Objective To investigate the relationship between CD4-CD8-T cells ratio and IL-4, IFN-γ levels in the peripheral blood of patients with pancreatic carcinoma. Methods Floweytometer was used to analyze the CD4-CD8-T cells ratio in the peripheral blood of patients with pancreatic carcinoma and the IL-4 ,IFN-γ levels were detected by ELISA. Results The ratio of CD4-CD8-T cell in CD3+ T cell from 25 pancreatic carcinoma patients was(4.2 ± 1.7) %, the ratio of CD4-CD8-T cell in CD3+T cell from 45 healthy person was(6.3 ± 2.6) %, there was significant deviation between the two groups(P < 0. 01). The IL-4 level of 25 pancreatic carcinoma patients was (86.3 ± 23.3) fg/L,the IL-4 level of 45 healthy person was (56.2 ± 9.2) fg/L,there was significant deviation between the two groups(P <0.01). The IFN-γ level of 25 pancreatic carcinoma patients was (16.4±4.8) fg/L before operation, the IFN-γ level of 45 healthy person was (27.4±3.8) fg/L,there was significant deviation between the two groups(P <0.01). The ratio of CD4-CD8-T cell in pancreatic carcinoma patient after operation was higher than before operation. It could be found negative correlation between CD4-CD8-T cells ratio and IL-4 level in pancreatic carcinoma patient,it could also be found positive correlation between CD4-CD8-T cells ratio and IFN-γ level in pancreatic carcinoma patient. In pancreatic carcinoma patient, the CD4-CD8-T cells ratio and IL-4 level was significant associated with clinical stage (P < 0.05), but no relationship with hisological differentiation (P>0.05), it could be found no relationship between IFN-γ level and clinical stage, hisoiogieal differentiation (P > 0.05). Conclusion The CD4±CD8±T cells ratio in the peripheral blood of patients is decreased,it may be participate in the carcinogenesis and development of pancreatic carcinoma by influence the IFN-γ levels.  相似文献

Objective To study the relationship between the expression of cytochrome c ( Cyt c) and programmed cell death 4 (PDCD4) in pancreatic cancer, and investigate the pathway of PDCD4 inducing the apoptosis of pancreatic cancer cells. Methods Pancreatic cancer specimens from 69 patients who received pancreatic resection from 1990 to 2002 in First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were collected. The expression of Cyt c in the 69 paraffin specimens of pancreatic cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the expression of Cyt c in 8 samples of cold-preserved fresh pancreatic cancer and normal pancreatic tissues were detected by Western blot. The expression of PDCD4 and Cyt c in pancreatic cancer was analyzed by paired t test and chi-square test. Results Compared with normal pancreatic tissues, the expression of Cyt c in pancreatic cancer was significantly decreased. The positive expression rate of Cyt c in 69 samples of pancreatic cancer was 41% (28/69). The expression of Cyt c was positive in most patients with positive expression of PDCD4, and the expression of PDCD4 was negative in most patients with negative expression of Cyt c. The expression of PDCD4 and Cyt c was closely correlated with each other (χ2= 10.52, P < 0.05). Conclusions There is a close relationship between the expression of PDCD4 and Cyt c in pancreatic cancer. PDCD4 may induce the apoptosis of pancreatic cancer cells through mitochondrial pathway.  相似文献

Objective To investigate the relationship between the Fas expression in peripheral blood T cells and bladder transitional cell carcinoma (TCC). Methods The Fas expression in peripheral blood T cells of 52 patients with TCC and 37 healthy people was detected by flowcytometry. The Fas-posi-tive rate was compared by t test between two designed groups. Results The Fas expression in CD4+ [(20.74±9.02)%] and CD8+[ (7.51±5.93 )% ] was increased in TCC patients as compared with controls ( P < 0. 01 ). Fas-positive CD8+ ceils were reduced in invasive TCC as compared with superficial TCC [ ( 5. 83±3.95 ) % vs ( 5. 83±3.95 ) %, P < 0.05 ], but there was no difference between primary and recurrent cases ( P > 0.05 ). Conclusion The abnormal Fas expression in peripheral blood T cells may play an important role in the development and progression of TCC.  相似文献
