目的 探讨前额叶损伤患者情绪记忆的损害情况,验证前额叶参与情绪记忆神经机制的假说.方法 建立情绪记忆的神经心理学测验方法,测试年龄、教育程度相匹配的40名健康人和40例前额叶损伤患者的情绪记忆情况.结果 与健康对照组[正性(11.68±2.18)分和负性(12.93±1.33)分]相比,前额叶损伤组[正性(8.20±2.02)分和负性(8.68±1.14)分]情绪效价图片再认成绩差异有统计学意义(t=7.41、-2.75,P<0.05),而中性的情绪效价图片再认成绩差异无统计学意义.左、右侧前额叶损伤组的正性[(8.90±2.01)分、(7.50±1.79)分]和负性[(7.30±1.10)分、(9.05±1.00)分]情绪效价图片再认成绩差异均有统计学意义(Z=-2.15、-2.07,P<0.05).结论 前额叶损伤患者的情绪记忆存在损害,且左、右侧前额叶损伤患者的正性与负性效价记忆相对存在不同差别的损害,表明其可能有不同的神经机制.
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the emotional memory impairment in patients with lesions located in prefrontal cortex(PFC), and to test the hypothesis that prefrontal cortex is involved in the emotional memory network. Methods The 40 patients with lesions in PFC and forty age-education-level matched healthy adults were given emotional memory tasks using positive, neutral and negative valence images. Results Compared with the healthy adults(positively(11.68 ± 2. 18)and negatively(12. 93 ±1.33)), the patients had significant loss in positively(8. 20 ± 2.02)and negatively(8. 68 ± 1.14)valence image memorizing(t = 7.41, - 2. 75, both P < 0. 05). There was no insignificant impairment in neutral stimuli. Performance difference between left PFC and right PFC in positively(8. 90 ±2. 01 vs 7.50 ± 1.79)and negatively(7.30 ± 1.10 vs 9. 05 ± 1. 00)valence image recognition was significant(Z = -2. 15,-2. 07,both P < 0. 05). Conclusion The results suggest that emotional memory is impaired in the patients with lesions in PFC. The impairment difference between left PFC and right PFC indicates that they may have different neuromechanisms.  相似文献

目的探讨年龄相关性情绪记忆的情况。方法建立情绪记忆的神经心理学测验方法,测试教育程度相匹配的48名健康老年人、48名健康中年人和48名健康青年人的情绪记忆。结果与青年组[正性(67.02±9.70)%、中性(60.83±9.18)%、负性(75.38±12.80)%]和中年组[正性(68.25±10.89)%、中性(61.63±7.46)%、负性(72.19±11.34)%]相比,老年组[正性(61.10±10.06)%、中性(49.77±8.35)%、负性(55.65±11.17)%]对情绪图片再认正确率差异均有统计学意义(F=6.70、F=30.17、F=38.72,P0.05~0.01),且老年组对正性图片记忆好于负性图片(F=15.65,P0.05);而对情绪图片效价评分差异无统计学意义。结论健康老年人存在情绪记忆的改变,推测年龄相关性情绪记忆的改变可能有不同的神经机制。  相似文献

目的探讨轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)患者情绪记忆的改变。方法采用情绪记忆神经认知心理学检查评价22例MCI患者(MCI组)及22名健康成年人(正常对照组)的情绪记忆,并采用事件诱发电位(ERPs)检测P300的潜伏期和波幅。结果与正常对照组比较,MCI组MMSE、词汇流畅性试验、数字广度试验评分均显著降低(均P 0. 01)。MCI组与正常对照组正性、中性和负性情绪图片效价度差异无统计学意义(均P 0. 05)。与正常对照组比较,MCI组正性和负性图片再认正确率均显著降低(P 0. 05~0. 01),中性图片再认正确率差异无统计学意义(P 0. 05)。MCI组及正常对照组正性、负性与中性图片再认正确率差异有统计学意义(F=6. 27,F=39. 13;均P 0. 05)。与正常对照组比较,MCI组正性和负性图片再认反应时间差异有统计学意义(P 0. 05~0. 01),中性图片差异无统计学意义(P 0. 05)。MCI组及正常对照组正性、负性与中性图片再认反应时间差异有统计学意义(F=3. 74,F=16. 48;均P 0. 05)。MCI组与正常对照组学习阶段ERPs-P300的潜伏期、波幅差异无统计学意义(均P 0. 05)。与正常对照组比较,MCI组再认阶段正性和负性图片ERPs-P300潜伏期显著增加,波幅显著降低(P 0. 05~0. 01);中性图片潜伏期及波幅差异无统计学意义(均P 0. 05)。MCI组学习阶段(F=55. 20,P 0. 05; F=43. 12,P 0. 05)及再认阶段(F=29. 36,P 0. 05; F=19. 39,P 0. 05)正性、负性与中性情绪图片ERPs-P300潜伏期及波幅差异均有统计学意义;正性与负性ERPs-P300潜伏期及波幅比较差异无统计学意义(均P 0. 05)。正常对照组的学习阶段(F=55. 66,P 0. 05; F=39. 33,P 0. 05)及再认阶段(F=114. 48,P 0. 05; F=51. 77,P 0. 05)正性、负性与中性情绪图片ERPs-P300潜伏期及波幅差异均有统计学意义。结论 MCI患者存在情绪记忆的受损及反应时间延长,且情绪效价"正向"选择性偏向受损。  相似文献

目的 探讨抑郁症患者对情感刺激的行为学反应模式及其相关的杏仁核时程反应过程.方法 12例首次发病、未经治疗的抑郁症患者(抑郁症组)和13名健康个体(健康对照组)对观看正性、中性和负性情绪图片的愉悦度等评分;并在被动注视任务下行功能磁共振成像,采用感兴趣区分析方法,比较两组杏仁核在不同情绪图片任务组块间的血氧水平依赖(BOLD)信号时间反应特征.结果 (1)抑郁症组情绪图片愉悦度评分[正性:(6.6 ±0.2)分;中性:(4.7 ±0.1)分]低于健康对照组[分别为(7.7 ±0.2)分和(5.1 ±0.1)分],负性情绪图片评分[(3.4 ±0.3)分]高于健康对照组[(2.2 ±0.2)分;P<0.01].(2)对正性情绪图片任务,两组间右侧杏仁核存在"组×时间"交互作用(P=0.002);抑郁症组杏仁核BOLD信号变化率为(0.02±0.09)%,激活时间后移至Block 2.对负性情绪图片任务,两组间左侧杏仁核有"组×时间"交互作用(P=0.008),右侧杏仁核存在组主效应(P=0.007)和时间主效应(P=0.016),抑郁症组BOLD信号变化率低于(-0.06 ±0.14)%.结论 杏仁核是抑郁症患者丧失愉悦体验和情绪低落的神经基础之一.  相似文献

目的 探讨精神分裂症患者的情绪记忆及其与精神症状的相关性.方法 采用情绪图片的同忆和再认测试评定40例精神分裂症患者与40名止常对照的情绪记忆,同时采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定患者临床症状.结果 两组间图片评分测试结束10 min后和72 h后对负性和中性图片的回忆率以及负性和止性图片的再认正确率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).PANSS量衷阴性症状评分与负性和正性图片再认正确率呈负相关(r=-0.91,P<0.01;r=-0.38,P<0.05).患者组病程与10 min后负性图片回忆率(r=-0.33,P<0.05)、72h后负性和正性图片回忆率(r=-0.36,P<0.05;r=-0.36,P<0.05)、负性图片再认正确率(r=-0.34,P<0.05)呈负相关.结论 精神分裂症患者存在情绪记忆损害,且与精神症状相关.  相似文献

目的探讨早期帕金森病(PD)患者语音性语言工作记忆损害及其特点。方法仿制并修订了Smith工作记忆检查软件,对临床确诊的早期PD患者和对照组进行音节性和声调性语言工作记忆检查。结果 PD组(24例)音节性语言工作记忆检查成绩[(92.97±5.70)%]较对照组(24例)成绩[(96.09±3.97)%]明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。按音节和声调相同与否进行分层分析结果显示,在同音不同凋时PD患者语言工作记忆成绩明显低于对照组(P0.05),且以右侧肢体起病的PD患者正确率较对照组明显降低(P0.05);PD组(30例)声调性语言工作记忆检查成绩[(72.16±10.85)%]较对照组(30例)成绩[(79.48±9.31)%]显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。分层分析结果表明,在同音不同调和同调不同音两种情况下,PD患者语言工作记忆成绩明显低于对照组(P0.05),且以右侧肢体起病的PD患者较对照组明显降低(P0.05)。结论早期PD患者音节及声调性语言工作记忆均受损,音节和声调的语言工作记忆可能由同一神经环路加工。右侧肢体起病的PD患者音节与音调工作记忆受损,提示左侧大脑半球在音节和声调工作记忆处理中起重要作用。  相似文献

目的 探讨首次发病(以下简称首发)抑郁症情绪加工特征及抗抑郁剂治疗前后变化与症状改善的关联作用.方法 17例抑郁症首发患者治疗前后及22名对照者完成情绪词识别任务.患者组抗抑郁剂治疗9周,以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(17项,HAMD)评估疗效.结果 (1)患者组治疗有效率为88%,HAMD总分减分率75%.(2)情绪词识别任务:抑郁症组治疗前后正性词遗漏数[分别为(7.4±6.9)个和(4.1±5.3)个]均大于负性词遗漏数[分别为(3.2±3.3)个和(1.8±2.7)个;P<0.05),治疗后正性词遗漏数小于治疗前(P=0.002),与对照组[(3.0±2.6)个]差异无统计学意义(P=0.44);治疗前后负性词遗漏数[分别为(3.2±3.3)个和(1.8±2.7)个]与对照组[(2.1±2.4)个],以及正负性词错判数与对照组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);正性词平均反应时治疗后[(514±68)ms]短于治疗前[(550±75)ms;P=0.036],负性词平均反应时治疗前后[分别为(540±80)ms和(521±61)ms]差异无统计学意义(P=0.16).(3)治疗前正性词遗漏数与抑郁症状和负性思维评分正相关(r=0.36~0.50,P<0.05).(4)治疗前后正、负性词遗漏数变化对HAMD分数变化有不同预测作用(r_( chang) ~2=0.45,P=0.002).结论首发抑郁症患者可能存在正性情绪加工缺陷,治疗后可恢复至正常水平;以负性情绪加工占优势的认知结构不因抑郁症状缓解而改变;正负性情绪加工变化与症状改善可能有不同的关联作用.  相似文献

目的 探讨遗忘型轻度认知损害(amnesia mild cognitive impairment,aMCI)患者前瞻性记忆(prospective memory,PM)改变的特征,初步了解基于事件的PM(event-based prospective memory,EBPM)和基于时间的PM(time-based prospective memory,TBPM)在aMCI患者中的损害情况.方法 建立PM的神经心理学测验方法,对30例aMCI患者以及年龄、受教育程度相匹配的30名健康老年人进行测试.结果 与健康对照组[EBPM:(2.33±0.66)分、TBPM:(4.90±1.03)分]相比,aMCI组的EBPM成绩[(0.90±1.09)分]和TBPM成绩[(4.23 ±1.14)分]差异均有统计学意义(t=-6.143,P<0.01;t=-2.383,P<0.05).结论 aMCI患者的记忆障碍不仅表现为回顾性记忆(retrospective memory,RM)损害,PM损害可能更为突出,且EBPM的损害程度大于TBPM和RM,提示EBPM的测查可能有利于aMCI的早期识别.  相似文献

目的 探讨颞叶癫痫对基于事件的前瞻性记忆(event-based prospective memory,EBPM)和基于时间的前瞻性记忆(time-based prospective memory,TBPM)的影响,验证颞叶参与前瞻性记忆的神经机制假说.方法 采用McDaniel等建立的前瞻性记忆神经心理学试验方法,测试62例颞叶癫痫患者(33例服用抗癫痫药物和29例未服用药物,颞叶癫痫组)和年龄、教育程度相匹配的30名健康者(健康对照组)的EBPM和TBPM.结果 颞叶癫痫组简易精神状态检查(MMSE)、数字广度测试(DS)、词汇流畅性测试(VFT)的成绩均低于健康对照组,且MMSE、VFT两组间差异有统计学意义.与健康对照组[ EBPM测试(6.83±1.34)分,TBPM测试(5.00±1.70)分]相比,颢叶癫痫组的EBPM测试[(3.95±2.77)分]和TBPM测试[(3.08±2.42)分]的成绩差异均有统计学意义(t=6.72、4.39,均P<0.01),且TBPM测试得分均低于EBPM.其中服药和未服药两组间EBPM测试成绩[(3.82±2 70)、(4.10±2.90)分]差异无统计学意义(t=-0.40,P >0.05),两组间TBPM测试成绩[(2.55±2.20)、(3.69±2.55)分]差异亦无统计学意义(t=-1.90,P>0.05).结论 颞叶癫痫患者存在前瞻性记忆损害,提示颞叶参与前瞻性记忆的神经机制过程;与EBPM相比,TBPM损害更明显,提示TBPM需要更多的自我发动过程.  相似文献

目的 探讨早中期帕金森病(PD)患者前瞻性记忆损害的特点.方法 采用安徽医科大学前瞻性记忆检查方法,对15例早中期PD患者和15名健康对照者进行基于事件的前瞻性记忆(EBPM)和基于时间的前瞻性记忆(TBPM)检查.结果 PD组EBPM的检查成绩明显低于对照组,二者分别为(3.93±2.69)分和(6.00±2.17)分,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.318,P<0.05);PD组与对照组TBPM的检查成绩分别为(3.47±1.96)分和(3.80 ±1.70)分,差异无统计学意义(t=-0.498,P>0.05).结论 早中期PD患者存在EBPM损害,而TBPM相对保留.  相似文献

We are sensitive to valence intensity in negative emotional stimuli, but not in positive emotional stimuli, a phenomenon known as the valence intensity effect. However, whether this valence intensity effect is processed similarly within different negative stimuli, e.g., fear-inducing and disgust-inducing, remains unclear. In the present study, we investigated whether the valence intensity effects for fearful and disgusting stimuli were perceived in a unique way by using event-related potentials (ERPs). Electroencephalogram was recorded from 22 participants as they performed a standard/deviant categorization task using extremely disgusting pictures, moderately disgusting pictures, extremely fearful pictures, moderately fearful pictures, and neutral pictures. The ERP analysis revealed that the extremely fearful stimuli elicited a larger amplitude N2 than moderately fearful stimuli, whereas the extremely disgusting stimuli elicited a smaller amplitude late positive component than moderately disgusting stimuli. This study is the first to provide evidence that fear and disgust may have different valence intensity effects, which was revealed at early attention allocation stages for fearful stimuli and at late emotional evaluation stages for disgusting stimuli.  相似文献

Visual stimuli are judged for their emotional significance based on two fundamental dimensions, valence and arousal, and may lead to changes in neural and body functions like attention, affect, memory and heart rate. Alterations in behaviour and mood have been encountered in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) undergoing functional neurosurgery, suggesting that electrical high-frequency stimulation of the subthalamic nucleus (STN) may interfere with emotional information processing. Here, we use the opportunity to directly record neuronal activity from the STN macroelectrodes in patients with PD during presentation of emotionally laden and neutral pictures taken from the International Affective Picture System (IAPS) to further elucidate the role of the STN in emotional processing. We found a significant event-related desynchronization of STN alpha activity with pleasant stimuli that correlated with the individual valence rating of the pictures. Our findings suggest involvement of the human STN in valence-related emotional information processing that can potentially be altered during high-frequency stimulation of the STN in PD leading to behavioural complications.  相似文献

Healthy subjects remember emotional stimuli better than neutral, as well as stimuli embedded in an emotional context. This better memory of emotional messages is linked to an amygdalo-hippocampal cooperation taking place in a larger fronto-temporal network particularly sensitive to pathological aging. Amygdala is mainly involved in gist memory of emotional messages. Whether emotional content or context enhances memory in mild Alzheimer's disease (AD) patients is still debated. The aim of the present study is to examine the influence of emotional content and emotional context on the memory in mild AD, and whether this influence is linked to amygdala volume. Fifteen patients affected by mild AD and 15 age-matched controls were submitted to series of negative, positive, and neutral pictures. Each series was embedded in an emotional or neutral sound context. At the end of each series, participants had to freely recall pictures, and answer questions about each picture. Amygdala volumes were measured on patient 3D-MRI scans. In the present study, emotional content significantly favored memory of gist but not of details in healthy elderly and in AD patients. Patients' amygdala volume was positively correlated to emotional content memory effect, implying a reduced memory benefit from emotional content when amygdala was atrophied. A positive context enhanced memory of pictures in healthy elderly, but not in AD, corroborating early fronto-temporal dysfunction and early working memory limitation in this disease.  相似文献

Schizophrenic patients are known to experience difficulties in emotional information processing, yet knowledge of their physiological responsivity to emotional stimuli is limited. The purpose of this study was to investigate the physiological reactions of schizophrenic patients to emotional stimuli. We presented pictures selected from the International Affective Picture System (IAPS) to patients and controls, while assessing their subjective evaluations in terms of valence and arousal scores and measuring their responses of heart rate (HR), breathing rate (BR), skin conductance level (SCL) and diastolic (DBP) and systolic blood pressure (SBP). For the analysis of the physiological data, three emotional picture categories were formed: positive (erotic content), negative (physical injuries) and neutral (landscapes). Patients and controls did not differ in their subjective evaluations of the pictures. Also, for both patients and controls, the SCL and DBP responses to positive emotional pictures were larger as compared to negative and neutral pictures. However, the patients did show significantly increased HR responses to the positive emotional pictures as compared to controls, possibly as a result of a decreased parasympathetic activity. Only for the BR response to the positive emotional pictures did we observe significant positive correlations with the PANSS scores. These first data suggest that altered physiological responsivity to emotional pictures in schizophrenia is limited to those with positive emotional content. Further studies will need to refine the dynamics of this stimulus category in relation to clinical state and medication effects.  相似文献

Valence and arousal are primary dimensions of affective stimuli. An interaction of these two factors on affective processing is largely unknown. In this study, the processing of affective pictures was investigated in an orthogonal valence (positive vs. negative) by arousal (high vs. low) task design. Participants were instructed to passively view each presented picture and did not need to make any responses. The valence by arousal interaction was observed on three event-related potential (ERP) components, including the P2 (160–190 ms), N2 (220–320 ms) and late positive potential (LPP) (400–700 ms). This interaction revealed that negative pictures evoked larger neural responses compared with positive pictures (i.e., negative bias) at the high-arousal level, whereas negative pictures evoked smaller neural responses than positive pictures (i.e., positive offset) at the low-arousal level. The current results suggest that the effect of emotional valence on affective picture perception is modulated by levels of arousal at both early and late stages of processing. Finally, the main effect of valence was evident in the P1 component (90–110 ms) and arousal effect in the N1 component (120–150 ms).  相似文献

The present study investigated whether children and adolescents with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and comorbid oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) or conduct disorder (CD) show a memory bias for negative emotional pictures. Subjects participated in an incidental memory paradigm involving neutral, positive and negative pictures. In ADHD only patients, memory performance was enhanced to the level of healthy control subjects both by positive and negative pictures, whereas in ADHD patients with comorbid ODD/CD, memory performance was only normalized by negative pictures.  相似文献

Human lesion and functional imaging data suggest a central role for the amygdala in the processing of negative stimuli. To determine whether the amygdala's role in affective processing extends beyond negative stimuli, subjects viewed pictures that varied in emotional content (positive vs negative valence) and arousal level (high vs low) while undergoing functional magnetic resonance imaging. Amygdala activation, relative to a low arousal and neutral valence picture baseline, was significantly increased for both positively and negatively valenced stimuli and did not differ for the two valences. There were no laterality effects. Whereas arousal level appeared to modulate the amygdala response for negative stimuli, all positively valenced pictures (both high and low in arousal) produced significant amygdala responses. These results clearly demonstrate a role for the amygdala in processing emotional stimuli that extends beyond negative and fearful stimuli.  相似文献

Behavioral variant frontotemporal dementia (bvFTD) affects emotional evaluation, but less is known regarding the patients’ ability to remember emotional stimuli. Here, bvFTD patients and age-matched controls studied positive, negative, and neutral pictures followed by a recognition memory test. Compared to controls, bvFTD patients showed a reduction in emotional evaluation of negative scenes, but not of positive or neutral scenes. Additionally, the patients showed an overall reduction in recognition memory accuracy, due to impaired recollection in the face of relatively preserved familiarity. These results show that bvFTD reduces the emotional evaluation of negative scenes and impairs overall recognition memory accuracy and recollection.  相似文献
