成都市场常见包装食品营养标签标识现状及消费者认知度   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的了解成都市场常见包装食品营养标签标识现状和消费者对营养标签的认知度。方法2006年对成都市7家大型超市10大类291种包装食品的营养标签标识情况进行调查;同时随机抽取366名消费者进行营养标签认知度的问卷调查;用SPSS13.0软件进行分析。结果食品营养标签的标识率为47.1%;不同类型食品的标识率有较大差别(P<0.01);标识营养素种类≤3种的食品居多,占42.3%;标识营养素的名称和单位不统一。消费者认知度调查显示,有62.4%的消费者在购买食品时会购买有营养标签的食品;有85.2%的消费者认为国家需要对食品包装上的营养信息进行统一规定。结论目前国内食品的营养标签标识尚不规范,消费者对食品营养标签的认知度不高,食品生产企业执行标准不力;所以政府和媒体需要加强对消费者的宣传教育;国家应加快营养标签的立法工作。  相似文献

目的 了解黑龙江省哈尔滨市大型超市销售的预包装食品营养标签标识情况,为识别营养标签的宣传教育提供依据。方法 自行设计调查表对常见的国产饼干、乳制品、饮料类包装食品和进口原装饼干、饮料类包装食品进行基本状况调查和营养标识状况调查。结果 240种国内生产的包装食品上食品标签强制标示内容均予以标识,营养标签总体标识率为61.25%;58种国外进口原装食品的食品标签对我国规定的强制标示内容均予以标识,营养标签标识率为63.8%。国内外饼干类食品营养标签在营养素种类标识方面存在差异,营养标识率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 目前国内食品标签的标识尚不规范,需加强对营养标签的监督和管理。  相似文献

目的了解河南省2013年本地预包装传统食品的营养标签标识现况。方法在河南省18个市的大型超市和食品零售点统一购买满足调查对象纳入范围的本地产预包装传统食品,拍照记录后将商品名称、营养标签等信息输入调查表中,以卡方检验进行统计分析。结果共调查样品565份,分为5大类13小类,营养标签整体标识率为91.9%。强制标识成分标识齐全的占98.8%。营养标签强制标识内容的错误有7类。可选择标识的营养素标识率普遍很低。营养声称和功能声称标识率不到4%。结论河南省本地传统预包装食品的营养标签标识呈现强制性内容标识情况良好,可选择标识内容普遍不予重视的情况。  相似文献

目的了解《预包装食品营养标签通则》实施后预包装食品营养标签标示现况及广州市消费者对食品营养标签的认知度。方法通过现场调查方法,对广州大型超市907种食品的营养标签标示状况进行调查,以问卷的方式对570名消费者进行营养标签认知调查。结果食品营养标签标示率为93.82%。消费者中知晓食品营养标签的为66.1%,关注率为61.5%。女性对于营养标签知晓度和关注度都高于男性(χ2=8.012,P=0.005;χ2=5.767 P=0.016);文化程度越高,对食品营养标签信息理解度越高(χ2=34.475,P=0.000)。结论与《通则》发布前相比,预包装食品营养标签标示率显著增加,但营养标签标示尚存在不规范,政府应进一步加强食品营养标签的监督检查;同时尚需加强宣教,提高消费者对食品营养标签的认知。  相似文献

目的探讨北京市平谷区消费者对食品营养标签的认知度、应用情况及其影响因素。方法通过多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法,对该区2个街道和3个乡镇的1 540户常住居民进行问卷调查,每户调查主要负责家庭采购的18~79岁的居民1人,数据用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行分析。结果调查对象了解什么是食物营养标签的人占51.0%,12.9%的居民在选择购买食品时会参考包装上的营养标签。年龄较低、非农民消费者、非农户口消费者对食品营养标签的了解情况高于其他人群;对食品营养标签上营养成分表的理解情况非农民消费者高于农民;女性和年轻者选购食品时更易受到营养成分的影响(P0.05)。结论平谷区消费者对食品营养标签的认知度及应用率不高,必须加强宣教和引导,普及营养知识,提高消费者对食品营养标签的认知,改善居民膳食。  相似文献

目的了解大学生关于食品营养标签的认知度,为指导大学生合理膳食提供科学依据。方法随机抽取630名大学生进行有关营养标签的问卷调查。结果约2/3大学生不知道《食品营养标签管理规范》和营养素参考值;60%的大学生购买食品时经常看食品标签,且女生的阅读情况优于男生,期望标识的核心营养素为维生素、蛋白质、热量、脂肪、膳食纤维;营养标签的理解度及信任度较低,多数大学生认为有必要标注营养标签且应该强制执行。结论医学生对营养标签的关心、理解、信任度有待提高。建议国家应加快相关法规的完善工作,同时开展多种形式的宣传教育活动,使大学生能正确认识和使用营养标签。  相似文献

[目的]探讨广州市消费者食品营养标签的认知度、应用情况及相关影响因素。[方法]在广州市各超市,以问卷的方式对592名消费者进行调查,数据用SPSS13.0统计软件进行分析。[结果]在调查对象中了解什么是食品营养标签的人仅占8.1%,对食品营养标签信息完全能理解的占6.1%。购买食品时经常认真阅读食品营养标签的只有29.4%。认为食品营养标签对食品选购无影响的占10.5%,有一些影响的占77.5%,有很大影响的占12.5%,食品营养标签对食品选购是否有影响的相关因素经Logistic回归分析,以P≤0.05为入选标准,最终进入模型的有性别、文化程度、对食品营养标签的理解程度、信任程度、了解愿望。[结论]广州市消费者对食品营养标签的认知度及应用不高,必需加强宣教和引导,普及营养知识,提高消费者对食品营养标签的认知,从而科学使用食品营养标签。  相似文献

目的从食品检测部门和普通消费者角度看待具有指示作用的营养成分标签的内容,对食品标签标注方法进行深入分析。方法随机抽取350种常见食品,对食品营养标注内容的完整性、安全性、科学性做调查分析,并且随机选取100名消费者,调查其对食品营养标签解读的全面性、科学性,将调查结果进行科学比对分析。结果在本次调研中发现,部分食品无明确的营养成分标签,食品营养成分的标示内容不统一,营养成分标注的种类和数量不相同。从消费者角度来看,食品标签中营养成分的名称和项目的混乱给消费者造成了一些困扰,对食品营养标签的利用能力不强。结论食品营养标签是食物卫生安全的重要标识,也是食品的功能性以及作用性的重要指南,生产时要提高食品营养成分的认知度与全面程度,统一营养成分名称,这样消费者才能更清晰明了的认知食品,有目的的选购食品,食品安全才能真正走进消费的心里去。  相似文献

[目的]分析温州市区预包装食品营养标签的管理状况及存在的问题,为指导消费者合理膳食提供科学依据。[方法]在温州市区7家大型超市,随机选取600名消费者及营业员,以调查员询问和被调查者自填相结合的问卷调查方式收集资料进行调查,数据用SPSS13.0统计软件进行分析。[结果]接受调查600人,有效问卷581份,其中男性216人,女性365人,年龄(40.2±11.7)岁。预包装食品营养标签认知率为73.5%,仅有8.9%消费者能够正确理解营养标签,认为营养标签标注有必要的消费者占79.2%,在选购预包装食品时,会阅读包装上营养标签的消费者占97.2%,愿意依据营养标签所提供的信息选购的消费者占36.1%。[结论]温州市区消费者对预包装食品营养标签的认知度虽然很高,但真正能理解营养标签并且运用的程度较低,建议相关部门开展多种形式的宣教和引导,普及营养知识,使消费者能正确认识和科学使用预包装食品营养标签,为今后进一步实施并完善温州市区营养标签标示规范提供基础。  相似文献

[目的]对兰州市售儿童食品"营养标签"的标示现状及其存在的问题进行调查分析,为完善儿童食品营养标签的标示及管理提供科学依据.[方法]参考国家<食品营养标签管理规范>,设计调查表对兰州市主要大中型超市消费量较大的4类儿童食品营养标签标示状况进行记录,与<食品营养标签管理规范>比对分析.[结果]调查的4类儿童食品营养标签的总体标示率为86.31%.不同食品营养素标示率差异有统计学意义(X2=27.962,P<0.05).儿童食品营养标签突出存在的问题有:营养素及其标示值标示与标准比较不规范且标识的含量范围模糊,营养声称表述随意,全部食品缺乏营养素参考值(NRV)的标示,对非营养物质(食品添加剂等)也无含量或安全摄入范围的标示,部分食品生产日期和保质期的标示位置隐蔽.[结论]目前国内主要儿童食品营养标签与规范之间差距较大,标识的随意性是主要问题.提示社会各界应加快加强<食品营养标签管理规范>的施行,更要规范市场监督、督促生产厂家增强自律意识,对民众及管理人员普及营养标签知识的教育,尽快使营养标签真正成为人们获取营养知识的快捷途径和选购食品的参考.  相似文献

Food labeling was originally developed to help consumers make the right decision in choosing at food products. It (food labeling) is also helpful in consumer's education. The aim of this study was to analyze the consumers' preferences concerning foods' labeling products. The type and the form of the information and of course the information itself were analyzed. The study was carried out in the form of a questionnaire among 295 people who were the consumers of supermarkets. The only criteria for the chosen subjects were that they agree to take part in the study and that they are the heads of their families. It came out that 54% of the subjects accepted the current information about food products. More than 23% said that they didn't understand the information provided by the food labels. 66% said that food labels should have educational information concerning the role of an ingredient in health and nutrition. Everyone wanted "negative" information, for example: "this product is not recommended for..."). More than 87% stated that they want information like "this product is recommended for...". (That kind of preference doesn't go along with the current law concerning food products). The best motivation for using food labels is sickness or illness. 89% of the subjects said that the information about the food products and the nutritional value are more important than the information about the producer. Informations concerning the nutritional values in 100 g and in 1 portion of a product were easiest to understand for 71% of the subjects. The results of this study show that food labeling is very important form of consumers education.  相似文献

According to the WHO, front-of-pack nutrition labeling provides simplified nutrition information in the form of symbols, colors or words that can help consumers understand the nutritional quality of food, thus leading them to healthier food choices. It is considered of the utmost importance to explore the knowledge and understanding of consumers about this form of nutrition labeling. The aim of this study was to investigate the understanding and perceptions of Greek consumers in response to five different front-of-pack nutrition labels (FoPLs): the Multiple Traffic Lights, Health Star Rating System, Guideline Daily Amounts, Warning Symbols and Nutri-Score. From April 2021 to June 2021, 1278 participants from Greece took part in an online survey where they were asked to rank three products according to their nutritional quality. The classification process was performed first without FoPLs and then with FoPLs. The ability to classify products according to their nutritional quality was evaluated with multinomial logistic regression models, and the Nutri-Score label presented greater improvements when compared to the GDA label for Greek consumers. The Nutri-Score seemed to better help the Greek consumers rank foods according to their nutritional value.  相似文献

目的 了解消费者对营养标签的认知程度,对目前消费者营养标签使用情况的影响因素进行分析,为营养标签的推广宣传提供依据.方法 在上海市卢湾区瑞金、淮海、打浦、五里4个街道,以问卷调查的方式对1141名消费者进行调查.结果 调查对象中能正确理解营养标签的消费者仅占5.8%(44/756),认为营养标签标注有必要的消费者占82.0% (620/756),在购买食品时有因营养标签而影响购买决策的消费者占30.3% (189/623).经Logistic回归分析,年龄(OR=0.962,95% CI:0.933~0.992)、受教育程度(OR=0.270,95% CI:0.084~0.866)、营养知识知晓情况(OR=0.949,95% CI:0.915~ 0.985)、认为是否有必要标注营养标签(OR =0.912,95% CI:0.895~0.941)4个因素为营养标签使用情况的影响因素.结论 消费者对营养标签的认知度虽然很高,但是能真正理解营养标签并且运用的程度还不是很高,需加强宣教和指导,普及营养知识,使得消费者能够使用营养标签这一便捷工具来合理膳食.  相似文献

A survey to learn the nutritional knowledge and dietary practices of health food users on Oahu was conducted at fourteen health food stores. Most of the participants were under thirty years of age, followed no specific dietary regimen, used health foods in combination with supermarket foods, would seek help from physicians if they became sick, and have obtained nutritional information through popular publications. Reliance on such publications has produced a population which is fairly well informed regarding some nutritional facts but which has acquired a host of incorrect nutritional information. Since this population is dedicated to obtaining proper nutrition and would be guided by their knowledge of nutrition, problems of dietary practices have arisen. Education in schools does not provide young people with tools and knowledge to choose food properly. In general, teaching of nutritional facts and activities, on which health and well-being depend, appears to be low in priority as far as school authorities are concerned. Elementary school teachers do not have the background to teach nutrition. Nutrition teaching should begin during the preschool years and should continue through elementary grades, since they are important growth periods when food habits are formed.  相似文献

摘要:目的 了解广州市预包装食品钠含量现状及消费者低盐饮食认知情况。方法 抽取广州市4间连锁超市,记录783种预包装食品营养标签上的钠含量标示情况;随机抽取超市消费者271名,通过问卷调查其低盐饮食认知情况。结果 预包装食品钠含量总标示率为99.36%,各类预包装食品的钠含量范围和中位值均有较大的差异,榨菜、方便面和肉制品的钠含量中位数分别为2360 mg/100 g、1988 mg/100 g和1703 mg/100 g。关于低盐饮食,不同职业的消费者在接受低盐饮食的宣传渠道上有差异(χ2=14.20,P=0.048),消费者教育接受率为41.7%,态度正向选择率为89.50%,行为选择率为56.28%,知识平均知晓率为49.31%。结论 随着GB28050-2011《食品安全国家标准-预包装食品营养标签通则》实施,预包装食品的钠含量标示率大幅度增加。然而,消费者的低盐饮食认知程度仍然较低,相关部门还应加强低盐饮食宣传教育。  相似文献

目的 了解杭州市超市消费者对预包装食品营养标签的认知、态度、行为的现状及其影响因素.方法 采用自行拟定的调查量表,选取杭州市某大型超市,随机抽取顾客进行面对面访谈.结果 在访谈的586(男202、女384)人中,平均年龄(41.6±17.23)岁.消费者对6种营养素的模拟购物题应答正确率依次为膳食纤维(71.84%)、脂肪(70.99%)、钙(60.75%)、盐(58.36%)、能量(50.85%)和糖(39.42%);对标识营养成分表、营养声称和希望了解相关知识的3个态度指标中,认同率分别为90.44%、87.03%和77.13%;对首次购买某食品阅读营养成分表和营养标签的2个行为指标中,阅读率分别为58.36%和80.03%.经logistic建模分析,男性、青少年、低教育人群是营养标签阅读行为的危险因素.结论 消费者营养标签阅读、理解和正确应用营养标签的能力不高,亟待改进营养标签与声称的可读性和权威性,应制定全国营养知识健康教育规划.
Abstract:
Objective To study the prevalence rates of knowledge,attitudes and use of the nutrition labeling and related influential factors in Hangzhou supermarket consumers.Methods Using a self-developed survey questionnaire,randomly selected customers were conducted a face-toface interview program in a large supermarket of Hangzhou city.Results 586 people were interviewed,including 202 males and 384 females,with the mean age as 41.6±17.23 years.The Facts Labels'were as follows:dietary fiber(71.84%),fat(70.99%),calcium(60.75%),salt (58.36%),energy(50.85%)and sugar(39.42%).The support rates of the three attitudes indicators were"support marking the Nutrition Facts Label"(90.44%)."support marking the nutrition claims"(87.03%)and"want to know more relative knowledge"(77.13%).There were 58.36% and 80.03%first-time buyers who would read the Nutrition Facts Food Labels and the Nutrition Claims.Through logistic model analysis,male,youth,low-educated people were found to be the risk factors related to the nutrition label reading behavior.Conclusion The capacity of the reading,understanding and correct application of nutrition labeling among consumers was not satisfactory.Improvement on the readability and the authority of nutrition labeling and the development of the national nutrition knowledge and health education programs were in urgent needs.  相似文献

目的         了解浙江省杭州市售婴幼儿食品营养标签标示现状并分析存在的问题。         方法        采用自行设计的食品标签评价表,抄录杭州市世纪联华超市庆春路店内全部婴幼儿食品营养标签并判断标签标示内容的规范性。         结果         共调查婴幼儿食品253种,标示营养成分表、营养声称、营养成分功能声称的分别有250(98.8%)、241(95.3%)、113种(44.7%);标示率较高的营养成分是能量、碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪、维生素B1、维生素A、铁、锌,标示率分别为100.0%(250/250)、95.2%(238/250)、89.2%(223/250)、96.8%(242/250)、84.8%(212/250)、83.6%(209/250)、88.8%(222/250)、85.2%(213/250);共出现739条营养声称,出现频数较多的是益生元/菌13.3%(98/739)、花生四烯酸11.5%(85/739)、胆碱9.3%(69/739)等;共出现339条营养成分功能声称,出现频数较多的是益生元/菌20.6%(82/399)、蛋白质11.5%(46/399)、钙11.01%(44/399)等。         结论         婴幼儿食品营养标签标示率较高,但规范性较差,应加强营养标签规范工作,完善标签法规,便于消费者正确选择营养健康的婴幼儿食品。
