Objective: The study explores characteristics of community pharmacies with respect to implementing pharmaceutical care activities. The article addresses the provision of pharmaceutical care at reality level, perceived level and policy level. Method: A cross-sectional questionnaire was sent to all Danish community pharmacies to investigate the provision of pharmaceutical care (n=288). The respondents were pharmacists. Pharmaceutical care activities were operationalised by detecting and identifying medicine-related problems, setting goals to solve medicine-related problems, and documenting efforts to solve them. A non-respondent analysis was also performed. Main outcome measure: The identification of medicine-related problems (from self-report) was used as a proxy measure of pharmaceutical care activities and compared to pharmacies’ self-reported provision of pharmaceutical care. Results: The survey response rate was 75.7. The characteristics of pharmacies that detected medicine-related problems differed from those of pharmacies with only a perceived provision of pharmaceutical care. Pharmacies that actually detected medicine-related problems focused on external cooperation regarding their pharmacy activities. Conclusion: The profiles of the perceived providers of pharmaceutical care and the respondents that detected medicine- related problems were distinct, thus indicating two separate groups of pharmacies. Pharmaceutical care has only been implemented in Denmark to a limited extent. This may be explained in part by the top-down implementation strategy conceived by the proprietor organisation. 相似文献

目的:了解福建省医院临床药学工作的现状。方法:对10家综合性医院随机发放的575份问卷调查表中药师对临床药学发展状况及医师和护士(师)在医院临床药学服务中的行为进行调研评估。结果:调查中的大部分医院对临床药学工作都比较重视,但医师和护士(师)对临床药学服务都不够了解,对药师的能力都有所怀疑。结论:福建省临床药学工作的现状并不乐观,培养高素质临床药师队伍是提高临床药学水平的关键。 相似文献

目的探索在三甲医院中药师对药学服务模式需求的特点以及药师对自身能力和业务能力提高方法的认识。方法 2011年6月—2012年6月随机抽取广州市内4所三甲医院的在职药师500人。问卷每人一份,回收有效问卷478份,回收率为95.6%。药师对现代药学服务的认识调查问卷内容包括:(1)对门诊药房服务模式情况的认识;(2)对住院药房服务模式情况的认识;(3)对药学信息服务模式情况的认识;(4)对临床药学发展状况的认识。药师专业价值自我认知调查问卷内容包括:(1)基本功自我评价;(2)服务态度自我评价;(3)自信心自我评价;(4)自身提高业务水平的形式。结果 A组与B组药师对对门诊药学服务模式的认识、对住院药学服务模式的认识、对药学信息服务模式的认识、对参与临床工作模式的认识情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。A组与B组药师基本功自我评价、服务态度自我评价比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);两组自信心自我评价比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。药师提高自身业务水平的主要形式有进修学习、讲座与学习班、考研、考博等。结论提高药师对现代药学服务认识的关键,在于医院重视、药师自觉学习、加强心理健康教育以及按各人的不同情况选择继续教育的形式。 相似文献

目的:为"十二五"执业药师继续教育大纲的制定提供参考。方法:分析执业药师队伍的现状及发展趋势。结果与结论:"十二五"期间,大部分执业药师基本具备药学或中药学本科毕业生水平,主要在药品使用一线从事药学服务工作;继续教育的目标在于提高执业药师的药学服务水平和能力。以药学服务为主线构建执业药师继续教育内容,对于完善执业药师的知识结构,促进执业药师资格制度的健康发展具有重要意义。 相似文献

目的:分析临床药师在产科药学服务工作开展情况,了解产科用药咨询的特点,提高药学服务质量。方法:汇总鼓楼医院临床药师接受产科临床和门诊的用药咨询363例,对基本情况、咨询内容、问题类型和药物种类进行统计,通过帕累托法则进行分析。结果:在363例用药咨询中,咨询人员以医生为主,共212例(占58.40%);咨询问题主要来自产科住院病区(229例,占63.09%);咨询内容中药物对妊娠的影响所占比例最大;问题类型中妊娠期用药(200例,占55.10%)和哺乳期用药(34例,占9.37%)数量最多;抗微生物药物、电解质、维生素及营养类药物、消化系统药物、中成药等为咨询药物种类的主要因素。结论:临床药师在产科接受的用药咨询所涉及的各分类有鲜明的规律及差异,在药学服务中宜重点把握主要因素,为产科提供更优质的药学服务。 相似文献

Objective. To measure the impact of a depression training day for pharmacists that included a 75-minute session with a consumer educator.Design. The training day included interactive lectures on depression; the effects and side effects of and indications for the use of antidepressants; adherence issues; non-drug treatment options for depression; and basic skills in communication. Pharmacists also participated in a session with a consumer educator and in counseling exercises that included role playing.Assessment. The study used a randomized, clustered, comparative design to measure pharmacists'' stigma, attitudes, and current practice related to the provision of pharmaceutical care to people with depression. Mean scores for depression-care practice after the training session were significantly higher in the intervention group than in the control group. Analysis of the changes between baseline and postintervention measures in both the control and intervention groups confirmed a significant difference in the change in both social distance and practice but no significant difference in the change in attitude between the 2 groups of pharmacists.Conclusion. A continuing-education depression training day for pharmacists that involve consumer educators may improve the care delivered in the community pharmacy to people with depression. 相似文献
