探究采用透明质酸钠凝胶进行唇部填充的美学效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年1月于我院行唇部填充的120例女性求美者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组60例。对照组采用胶原蛋白填充,试验组采用透明质酸钠凝胶填充,比较两组唇峰立体感、唇线清晰度、唇纹改善情况及满意度。结果 试验组唇形立体感、唇线清晰度、唇纹改善情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组满意度为88.33%,高于对照组的58.33%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 透明质酸钠凝胶唇部填充能够有效改善唇形、唇线清晰度和唇纹,提升唇红区的颜色饱和度和光泽度,实现对称美感,达到自然而又丰盈的唇部美学效果。  相似文献

目的:探讨透明质酸钠凝胶(Hyaluronicacid,HA)行唇部填充对唇部美学参数的影响。方法:选取2021年11月-2022年2月有改善唇部需求的女性就医者50例为研究对象,均进行唇部、口周、全面部HA填充,于术后即刻、术后2周、术后1个月评估治疗效果、满意度、疼痛度及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后1个月唇部美学参数较治疗前有显著改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全面部HA治疗后就医者对唇部满意度最高,可达98.00%。HA注射用于唇部填充疼痛等级为轻度,可耐受。治疗后不良反应情况均在1个月内完全消失。结论:HA用于唇部填充优点突出,且联合全面部HA注射治疗可以达到更好的临床效果,就医者满意度高。  相似文献

目的:观察透明质酸制剂在对面部皮肤老化情况进行注射填充治疗的效果.方法:对这128名患者面部不同部位行皮下注射填充,即:把透明质酸制剂注射到相应部位的皮下组织浅层或真皮层的深层.结果:术后随访3天~2年,绝大多数的患者获得了满意的效果,只有9例效果不明显.结论:在对面部皮肤抗老化注射填充方面,透明质酸制剂无疑是一种安全、有效地组织代用品.但是,在对面部凹陷填充和局部塑型方面,远期效果还有待观察。  相似文献

目的:探究中下面部线雕联合局部注射填充在面部年轻化中的应用价值。方法:选择2019年-2021年12月笔者医院皮肤科收治的需年轻化治疗的112例女性就医者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(56例)和观察组(56例)。对照组采用透明质酸局部注射填充,观察组采用中下面部线雕联合透明质酸局部注射填充,比较两组临床疗效、皮肤状态、面部皱纹改善情况、生活质量及不良反应。结果:术后1周,观察组临床疗效优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);术后3个月,观察组水分、弹性评分高于对照组,油脂评分低于对照组(均P<0.05),改良Fitzpatrick皱纹量表、整体美学改善量表(Global aesthetic improvement scale,GAIS)评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论:中下面部线雕联合局部注射填充抗衰效果显著,可进一步提高临床疗效,改善皮肤质地、皱纹等,不良反应轻微,美学效果好。  相似文献

目的 探讨应用透明质酸进行红唇注射填充美容的临床效果.方法 自2010年7月至2013年10月,应用透明质酸对32例求美者进行红唇注射填充美容.注射方法为线性或连续多点注射,注射层次为口轮匝肌浅面,观察临床效果、维持时间及不良反应.结果 本组共32例求美者,注射填充治疗后,美容效果明显;上唇填充量为0.8~1.5ml,平均1.1ml;下唇填充量为0.5~1.2ml,平均0.8ml.维持时间6~8个月.注射后即刻,局部肿胀,未发生血管栓塞、感染、出血、红斑等并发症.结论 利用透明质酸进行红唇注射填充,是一种安全有效的方法,值得推广使用.  相似文献

随着现代医学美容技术的发展,进行注射填充的患者呈现年轻化趋势。注射填充技术为皮肤或皮下组织填料提供了部分支撑作用。由于这一技术在操作、安全、可重复应用和治疗后的长期临床效果等方面的优势,在临床中被广泛使用,以透明质酸为主的注射填充尤为常见。透明质酸主要用于填充和增强因老化或其他因素而失去体积和水分的面部组织。然而,随着持续使用透明质酸注射填充,以面部馒化为主的并发症随之增加。本文就面部注射填充透明质酸引起馒化及修复治疗、其他早期和远期并发症及修复治疗作一综述。  相似文献

目的探讨透明质酸注射填充修复下颌前沟的临床效果。方法自2010年5月至2013年10月,应用透明质酸对29例求美者进行下颌前沟注射填充,并观察临床效果、维持时间及不良反应。结果本组共29例求美者(共58侧),术后即刻修复效果明显,每侧填充量为0.5~2.0ml,平均0.8ml。维持时间6—8个月。注射后,局部轻微肿胀、皮肤发红,未发生血管栓塞、感染、出血、红斑等并发症。结论透明质酸作为可降解的非活性填充材料,可以安全、有效地修复下颌前沟,改善下颌轮廓。  相似文献

目的:探讨应用疗程法注射透明质酸隆鼻的效果和持续性。方法:透明质酸注射于鼻部以抬高鼻部,与注射后3个月、9个月、18个月根据实际情况补充注射0.5ml透明质酸。结果:10例首次治疗后跟踪随访3年,临床效果满意,3年内可以维持高鼻梁的外形。结论:疗程法应用透明质酸注射隆鼻使求美者鼻背增高由只注射一次只能保持3~6个月延长到3年,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

目的:分析具有透明质酸受体精子的质量特征,寻找精子质量评估新指标。方法:用透明质酸包被载玻片检测活动精子-透明质酸结合率,分析其与精液常规、精子膜功能、精子受精功能和精子成熟障碍指标的关系。结果:头部具有透明质酸结合位点的精子,顶体完整性[(95.4±3.9)%]、线粒体膜高电位率[(97.8±2.1)%]明显高于原始活动精子[(68.8±6.2)%和(72.8±7.4)%,P均0.01];精子-透明质酸结合率与多项精液常规参数呈弱相关性(r=0.195~0.268,P均0.05),与诱发顶体反应率和精子正常形态率呈正相关(r=0.666、0.417,P均0.01),与精子核蛋白不成熟度、DNA碎片率和过量残留胞质率呈负相关(r=-0.266、-0.308、-0.218,P0.01、0.01、0.05)。结论:头部存在透明质酸受体的精子,其质膜结构、受精潜能、成熟度俱佳;用于检测精子透明质酸受体的精子-透明质酸结合试验,是独立的精子多重质量评价新指标。  相似文献

目的:研究中国青年未育女性的肚脐美学特征及对其进行相关的美学评价。方法:根据一定的采集标准,收集682例中国青年未育女性的肚脐外观特征照片,根据肚脐的外观美学特征对肚脐进行分类,归纳总结每类肚脐的美学特征,邀请美容整形医师及普通人群组成评议小组,对分类后的肚脐照片进行美学评价。结果:肚脐的形态分为六型,分别为垂直型、T型、椭圆型、圆型、水平横型、不规则型,其中垂直狭长型和T型肚脐为美脐的形态。结论:每型肚脐均有其独特的美学特征,其中符合中国人的审美标准的肚脐形态为垂直狭长型肚脐和T型肚脐。  相似文献

目的:分析总结面部外伤的早期修复经验,指导临床相关工作。方法:对1993年1月至2004年12月间急诊处理并行早期修复的727例面部外伤患者进行回顾性分析总结。结果:727例患者中,经随诊发现:2例感染,2例创缘有血运障碍,3例拆线时伤口有部分裂开,4例伤愈后欠平整,11例在近期(1~4个月)内有瘢痕增生、局部潮红、切口线痕高出皮面且较硬。97%患者(705例)取得了满意的效果。结论:为减少后续治疗,对面部外伤急诊处理中的早期修复应予以高度重视并要考虑美学要求。主要经验是:早期细致清创至关重要;掌握手术技巧分层对位缝合;选择精细的缝合器械与材料;做好术后各项预防瘢痕增生的措施等。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of hyaluronic acid supplementation on chondrocyte metabolism in vitro. The clinical benefits of intra-articular hyaluronic acid injections are thought to occur through improved joint lubrication. Recent findings have shown that exogenous hyaluronic acid is incorporated into articular cartilage where it may have a direct biological effect on chondrocytes through CD44 receptors.Bovine articular chondrocytes were isolated and seeded into alginate constructs. These were cultured in medium containing hyaluronic acid at varying concentrations. Samples were assayed for biochemical and histological changes.There was a dose-dependent response to the exposure of hyaluronic acid to bovine articular chondrocytes in vitro. Low concentrations of hyaluronic acid (0.1 mg/mL and 1 mg/mL) significantly increase DNA, sulphated glycosaminoglycan and hydroxyproline synthesis. Immunohistology confirmed the maintenance of cell phenotype with increased matrix deposition of chondroitin-6-sulphate and collagen type II. These findings confirm a stimulatory effect of hyaluronic acid on chondrocyte metabolism.  相似文献

Atherosclerosis is a chronic inflammatory condition of the blood vessel wall that can lead to arterial narrowing and subsequent vascular compromise. Although there are a variety of open and endovascular procedures used to alleviate the obstructions caused by atherosclerotic plaque, blood vessel instrumentation itself can lead to renarrowing of the vessel lumen through intimal hyperplasia, wound contracture, or a combination of the two. While the cell types involved in both atherosclerosis and vessel renarrowing after surgical intervention are largely characterized, current research has shown that components of the extracellular matrix are also important in the pathogenesis of the aforementioned processes. One such component is hyaluronic acid (HA). The objective of this review, therefore, is to examine the involvement of HA in these pathologic processes. Literature on the structure and function of HA was reviewed, with particular attention given to the role of HA in the processes of atherogenesis, intimal hyperplasia, and wound contracture after blood vessel instrumentation. HA interacts with vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs), endothelial cells (ECs), and platelets to promote atherogenesis. In particular, VSMCs manufacture large amounts of HA that form "cable-like" structures important for leukocyte adhesion and rolling. Additionally, transmigration of leukocytes across the EC layer is mediated by HA. Platelets cleave large molecules of HA into fragments that up-regulate leukocyte production of chemokines and cytokines. HA also has a role in both intimal hyperplasia and wound contracture, the two processes most responsible for vessel renarrowing after vascular instrumentation. HA has a complex, and sometimes conflicting, role in the pathologic processes of atherogenesis and vessel wall renarrowing after surgical intervention.  相似文献

Data from self-perceptions of 55 female facial aesthetic surgery patients have been combined to show a general composite picture. Personal demographic data, life circumstances, and general attitudes are presented. Patients' motivations for surgery and expectations (both aesthetic result and resulting life changes) have been examined. Patient opinions of how their desires were met are included. The data show the patients' reactions to pre- and postoperative information, self-care instructions, and gernal staff management. The importance of hyaluronic acid in vocal fold biomechanics   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
OBJECTIVE: This study examined the influence of hyaluronic acid (HA) on the biomechanical properties of the human vocal fold cover (the superficial layer of the lamina propria). Study design: Vocal fold tissues were freshly excised from 5 adult male cadavers and were treated with bovine testicular hyaluronidase to selectively remove HA from the lamina propria extracellular matrix (ECM). Linear viscoelastic shear properties (elastic shear modulus and dynamic viscosity) of the tissue samples before and after enzymatic treatment were quantified as a function of frequency (0.01 to 15 Hz) by a parallel-plate rotational rheometer at 37 degrees C. RESULTS: On removing HA from the vocal fold ECM, the elastic shear modulus (G' ) or stiffness of the vocal fold cover decreased by an average of around 35%, while the dynamic viscosity (eta') increased by 70% at higher frequencies (>1 Hz). CONCLUSION: The results suggested that HA plays an important role in determining the biomechanical properties of the vocal fold cover. As a highly hydrated glycosaminoglycan in the vocal fold ECM, it likely contributes to the maintenance of an optimal tissue viscosity that may facilitate phonation, and an optimal tissue stiffness that may be important for vocal fundamental frequency control. SIGNIFICANCE: HA has been proposed as a potential bioimplant for the surgical repair of vocal fold ECM defects (eg, vocal fold scarring and sulcus vocalis). Our results suggested that such clinical use may be potentially optimal for voice production from a biomechanical perspective.  相似文献
