目的 观察 2型糖尿病 (DM)和葡萄糖耐量异常 (IGT)患者血清游离脂肪酸 (FFA)的水平 ,探讨FFA与胰岛素(INS)、胰岛素抵抗 (IR)和甘油三酯 (TG)的关系。方法 采用酶法测定 2 0例 2型DM和 2 0例IGT患者口服葡萄糖耐量试验 (OGTT) 0和 2h血清FFA水平 ,同步测定血浆葡萄糖 (PG)、血清INS以及空腹TG和胆固醇 (TC) ,并与 2 0例正常人对照。结果  2型DM和IGT患者OGTT 0和 2hINS均显著高于正常对照组 ,且 2型DM患者INS高于IGT患者 ,P <0 .0 5 ;空腹FFA和胰岛素抵抗指数 (HOMA -IR) 2型DM患者高于IGT患者 ,IGT患者高于正常对照组 ,P <0 .0 1;TG和OGTT 2hFFA 2型DM患者高于IGT患者和正常对照组 ,P <0 .0 5 ,而IGT患者和正常对照组之间比较差异无显著性 ;多元逐步回归显示空腹FFA是HOMA -IR的独立影响因素。结论 不仅 2型DM患者而且IGT患者存在FFA异常升高 ,FFA升高与IR有关 ;2型DM和IGT患者存在IR和脂代谢紊乱 ,FFA反映脂代谢紊乱可能较TG更灵敏的指标  相似文献

The aim of this study was to examine the effects of perilla oil as well as several vegetable oils, including flaxseed oil, canola oil, and rice bran oil on plasma levels of cardioprotective (n-3) polyunsaturated fatty acids in mice by feeding each vegetable oil for a period of eight weeks. Concentrations of docosapentaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), fish-based (n-3) polyunsaturated fatty acids, showed an increase in the plasma of mice fed perilla and flaxseed oils compared to those of mice in the control group (P < 0.05), whereas rice bran and canola oils did not alter plasma DPA and EPA concentrations. Arachidonic acid concentration was increased by feeding rice bran oil (P < 0.05), but not canola, flaxseed, or perilla oil. In addition, oleic acid, linoleic acid, and docosahexaenoic acid concentrations were altered by feeding dietary rice bran, canola, perilla, and flaxseed oils. Findings of this study showed that perilla oil, similar to flaxseed oil, is cardioprotective and could be used as an alternative to fish oil or even flaxseed oil in animal models.  相似文献

Eighteen brands of potato crisps, frequently consumed, were analyzed to establish their nutritional value in relation to salt, fat and fatty acid (FA) composition. The purpose of the present study was to determine moisture, total fat, salt contents and FA profiles (including trans-FAs), and to identify the oil/fat used for frying of the 18 brands of potato crisps. Our results show that salt content ranged from 0.127 to 2.77 g/100 g and total fat content of potato crisps varied between 20.0 and 42.8 g/100 g. With respect to FAs analysis, palmitic acid (C16:0), oleic acid (C18:1) and linoleic acid (C18:2) were the major FAs found in the analyzed potato crisps. It is clear from our work that nowadays most potato crisps are currently produced using oils with high contents in unsaturated FAs, which can be considered as healthier from a nutritional point of view. Nevertheless, some brands of potato crisps still use palm oil or a blend of palm oil and other fats/oils, which are very rich in saturated FAs.  相似文献

This study was aimed at evaluating the nutritional properties of bogue (Boops boops) and horse mackerel (Trachurus trachurus), fish species present throughout the Mediterranean and highly represented in the catch of the Italian trawl fishery. In Italy such fish species are scarcely known by consumers and are not sought-after on the market, especially when the fish are small. Proximates, unsaponifiables and fatty acid profile of bogue and horse mackerel caught by trawlers in different seasons of the year along the southern Adriatic coast of Italy were evaluated. Results showed that both species were characterised by good protein contents (18–20 g/100 g) and low lipid (1–2 g/100 g) and cholesterol (50–70 mg/100 g) levels at any season considered. Along with α-tocopherol (0.45–0.70 mg/100 g), δ-tocopherol was found at a lower level (0.04–0.09 mg/100 g) while no detectable amounts of the γ-isomer were observed in either species. The fatty acid profiles of horse mackerel and bogue exhibited a seasonal fluctuation. They were characterised by high proportions of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), ranging from about 30% of total fatty acids in summer to more than 40% of total fatty acids in spring and winter, and by high n-3/n-6 PUFA ratio values (4.4–6.8 for bogue, 7.4–8.2 for horse mackerel). On a quantitative basis, in bogue total n-3 PUFA amounted to 0.29–0.43 g out of 0.33–0.54 g of total PUFA per 100 g wet fillet. In horse mackerel total n-3 PUFA ranged between 0.37 g and 0.43 g/100 g and total PUFA between 0.41 and 0.49 g/100 g wet fillet. The atherogenic (0.46–0.63) and thrombogenic (0.22–0.38) indexes calculated on bogue and horse mackerel were comparable to those of fish species of higher commercial value. The nutritional properties of these underutilised species may be considered comparable to those of other low-fat fish species from the wild and also from aquaculture present on the Italian market and meeting consumers’ preferences.  相似文献

目的研究儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)与非ADHD儿童体内脂肪酸水平差异及膳食补充n-3类脂肪酸对ADHD儿童体内脂肪酸水平的影响作用。方法在1 555名2~5年级学生中筛选出ADHD儿童79名,取50名非ADHD儿童作为对照,采集静脉血分析其脂肪酸差异。采用随机对照试验(RCT)原则,将ADHD儿童随机分为干预组和对照组,采用不同浓度的n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFAs)膳食补充干预3个月,观察干预后脂代谢改善情况。结果ADHD儿童血红细胞膜的饱和脂肪酸(SFAs)中的C15∶0、C16∶0、C20∶0,单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFAs)中的C15∶1、C18∶1、C20∶1、C24∶1及PUFAs中的亚油酸C18∶2 n-6(LA)明显高于非ADHD组儿童(P0.05);花生四烯酸C20∶4 n-6(AA)、二十碳五烯酸C20∶5 n-3(EPA)及C22∶4(n-6)低于非ADHD组儿童。ADHD儿童补充n-3PUFAs后,体内α-亚麻酸C18∶3 n-3(ALA)、C24∶0、二十二碳六烯酸C22∶6 n-3(DHA)及n-3PUFAs水平显著提高,n-6PUFAs、n-6/n-3比例则显著降低。结论ADHD与非ADHD儿童体内的脂肪酸组成存在差异,补充n-3类脂肪酸可提高ADHD儿童体内n-3类脂肪酸水平,同时降低n-6/n-3比例。  相似文献

Rats were fed a fat mixture containing a low level of (n-3) polyunsaturated fatty acids, linseed oil or marine oil. The arachidonic acid in cardiac tissue was depressed by (n-3) linolenic acid and further depressed by (n-3) polyunsaturated fatty acids of marine oil. A taste component is implicated in the oro-sensory detection of dietary lipids and free fatty acids seem to be involved in fatty food recognition. Bottarga, the salted and semi-dried ovary product of mullet (Mugil spp.), is a rich-fat food. A comparative sensory assessment of different commercial bottarga samples was performed in insect and human models in relation to their lipid composition. The bottarga attractant effect to Ceratitis capitata was assessed by behavioral tests. The subjective odor and taste perception of bottarga samples was investigated in human determining the rate of pleasantness, familiarity, and intensity dimensions using the 7-points Likert-type scale. Bottarga samples showed similar lipid profiles, but differences emerged in total and free fatty acid levels. Significant differences were observed in the attractant effect/acceptability of samples to medflies, negatively correlated to their total and free fatty acids. Insect female exhibited the ability to select among bottarga samples based on their visual and olfactory properties. In the human model, a potential contribution of free fatty acid amount in the pleasantness and familiarity dimensions of taste of bottarga samples was evidenced. Women exhibited a greater ability than men to select bottarga samples based on their better olfactory perception. Our results increase the knowledge about this outstanding product with nutritional and nutraceutical properties.  相似文献

Regiospecific distributions of fatty acids (FA) of triacylglycerols (TAG) and phospholipids (PL) isolated from five cultivars of adzuki beans (Vigna angularis) were investigated. The lipids comprised mainly PL (72.2-73.4 wt-%) and TAG (20.6-21.9 wt-%), whilst other components were detected in minor proportions (0.1-3.4 wt-%). The principal profiles of the FA distribution in the TAG and PL were evident in the beans among the five cultivars: unsaturated FA were predominantly distributed in the sn-2 position, whilst saturated FA primarily occupied the sn-1 or the sn-3 position in the these lipids. The results would be useful information to both producers and consumers for manufacturing traditional adzuki confectionaries such as wagashi in Japan.  相似文献

Assisted reproductive technologies (ART) may increase risk for abnormal placental development, preterm delivery and low birthweight. We investigated placental morphology, transporter expression and paired maternal/umbilical fasting blood nutrient levels in human term pregnancies conceived naturally (n = 10) or by intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI; n = 11). Maternal and umbilical vein blood from singleton term (>37 weeks) C-section pregnancies were assessed for levels of free amino acids, glucose, free fatty acids (FFA), cholesterol, high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL), very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL) and triglycerides. We quantified placental expression of GLUT1 (glucose), SNAT2 (amino acids), P-glycoprotein (P-gp) and breast cancer resistance protein (BCRP) (drug) transporters, and placental morphology and pathology. Following ICSI, placental SNAT2 protein expression was downregulated and umbilical cord blood levels of citrulline were increased, while FFA levels were decreased at term (p < 0.05). Placental proliferation and apoptotic rates were increased in ICSI placentae (p < 0.05). No changes in maternal blood nutrient levels, placental GLUT1, P-gp and BCRP expression, or placental histopathology were observed. In term pregnancies, ICSI impairs placental SNAT2 transporter expression and cell turnover, and alters umbilical vein levels of specific nutrients without changing placental morphology. These may represent mechanisms through which ICSI impacts pregnancy outcomes and programs disease risk trajectories in offspring across the life course.  相似文献

A potential probiotics Bacillus subtilis CS90 was isolated from Korean soybean paste (doenjang). Biotransformation of phytochemical contents, isoflavones, flavanols, and phenolic acids, during the fermentation of soybean fermented food cheonggukjang by a potential probiotics B. subtilis CS90 was investigated. The levels of isoflavone aglycones, flavanols, and gallic acid increased, while the β-glucosidase and esterase activities, isoflavone glycosides (except for acetylglycosides), and flavanol gallates contents decreased. Total isoflavone content slightly decreased after 60 h of fermentation, while total flavanol and phenolic acid content increased. The highest levels of daidzein (aglycone type) and acetyldaidzin (glycoside type) were recorded after 48 h of fermentation. However, the total contents of glycosides, manolylglycosides, and flavanol-gallates decreased by about 80, 90, and 70% during 60 h of fermenting cooked soybeans. In addition, the contents of total phenolic increased markedly from 253 mg/kg to 9414 mg/kg while the DPPH radical scavenging activity increased from 53.6 to 93.9% during this fermentation.  相似文献

The threonine-encoding allele (Thr54) of the fatty acid-binding protein 2 (FABP2) DNA polymorphism is associated with increased triglyceride (TG)-rich lipoproteins (TRL). We hypothesized that the TRL response to diets of varied fat content is affected by the FABP2 A54T polymorphism, specifically that a high-fat diet would reduce TRL and that the Thr54 allele would have an enhanced response. Sixteen healthy, postmenopausal women completed a crossover dietary intervention that included three 8-week, isoenergetic diet treatments. The treatments consisted of high fat (40% of energy as fat), low fat (20% of energy), and low fat + n-3 fatty acids (20% of energy plus 3% as n-3 fatty acids). Eight subjects were homozygous for the wild type (Ala54/Ala54) of the FABP2 polymorphism, whereas 8 subjects had at least 1 Thr54 allele (7, Ala54/Thr54; 1, Thr54/Thr54). High-fat diet showed significantly reduced plasma TGs, chylomicron TG, and very low-density lipoprotein TG from baseline in all participants. Although carriers of the Thr54 allele of the FABP2 polymorphism had significantly reduced TRL, there is no evidence of an interaction, which does not support our hypothesis. The alanine-encoding allele did not influence the dietary effects on the plasma lipids.  相似文献

Vitamin D deficiency is a common finding in overweight/obese pregnant women and is associated with increased risk for adverse pregnancy outcome. Both maternal vitamin D deficiency and maternal obesity contribute to metabolic derangements in pregnancy. We aimed to assess the effects of vitamin D3 supplementation in pregnancy versus placebo on maternal and fetal lipids. Main inclusion criteria were: women <20 weeks’ gestation, BMI ≥ 29 kg/m2. Eligible women (n = 154) were randomized to receive vitamin D3 (1600 IU/day) or placebo. Assessments were performed <20, 24–28 and 35–37 weeks and at birth. Linear regression models were used to assess effects of vitamin D on maternal and cord blood lipids. In the vitamin D group significantly higher total 25-OHD and 25-OHD3 levels were found in maternal and cord blood compared with placebo. Adjusted regression models did not reveal any differences in triglycerides, LDL-C, HDL-C, free fatty acids, ketone bodies or leptin between groups. Neonatal sum of skinfolds was comparable between the two groups, but correlated positively with cord blood 25-OH-D3 (r = 0.34, p = 0.012). Vitamin D supplementation in pregnancy increases maternal and cord blood vitamin D significantly resulting in high rates of vitamin D sufficiency. Maternal and cord blood lipid parameters were unaffected by Vitamin D3 supplementation.  相似文献

This study examined the effects of a mixture of an aqueous extract of Salacia reticulata (Kotala himbutu) and cyclodextrin (SRCD) on various metabolic parameters and cecal fermentation in obese fa/fa male Wistar fatty rats, a model of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Wistar fatty rats were fed 0% (control group) or 0.2% SRCD-supplemented diets and weighed weekly. The plasma glucose, triacylglycerol, total cholesterol, insulin, and adiponectin concentrations were measured at weeks 0, 2, 4, and 5. SRCD supplementation suppressed the time-dependent increase in the plasma total cholesterol and insulin concentrations. After 6 weeks of a 0.2% SRCD-supplemented diet, the body weight gain, food intake, visceral fat mass, liver mass, and liver triacylglycerol content of the rats were significantly lower, whereas the plasma adiponectin concentrations were significantly higher than those of the control group. SRCD supplementation had no significant effect on plasma glucose and triacylglycerol concentrations. SRCD supplementation significantly increased cecum mass, whereas it significantly decreased the cecal butyrate and short-chain fatty acid (sum of the acetate, butyrate, and propionate) concentrations. All of the rats were subjected to an oral glucose tolerance test at the beginning of week 6. The area under the curve for insulin was significantly smaller with SRCD supplementation and showed no change in glucose tolerance compared to that of the control group. These results suggest that bioactive compounds in SRCD may suppress the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus by influencing glucose and lipid metabolism in male Wistar fatty rats and that SRCD may influence cecal fermentation.  相似文献
