1皮肤老化 皮肤老化的皮肤改变可发生在皮肤的各层,可以有如下分类: 1.1自然老化过程(Chronological aging) 随着年龄的增长,皮肤出现进行性的衰老表现,当然每个个体的表现可能不同,一些人可能看上去比平均水平要年轻,或者显得更老。这种衰老可以理解为生理性的,它主要是基因类型决定的。随着老化,皮肤会出现弹力纤维变性、胶原纤维变性、皮肤变薄等现象,这些改变会发生在身体的所有部位的皮肤而不仅仅是曝光区皮肤。  相似文献

血管瘤是婴幼儿最常见的皮肤良性肿瘤,对于增殖期的血管瘤应该早期治疗,以控制它的生长,促进消退,但目前治疗仍然十分棘手。近20年激光医学取得飞速发展,根据氧合血红蛋白的吸收峰值,研制出了各种治疗血管瘤的激光。对闪光灯泵脉冲染料激光、倍频Nd:YAG激光(532nm)、Nd:YAG激光(1064nm)、光动力疗法在皮肤血管瘤方面的应用和各自特点作出评价。  相似文献

目的观察多功能激光光电平台联合生长因子治疗面部皮炎及敏感性皮肤的疗效及安全性。方法对6例面部皮炎及20例敏感性皮肤患者进行多功能激光光电平台联合生长因子治疗,1次/周,治疗4次。对主观症状瘙痒、刺痛、灼热、紧绷感及客观体征红斑、丘疹、鳞屑、毛细血管扩张进行评分,检测a值、L值、皮肤厚度及密度值。结果治疗2周及4周瘙痒、刺痛、灼热、紧绷、红斑及鳞屑均有明显改善(P<0.05)。丘疹4周时改善明显(P<0.05),毛细血管扩张无明显改善(P>0.05)。治疗后皮肤红度降低(P<0.05)、亮度增加(P<0.05),皮肤厚度增加(P<0.05),密度降低(P<0.05),随治疗次数增加疗效增加。无明显不良反应。结论多功能激光光电平台联合生长因子导入治疗是一种安全有效的治疗方法。  相似文献

Cancer of the skin is by far the most common form of all cancers. Given the increasing incidence of skin cancer worldwide, it seems feasible to reconsider the treatment options available for dealing with this growing problem. Despite the lower costs associated with classical methods such as surgery and radiotherapy, immune response modifiers such as imiquimod appear to be good candidates for the future given their good cosmetic effects, the possibility of treating large areas, and the simpleness of patient-applied treatment with a cream formulation. This article reviews current literature on the use of imiquimod in the treatment of nonmelanoma and melanoma skin cancer.  相似文献

Background

Although ablative fractional resurfacing is known to be effective against photoaging and acne scars, studies on its efficacy, safety and changes in the skin characteristics of Asians are limited.

Objective

The aim of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of carbon dioxide fractional laser (CO2FL) in Koreans treated for wrinkles and acne scars, and to define the changes in skin characteristics during recovery period.

Methods

We administered one session of CO2FL on 10 acne scar patients and 14 wrinkles patients with skin types IV and V. The surveillance of efficacy and side effects along with the measurement of biophysical properties was carried out before 1 day, 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after treatment.

Results

Using a non-invasive method, skin barrier damage, erythema and bronzing of skin during the recovery period were assessed, and all of the items eventually returned to the pre-treatment level. Skin elasticity was measured in the wrinkle group, and the statistically significant effect was sustained throughout the next three months. The outcome of treatment was found to be better than ''moderate improvement'' in both the acne scar and wrinkle groups. Further, there were no serious side effects three months post-procedure.

Conclusion

CO2 FL is thought to be an effective and safe method for treating moderate to severe acne scars and wrinkles in Asians.  相似文献

Prolidase deficiency is a hereditary enzyme deficiency characterized dermatologically by chronic recurrent ulcers and scarring due to increased skin fragility. It has been speculated that the enzyme deficiency causes a relative deficiency of proline in the wounds of these patients and negatively affects clinical healing. Two ulcers in a 17-year-old girl with established prolidase deficiency were treated for 12 weeks with ointments containing amino acids in an open study comparing the effects of 5% proline and a combination of 5% proline plus 5% glycine. Both ointments caused significant reduction of the ulcer size (p < 0.02), but the 5% proline-5% glycine mixture caused a more rapid reduction (0.01 < p < 0.02). The results confirm previous findings in this rare inborn error of metabolism.  相似文献
