Background:Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) as a fatal epidemic has swept across the world, especially in India where the epidemic situation is the most serious. For COVID-19 patients, pulmonary rehabilitation training plays a significant role. However, it is still a controversial issue regarding the efficacy of WeChat APP-based pulmonary rehabilitation training in improving lung function, quality of life and bad mood of COVID-19 patients. To clarify this issue, a meta-analysis was conducted in this present study, so as to provide a basis for rehabilitation guidance of COVID-19 patients.Methods:We systematically searched PubMed, medRxiv, Web of Science, Scopus, Chinese Science Citation Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Chinese Scientific Journal Database, and Wan-fang databases in May 2021 to identify randomized controlled trials and evaluate the effects of WeChat APP-based pulmonary rehabilitation training for COVID-19. Two researchers independently carried out data extraction. On the other hand, literature quality evaluation on the quality and meta-analysis of the included literature was performed with Revman5.3 software.Results:The results of this meta-analysis will be submitted to a peer-reviewed journal for publication.Conclusion:This study will provide reliable evidence-based evidence on the effects of WeChat APP-based pulmonary rehabilitation training on lung function, bad mood, and quality of life in patients with COVID-19.Ethics and dissemination:Ethical approval was not required for this study. Background:As nursing resources is directly related to patient outcomes in the intensive care unit setting, identifying factors related to nursing resources at various levels could contribute to improving those outcomes. This study aims to determine the association of nursing resources with outcomes of intensive care unit patients.Method:This study adheres to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis for Protocols. Chinese electronic Database (Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Wanfang, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure) and international electronic databases (PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science) will be searched for all relevant published articles, with no restrictions on the year of publication or language. Study selection, data collection and assessment of study bias will be conducted independently by a pair of independent reviewers. The Newcastle–Ottawa Scale tool will be used for the risk of bias assessment. The Grading of Recommendations Assessment Development and Evaluation system will be used to assess the quality of evidence. The statistical analysis of this meta-analysis will be calculated by Review manager version 5.3.Results:The results of this study will be published in a peer-reviewed journal.Conclusion:The findings of this systematic review will provide a high-quality synthesis of latest evidence and provide a basis for assessing the association of nursing resources on patients’ outcomes in intensive care units.Trial registration number:10.17605/OSF.IO/9FNEX  相似文献

Background:Currently, an increasing number of long noncoding RNAs (LncRNAs) have been reported to be abnormally expressed in human carcinomas and play a vital role in tumourigenesis. Some studies were carried out to investigate the influence of the expression of plasmacytoma variant translocation 1 (PVT1) on prognosis and its clinical significance in patients with breast cancer, while the results were contradictory and uncertain. A meta-analysis was conducted with controversial data to accurately assess the issue.Methods:A detailed search of relevant researches was performed in Wanfang, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure, Chongqing VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database, PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science. Two reviewers independently conducted data extraction and literature quality evaluation. Odd ratio and its 95% confidence intervals were applied to evaluate the relationship between PVT1 and clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer patients. Hazard ratios and its 95% confidence intervals were adopted to assess the prognostic effects of PVT1 on overall survival and disease-free survival. Meta-analysis was conducted with Stata 14.0 softwareResults:This study will provide high-quality evidence-based medical evidence for the correlation between PVT1 expression and overall survival, and disease-free survival and clinicopathological features.Conclusion:The study will provide updated evidence to evaluate whether the expression of PVT1 is in association with poor prognosis in patients with breast cancer.OSF REGISTRATION NUMBER:DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/C2TYE.  相似文献

Background:Previous studies displayed that thrombomodulin gene polymorphisms are closely associated with venous thromboembolism (VTE), while the results are inconsistent. Therefore, we conducted a meta-analysis to accurately determine the association between thrombomodulin gene polymorphism and the risk of VTE.Methods:Wanfang, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure, the Chongqing VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database, PubMed, EmBase, and Web of Science databases were searched, and the time to build the database was set until January 2021. The association between thrombomodulin gene polymorphism and the risk of VTE was evaluated. Meta-analysis was performed with STATA 16.0 software, and the odds ratio and its 95% confidence interval were applied to estimate the relationship between thrombomodulin gene polym‘orphism and the risk of VTE.Results:The results of this meta-analysis will be submitted to a peer-reviewed journal for publication.Conclusion:This meta-analysis will summarize the relationship between thrombomodulin genepolymorphism and VTE risk.Ethics and dissemination:Ethical approval was not required for this study. Background:Exercise-induced fatigue (EIF) is a common occurrence in sports competition and training. It may cause trouble to athletes’ motor skill execution and cognition. Although traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi therapy has been commonly used for EIF management, relevant evidence on the effectiveness and safety of Jianpi therapy is still unclear.Methods:Databases including PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, the Cochrane Library, SinoMed, China Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP), China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), and Wanfang will be searched for relevant randomized controlled trials from databases from 2000 to 2021. Randomized controlled trials related to traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi therapy in the treatment and management of EIF will be included. Systematic review and meta-analysis of the data will be performed in RevMan 5.3 according to the Preferred Reporting Items of Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) guidelines. Two authors independently performed the literature searching, data extraction, and quality evaluation. Risk of bias was assessed using the Cochrane Risk of Bias Tool for randomized clinical trials.Results:This systematic review and meta-analysis will summarize the latest evidence for traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi therapy in EIF. Background:Few studies have reported the clinical effect of aquatic therapy in stroke rehabilitation. Therefore, we performed a protocol for systematic review and meta-analysis to assess the effectiveness of aquatic therapy for individuals affected by strokes.Methods:This protocol of systematic review and meta-analysis has been drafted under the guidance of the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses protocols. This study will use the Cochrane Library, Web of Science, PubMed, Embase, Allied and Complementary Medicine Database (AMED), China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), China Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP), Wanfang Database, and Ongoing Clinical Trials Database. Quality assessment of the included studies was evaluated using the Cochrane risk of bias assessment tool. Background:Nutritional support is an indispensable treatment for critically ill patients. Enteral nutrition intolerance is one of the obstacles to the smooth progress of enteral nutrition.Enteral nutrition can be divided into continuous feeding and intermittent feeding. However, the effectiveness and safety of the 2 ways of nutrition infusion are controversial clinically. Therefore, this meta-analysis further evaluated the effect of intermittent feeding versus continuous feeding on enteral nutrition tolerance in critically ill patients.Methods:Cochrane Library, PubMed, Web of Science, EMbase, China Biology Medicine disc (CBM), China Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP), China Journal full-text Database (CNKI), and Wanfang Database were searched for all randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on the effects of intermittent and continuous feeding on enteral nutrition tolerance in critically ill patients. The quality of literatures was strictly evaluated and the data were extracted by 2 investigators. Background:Exercise tolerance and lung function can be improved by pulmonary rehabilitation. As a result, it may lower thoracic surgery intensive care unit (ICU) patients’ postoperative problems and death. Enhanced recovery after surgery has advanced significantly in the perioperative care of thoracic surgery ICU patients in recent years, and it now plays an essential role in improving ICU patients’ postoperative prognosis. Appropriate tailored rehabilitation nursing intervention is required to promote the postoperative recovery of respiratory function in thoracic surgery ICU patients. This study aims to look at the influence of tailored rehabilitation nurse intervention on postoperative respiratory function recovery in thoracic surgery ICU patients.Methods:To find relevant papers, a comprehensive search of electronic databases will be conducted, including three English databases (PubMed, EMBASE, and the Cochrane Library) and two Chinese databases (Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure and WanFang). Only research that has been published in either English or Chinese will be considered. The retrieval period will run from November 2021 to November 2021. We will look at randomized controlled trials (RCTs) studies that looked at the effect of a customized rehabilitation nursing intervention on the recovery of respiratory function in thoracic surgery ICU patients after surgery. Two writers will review the literature, retrieve study data, and assess the included studies’ quality. Any disagreements will be settled via consensus. Background:Music therapy serves as a non-pharmacological intervention for a variety of disorders with promising results. However, the effect of music therapy on improving anxiety, depression, and sleep quality in intensive care unit (ICU) patients remains unclear. This meta-analysis aims to evaluate the effect of music therapy on improving anxiety, depression, and sleep quality in ICU patients, thus providing evidences to support music therapy as a novel complementary alternative therapy.Methods:Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) reporting the efficacy of music therapy on improving anxiety, depression and sleep quality in ICU patients published before January 2022 will be searched in online databases, including the PubMed, the Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Embase, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP Database, and WanFang Database. Literature screening, data extraction, and evaluation of risk of bias will be independently performed by two investigators. Background:Neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) has become a major problem that endangers the life and health of newborns. It is the most serious complication after neonatal asphyxia with a high mortality rate. Even survivors of HIE would suffer permanent neurological developmental impairment that seriously affects the growth and development in the future. Previous studies have shown that massage therapy can improve the prognosis of neonatal HIE. However, the efficacy of massage therapy on the growth, development, and sleep in neonates with HIE reported by various studies is inconsistent, which will be thoroughly assessed in this meta-analysis.Methods:Randomized controlled trials of massage therapy on the growth, development, and sleep neonates with HIE published before February 2022 will be retrieved from the PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wan Fang Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals, and Clinical Trial Register. Literature selection, data extraction, risk of bias assessment, and meta-analyses will be independently completed by 2 researchers. Background:Patients’ expectation to treatment response is one source of placebo effects. A number of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) reported that expectation benefits to acupuncture treatment, while some did not. Previous systematic reviews failed to draw a confirmative conclusion due to the methodological heterogeneity. It is necessary to conduct a new systematic review to find out whether expectation can influence acupuncture outcomes.Methods:We systematically search English and Chinese databases from their inception to 3rd October, 2020, including MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), Chinese BioMedical Literature Database (CBM), Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), and Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database (VIP). RCTs that evaluated the relationship between expectation and treatment response following acupuncture for adults will be included. Study selection, data extraction, and risk of bias assessment will be conducted independently. Risk of bias will be assessed by the Cochrane risk of bias assessment tool. Data synthesis will be performed by Review Manager (RevMan) software if the data is suitable for synthesis.Results:This systematic review will provide evidence that whether patients’ expectation impacts on the therapeutic effects of acupuncture. This protocol will be performed and reported according to the Preferred Reporting Items from Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis Protocols (PRISMA-P) statement. Introduction:Poststroke dyskinesia is the most common clinical symptom after stroke, which greatly affects the patients’ daily life. Eye-acupuncture is an effective method for stroke. And the rehabilitation training has been widely used for patients suffer from stroke. However, whether eye-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training has greater clinical efficacy for poststroke dyskinesia is still unknown. Our aim in this systematic review was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of eye-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training (EACRT) as a treatment for dyskinesia after stroke.Methods and analysis:We will search the following 4 databases of registered trials and 7 electronic databases from inception to March 2021:Cochrane Stroke Group, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled, the World Health Organization International Clinical Trials Registry Platform, the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry; PubMed, MEDLINE, Embase, CNKI, VIP, WanFang, and CBM. All relevant randomized controlled trials focus on EACRT will be included. The primary outcome will be the Fugl-Meyer Assessment. The Secondary outcomes will include Activity of Daily Living, clinical effective rate and the Visual Analogue Score. Two reviewers will independently conduct the Study selection and data extraction. Background:Previous studies have investigated the prognostic role of programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression in patients with neuroblastoma, while the results are still controversial. Therefore, we conducted a meta-analysis to clarify the relationship between the expression of PD-L1 and the prognosis of neuroblastoma.Methods:Search electronic databases include PubMed, Cochrane, Embase, Scopus and Web of Science, and the search time is set to build the database until January 2021. Hazard ratio (HR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) were used to analyze the included results. Background:Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common clinical arrhythmia and a major cause of morbidity and mortality in clinical practice. This study aims to determine the ranolazine for prevention and treatment of atrial fibrillation.Method:This study adheres to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis for Protocols. Chinese electronic Database (CBM, Wanfang, and CNKI) and international electronic databases (PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science) will be searched for all relevant published articles. We will apply no language or the year of publication restrictions. Study selection, data collection, and assessment of study bias will be conducted independently by a pair of independent reviewers. The Cochrane risk of bias (ROB) tool will be used for the risk of bias assessment. The quality of evidence will be evaluated by Grading of Recommendations Assessment Development and Evaluation (GRADE) system. Background:Owing to clinical developments and economic strain, perioperative care has undergone considerable changes. Therefore, it is important to review and critique the efficacy of existing practices in a context that is placing increasing emphasis on better efficacy and cost-containment. Considering that the objective involves devising approaches to minimize postoperative complications and reduce medical care, efforts should concentrate on postsurgical pulmonary complications that are common. The present analysis aims to examine how customized rehabilitation nursing intercession impacts the postsurgical restoration of respiratory functions in thoracic surgery patients.Methods:Prespecified search strategies will be employed to perform a methodological search of 6 databases namely EMBASE, Cochrane Library, PubMed, Web of Science, WanFang Database, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure. The analysis will comprise original publications that evaluated how personalized rehabilitation nursing intervention impacts postsurgical restoration of respiratory function in those who have undergone thoracic surgery. All considered publications are before December 25, 2021. Different authors will conduct an independent study selection process to evaluate the quality of the publications and extract required data. Based on the standardized mean difference and its 95% confidence interval, we estimate the summary effects for each meta-analyses. Based on heterogeneity in considered articles, the related data will be pooled through either a random- or fixed-effect meta-analysis. Background:Postoperative complications after abdominal surgery are high, and there is no reliable intervention program to prevent them. Some studies have pointed out that early postoperative activities have advantages in preventing the occurrence of complications, but lack of evidence-based basis. The purpose of this study is to systematically evaluate the effect of nursing intervention is guiding early postoperative activities on the rapid recovery of patients undergoing abdominal surgery.Methods:China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang, China Science and Technology Journal Database and Chinese Biomedical Database, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science and the Cochrane Library will be searched by computer, and a randomized controlled study is conducted on early participation in exercise programs after abdominal surgery from the establishment of the database to January 2021. The language is limited to English and Chinese. The quality of the included study is independently extracted and the literature quality is evaluated by 2 researchers, and the included literature is analyzed by Meta using RevMan5.3 software.Results:This study will evaluate the effect of nursing intervention is guiding early postoperative activities on the rapid rehabilitation of patients undergoing abdominal surgery through the indexes of postoperative quality of life score, the incidence of complications, mortality, length of stay and so on.Conclusion:This study will provide reliable evidence-based basis for establishing a reasonable and effective postoperative activity guidance program for patients undergoing abdominal surgery.Ethics and dissemination:Private information from individuals will not be published. Background:Lower extremity deep venous thrombosis (LEDVT) of lower extremities is one of the common clinical diseases. Lack of a timely treatment in the acute stage easily causes pulmonary embolism, thus seriously threatening patients’ life. Low-molecular-weight heparin (LMWH), as a new generation of heparin-based anticoagulant and antithrombotic drug, is now commonly used in the clinical treatment of acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis (ALEDVT). Relevant randomized controlled trials (RCTs) have reported the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Traditional Chinese medicine injection (TCMJ) combined with LMWH on ALDVT, although their conclusions remain controversial. In addition, the efficacy of various TCMJs has rarely been analyzed and compared. This study aims to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of TCMJ combined with LMWH on ALEDVT through a network meta-analysis.Methods:RCTs reporting TCMJ combined with LMWH and LMWH along for the treatment of ALEDVT published before November 2021 will be searched in online databases, including the Cochrane Library, Embase, PubMed, Web of Science, Wanfang, Chongqing VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, and Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure. Two investigators will be independently responsible for literature screening, data extraction, and quality evaluation according to Cochrane''s risk of bias assessment tool. Background:In clinical practices, postoperative fracture patients are often treated with analgesics. As one of the alternative therapies for nondrug analgesia, auricular point pressing has advantages of simple operation, easy to use, no injury and adverse reactions, and great potential for development. Background:Surgical treatment for cervical cancer, as a stressor, largely leads to strong psychological reactions to stress like anxiety and depression. Whether mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) can alleviate anxiety and depression in patients after cervical cancer surgery is controversial. Therefore, we aim to perform a meta-analysis involving randomized controlled trials analyzing the effect of MBSR on alleviating anxiety and depression in patients after cervical cancer surgery, thus providing evidence-based medical evidences for nonpharmacological interventions.Methods:Randomized controlled trials analyzing the effect of MBSR on alleviating anxiety and depression in patients after cervical cancer surgery will be searched in online databases, including Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials Repositories, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Chinese Science Citation Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Chinese Scientific Journal Database, and Wan Fang Data. After screening eligible studies, we will perform a meta-analysis on the effect of MBSR on alleviating anxiety and depression in patients after cervical cancer surgery.Results:The results of this meta-analysis will be submitted to a peer-reviewed journal for publication.Conclusion:This study will provide reliable evidence-based evidences for the effects of MBSR on alleviating anxiety and depression in patients after cervical cancer surgery.Ethics and dissemination:Ethical approval was not required for this study. Background:Development dysplasia of the hip (DDH) is a common childhood orthopedic disease in clinic. The cause of DDH is not yet clear. If DDH is not treated promptly or correctly, it will seriously affect the life quality of the child. At present, surgery is the main means of treating older DDH, but it is easy to appear development dysplasia of the hip after surgery, and the joint movement is limited after surgery. For modern medicine, it has not many treatments to solve this problem. As one of the commonly used treatment methods, but the effect of routine functional exercise is not ideal. Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing belongs to the category of Chinese medicine external treatment, which can directly act on the focus. It has the functions of relaxing muscles and tendons and removing obstruction from meridians, activating blood to eliminate stagnation. It has achieved good effects in relieving joint disorders, but it is lack of the high-quality evidence support, so there is controversy about the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing. This study will conduct a systematic review to compare the application effect and safety of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing as a complementary and alternative therapy and traditional rehabilitation training in the treatment of postoperative joint function recovery after development dysplasia of the hip in children. The research results will provide evidence-based medical evidence to support the choice of treatment for the disease.Methods:Using computer to retrieve PubMed, ScienceDirect, Web of Science, EMBase, Cochrane Library, WANFANG Database, CNKI, and VIP Database, CBM, and using the method of combining mesh words with item words to retrieve the Chinese and English databases, to retrieve the randomized controlled study on the application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on the recovery of joint function after development dysplasia of the hip in children. The retrieval time is from January 1990 to January 2021. Two researchers screen and evaluate the quality of the retrieved literatures according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. In the event of a disagreement, a third researcher will join the discussion to resolve the disagreement. Using Revman 5.3 software to conduct meta-analysis.Results:This study will compare the application effect and safety of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing as a complementary and alternative therapy and traditional rehabilitation training in the treatment of postoperative joint function recovery after development dysplasia of the hip in children.Conclusion:The results of this study will be published in an internationally influential academic journal to provide evidence-based medical evidence for the selection of supplement and alternative therapies on the recovery of joint function after development dysplasia of the hip in children.Ethics and dissemination:This study does not involve specific patients, and all research data comes from publicly available professional literature, so an ethics committee is not required to conduct an ethical review and approval of this study.OSF Registration:DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/RUHK5.  相似文献
