急诊专科护士核心能力评价指标体系的构建研究   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
目的 通过科学的研究方法,建立急诊专科护士棱心能力评价指标体系.方法 采用Delphi法对17名专家进行两轮问卷咨询,然后使用屡次分析法,定量分析各指标的权重.结果 专家咨询的权威系数为0.89,判断系数O.85,熟悉程度0.93;一、二级指标的协调系数分别为0.37、0.61,卡方检验P值均<0.05,具有统计学意义,认为专家咨询的协调程度好.结论 急诊专科护士核心能力评价指标体系各级指标的条目专家意见集中,研究结果可信度高,对急诊专科护士的任用、培训、考棱提供了客观、可量化的依据.  相似文献

The goal of this study is to make the agency nurse's performance standards equivalent to that of hospital nurse levels of performance based in hospital staff observation to provide continuity of safe, quality patient care. To attain this goal, the following should be done: (1) develop orientation process that includes module for general orientation; (2) agencies pay for nurse orientation to include 8-hour session and a 4-hour skills assessment; (3) develop flip cards for agency nurses as a resource tool; (4) annual general assessment for hospital employees to be completed by agency nurses; and (5) develop process to document and distribute information to charge nurses about agency nurse competency. Leaders should ensure that the process for identifying and managing are defined and implemented. The intent of this standard is to hold leaders within the healthcare organizations accountable.  相似文献

目的 构建适合中国国情的乳腺癌个案管理师核心能力评价指标。 方法 通过查阅文献和专家组分析,课题组整理讨论后拟订专家咨询问卷,于2019年10月—12月对中国北京市、广东省、浙江省、广西壮族自治区、台湾等省份的三级甲等专科医院及综合医院的19名乳腺肿瘤医疗及护理专家进行专家咨询。 结果 共开展2轮专家咨询。最终确立的乳腺癌个案管理师核心能力评价指标包括一级指标5个、二级指标12个、三级指标43个。专家咨询的专家权威系数均为0.93,熟悉程度系数为0.92、0.91,判断依据系数均为0.95;第1轮专家咨询各级指标肯德尔和谐系数为0.121~0.208,第2轮专家咨询各级指标肯德尔和谐系数为0.191~0.341。 结论 乳腺癌个案管理师核心能力各级评价指标专家咨询意见趋于一致,可信度高,可为乳腺癌个案管理师的培训、考核、评价提供可量化的参考依据。  相似文献

目的:构建精神科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。方法:采用德尔菲法对18名专家进行两轮函询。结果:专家的权威系数、意见集中程度和协调程度均较高;最终确立的指标体系包括7项一级指标,34项二级指标。结论:精神科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系的研究结果可靠性高,可为精神科专科护士的培养提供参考依据。  相似文献

急诊科专业护士核心能力需求的调查分析   总被引:8,自引:4,他引:4  
目的了解急诊科护士专业核心能力的培训现状及需求,为进一步开展针对性、系统性的培训提供依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷对广州市某12所医院急诊科的110名护士进行调查。结果护士对急诊科专业核心能力培训需求排序依次为急救仪器和设备、急救技能、协调组织与应急、教育培训,需求率分别为99.1%、96.4%、81.8%及69.1%。5年以下与5年以上护士在急救仪器和设备、急救技能的需求情况方面比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论急诊科专业护士核心能力的培训应结合其培训需求,加强急救仪器和设备的使用、突出急救技能、加强协调组织与应急能力的培训,从而为挽救患者的生命赢得时间。  相似文献

[目的]构建一套新护士岗位核心胜任力评价指标体系。[方法]采用文献分析法、理论分析法和头脑风暴法初步构建新护士岗位核心胜任力评价指标体系,运用德尔菲(Delphi)法通过2轮专家咨询和论证确定评价指标体系;运用层次分析法和专家重要性赋值平均分配法确定各指标权重。[结果]2轮专家咨询的应答率均95%,专家权威程度系数(Cr)=0.89,一级、二级、三级指标的协调系数分别为0.21,0.19,0.21(均P0.01)。最终形成的新护士岗位核心胜任力指标体系包括职业态度、职业职责、职业知识、职业技能、职业规范、职业适应、职业教育7个一级指标,权重分别为0.098,0.126,0.177,0.216,0.145,0.119,0.119,17个二级指标权重为0.123~0.666。[结论]在岗位胜任力的理论框架指导下,构建新护士岗位核心胜任力评价指标体系,为新护士的培训与考核提供科学依据。本研究结果表明专家咨询代表性和可信度高。  相似文献

目的构建护理本科毕业生核心胜任力评价指标体系,为护理人才培养目标的设定提供一定的理论基础。方法依据胜任力冰山模型、全球医学教育最低基本要求,通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈、理论分析、小组讨论初步确定护理本科毕业生核心胜任力评价指标体系框架,采用Delphi法进行2轮专家咨询,确定各指标以及指标的权重分值,构建护理本科毕业生核心胜任力评价指标体系。结果 2轮专家咨询积极性分别为91.30%和88.89%;专家权威系数分别为0.881、0.912,专家咨询可靠性和代表性好。经过2轮专家对指标的筛选和修正,护理本科毕业生核心胜任力评价指标体系包括8项一级指标,35项二级指标。结论护理本科毕业生核心胜任力评价指标体系较全面反映了护理人才培养标准,可以为护理本科生教育目标的设定提供参考依据。  相似文献

In the latter part of the 20th century, healthcare reform sparked a transition in the nursing curriculum from acute care to primary and secondary care. Faculty responded to this challenge by redesigning curricula in creative ways. The transitional curriculum introduced community clinical experiences designed to challenge students to practice in diverse, nontraditional sites and in more independent ways. Such practice requires the nurse to function as designer, coordinator, and manager of patient care in addition to the traditional provider role. Additionally, the transitional curricula emphasized the roles of communicator, educator, facilitator, listener, and advocate to a greater degree. For students to achieve competence in the above roles, the curriculum must include learning activities that allow them to practice as case managers in the community. This paper presents the "Seven A's" as a framework for students to gain an understanding of and engage in the role and process of case management in the community.  相似文献

Implementation of a competency assessment tool for agency nurses working in an acute paediatric setting Aim This paper reports on the implementation of a competency assessment tool for registered general agency nurses working in an acute paediatric setting, using a change management framework. Background The increased number of registered general agency nurses working in an acute children’s hospital alerted concerns around their competency in working with children. These concerns were initially raised via informal complaints about ‘near misses’, parental dissatisfaction, perceived competency weaknesses and rising cost associated with their use. Method [ Young’s (2009) Journal of Organisational Change, 22, 524–548] nine-stage change framework was used to guide the implementation of the competency assessment tool within a paediatric acute care setting. Implications for Nursing Management The ongoing success of the initiative, from a nurse manager’s perspective, relies on structured communication with the agency provider before employing competent agency nurses. Sustainability of the change will depend on nurse managers’ persistence in attending the concerns of those resisting the change while simultaneously supporting those championing the change. These key communication and supporting roles highlight the pivotal role held by nurse managers, as gate keepers, in safe-guarding children while in hospital. Leadership qualities of nurse managers will also be challenged in continuing to manage and drive the change where resistance might prevail.  相似文献

目的通过运用德尔菲(Delphi)法,构建麻醉苏醒室护士核心能力评价指标体系框架。方法采用文献检索法、专家访谈法,探讨指标体系构建的理论依据与基本原则,并初步构建麻醉苏醒室护士核心能力评价指标条目池;经过一轮专家预调查、两轮德尔菲(Delphi)专家函询法进行指标的筛选,最终确定麻醉苏醒室护士核心能力评价指标体系框架。结果初步构建了由5个一级指标、23个二级指标和54个三级指标组成的麻醉苏醒室护士核心能力评价指标框架,并计算出专家咨询的权威系数为0.858,判断系数为0.883,熟悉程度为0.833。结论构建了麻醉苏醒室护士核心能力评价指标体系框架,各级指标的条目专家意见集中,研究结果可信度高,对麻醉苏醒室护士的选拔、培训、任用、考核提供了科学、客观、可量化的依据。  相似文献

目的运用德尔菲法构建艾滋病专科护士核心能力评价指标体系,为艾滋病专科护士的培养与发展提供参考标准。方法通过文献回顾、理论分析、临床调研等方法初步构建艾滋病专科护士核心能力各级指标;采用德尔菲法对27名专家进行2轮咨询,完成指标筛选与修改、确定权重;将指标转化为自评量表,采取便利抽样法对40名艾滋病护理人员进行问卷调查。结果通过2轮咨询,形成艾滋病专科护士核心能力评价指标体系,包括一级指标6项,二级指标19项,三级指标60项;2轮专家咨询的权威系数分别为0.895、0.886,有效应答率分别为100%、92.6%,第2轮一、二、三级指标专家意见协调系数分别为0.897、0.633、0.574(P<0.001);40名调查对象核心能力各维度得分3.32~4.23分。结论艾滋病专科护士核心能力评价指标体系科学合理、内容全面,专业特色突出,可为艾滋病专科护士的核心能力评价提供参考;初步应用发现艾滋病护理人员核心能力普遍不高,提示应加强艾滋病护理人员核心能力的培养。  相似文献

Morbidly obese patients present safe patient handling challenges to emergency department (ED) personnel. Emergency departments are often ill-equipped to safely manage the patient of this size. The purpose of this study was to develop an assessment tool to determine ED readiness to safely manage the morbidly obese patient. Published guidelines by the Facility Guidelines Institute and the National Association of Bariatric Nurses were used for tool development. The tool assesses policy, equipment, space/structural requirements, and patient handling and -moving tasks. A 2-phase, nonexperimental, exploratory study in a convenience sample of 5 EDs was conducted, applying a usability testing model to determine the usability and utility of the tool. Four of 5 hospital EDs agreed that the tool was easy to use and helpful in determining their readiness to safely manage the morbidly obese patient. The tool was found to be usable on a limited basis. Additional application of the tool on a larger scale is recommended.  相似文献

目的构建器官移植专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。方法通过参考国内外文献、专家访谈及研究小组讨论拟订器官移植专科护士核心能力评价指标体系初稿,采用德尔菲法对10个省市的25名专家进行2轮咨询,运用层次分析法确定各级指标权重。结果最终形成的器官移植专科护士核心能力评价指标体系包含7个一级指标(理论知识、专业技能、评判性思维能力、人际交往能力、管理能力、心理特质、专业发展能力)、22个二级指标、58个三级指标。2轮专家咨询中专家积极系数均为100%,权威系数均为0.836;第2轮专家咨询中一、二、三级指标专家意见和谐系数分别为0.404、0.449、0.308(P<0.001)。结论构建的器官移植专科护士核心能力评价指标体系科学、合理,可为器官移植专科护士的培养提供参考依据。  相似文献
