麻疯树提取物体外抗病毒和杀菌作用的初步研究

目的 研究麻疯树提取物的体外抗病毒和杀菌作用,为进一步提取分离有效成分提供实验依据.方法 采用细胞培养技术,观察麻疯树1,2,3号提取物对单纯疱疹Ⅰ型病毒(HSV-Ⅰ)、单纯疱疹Ⅱ型病毒(HSV-Ⅱ)和流感A3型病毒(A3)的直接灭活作用以及抑制它们增殖的作用;采用悬液定量杀菌法,观察麻疯树1号提取物对白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭作用.结果 麻疯树1,2,3号提取物对细胞的毒性较小;提取物既能抑制单纯疱疹病毒在胞内的增殖,又能直接灭活该病毒;总体而言,提取物对HSV-Ⅰ在胞内增殖的抑制作用略优于HSV-Ⅱ,对HSV-Ⅰ的直接灭活作用更是显著强于HSV-Ⅱ;提取物对A3的直接灭活作用效果显著;3号提取物还能抑制A3在鸡胚内的增殖.麻疯树1号提取物对白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌具有极强的杀灭作用.结论 麻疯树提取物具有体外抗病毒、杀菌的作用.     

红雀珊瑚中具抗疟和抗结核活性的聚-O-酰基 化麻疯树烷型二萜类化合物

大戟科植物红雀珊瑚 Pedilanthus tithymaloides(L.)Poit.是一种观赏植物,还具解热、抗炎、抗癌作用,茎和茎汁可治疗疣、黄褐斑、蝎螫伤及蜈蚣咬伤等,口服不当易引起胃不适。从该植物白色乳液的二氯甲烷提取物中分离出6个新的聚一。一酰基化麻疯树烷型二萜成分(1～6)和5个已知化合物,评价了化合物1～5的抗疟和抗结核活性。     

Antiprotozoal activity of Jatrogrossidione from Jatropha grossidentata and Jatrophone from Jatropha isabellii

The activity of jatrogrossidione, the main diterpene of Jatropha grossidentata and jatrophone from Jatropha isabellii was determined against Leishmania and Trypanosoma cruzi strains in vitro as well as against Leishmania amazonensis in vivo. Jatrogrossidione showed a strong in vitro leishmanicidal and trypanocidal activity with IC₁₀₀ of 0.75 and 1.5–5.0 μg/mL, respectively. Under similar conditions, the IC₁₀₀ of glucantime, ketoconazole and pentamidine towards Leishmania strains were >100, 50–100 and 1 μg/mL, respectively. The IC₅₀ of jatrogrossidione was <0.25 μg/mL against amastigote forms of Leishmania infecting macrophages, with toxicity at concentrations higher than 0.5 μg/mL. BALB/c mice infected with L. amazonensis strain PH 8 were treated 24 h after infection with jatrogrossidione and jatrophone for 13 consecutive days. Jatrophone at 25 mg/kg/day subcutaneously administered was significantly active ( p <0.05) against the virulent strain PH 8 of L. amazonesis ; it was more active than Glucantime at 112 mg Sb^v per kg/day. Subcutaneous administration of jatrophone, however, proved to be too toxic under our assay conditions. Assays of single local treatment on the footpad infection 2 weeks after inoculation of L. amazonensis indicated that jatrogrossidione and jatrophone were inactive at the selected doses.     

中国药材GAP建设与展望-在中国药材GAP研究促进会第二届理事会上的讲话(根据记录整理)

今天到海南来开这个会非常高兴,1998年我们在海南就谈GAP的事情,因此可以说GAP是在海南播得种子。从第一次在海南开会提出GAP到现在事隔五年了,事情发展得很好。当时也没有想到发展得这么快,这次看到海南的发展,我们的GAP事业也在发展。GMP第一次提出是在1975年。从1975年开始到现在已经过将近30年了,经过了漫长的时间。所以我当时提出要15～20年的时间,没想到5年就已经广为人知了,海南是个好地方,有一颗种子就发芽,我想这是有客观内在原因的。     

践行科学发展观,振兴中医中药学

目的：探讨全面落实科学发展观的现实意义,创新发展中医中药,实现中医中药现代化、国际化。方法：坚持科学发展观,加快中医药创新,有利于实现中医药现代化,正确对待继承与创新,促进中医药科学发展等进行了论述。结果：中医药现代化的科学内涵、外延非常复杂,内容十分丰富,是一个有机的系统工程,是现代中医药发展的主题,不能简单化、急功近利化、局部化、个体化、单一化。继承与创新是辩证的统一,二者只能并重并提。在继承中创新,在创新中继承。创新中医药理论、技术、管理、法规、文化、标准、品牌,＂六位一体＂创新发展,实现中药材、中药饮片、中成药、中医药现代化、标准化、国际化。结论：只有践行科学发展观,才能振兴中医药学。     

Coagulant and anticoagulant activities in Jatropha curcas latex

Jatropha curcas Linn. (Euphorbiaceae), a medicinal plant commonly grown in the Tropics, is traditionally used as a haemostatic. Investigation of the coagulant activity of the latex of Jatropha curcas showed that whole latex significantly (P<0.01) reduced the clotting time of human blood. Diluted latex, however, prolonged the clotting time: at high dilutions, the blood did not clot at all. This indicates that Jatropha curcas latex possesses both procoagulant and anticoagulant activities. Prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) tests on plasma confirm these observations. Solvent partitioning of the latex with ethyl acetate and butanol led to a partial separation of the two opposing activities: at low concentrations, the ethyl acetate fraction exhibited a procoagulant activity, while the butanol fraction had the highest anticoagulant activity. The residual aqueous fraction had no significant effect on the clotting time of blood and the PT but slightly prolonged the APTT.

Anti-inflammatory activity of Jatropha curcas roots in mice and rats

Anti-inflammatory activity of topical application of Jatropha curcas L. root powder in paste form in TPA-induced ear inflammation was confirmed in albino mice and the successive solvent extraction of these roots was carried out by ether and methanol. The methanol extract exhibited systemic and significant anti-inflammatory activity in acute carrageenan-induced rat paw edema. It also showed activity against formalin-induced rat paw edema, as well as, turpentine-induced exudative changes and cotton pellet-induced granular tissue formation after oral treatment for 7 days in albino rats. Thus, resultant anti-inflammatory activity might be due to effects on several mediators and arachidonic acid metabolism involving cyclo-oxygenase pathway resulting in prostaglandin formation, anti-proliferative activity leading to reduction in granular tissue formation and leukocyte migration from the vessels.     

同病类证与中医辨病论治——学习科学发展观对中医发展的思考

同病类证的提出,对于如何发展中医辨病论治具有重要的意义.以往总是强调中医的特点是辨证论治,忽视了辨病论治,事实上张仲景的"方证相应"理论就蕴含"辨病论治"思想的萌芽.辨病论治是辨证论治在现代科技背景下的扩展和延伸,是扩大中医药影响,发展中医药事业的重要途径.复方丹参滴丸能在美国FDA顺利通过二期临床试验,其中重要的原因就在于将冠心病慢性心肌缺血作为适应症,与国际惯例和现代医学实行了接轨.我们需要在进一步发扬中医辨证论治的基础上,丰富中医辨病论治的实践,这些取决于我们能否突破常规,为这一创新思路营造一个良好的学术氛围.
