Three new triterpenoid saponins, named isoescins VIIa (1), VIa (2), and VIIIa (3), were isolated from the seeds of Aesculus turbinata and identified by spectroscopic analysis and chemical hydrolysis. Their structures were established as 21β-O-tigloyl-28-O-acetylprotoaescigenin 3β-O-[β-d-galactopyranosyl(1 → 2)][β-d-glucopyranosyl(1 → 4)]-β-d-glucopyranosiduronic acid (Isoescin VIIa, 1), 21β-O-(2-methylbutyryl)-28-O-acetylprotoaescigenin 3β-O-[β-d-glucopyranosyl(1 → 2)] [β-d-glucopyranosyl(1 → 4)]-β-d-glucopyranosiduronic acid (Isoescin VIa, 2), and 21β-O-angeloyl-28-O-acetylbarringtogenol C 3β-O-[β-d-glucopyranosyl(1 → 2)] [β-d-glucopyranosyl(1 → 4)]-β-d-glucopyranosiduronic acid (Isoescin VIIIa, 3).  相似文献

Three new triterpenoid saponins, named segetoside G(1), H(2) and I(3), have been isolated from the seeds of Vaccaria segetalis. On the basis of chemical reaction and spectral data, their structures have been established as: 28-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-[alpha-L-arabinofuranosyl (1-->3)]-beta-D-(4-O-acetyl)-fucopyranosyl-gypsogenin-3-O-beta-D-galactopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-(6-O-butyl ester)-glucuronopyranoside (1), 28-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-[alpha-L-(5-O-acetyl)-arabinofuranosyl-(1-->3)]-beta-D-(4-O-acetyl)-fucopyranosyl-gypsogenin-3-O-beta-D-galactopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucuronopyranoside (2) and 28-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-[alpha-L-(5-O-acetyl)-arabinofuranosyl-(1-->3)]-beta-D-(4-O-acetyl)-fucopyranosyl-quillaic acid-3-O-beta-D-galactopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucuronopyranoside (3).  相似文献

Two pairs of new geometrically isomeric triterpenoid saponins were isolated from the seeds of Aesculus chinensis and characterized as 28-acetyl-21-tigloylprotoaescigenin 3-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl (1 --> 2)] [beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1 --> 4)] [beta-D-glucopyranosiduronic acid (isoescin IIa, 1) and 28-acetyl-21-angeloylprotoaescigenin 3-O-[-beta-D-xylopyranosyl (1 --> 2)] [beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1 --> 4)] beta-D-glucopyranosiduronic acid (isoescin IIb, 2); 28-acetyl-21-tigloylbarringtogenol C 3-O-[beta-D-galactopyranosyl (1 --> 2)] [beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1 --> 4)] beta-D-glucopyranosiduronic acid (isoescin IIIa, 3) and 28-acetyl-21-angeloylbarringtogenol C 3-O-[beta-D-galactopyranosyl (1 --> 2)] [beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1 --> 4)] beta-D-glucopyranosiduronic acid (isoescin IIIb, 4). Two new triterpenoid saponins, caraganins A and B (1 and 2), structurally characterized by a 22-oxo group, were isolated from the seeds of Caragana microphylla Lam., together with their n-butyl esters as artifacts (1a and 2a). Their structures and configurations were elucidated by detailed spectroscopic analyses on the basis of NMR, IR, and MS data. Compounds 1a and 2a exhibited potent antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis with minimum inhibitory concentration values ranging from 3.125 to 6.25 μg/ml.  相似文献

Three new triterpenoid saponins, julibrosides A5–A7 (1–3), together with five known saponins (4–8), were isolated from the stem bark of Albizia julibrissin. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic data analysis of MS, 1D and 2D NMR, and chemical methods. Compounds 7 and 8 were isolated from the genus Albizia for the first time. The new compounds showed no cytotoxicity and anti-inflammatory activity.  相似文献

目的:研究浙江七叶树Aesculus chinensis Bunge var.chekiangensis(Huet Fang)Fang种子中的化学成分。方法:采用大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、高效液相色谱等方法进行分离和纯化,根据化合物的谱学数据鉴定其结构。结果:从浙江七叶树种子的70%乙醇提取物中分离得到3个三萜皂苷类化合物,分别鉴定为七叶树皂苷(escins)IVe和IVh及七叶树皂苷(aesculuside)A。结论:这3个化合物皆为首次从浙江七叶树种子中分离得到。  相似文献

Bioassay-guided fractionation of an active n-BuOH extract of the whole plant of Ixeris sonchifolia, using a cytotoxicity assay, resulted in the isolation of three new triterpenoid saponins, ixeris saponins A (1), B (2), and C (3). On the basis of chemical evidence and extensive spectral studies, their structures were established as echinocystic acid 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->3)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->3)-alpha- L-arabinopyranoside (1), 3-O-[bis[beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->2 and 1-->3)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl]]echinocystic acid 28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (2), and 3- O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->3)-beta- D-glucopyranosyl(1-->3)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl]-16alpha, 23-dihydroxyolean-12-ene 28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (3). Compounds 2 and 3 showed significant cytotoxicity against cancer cell lines A375, L929, and HeLa with IC50 values ranging from 8.83 microM to 15.83 microM, while compound 1 was inactive against these three cell lines.  相似文献

Five new oleanane-type triterpenoid saponins, oleiferasaponins D1–D5 (15), were isolated from the defatted seeds of Camellia oleifera Abel. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic and chemical methods. The cytotoxic activities of compounds 15 were evaluated against five human tumor cell lines (HCT-116, HepG2, BGC-823, NCI-H1650, and A2780). Compounds 12 exhibited cytotoxic activity against five human cancer cell lines, with IC50 values ranging from 3.31 to 10.23 μM. Compounds 35 showed moderate cytotoxic activities toward the tested cell lines.  相似文献

Their structures were characterized as 3-O-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1 → 3)-β-d-glucuronopyranosyl-polygalagenin 28-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl ester, 3-O-β-d-glucuronopyranosyl-medicagenic acid 28-O-β-d-xylcopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β-d-fucopyranosyl ester, and 3-O-β-d-glucuronopyranosyl-medicagenic acid 28-O-α-l-arabinopyranosyl-(1 → 3)-[β-d-xylcopyranosyl-(1 → 4)]-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β-d-fucopyranosyl ester by NMR, MS, and chemical evidences, respectively. Their structures have been determined as 3beta-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 --> 2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 2)]-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl]-13beta,28-epoxy-16-oxo-30,30-dimethoxyoleanane and 3beta-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 --> 2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 2)]-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl]-13beta,28-epoxy-16alpha,20-dihydroxyoleanane by means of chemical evidences and spectral analysis.
