本文通过对新疆8个县市84户牧户的调查,描述了调查牧户的天然草场、人工草料地、棚圈、劳动力等畜牧业生产资源配置及利用情况;根据牧户天然草场、人工草料地、牲畜配置情况,分析了不同资源牧户畜牧业养殖方式、繁育生产情况、养殖结构及出栏情况、规模化养殖情况等畜牧业生产情况;进行了牧民生产满意度及生产意愿的分析;提出了有草场有牲畜有人工草料地户、有草场无牲畜有人工草料地户、无草场有牲畜有人工草料地户、无草场有牲畜无人工草料地户、无草场无牲畜无人工草料地户五中不同资源类型牧户的草原畜牧业生产转型建议。  相似文献

随着我国畜牧业的不断发展,畜牧物种资源也日趋广泛,物种分类及描述资料不仅繁杂,而且不尽相同,查找极为困难。为了充分利用现有资料资源,以服务于科研、教育事业,我们提出了建立畜牧物种资源信息数据库的构想,对现有畜牧物种资源资料进行重新整理,并对畜牧物种进行统一编码,同时建立畜牧物种网站和畜牧物种数据库(光盘版),便于从事畜牧业教学、科普以及相关专业人员的应用和研究。并提出了建立畜牧物种资源网站的可行性、必要性及实施方法。  相似文献

当前,草原畜牧业正面临着草地退化与牧民生活水平难以提高的发展困境,转变畜牧业生产方式已成为解决这一主要矛盾的有效途径。本文以新疆草原畜牧业发展为例,通过全疆范围内的实地抽样调查,运用虚拟变量的多元回归模型对畜牧业生产方式转型进行实证分析。结果表明,牲畜繁育水平、畜产品商品率、人工草料地种植面积及圈舍面积等构成了影响草原畜牧业生产方式转型的主要因素。为加快生产方式转型,应该实施规模化养殖,加强畜群良种繁育体系建设;突出科技创新,提高产品商品率;注重农牧结合,增加饲草料作物的种植。  相似文献

本本文以天山天池风景区草地为置换对象,应用草业学家许鹏教授提出的"草地生态置换理论",在阜康市西台子区以人工草地建设为主体,牧民定居、棚圈建设、人畜饮水、道路、围栏等相配套的基础设施系统工程建设,改善牧民生产和生活条件,以增加新的牧草来源为基础,给牲畜舍饲提供饲草保障,使长期在天池景区放牧的牲畜撤出来,通过实施草地生态置换,使天池景区草地植被完全得到了恢复,从而妥善处理了天池风景区草地永久性禁牧与当地畜牧业发展之间的矛盾,使草地生态置换理论在实践中得到应用并起到示范作用。  相似文献

根据新疆阿勒泰地区2004年年初各县(市)牲畜存栏数和当年繁殖成活数,折合成羊单位后和本地区冬、夏、春、秋四季草场的理论载畜量进行对照比较,结论是四季牧场牲畜超载,结合实地调查分析,提出了在稳定现有牲畜存栏数的情况下的草畜平衡措施,为畜牧业管理部门解决四季草场超载过牧问题提供决策参考。  相似文献

Purpose Radiofrequency identification (RFID) microchips are used to remotely identify objects, e.g. an animal in which a chip is implanted. A passive RFID microchip absorbs energy from an external source and emits a radiofrequency identification signal which is then decoded by a detector. In the present study, we investigated the effect of the radiofrequency energy emitted by a RFID microchip on human cancer cells.

Materials and methods Molt-4 leukemia, BT474 breast cancer, and HepG2 hepatic cancer cells were exposed in vitro to RFID microchip-emitted radiofrequency field for 1?h. Cells were counted before and after exposure. Effects of pretreatment with the spin-trap compound N-tert-butyl-alpha-phenylnitrone or the iron-chelator deferoxamine were also investigated.

Results We found that the energy effectively killed/retarded the growth of the three different types of cancer cells, and the effect was blocked by the spin-trap compound or the iron-chelator, whereas an inactive microchip and energy from the external source had no significant effect on the cells.

Conclusions Data of the present study suggest that radiofrequency field from the microchip affects cancer cells via the Fenton Reaction. Implantation of RFID microchips in tumors may provide a new method for cancer treatment.  相似文献

This article focuses on qualitative observational research conducted at nine hospital CT scanning suites using IV contrast agent either in pre-filled syringes (with or without radio frequency identification [RFID]) or in bulk packaging (non-pre-filled syringe). The safe and compliant administration of IV contrast agents in CT imaging suites can be accomplished without compromising efficient patient flow. Preventing infection, air embolism, iodine allergic reactions, and extravasations are of prime importance and may be amenable to a technologist best practices approach. The use of contrast in pre-filled syringes with RFID technology facilitates adherence to Joint Commission requirements and provides reliable administration and procedural documentation of IV contrast use. The application of ethnography in mapping administration of IV contrast agents can provide an illustrative tool to aid in indentifying specific areas in need of optimization.  相似文献

The use of dental implants has witnessed great popularity in recent years. It has been documented that dental implants are valuable aids in forensic identification. In particular, in the event of mass disasters, where distortion of body features may render the process of forensic identification challenging. The present review aims to explore the application of the use of dental implants in forensic identification. A literature search was performed on PubMed and Web of Science electronic databases. All studies addressing the application of dental implants for forensic identification published in English were eligible for inclusion in the review. This systematic review included a total of 14 articles that demonstrated the significance of dental implants in forensic identification. Three studies reported the use of dental implants in the process of identification of the deceased, one of which found the distance of the implant from the maxillary sinus was a pathognomonic feature of identity. Four studies conducted incineration experiments to assess dental implant characteristics following incineration. The studies identified the batch number and characteristic threads and grooves on dental implants despite incineration. The remaining studies evaluated the role of radiological assessment in identification. The findings of the aforementioned studies highlighted the benefits of radiologic imaging in identification. Dental implants carry extreme significance in forensic identification owing to their durability and ability to withstand extreme temperatures. This process can be further enhanced by the implementation of advanced technology in forensic cases.  相似文献

The paper describes a procedure aimed at identification from two-dimensional (2D) images (video-surveillance tapes, for example) by comparison with a three-dimensional (3D) facial model of a suspect. The application is intended to provide a tool which can help in analyzing compatibility or incompatibility between a criminal and a suspect’s facial traits. The authors apply the concept of “geometrically compatible images”. The idea is to use a scanner to reconstruct a 3D facial model of a suspect and to compare it to a frame extracted from the video-surveillance sequence which shows the face of the perpetrator. Repositioning and reorientation of the 3D model according to subject’s face framed in the crime scene photo are manually accomplished, after automatic resizing. Repositioning and reorientation are performed in correspondence of anthropometric landmarks, distinctive for that person and detected both on the 2D face and on the 3D model. In this way, the superimposition between the original two-dimensional facial image and the three-dimensional one is obtained and a judgment is formulated by an expert on the basis of the fit between the anatomical facial districts of the two subjects. The procedure reduces the influence of face orientation and may be a useful tool in identification.  相似文献

Forensic ballistics a core field of forensic science, and focuses on locating the point and time of firing as well as matching the bullet to a specific firearm. The paper proposes a model for legally authorized firearms and bullets that enables instant determination of location and time of firing. This facilitates the identification of the bullet to the questioned firearm, eliminating the conduction of conventional methods of examination. This is achieved by the implementation of an in-built positioning system in the firearm utilizing a Global Positioning System (GPS) together with a means of identification of the projectile to the suspected firearm, employing Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID). A protective aspect of reducing the crime rate and more accurate method of analysing and examining the fired bullets from suspected firearms, this technique if used can also strengthen the judgements taken by law enforcement agencies.  相似文献

ABO血型抗原是人类最主要的血型抗原,ABO疑难血型的鉴定正成为安全输血的一个重要课题。随着ABO血型基因的成功克隆,PCR分型技术的应用,使ABO型别分析达到了更精细的水平。本文对ABO疑难血型的鉴定现状、PCR鉴定的原理和方法进行了综述。随着分子生物学理论和实验技术的进一步发展,PCR方法在鉴定ABO疑难血型方面将有更广泛的应用前景。  相似文献
