目的建立高效液相色谱测定药材罗汉茶中落新妇苷含量的方法。方法选用色谱柱为L ichrospher C-18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.3%醋酸水溶液(v/v,45∶55);检测波长291 nm;流速1.0 mL.m in-1;柱温25℃。结果落新妇苷进样量在0.182~1.093μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9995,n=6);落新妇苷的加样回收率为98.60%(RSD=2.49%)。结论该法简便、准确、可靠,可用于罗汉茶药材的质量控制。 相似文献

Activity-guided fractionation of a root extract of Caesalpinia pulcherrima led to the isolation of two cassane-furanoditerpenoids, 6 beta-benzoyl-7 beta-hydroxyvouacapen-5 alpha-ol (1) and 6 beta-cinnamoyl-7beta-hydroxyvouacapen-5 alpha-ol (2). Compound 2 showed strong antitubercular activity with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 6.25 microg/mL, whereas the benzoyl analogue (1) was less active (MIC 25 microg/mL). Both compounds expressed moderate cytotoxic activity towards KB (human oral carcinonoid cancer), BC (human breast cancer) and NCl-H187 (small cell lung cancer) cell lines. 相似文献

Antitubercular bioassay-guided fractionation of the n-hexane- and CH (2)Cl (2)-soluble extracts of the above-ground biomass and roots of Valeriana laxiflora led to the isolation of a new iridolactone, (4R,5R,7S,8S,9S)-7-hydroxy-8-hydroxymethyl-4-methyl-perhydrocyclopenta[ c]pyran-1-one ( 1), and a new lignan, (+)-1-hydroxy-2,6-bis- epi-pinoresinol ( 2), along with eleven known compounds, betulin ( 3), betulinic acid ( 4), 5,7-dihydroxy-3,6,4'-trimethoxyflavone ( 5), 23-hydroxyursolic acid ( 6), oleanolic acid ( 7), tricin ( 8), ursolic acid ( 9), ferulic acid, (+)-1-hydroxypinoresinol, prinsepiol, and 5,7,3'-trihydroxy-4'-methoxyflavone. The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence. The absolute stereochemistry of 1 was determined by chemical transformations and Mosher ester procedures. In a microplate alamar blue assay against Mycobacterium tuberculosis, compounds 2 - 9 exhibited minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of 15.5 - 127 microg/mL, while the other isolates were regarded as inactive (MIC > 128 microg/mL). In addition, all the isolates were tested for cytotoxicity against African green monkey Vero cells in order to evaluate their selectivity potential. 相似文献

A known isoflavanquinone, abruquinone B ( 1), and a new derivative, abruquinone G ( 2), were isolated from the aerial parts of Abrus precatorius. Chemical structures of these compounds were elucidated by spectral analyses. Three new phenolic constituents 1–3 were obtained from the 95% ethanol extract of the roots of Phyllodium pulchellum (Leguminosae). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses, such as NMR, UV, IR, HR-ESI-MS, and CD. Furthermore, in an in vitro bioassay, all compounds were tested for inhibitory effects against the proliferation of acetaldehyde-stimulated HSC-T6 cells, and compound 3 exhibited potent inhibitory activity with the IC50 value of 7.6 μM. 相似文献

A new furanocoumarin named lucidafuranocoumarin A (7) together with 13 known coumarins (1–6, 8–14) and four known alkaloids (15–18) was isolated from the roots of Feroniella lucida. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. Two new phloroglucinol glycosides, lysidisides A and B, and two new flavanol ramifycations, lysidicichin and mopanolside, together with (+)-mopanol, polydatin and E-resveratrol 3-O-beta-D-xylopyranoside were isolated from the EtOAc extract of the roots of Lysidice rhodostega. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectral evidence. Lysidisides A and B, (+)-mopanol and polydatin inhibited phenylepherine (Phe)-induced vasoconstriction in the rat aortic rings in the presences of indomethacin (Indo) and Nomega-L-nitroarginine (L-NA). 相似文献

为长毛籽远志Polygala wattersii的质量控制和进一步的开发提供科学依据,我们对它的根进行了系统的化学成分研究。利用砖胶、SephadexLH-20、制备薄层色谱及半制备液相等多种色谱分离技术进行分离和纯化,应用El—MS、ESI—MS、1HNMR及13CNMR等现代波谱技术并与文献相对照等方法鉴定化合物的结构。共从长毛籽远志根中分离鉴定了23个化合物,包括11个[口山]酮类:1,3-二羟基[口山]酮(1),1-羟基-3-甲氧基[口山]酮(2),1,3-羟基-2-甲氧基[口山]酮(3),1,3,7-三羟基-2-甲氧基[口山]酮(4),1,3,6-三羟基-2,7-二甲氧基[口山]酮(5),1,6,7-三羟基-2,3-二甲氧基[口山]酮(6),1,7-二羟基-2,3-亚甲二氧基[口山]酮(7),1,7-二甲氧基[口山]酮(8),1,2,3-三甲氧基[口山]酮(9),1-甲氧基-2,3-亚甲二氧基[口山]酮(10),6-羟基-1-甲氧基-2,3-亚甲二氧基[口山]酮(11);9个糖酯类:3'-O-阿魏酰基-6-O-乙酰蔗糖(12),arillatose B(13),sibficoseA5(14),sibricoseA6(1S),3',6-二-O-芥子酰基蔗糖(16),tenufolisideA(17),3'-O-3,4,5-三甲氧基肉桂酰基-6—O-对甲氧基苯甲酰基蔗糖(18),glomeratoseA(19),1-O--对香甄酰基葡萄糖(20);两个三萜皂苷类:bayogenin-3—O-glucoside(21)和tenufolin(22)及1个苯丙素类:芥了酸(23)。其中,化合物2和12为首次从远志属中分离得到,除化合物16外其它所有化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。 相似文献
