowledge, no study evaluated the 10-year outcomes of rTHA using DM cups, cemented into a metal reinforcement ring, in cases of severe acetabular bone loss. We hypothesized that using a DM cup cemented into a metal ring is a reliable technique for rTHA at 10 years, with few revisions for acetabular loosening and/or instability.MethodsThis is a retrospective study of 77 rTHA cases with severe acetabular bone loss (Paprosky ≥ 2C) treated exclusively with a DM cup (NOVAE STICK; Serf, Décines-Charpieu, France) cemented into a cage (Kerboull cross, Burch-Schneider, or ARM rings). Clinical scores and radiological assessments were performed preoperatively and at the last follow-up. The main endpoints were revision surgery for aseptic loosening or recurring dislocation.ResultsWith a mean follow-up of 10.7 years [2.1-16.2], 3 patients were reoperated because of aseptic acetabular loosening (3.9%) at 9.6 years [7-12]. Seven patients (9.45%) dislocated their hip implant, only 1 suffered from chronic instability (1.3%). Cup survivorship was 96.1% at 10 years. No sign of progressive radiolucent lines were found and bone graft integration was satisfactory for 91% of the patients.ConclusionThe use of a DM cup cemented into a metal ring during rTHA with complex acetabular bone loss was associated with low revision rates for either acetabular loosening or chronic instability at 10 years.  相似文献

BackgroundAddressing bone loss and securing implant fixation can be challenging in revision total knee arthroplasty (TKA). We present the results of a large series of revision TKAs using a metaphyseal sleeve.MethodsWe retrospectively analyzed 319 revision TKAs with the use of a metaphyseal sleeve that had been followed up for at least 2 years, using a prospectively collected database. The mean follow-up was 91 months, and 73 patients were followed up for more than 10 years.ResultsImplant survivorship was 99.1% at 3 years, 98.7% at 5 years, and 97.8% at 10 years. No metaphyseal sleeve was revised for aseptic loosening. Final radiographic review showed that there were radiolucent lines present in 2.8% of tibial sleeves and 2.7% of femoral sleeves; none of these had progressed and none were revised. About 3.7% of tibial sleeves subsided more than 1 mm compared with the immediate postoperative X-ray but all stabilized and none were revised.ConclusionUse of a metaphyseal sleeve in revision TKA is associated with excellent survivorship and radiographic outcome in the medium to long term.  相似文献

Hybrid total knee arthroplasty (TKA) (uncemented femur with cemented tibia and patella) was introduced in the late 1980s to gain the theoretical advantage of durable cementless femoral fixation while avoiding the problems noted with cementless tibial fixation. From December 1992 to July 2000, 215 patients (235 knees) who underwent hybrid TKA were enrolled in this study. Five types of prosthesis (AGC, Maxim, LCS-M, LCS-APG, and Scorpio) were used. Revision rate for aseptic loosening was 16 (6.8%) of 235 knees. At 10 and 15 years, survivorship with tibial or femoral revision as the end point was 0.95 and 0.92, respectively. Hybrid TKA provides durable fixation with clinical and radiographic performance at minimum 10 years comparable with cemented series.  相似文献

BackgroundHighly porous metaphyseal cones have been introduced to restore metaphyseal integrity for improved cement interdigitation to achieve durable fixation in revision total knee arthroplasty (TKA). The purpose of this study is to review the survivorship, clinical results, and complications of revision TKA using highly porous 3-dimensionally printed titanium metaphyseal cones.MethodsThis is a review of 62 revision TKAs using metaphyseal tibial cones, with 15 cases utilizing both tibial and femoral cones. The mean age of the patients was 66 years (range 32-84) who had a mean follow-up of 27 months (range 24-34). There were 38 women and 24 men, who had a mean body mass index of 33 (range 18.3-62).ResultsRevision-free survival of the cones was 90.2%. If infection was excluded, survivorship was 100%. There were no cases of aseptic loosening. The mean Knee Society Score improved from 51 points preoperatively to 80 points at the time of latest follow-up. The mean Knee Society Functional Score improved from 48 points preoperatively to 68 points. A total of 15 of the 62 patients (24%) required additional surgery: 10 (16%) for infection, 3 (5%) for contracture, 1 for patellar subluxation, and 1 for quadriceps tendon rupture.ConclusionMetaphyseal fixation is important for survivorship in revision TKA which can be challenging due to cancellous and structural bone loss encountered at the time of revision. Prosthetic joint infection continues to be the leading cause of failure in revision TKA. The use of highly porous titanium metaphyseal cones produced from 3-dimensionally printed technology used in this study demonstrated excellent short-term results with no cases of aseptic loosening. Further follow-up is required to determine if these results can be durable over a longer period.  相似文献

BackgroundModular tibial stem extensions in total knee arthroplasty (TKA) are designed to reduce the risk of aseptic loosening of the tibial base plate. However, these implants add significant cost and an evaluation of their effectiveness in reducing this risk of loosening has not been studied in a large cohort. We sought to evaluate modular tibial stem utilization in primary TKA.MethodsWe conducted a cohort study using our integrated healthcare system’s Total Joint Replacement Registry. Patients who underwent cemented primary TKA were identified (2009-2019). Propensity scores were used to 1:1 match patients without to those with a stem extension. Cox proportional-hazards regression was used to evaluate the risk for revision due to aseptic loosening.ResultsTen thousand four hundred seventy six TKA with a modular tibial stem were matched to 10,476 TKA without a tibial stem. Stem utilization associated with a lower risk of revision for loosening across all postoperative follow-up (hazard ratio = 0.38, 95% confidence interval = 0.17-0.85).ConclusionIn a matched cohort study, we observed presence of a stem extension was associated with a lower risk of revision for aseptic loosening. Further study to identify specific risk factors for aseptic loosening and confirm the findings presented here are warranted.Level of EvidenceLevel III.  相似文献

BackgroundDespite cementless total knee arthroplasties (TKAs) have potential advantages over cemented TKAs, there are conflicting results. The purpose of the present study is to determine the long-term clinical and radiographic results, the survival rate, and the prevalence of osteolysis of cemented vs cementless TKAs.MethodsA total of 261 patients (522 knees) who underwent bilateral simultaneous TKAs were included in the present study (mean age, 62.5 ± 5.5 years). Patients were evaluated clinically, radiographically, and also using computed tomography scans. A mean follow-up period was 23.8 years (range, 22-25 years).ResultsThere were no significant differences between the Knee Society total score, change in total score, knee function score, and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index score in the 2 groups. In total, 8 knees (3%) were revised in the cementless group and 5 knees (2%) in the cemented group. Radiographs and computed tomography scans showed no femoral, tibial, or patellar osteolysis in either group. A prospective study of a hybrid total knee arthroplasty (TKA) with an uncemented femoral component and cemented tibial and patellar components was performed to combine the advantage of a press-fit femur while avoiding the problems in uncemented tibial and patellar implants. A total of 329 posterior cruciate-preserving TKA were studied at an average of 4.7 years after surgery: 84% of the knees had at most mild or occasional pain, 68% had good or excellent knee scores, and 62% could walk more than 1000 m. The function scores were 40% good or excellent in this collective, with an average age of 69.4 years at surgery. The component position and alignment were biomechanically correct. Radiolucent lines were observed regularly at the edges of the tibial and femoral components. There were no revisions for aseptic loosening. Hybrid TKA provides good results comparable to cemented TKA.  相似文献
