护生与医学生对医护关系的认知调查

目的 了解护生与医学生对医护关系的认识状况,为医学院校开展医护关系相关教育提供参考.方法 运用中文版Jefferson医护合作态度量表对上海某所大学医学院2005、2006级护理学专业学生(下称护生,n=51)和临床医学专业学生(下称医学生.n=195)进行调查.结果 246名被调查学生中,医护关系评分30～60分,中位数50分.其中护生得分42～60分,中位数53分;医学生得分30～57分,中位数50分.护生与医学生对医护关系的认知总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).护生与医学生在共同教育和合作、照料与治疗的对比、医生权利三个维度上的得分比较.差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 护生的医护合作态度高于医学生,对医护关系的认识更好.医护学生对医护关系的认识仍然存在不平衡,有必要在医学生中开展医护关系的相关教育.     

Orthopaedics in Indian country

The practice of medicine in rural Arizona has changed remarkably in 25 years. Although the delivery of care to the people of the San Carlos Apache Tribe has many challenges including geographic isolation and cultural differences, there are many rewards, such as knowing that some people would not receive care if the orthopaedic surgeon was not there to provide it.
