OBJECTIVE: To correlate the patient-derived physical function score, as measured by the disease specific Myasthenia Gravis Questionnaire (MGQ), and the score obtained with commonly used generic 36-item questionnaire, the Short-Form health survey (SF-36), with the degree of abnormal neuromuscular transmission measured by Single-Fibre EMG (SFEMG) and repetitive nerve stimulation (RNS) in Myasthenia Gravis (MG) patients. METHODS: SFEMG and RNS were performed in the deltoid muscle and SFEMG was also performed in the orbicularis oculi muscle in 45 MG patients. The patients were asked to fill out the MGQ, which has been translated and validated into Swedish, and the SF-36. The sum of MGQ items generates a global MGQ score. Items are also divided into 3 muscle specific domains: generalized, bulbar and ocular. RESULTS: The global MGQ score and generalized domain score of MGQ were strongly correlated with the degree of abnormal neuromuscular transmission, as measured by SFEMG in the deltoid muscle. Scores from ocular and bulbar domains of MGQ were not related to neurophysiological findings. Physical composite scores of SF-36 correlated significantly with the abnormal SFEMG findings in the deltoid. CONCLUSIONS: The degree of disturbed neuromuscular transmission in a proximal limb muscle correlates with a patient's subjective experience of generalized myasthenic dysfunction. SIGNIFICANCE: The observed correlation adds a new dimension to neurophysiological examinations in patients with MG.  相似文献

OBJECTIVES: Approximately 50% of patients treated with thymectomy have a chance for symptom-free life. However, immunological and neurophysiological abnormalities may be detected in patients with clinical remission. Although improvement usually parallels decrease in acetylcholine receptor antibody (AChRAb) levels and jitter values, there is a question what factors influence immunological and electrophysiological remission in a population of myasthenia gravis (MG) patients. METHODS: We analyzed retrospectively clinical data of 32 MG patients operated for generalized MG, followed-up at our department for 17.2 (4-31) years. They were in clinical remission for 12.8 (2-25) years. All of them had single fiber electromyograhy (SFEMG) of extensor digitorum communis muscle (EDC) muscle and estimation of AChRAb level at the end of follow-up. Their age at onset of MG was 17 years (6-48) and at thymectomy 19 (6.4-58) years. Tensilon test was positive in 30, repetitive nerve stimulation in 29 cases. RESULTS: Clinical remission was reached on average 4.2 years after thymectomy. SFEMG jitter value normalized in 60% of cases. AChRAb were negative only in 34% of patients. Jitter values correlated with AChRAb levels (P=0.006, r=0.5) but were not related to clinical factors. Only time to thymectomy correlated with time from thymectomy to clinical remission (P=0.001, r=0.5). CONCLUSIONS: Clinical remission is not always accompanied by normalization of SFEMG and AChRAb. Although normalization of neuromuscular transmission in patients with remission of MG is individual, short duration of MG before thymectomy increases the chance of early remission.  相似文献

ObjectiveThe study aimed to determine the utility of single-fibre electromyography (SFEMG) in the diagnosis of myasthenia gravis (MG) in subjects with a clinical suspicion of the disease.MethodsWe performed a prospective, single-blinded study on 100 consecutive patients. SFEMG was not considered a criterion in making the MG diagnosis. For all cases, a different physician than the one performing SFEMG made the diagnosis of MG. All subjects underwent standard SFEMG of a single muscle, the orbicularis oculi.ResultsSFEMG was abnormal in 67 of 100 patients. A final diagnosis of definite MG was made in 54 patients (30 men/24 women). SFEMG was positive in 53 of 54 patients diagnosed with MG. The sensitivity of SFEMG in diagnosing MG was 98% (95% CI: 0.94–1.02), while the specificity was 70% (95% CI: 0.54–0.86), with a positive predictive value of 79% (95% CI: 0.74–0.79) and a negative predictive value of 97% (95% CI: 0.94–0.99).ConclusionsIn this cohort of patients, normal SFEMG findings were unlikely to occur in patients with MG.SignificanceSFEMG is not a confirmatory test for the diagnosis of MG, but it has a high negative predictive value in identifying patients without MG.  相似文献

We performed single fiber electromyography (SFEMG) in the superior rectus and levator palpebralis (SR-LP) muscles of 17 patients with pure ocular myasthenia gravis (MG) and 9 controls. Thirteen patients were also assessed with SFEMG in the orbicularis oculi (OO) muscle. All the MG patients but none of the control subjects showed abnormal SFEMG jitter in the SR-LP muscles. On the other hand, only 62% of the MG patients had abnormal SFEMG jitter in the OO muscle. The procedure was well tolerated by the patients, and complications were minor. We conclude that SFEMG of the SR–LP muscles is a safe and highly sensitive technique for the diagnosis of ocular MG. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

57例MG患者和40例健康正常人分别进行了SFEMG检查,部分患者同时进行重复电刺激和SFEMG进行比较。结果发现:MG患者SFEMG阳性率为82.5%。按MG分型:眼肌型阳性率为58.3%,全身型阳性率为100%。而重复电刺激阳性率仅为64%。同时SFEMG的个体MCD均值大小及Jitter阻滞率与病程无关,与病型和病情有关。SFEMG是诊断MG敏感的电生理检查方法。  相似文献

Repetitive hypoglossal nerve stimulation in myasthenia gravis.   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
OBJECTIVES: To assess the diagnostic efficacy of repetitive nerve stimulation (RNS) of the hypoglossal nerve in patients with myasthenia gravis (MG) and bulbar symptoms (dysphagia, dysarthria). METHODS: Twenty patients with MG and 25 normal controls had RNS of the hypoglossal nerve. All patients also had single fibre electromyography (SFEMG) of the orbicularis oculi and RNS with recordings of the nasalis, trapezius and abductor pollicis brevis muscles. RESULTS: All patients had positive SFEMG studies. Nine patients with bulbar symptoms had positive hypoglossal RNS, including 3 with negative RNS recordings in other muscles. Eleven patients with no bulbar symptoms showed negative hypoglossal RNS, including two with positive RNS recordings from other muscles. CONCLUSIONS: Abnormal RNS of the hypoglossal nerve correlates well with bulbar dysfunction and further characterises the extent of neuromuscular transmission defect in MG patients.  相似文献

Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disease caused in 85% of the patients by acetylcholine receptor (AChR) antibodies. Non-AChR muscle antibodies, against titin and ryanodine receptor (RyR) are mainly found in sera of patients with thymoma or late-onset MG. The occurrence of RyR antibodies increases the risk for severe MG and should lead to active immunomodulating treatment already at MG onset. The aim in this study was to describe the association between symptoms at MG onset and antibody profile in 152 patients. Patients with RyR antibodies had the highest rate of bulbar, respiratory and neck involvement at MG onset. They also had the highest frequency of non-limb MG symptoms. Neck weakness occurred in 40%. Respiratory difficulties at MG onset occurred in patients with titin antibodies, with and without RyR antibodies. Patients with RyR antibodies have a distinctive non-limb MG symptom profile, with bulbar, ocular, neck, and respiratory symptoms. These features, identified as early as at the first examination by a neurologist, characterize the RyR antibody positive subgroup at MG onset.  相似文献

The distribution of muscle weakness in myasthenia gravis (MG) patients with acetylcholine receptor (AChR) antibodies is highly variable. As muscle groups respond differently to therapeutic interventions, it is important to acknowledge this variability. We analysed the distribution of muscle weakness in 225 AChR MG patients over time. On the basis of combinations of muscle weakness, seven phenotypes were defined: ‘ocular’ (O), ‘bulbar’ (B), ‘neck/limbs/respiratory’ (NLR), or a combination (O+B, O+NLR, B+NLR and O+B+NLR). MG remained restricted to ocular weakness in 5%, whereas 7% never had ocular weakness. At last follow-up, ocular or bulbar weakness had resolved more frequently than NLR weakness (40%, 38% and 25%; p = 0.003, respectively). Patients with O, B or OB phenotype at baseline had a higher age at onset and were more frequently male than patients with NLR, ONLR, BNLR or OBNLR phenotype (52.7 ± 17.5 vs. 44.0 ± 18.9; p = 0.007 and 64% vs. 37%; p = 0.002, respectively). MG patients have heterogeneous distributions of muscle weakness and frequently shift between phenotypes. The phenotypic variations found in AChR MG suggest that also other factors aside from the AChR antibody mediated immune response are of importance in determining the disease expression in MG.  相似文献

Here we report how the different types of regional muscle involvement, i.e. bulbar, ocular or generalized, in patients with myasthenia gravis (MG) influence the mental aspects of quality of life. Clinical examination according to Osserman was performed in 48 MG patients (45 women, three men; mean age 54, SD 12 years). Each patient was at the time for clinical evaluation asked to fill out the disease-specific Myasthenia Gravis Questionnaire (MGQ) and the Short-Form 36-item questionnaire for health survey (SF-36) as patient-oriented tools. We related the regional domains (generalized domain, bulbar domain and ocular domain) of the MGQ and the clinical findings, respectively, with mental quality of life as assessed by SF-36. Bulbar and generalized involvement results in impairment of mental aspects of quality of life, whereas ocular involvement does not.  相似文献

Patients (n = 41) with isolated weakness of the eyelids or extraocular muscles, who had been referred for single fiber electromyography (SFEMG), were followed up after 4 to 24 months, At follow-up the patients were classified as "definite ocular myasthenia gravis" (MG), "definite other diagnosis," or "no definite diagnosis" on the basis of the completed investigations and subsequent course. The original SFEMG findings in the frontalis muscle were then reviewed. The specificity and sensitivity of SFEMG for "definite ocular MG" could be maximized by using as criteria for abnormality greater than 8/20 pairs with jitter greater than 45 microseconds, or a mean jitter of 20 pairs of greater than 50 microseconds. Patients with abnormal SFEMG according to these criteria have MG, and are likely to require treatment in the immediate future. Patients who have normal SFEMG according to these criteria (and no other demonstrated disorder) may have MG, but it is so mild that they are unlikely to require treatment. Two patients whose final diagnosis was progressive external ophthalmoplegia had normal SFEMG according to these criteria.  相似文献

For the diagnosis of ocular myasthenia gravis (ocular MG), testing of the muscles close to the affected ones may be important. The relative importance of several methods: stimulated single fiber EMG (stimulated SFEMG), repetitive nerve stimulation test (RNS) of orbicularis oculi muscle, and infrared reflection oculography (IROG) was investigated. Thirty-two patients in whom a diagnosis of ocular MG was considered on clinical grounds were admitted to the study. Based on the results of the three neurophysiological tests, the patients could be divided in three groups: a first group with an abnormal stimulated SFEMG, and an abnormal RNS and/or abnormal IROG; a second group with only a slightly abnormal stimulated SFEMG; and a third group with normal tests in all three tests. The clinical diagnosis of ocular MG was made in all 11 patients of the first group; in 86% (6 of 7) of the patients of the second group; and in 7% (1 of 14) of the patients of the third groups. This study demonstrates that the orbicularis oculi muscle is a suitable muscle for stimulated SFEMG in patients with ocular MG, and that the results obtained with this technique showed a better relation with the clinical diagnosis than those of the two other techniques. We also demonstrate that there is no additional value in studying the jitter with different stimulation rates in patients with suspected ocular MG. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

To clarify the current status of treatments and outcomes of patients with myasthenia gravis (MG) in Japan, a total of 470 patients (164 men and 306 women; mean age 41 years) were recruited from 19 Japanese tertiary medical centers in 1999-2000. Thymectomy was performed in 319 (68%) of the patients. Patients who received thymectomy were younger (p = 0.01) and had more severe disabilities (p < 0.01) than patients without thymectomy. Irrespective of receiving thymectomy, most of the patients were administered corticosteroids (64%), other immunosuppressive agents (10%), or cholinesterase inhibitors (86%). Of 395 patients followed up for more than 12 months after treatment (mean 8.0 years), 30% (34% of thymectomized and 21% of non-thymectomized patients) were in remission (no symptoms with/without medication), 34% had only ocular symptoms, and the remaining 35% still had weakness of bulbar or limb muscles at the end of follow-up. The prognosis of MG in Japan was generally favorable, but despite the frequent use of thymectomy and immunosuppressive treatments, approximately one-third of patients still had generalized weakness. More effective or intensive treatments are required to improve the prognosis.  相似文献

Autoimmune disorders of neuromuscular transmission are caused by antibodies (abs) directed against membrane proteins at the motor end-plate. Myasthenia gravis (MG) is due, in most cases, to abs against the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (AChR). Anti-AChR-positive MG actually includes different disease entities: weakness can be confined to extrinsic ocular muscles or can be generalized; patients with generalized MG (G-MG) can be subdivided on the basis of age of onset, HLA association and thymic pathology. About 15% of G-MG patients are anti-AChR-negative; in a proportion of these cases serum abs against the muscle- specific kinase (MuSK) are found. Anti-MuSK-positive MG is characterized by predominant involvement of bulbar muscles and very low frequency of thymic pathology. The Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome (LEMS) is caused by abs against voltage-gated calcium channels at nerve terminal. LEMS is characterized by muscle weakness and autonomic disturbances and it is paraneoplastic in over 50% of the cases. In neuromyotonia and cramp-fasciculation syndrome, that are thought to be due to anti-voltage-gated potassium channel abs, signs of peripheral nerve hyperexcitability can be associated with CNS features.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Juvenile myasthenia gravis (JMG) is an uncommon disease. Unlike adults, clinical characteristics and outcomes of myasthenia gravis (MG) are not well studied in children. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Case records of 77 patients with MG who were 15 years of age or less at disease onset, evaluated over a period of 34 years at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences, Bangalore, India, were reviewed. Their clinical characteristics and response to therapy was compared with 290 patients with MG onset after 15 years of age. RESULTS: Median age at onset was 8 years and mean period of follow-up was 6.2 years (range 6 months to 25 years). At presentation, 30% of patients had ocular myasthenia and the rest had generalized disease. Twenty-one patients (27%) had disease confined to ocular muscles throughout the course and three had limb girdle myasthenia. Familial myasthenia was more common than adult onset disease, 10 patients had positive family history. Unlike adults, none of the patients had associated autoimmune disease. Fifty-two patients (67%) received corticosteroids, and azathioprine was added in five patients. Thymectomy was performed in 11 patients, six below the age of 15 years. Thymic histology was normal in one and showed hyperplasia in eight and thymoma in one. Four patients had crisis. At the end of follow-up, 25 patients were asymptomatic, 28 had partial improvement, and nine remained unchanged or worsened and two died. Ten patients achieved complete stable remission. CONCLUSIONS: This study shows some distinctive characteristics of JMG, such as higher frequency of ocular myasthenia, benign course, better long-term outcome and lack of association of thymoma and other autoimmune disorders.  相似文献

Extraocular muscle weakness is the most common presenting sign of myasthenia gravis (MG). More than half of patients presenting with symptoms isolated to these muscles (OMG) develop generalized myasthenia gravis (GMG) over the course of their illness. No clinical, laboratory, or electrophysiological features are recognized that identify these high-risk patients. We have therefore assessed the ability of single-fiber electromyography (SFEMG) to predict the development of GMG in patients presenting with OMG. Thirty-nine consecutive patients presenting with OMG underwent SFEMG of the extensor digitorum communis muscle as well as a battery of other laboratory and imaging studies at the time of diagnosis. All patients were followed prospectively for a minimum of 24 months or until they developed GMG. Two patients were excluded, leaving 37 for assessment. Twenty remained with pure OMG for the entire follow-up period (mean, 55 months). Twenty-six of the 37 had abnormal SFEMG studies at presentation. Eleven of these remained with OMG and 15 developed GMG. Fifty-eight percent of patients with an abnormal SFEMG developed GMG, whereas 82% of those with a normal study remained with OMG. Thus, a normal SFEMG was associated with MG remaining restricted to the extraocular muscles. (P = 0.036, Fisher's exact test), but an abnormal SFEMG was not predictive of subsequent development of GMG.  相似文献

Objective: To correlate repetitive nerve stimulation (RNS) decrement in different muscles with the predominant clinical presentation in myasthenia gravis (MG), and to study single fibre EMG (SFEMG) sensitivity in ocular MG.Methods: Sixty-nine, untreated, consecutive patients suspected for MG were observed prospectively for a minimum of 6 months. Those who improved on medical treatment were diagnosed as MG. The others, in whom the neurophysiological studies were normal and that did not improve on medical treatment served as a control group, from which normative data for RNS and SFEMG was obtained. The MG patients were further classified in 3 subgroups according to the predominant clinical presentation: group I (ocular); group b (bulbar); and group a (axial). We performed RNS in nasalis, trapezius, anconeus, and abductor digiti minimi. All patients with ocular MG underwent jitter determination of the orbicularis oculi muscle.Results: Thirty-seven patients were diagnosed as MG (group I, 15; group b, 13; group a, 9). In group I, RNS was abnormal in 33% of the patients. RNS studies disclosed at least one abnormal muscle response in every patient in groups a and b. Trapezius was significantly more sensitive in group a, and anconeus and nasalis in group b (P<0.01). Jitter was abnormal in all patients in group I, and the most sensitive parameter was an increased number of unstable pairs, 100%.Conclusions: Based on these observations, we recommend that a shoulder muscle, as the trapezius, should be studied first in the limb-axial presentation of MG, and the anconeus–nasalis muscles in predominant bulbar MG. In ocular MG, RNS is not sensitive and jitter should be performed in facial muscles.Significance: This paper shows the unequal sensitivity of several muscles to RNS in different forms of MG.  相似文献

Objectives:To report demographic and clinical data on 98 myasthenia gravis (MG) patients, seen over 5 years (January 2014-December 2018).Methods:This was a retrospective, observational cohort study carried out at 3 hospitals in Bahrain. MG was classified into ocular or generalized types. We subdivided MG into early-onset (EOMG, ≤ 49 years) or late-onset (LOMG, > 49 years). Demographic and clinical data were recorded. The data was entered and analyzed using SPSS version 26.0.Results:61.2% were females. The mean age at onset was 43.8±17.7 years in males and 43.1±15.7 years in females. 72.4% had EOMG. A pure ocular presentation was most common (51%). Limb weakness was more prevalent in AChR-positive patients. The MuSK group had more severe presentation. 57.1% of patients were AChR-positive, 3.1% MuSK-positive, and 39.8% double-seronegative. Generalized disease onset was more likely with AChR. Abnormal CT chest was seen in 24/69 (35%) including thymic hyperplasia, thymoma, and thymic atrophy. Pathology findings were thymic hyperplasia (55.0%), thymoma (30%), thymolipoma (10%), and normal thymus (5%). Treatment outcomes were favorable.Conclusion:The present study revealed that MG was more common in females, with similar age at onset between males and females. The majority of patients had EOMG with ocular disease and AChR positivity. The clinical outcomes were favorable. Following a standardized protocol for MG diagnosis and workup is recommended.

Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disease of neuromuscular transmission, characterized by fatigable muscle weakness,1 mediated by an antibody attack on components of the postsynaptic membrane of the neuromuscular junction, such as the acetylcholine receptor (AChR), muscle-specific tyrosine kinase (MuSK) and lipoprotein receptor-related protein 4 (LRP4).2,3 This may result in various distribution of muscle weakness among different patients, including ocular and limb weakness, bulbar involvement, and sometimes respiratory failure, as well as various degrees of severity.2,4,5 The MG is the major disorder that affects the neuromuscular junction, while other rarer syndromes include the Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome and botulism, both affecting the presynaptic neuromuscular junction.4 The Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America (MGFA) clinical classification (class I ocular, class II mild generalized weakness, class III moderate generalized weakness, class IV severe weakness, and class V needing intubation) is used to identify subgroups of MG patients sharing certain clinical features or disease severity, which may help predict disease prognosis and treatment outcome.6Based on serum antibody profile and clinical phenotypes, MG can be classified into seven subgroups: early-onset MG (EOMG), late-onset MG (LOMG), thymoma-associated MG, MuSK MG, LRP4 MG, ocular MG, and seronegative (SN) generalized MG.4,5,7 This classification is clinically useful, as there are important differences in terms of clinical features, thymus abnormalities, treatment outcome, and drug adverse events among different phenotypes.2,5 For example, Deymeer et al5 compared the clinical characteristics of 32 anti-MuSK MG, 161 anti-AChR MG and 33 SN MG patients. The MuSK MG group had more bulbar involvement and more severe disease with crises, while the SN group had a milder disease with a good outcome and lower percentage of steroid maintenance doses and use of other immunosuppressants such as azathioprine. Females predominated in all 3 groups.In general, the prognosis of MG is good, due to early diagnosis and availability of symptomatic treatment, and the use of effective immunosuppressants and other supportive measures.4 The aim of our study was to retrospectively gather data on the clinical characteristics of MG patients in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and compare it with regional and international data.  相似文献

An unsolved issue remains whether there are clinical and immunological features to predict in a single patient the risk of conversion from ocular Myasthenia Gravis (OMG) to generalized disease (GMG) as 50–60% of patients may progress within 1–2 years since onset. Anti-acetylcholine receptor antibodies (AChR Abs) are found in up to 50% of OMG patients; muscle-specific tyrosine kinase antibodies (MuSK-Abs) are present in about 70% of the whole seronegative (SN), who usually develop a severe disease with bulbar involvement. We surveyed a cohort of 175 OMG patients with purely ocular symptoms and we compare the outcome of patients with antibodies to AChR or to MuSK with those seronegative for both Abs (DSN). All patients had purely ocular signs for at least 24 months. Gender, age at onset, time to generalization or to worsening in quantitative ocular QMG scores, electrophysiological results were analyzed. Males were 58.9%, females 41.1%. Patients with late onset of symptoms after 50 years (LOMG) were 78.3%. We assayed anti-MuSK-Abs in 4.7%, anti-AChR Abs in 38.5%; 57.3% were defined DSN. Thirty-seven patients (21.1%) progressed to GMG during the observational time: 23 were females, 62% of the whole group of the generalized subjects, 75% of MuSK-positive OMG converted to GMG versus the 26.2% of AChR positive and 13.7% of DSN. Statistical analysis showed that gender and presence of antibodies either to AChR or to MuSK were independent predictors of worse outcome; the DSN subjects had lower risk of conversion to GMG.  相似文献

In a study covering 85% of the population of Hong Kong, 39% of all myasthenia gravis (MG) patients, i.e. 103 individuals (54 girls and 49 boys) were found to have had MG with onset before puberty. Two patients had transient neonatal MG, 20 had early onset juvenile MG and 81 had late onset juvenile MG. Restricted ocular MG occurred in 71% of patients and the remainder had generalised MG. The median age at onset was 4 years. Complete remission occurred in 34 patients (34%), a good response in 14 (14%), and fair response in 32 (32%). The clinical course remained static in 16 patients (16%) and 3 patients deteriorated. Two patients died, 1 with myasthenic crisis and the other with cholinergic crisis. All patients, except 2 with neonatal MG, were initially treated with anticholinesterase, but 24% also required steroid therapy. Thymectomy was performed for 12 patients, of whom 5 (42%) showed marked improvement. Thymic histology was normal in 3, showed hyperplasia in 6, non-invasive thymoma in 1 and involution in 2. The most commonly associated disease was Graves' disease which occurred in 7 patients (7%).  相似文献

We observed, during a 25-year period, 15 patients from 6 families with autoimmune myasthenia gravis (all Chinese Han from Guangdong Province) referred to our department. Their mean onset age was 13.4 years (range 2-25 years) with 10 patients with juvenile onset. The female:male ratio was 3:2. Acetylcholine receptors antibody titers were increased in 11 patients (range 1.62-19.8 nmol/L). Thymectomy was performed in six patients, who received corticosteroids /immune inhibitor plus pyridostigmine treatments after surgery. The other patients were placed on therapy with azathioprine, cyclophosphamide, corticosteroids and acetylcholinesterase inhibitors. All patients responded well to immunosuppressants, and psychiatric symptoms were observed only in one patient who received a high dose of corticosteroids. Patients with generalized type in the same family had different presentations with variable prognosis. HLA-A 0207 was found in 9 patients (9/15), HLA-B 4601 in 11 patients (11/15), and HLA-DRB1 0901 in 12 patients (12/15). When compared to familial autoimmune myasthenia gravis in other countries, we observed peculiar characteristics of Chinese populations, such as the within-family consistency was only found in families with ocular MG type (50% of all MG families), while the pathogenetic conditions and the prognoses of the generalized MG patients may differ greatly within the same family. These findings may shed new light on the genetic predisposition and the origin of immune abnormalities of MG patients.  相似文献
