红外线、He-Ne激光照射对CAG大鼠胃酸的影响   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:4  
目的:探讨红外线、He-Ne激光对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)大鼠胃酸的影响.方法:将63只成年雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成正常组、模型组,红外线组及各激光照射组.应用2%水杨酸钠和30%酒精的混合溶液灌胃8周,刺激大鼠胃粘膜,并结合劳累、饥饱失常等多因素方法建立大鼠CAG模型,照射组在建模完成后,分别给予红外线、不同剂量的He-Ne激光照射,每日一次.照射20天后,观察各组大鼠胃酸的变化.结果:红外线组及3.36 J/cm2的He-Ne激光组与模型组比较,胃酸分泌明显增多.结论:红外线及3.36J/cm2的He-Ne激光照射能够促进CAG大鼠的胃酸分泌,对大鼠CAG有较好的治疗作用.  相似文献

目的探讨急性胃黏膜损伤时细胞凋亡形式及作用。方法制备大鼠水浸-束缚应激(WRS)模型,计算溃疡指数(UI);TUNEL法检测胃黏膜细胞凋亡;透射电镜观察细胞形态;免疫组化法检测BCl-2/BAX蛋白的表达。结果与正常大鼠比较,WRS后2h,黏膜损伤严重(P<0.01),凋亡细胞明显增多(P<0.01),BCl-2表达明显减弱(P<0.05),BAX表达明显增加(P<0.01);WRS后24h,黏膜修复,凋亡细胞仍高于正常水平(P<0.05),BCl-2表达基本恢复正常,BAX表达仍高于正常水平(P<0.05)。透射电镜下可见WRS组发生凋亡的细胞形态各异。结论细胞凋亡是急性胃黏膜损伤过程中细胞死亡的重要形式。  相似文献

采用斑点杂交、Northern印迹杂交技术,观测He-Ne激光照射脾区对S180实体瘤小鼠IL-2基因表达(IL-2mRNA)的影响。结果显示带瘤小鼠脾细胞(3×10~8)内RNA总量降低(正常小鼠RNA为287.64±41.20μg/ml,肿瘤组RNA为186.41±27.28μg/ml),经He-Ne激光照射脾区后,(每日照射1次,每次照射10 min,8次为一疗程)RNA总量增高(449.86±38.52μg/ml),与肿瘤非激光组比较P<0.01,差异有高度显著性。 经斑点杂交及Northern杂交证明带瘤小鼠IL-2mRNA含量明显低于正常对照组,经激光照射后带瘤  相似文献

目的:观察红外线对实验性大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗作用.方法:采用水杨酸钠、酒精灌胃,刺激大鼠胃粘膜,并结合劳累、饥饱失常等多因素方法连续造模8周,建立慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)大鼠模型..红外线治疗采用220V,200W的红外线灯,垂直照射大鼠胃部投影区,1次/日,10min/次,连续照射20天.光镜下观察胃粘膜的炎症程度及壁细胞的形态、结构等,用测微器测量胃粘膜厚度.结果:模型组大鼠体质量明显减轻(P<0.01),胃粘膜变薄(P<0.01).光镜下可见胃粘膜层腺体萎缩,炎细胞浸润,部分标本伴有肠上皮化生.红外线治疗组大鼠胃粘膜增厚,与正常对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01).炎细胞明显减少(P<0.05),细胞形态、结构、体积均恢复或接近正常.结论:红外线是一种治疗大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎的有效途径.  相似文献

目的 观察红外线照射在大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)中对增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)和B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2(B-cell lymphoma-2,Bcl-2)表达的影响,探讨红外线与胃黏膜癌前病变、细胞凋亡的关系.方法 应用水杨酸钠和酒精的混合溶液灌胃,并结合劳累、饥饱失常等多因素建立大鼠CAG模型,采用红外线灯照射CAG大鼠,免疫组化法检测各组大鼠PCNA及Bcl-2的表达.结果 PCNA及Bcl-2在模型对照组胃黏膜中均呈高表达(P〈0.05),但在红外线组均无显著降低.结论 红外线照射未能降低PCNA及Bcl-2 的表达,细胞的增殖调节改善作用不明显.  相似文献

大鼠坐骨神经干被夹伤后,立即用剂量为51J/cm~2的He-Ne激光照射损伤部位。作者发现由损伤部位远侧引入的辣根过氧化物酶经轴浆运输标记同侧腰4—6脊神经节中的大型神经元胞体数较对照明显增加(P<0.001)。结果提示大鼠坐骨神经夹伤早期,激光照射有利于维持神经中较粗感觉纤维的轴浆运输。  相似文献

目的:研究用He-Ne弱激光不同照射方式,对兔红细胞变形指数的影响。方法:选成年大耳白兔21只,随机分成内照射组、外照射组和对照组,每组各7只。照射组采用国产He-Ne激光器,分别作兔耳外周静脉血管外照射和内照射,照射频率1次/24h,照射时间50min/次。照射前、照射一次后、照射7次后,各取静脉血检测全血黏度和红细胞变形指数。对照组正常对照饲养。检测在体血管对He-Ne激光的透过率。结果:内照射组和外照射红细胞变形指数均提高显著(P<0.05);活体血管组织对He-Ne激光的透过率为83.5%。结论:He-Ne激光血管外照射与内照射均能有效提高红细胞变形能力,改善微循环。  相似文献

观察He-Ne激光联合地雷他定治疗局限性瘙痒症疗效.将138例患者随机分为2组.均服用地雷他定(5mg,qd),对照组增加外用丁酸氢化可的松软膏(bid).治疗组增加He-Ne激光照射(20min,qd).2个疗程后进行疗效评估.结果 治疗组治疗后治愈率32.4%,有效率88.2%.对照组治愈率10.4%,有效率55.2%.2组有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).He-Ne激光联合地氯雷他定治疗局限性瘙痒症效果好,无明显不良反应.  相似文献

目的:探讨黄芪建中汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的疗效及其机制.方法:将24只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组(C)、CAG组、维酶素(V)组、黄芪建中汤(HJD)组,观察大鼠胃黏膜、空肠黏膜、肝和胰外分泌部组织中的糖原含量、SDH、LDH、ANAE和ACP活性.结果:与正常大鼠相比,CAG组大鼠一般状况欠佳,体质量明显减轻;大鼠胃黏膜萎缩、变薄,胃黏膜炎症程度积分和胃黏膜糜烂程度积分明显升高,而胃黏膜厚度和腺管总长度明显降低;空肠和肝也呈现出不同程度的病理学改变;大鼠上述脏器的糖原含量、SDH、ANAE、ACP和LDH活性多数显著降低;经黄芪建中汤治疗21d后,上述指标明显改善并明显优于维酶素组.结论:脾虚型CAG状态下,机体存在多脏器代谢紊乱,黄芪建中汤对之有良好的复健作用,其疗效显著优于维酶素.  相似文献

目的探讨氦-氖(He-Ne)激光照射对机体免疫功能的影响。方法将小鼠随机分成4组,Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ~ⅣV组为He-Ne激光照射的不同时间组,采用a-茶酚醋酸酯法显示非特异性酯酶,并用图像分析系统对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞和中性粒细胞内非特异性酯酶作定量分析。结果各照射组的三种免疫细胞内非特异性酯酶的各项指标均较对照组差异有非常显著性(P<0.01),各照射组之间比较,差异也均有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论He-Ne激光可激活三种免疫细胞,增强机体免疫力。  相似文献

Chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) is a very common gastritis and one of the major precursor lesions of gastric cancer, one of the most common cancers worldwide. The molecular mechanism underlying CAG is unclear, but its elucidation is essential for the prevention and early detection of gastric cancer and appropriate intervention. A combination of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and mass spectrometry was used in the present study to analyze the differentially expressed proteins. Samples from 21 patients (9 females and 12 males; mean age: 61.8 years) were used. We identified 18 differentially expressed proteins in CAG compared with matched normal mucosa. Eight proteins were up-regulated and 10 down-regulated in CAG when compared with the same amounts of proteins in individually matched normal gastric mucosa. Two novel proteins, proteasome activator subunit 1 (PSME1), which was down-regulated in CAG, and ribosomal protein S12 (RPS12), which was up-regulated in CAG, were further investigated. Their expression was validated by Western blot and RT-PCR in 15 CAG samples matched with normal mucosa. The expression level of RPS12 was significantly higher in CAG than in matched normal gastric mucosa (P < 0.05). In contrast, the expression level of PSME1 in CAG was significantly lower than in matched normal gastric mucosa (P < 0.05). This study clearly demonstrated that there are some changes in protein expression between CAG and normal mucosa. In these changes, down-regulation of PSME1 and up-regulation of RPS12 could be involved in the development of CAG. Thus, the differentially expressed proteins might play important roles in CAG as functional molecules.  相似文献

目的:研究云母对大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎的预防作用并探讨其机制。 〖HTH〗方法:以60%的乙醇、20 mmol/L 的去氧胆酸钠和0.1%的氨水在24周建立SD大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎模型。在造模的同时用云母进行预防实验。实验终期观察鼠胃黏膜大体观及各项病理学指标,并检测血清表皮生长因子和生长激素浓度。 〖HTH〗结果:云母预防组胃黏膜腺体排列规则,无明显的萎缩现象;胃窦部的胃黏膜炎症级别低于模型组(P<0.01);胃黏膜腺体厚度(L1)和黏膜肌层厚度(L2)之比(L1/L2) 高于模型组(P<0.01);单位长度内胃黏膜腺体数目高于模型组(P<0.01)。与正常组无明显差别(P>0.05)。胃窦部黏膜增殖细胞核抗原表达阳性的高度及血清表皮生长因子浓度高于模型组(P<0.01,P<0.05),而生长激素浓度与模型组无明显差别。 〖HTH〗结论: 云母对大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎的形成有预防作用。减少损伤因子的破坏作用、促进胃黏膜细胞增殖及内源性的表皮生长因子分泌,可能是其重要作用机制。  相似文献

本文研究了低强度氦氖激光对大鼠肺成纤维细胞的细胞骨架的影响,实验采用3.8J/cm^2,7.6J/cm^2及15.2J/cm^2三种剂量氦氖激光照射培养的大鼠肺成纤维细胞,光镜观察细胞骨架变化,并进行细胞计数,结果表明,细胞骨架减少,排列不规则,骨架纤维拉伸呈长梭形,并有细胞数目增多。  相似文献

The influence of photodynamic therapy on the wound healing process in rats   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
In photodynamic therapy (PDT), photosensitisers (PS) are used along with lasers for the treatment of tumors. The combined effect of photosensitisers and lasers on the wound healing process is studied using delta-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) (5 mg/kg) and hematoporphyrin derivative (HPD) (5 mg/kg) as photosensitisers in the open excision wounds of rats. The lasers used were He-Ne laser (3 J/cm2) and Nd:YAG laser (30 J/cm2). This study is important for understanding the healing process involved after PDT. Open excision wounds treated with He-Ne lasers in animals that received ALA as photosensitiser showed complete wound closure at the earliest by 13 +/- 1 days, and with results obtained for HPD and the combination of lasers with complete closing by 14 +/- 1 days. However, the control group of animals that received ALS or HPD with no laser treatment showed wound healing on the twentieth and eighteenth days with a deviation of one day and two days, respectively. ALA with the combination of Nd:YAG and He-Ne lasers and HPD with He-Ne laser alone does not show quicker wound healing effects. Histopathological results also gave similar results. Tensile strength measurements do not vary significantly from control group to the test group. ALA along with He-Ne laser of HPD along with the combination of He-Ne and low power Nd-YAG lasers are found to be ideal methods for quickening the wound healing process in rat.  相似文献

Clasmatosis, a possible cell response to laser treatment, can be induced in gastric mucosa by copper-vapor laser and nitrogen laser radiation administered in a dose of 20 and 4 J/cm2, respectively. Clasmatosis is most pronounced in parietal cells. In the intestine, clasmatosis is observed inlamina propria connective tissue cells. Treatment with copper-vapor and nitrogen lasers in doses higher than 34 and 6 J/cm2, respectively, less frequently causes clasmatosis in the intestine and gastric mucosa.  相似文献
