开展整体护理提高疗养效果

随着社会的发展和医学技术的进步，人们对提高健康水平有了更高的要求，整体护理观是顺应医学模式不断发展的需要，我院自2000年始，对来院疗养的疗养员开展整体护理，取得了较好的效果，具体做法如下。     

细节护理在疗养护理工作中的做法

为了提升疗养护理质量,提高疗养员的满意度,实现以人为本的整体护理模式,为疗养员实施全程优质护理服务,我院在细节护理方面加大力度,注意细节管理,强调细节服务,在细节上见真情。努力做到"满意全方位,服务零距离"。用精品优质的服务,赢得疗养员,赢得市场,促进疗养事业发展。     

疗养院开展整体护理的体会

整体护理作为一种新的护理模式已在全国许多医院开展。卫生部已将其纳入二级以上医院分级管理评审的必备条件，这样即促进了相应医院整体护理的开展。随着疗养康复事业的蓬勃发展，疗养护理的内涵不断得到充实，整体护理工作逐渐成为疗养护理工作乃至整个疗养工作的重要一环。我院从1999年4月开始在疗养科中开展了整体护理。通过六年多的实践，作者认为整体护理的开展十分必要，应根据疗养院的具体情况，充分准备，认真研究。大胆尝试，才能扎扎实实的开展下去，真正让休养员得到实效。现将我院实施整体护理的体会整理如下。     

疗养科室开展入院宣教的做法与体会

加强疗养员入院宣教工作是优质服务示范科室建设的主要工作,也是护理工作走向规范化和法制化的前提。为了更好地实施整体护理理念,建立良好的疗护关系[1],同时让疗养员充分了解疗养的相关知识和制度,更好地配合医护工作,取得良好的疗养效果,我科在开展＂优质护理服务示范工程＂的同时,重点抓入院宣教工作,取得了良好的效果,现将近年来我科的做法和体会报告如下。

为探索系统化整体护理模式在疗养工作中的可行性,我院于１９９５年开始在老干部疗养中试行整体护理,报告如下。１．老干部疗养实施整体护理的意义空军疗养院干部疗养科的服务对象,是师级以上在职和离退休干部及高级专业知识分子。３年来,在我院疗养的６０岁以上的老干部２１２名,通过临床观察,他们的疗养目的不同,身心需求各异。在职领导干部多为全面体格检查,消除工作疲劳而入院,常以领导者身份审视医护工作,对诊疗技术、生活服务需求较高;离退休干部年龄较大,健康状况差,一部分为治疗慢性疾病而疗养,另一部分希望通过文体活…

浅析开展老年人心理疗养的做法和体会

随着社会的进步和人民生活水平的提高，人类越来越长寿。因此，老龄化的形势也越来越严峻，如何提高老年人的生活质量，已经成为世界共同研究的课题。我院接待的疗养员大部分是离退休同志，多数疗养院员除患有躯体疾病外，还伴有不同程度的心理疾患。我们在治疗躯体疾病的同时，将老年心理疗养内容贯穿其中，使老年人得到整体疗养。达到促进康复的目的。我院根据云南神奇而又美丽地理环境和得天独厚的宜人气候，开展了形式多样的疗养活动，效果很好，现总结如下。     

整体护理在老年冠心病康复疗养中的应用

整体护理观是顺应医学模式不断发展的需要。它的出现为军队疗养院的护理工作提出了更高的要求 ,使军队疗养院徘徊多年的单纯疗养模式扩展为康复治疗及综合保健的疗养模式。近两年来 ,我们对 88位军队离退休老干部院外确诊为冠心病的疗养员实施了整体护理 ,使疗养员的身心得到更系统、更全面、更直接、更主动、更安全、更舒适的护理。资料与方法1 1 临床资料88例中 ,男 68例 ,女 2 0例 ;年龄最大 82岁 ,最小58岁 ,平均年龄 68岁 ;住院期间急性心梗 1例 ,急性左心衰 1例 ,冠心病急性发作 9例。1 2 方法与步骤我们对疗养员分三个阶段实施整…

疗养院护理工作的内涵,不再是以疗养为中心的功能制护理,护士在护理工作中也不再处于被动的角色,不仅是疗养员的护理者,还是管理者、协调者、教育者,在护理工作中处于直接主动的地位。我院试行整体护理两个月以来,取得了令人满意的效果。     

以人为本 开展疗养院特色护理

目的 分析人本服务在疗养院应用的重要性.方法 我院疗养一科对疗养员实施"六心五勤三个一"的优质服务活动,提供人性化服务.结果 融洽了护患关系,提高了护理服务质量,提高了护士自身素质.结论 人本服务得到了疗养员的信赖,是树立良好窗口形象,促进疗养院发展的保证.

Developing advanced rural nursing practice: a whole new scope of responsibility

Rural registered nurses’ experiences of advanced clinical nursing practice were explored whilst they were enrolled in an advanced primary care course of study. Thirty-two nurses employed in rural health services in Victoria, Australia, studied advanced practice nursing by distance education with a clinical component. At course conclusion, focus groups and a quantitative on-line survey were conducted to explore outcomes. Nurses reported positive self-perceptions of their educational preparation with scores of >7/10 for competence, confidence, preparedness for advanced practice and job satisfaction. Focus group discussions concurred with positive survey results. The course was valuable in developing skills and knowledge, enabling more holistic patient care. The main themes that emerged related to the advancement of the nurse as a professional, and enhancement of patient care. Within their scope of practice, nurses assessed, diagnosed and treated minor patient illness presentations either independently or collaboratively with medical advice. The context of rural health services dictated practice and levels of autonomy. Nurses perceived the new role reduced an overload of medical work, whilst increasing patients’ access to care. As a result of the course 24% of participants reported a change in their work role. Nurses employed in rural health services reported positive potential for advanced collaborative practice in rural health care, in association with medical professionals. Defined role boundaries, role responsibilities and dedicated advanced practice positions will be required to achieve implementation of the role.     

Developing practice protocols for advanced practice nursing

In most states, the role of an advanced practice nurse is dependent on practice protocols that provide an organized method for analyzing and managing a disease or major symptom. They are also used to control the process of medical care and to specify steps in the delivery of that care. Creating appropriate practice protocols is one of the most important precursors to implementing the advanced practice role, because they virtually drive the clinician's ability to treat or manage clinical situations or disease states. This article outlines the steps involved in developing practice protocols and discusses the content that should be included in a protocol, providing an example of narrative and algorithm format protocols. Pros and cons, as well as legal issues related to practice protocols, are also presented.     

疗养院护理工作面临的挑战

21世纪疗养院护理工作面临着新的问题和挑战，特别是加入贸易组织(WTO）后，主要是伴随着快速的经济发展，而出现的工业化，城市化，现代化和全球化带来的变化。经济的一体化将使我国医疗市场的运行逐步接近国际惯例，突出表现在环境因素，社会因素，人们的行为和生活方式对人们健康的影响，如何面对新世纪的挑战，将是护理同仁值得思索的问题。

随着现代医学模式的转变和疗养康复事业的发展,疗养护理工作的内涵也在不断的拓宽和充实,由单纯的执行医嘱、服药、注射、一般基础护理等以疾病为中心的护理向以疗养员为中心,以解决其存在和(或)潜在的身心健康问题,实施健康教育为内容的整体护理方向发展.     

Developing nursing practice through work-based learning

Developing nursing practice in any area demands skills, knowledge, support and a long term commitment to the achievement of best practice. It is easy to become overwhelmed by the competing demands for client care and service delivery. It is not always easy to see how good ideas, clinical concerns and professionally led objectives, can be realised in practice. Ongoing professional development activities, including formal educational programmes can contribute to individual staff members’ ability to take on practice development projects. Too often however, educational programmes are seen as making little real difference to clinical practice. Work-based learning, a relatively new approach in higher education in the United Kingdom, presents opportunities for Universities and healthcare providers to work in partnership to realise the shared aims of developing nursing practice. Specific examples, drawn from the personal experiences of one of the authors, will examine the contribution of a work-based learning approach to integrating learning and developing practice in the field of cancer care. The work-based learning approach can bring about tangible benefits for patients, practitioners and organisations, but only if the organisational and contextual factors which impact on practice and its development are properly considered and managed through effective partnerships.

本文主要从护理美学角度即环境美、护士形象美(语言美、仪表美、行为美)、心灵美、技术操作美4个方面,阐述了护理美学在疗养院护理工作中的应用,使疗养员感受到护理之美,身心愉悦,促进身体康复,从而体现护理美学的价值。
