A new ceramide, (2S,2′R,3R,4E,8E)-N-2′-hydroxyoctadecanoyl-2-amino-9-methyl-4,8-heptadecadiene-1,3-diol (1), was isolated together with four known sterols, 5α,6α-epoxy-3β-hydroxy-(22E)-ergosta-8(14),22-dien-7-one (2), ergosterol peroxide (3), cerevisterol (4) and 9α-hydroxycerevisterol (5), from the fruiting bodies of Ramaria botrytis (Pers.) Ricken (Ramariaceae). The structure of the new compound was elucidated based on spectral data.  相似文献

A new kaempferol trioside [kaempferol 3-O-rutinoside 7-O-β-d-apiofuranoside, (1)] was isolated together with nine phenolic compounds, trans-tiliroside (2), caffeic acid (3), chlorogenic acid (4), 3-O-caffeoylquinic acid (5), 4-O-caffeoylquinic acid (6), 3-O-coumaroylquinic acid (7), 4-O-coumaroylquinic acid (8), 3,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid (9) and 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid (10) from the leaves of Solidago altissima L. The structure elucidations of the compounds were based on the analyses of spectroscopic data.  相似文献

Six sesquiterpene derivatives, 2,3-dihydro-7-methoxy-2S*, 3R*-dimethyl-2-[4,8-dimethyl-3(E),7-nonadienyl]furo[3,2-c]coumarin (1) and 2,3-dihydro-7-methoxy-2R*,3R*-dimethyl-2-[4,8-dimethyl-3(E),7-nonadienyl]furo[3,2-c]coumarin (2), nerolidol (3), 1-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3,7,11-trimethyl-3-ninyl-6(E),10-dodecadien-1-one (4), 1-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3,7-dimethyl-3-vinyl-8-(4-methyl-2-furyl)-6(E)-octen-1-one (5) and dshamirone (6) were isolated from an 80% aqueous methanol extract of the roots of Ferula fukanensis. The sesquiterpenoids inhibited nitric oxide (NO) production and inducible NO synthase gene expression by a murine macrophage-like cell line (RAW 264.7) [1], which was activated by lipopolysaccharide and recombinant mouse interferon-.  相似文献

A novel gallate of tannin, (−)-epigallocatechin-(2β→O→7′,4β→8′)-epicatechin-3′-O-gallate (8), together with (−)-epicatechin-3-O-gallate (4), (−)-epigallocatechin (5), (−)-epigallocatechin-3-O-gallate (6), and (+)-gallocatechin-(4α→8′)-epigallocatechin (7), were isolated from the tea plant Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Kuntze var. sinensis (cv., Yabukita). The structure of 8, including stereochemistry, was elucidated by spectroscopic methods and hydrolysis. The compounds, along with commercially available pyrogallol (1), (+)-catechin (2), and (−)-epicatechin (3), were examined for toxicity towards egg-bearing adults of Caenorhabditis elegans. The anthelmintic mebendazole (9) was used as a positive control. Neither 2 nor 3 were toxic but the other compounds were toxic in the descending order 8, 7 6, 9, 4, 5, 1. The LC50 (96 h) values of 8 and 9 were evaluated as 49 and 334 μmol L−1, respectively. These data show that many green tea polyphenols may be potential anthelmintics.  相似文献

Eleven compounds of interest were isolated from the aerial parts of Caryopteris incana, specifically a new acyl derivative (3) of 8-O-acetylharpagide, two new (3R)-oct-1-en-3-ol glycosides (5, 6), and 6-O-caffeoylphlinoside A (11) along with seven known compounds, 8-O-acetylharpagide (1), 6′-O-p-coumaroyl-8-O-acetylharpagide (2), (3R)-oct-1-en-3-ol (matsutake alcohol) O-α-l-arabinopyranosyl-(1″ → 6′)-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (4), apigenin 7-O-neohesperidinoside (7), 6′-O-caffeoylarbutin (8), and two phenylethanoids, leucosceptoside A (9) and phlinoside A (10). Eight iridoid glycosides and four phenolic compounds were isolated from the EtOAc soluble fraction of Veronica peregrina MeOH extract as the radical scavengers for antioxidant activity. The compounds were identified as protocatechuic acid (1), luteolin (2), veronicoside (3), minecoside (4), specioside (5), amphicoside (6), catalposide (7), 6-O-cis-p-coumaroyl catalpol (8), p-hydroxy benzoic acid methyl ester (9), verproside (10), verminoside (11), and chrysoeriol 7-glucuronide (12) by spectroscopic analysis. All compounds except for 1 and 2 were isolated for the first time from this plant. The antioxidant activity was evaluated by the ORAC(Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) assay, which measures scavenging activity against peroxy radicals induced by 2,2′-azobis (2-methoxypropion-amidine) dihydrochloride, and the ORAC value is expressed as relative trolox equivalent. Compounds 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 12 exhibited potent antioxidant activity, and compounds 1, 11 had similar activity with trolox, whereas the other compounds showed weaker activity than trolox.  相似文献

Two new stilbene derivatives, (E)-2′,3,3′-trihydroxy-5-methoxystilbene (1, Pholidotol C) and (Z)-3,3′-hydroxy-5-methoxystilbene (2, Pholidotol D), were isolated from the air-dried whole plant of Pholidota chinensis Lindl., together with eight known dihydrophenanthrene derivatives, lusianthridin (3), cannabidihydrophenanthrene (4), coelonin (5), hircinol (6), erianthridin (7), 4,5-dihydroxy-2-methoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene (8), eulophiol (9), and 2,4,7-trihydroxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene (10), and a benzoxepin derivative bulbophylol B (11). Their inhibitory effects on nitric oxide (NO) production activity and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazil radical-scavenging activity were examined. Among these compounds, 11 exhibited the most potent activity toward NO production inhibition activity and radical-scavenging activity; moreover, 11 reduced inducible nitric oxide synthase mRNA expression.  相似文献

Seven free-radical-scavenging phenolic compounds including five flavonoids, rutin (1), chrysoeriol 7-O-rutinoside (2), kaempferol 3-O-glucoside (3), chrysoeriol 7-O-glucoside (4) and naringenin (5), and two phenylethanoid glycosides, forsythoside B (6) and acteoside (7) were isolated from the methanol extract of the aerial parts of the Iranian medicinal plant Phlomis caucasica by reversed-phase preparative high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and the structures of these compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic means. The free-radical-scavenging properties of 17 were assessed by 2,2-diphenyl-1-picryl hydrazyl (DPPH) assay. Among these compounds, forsythoside B (6) and acteoside (7) were found to be the most potent antioxidants with the RC50 values of 4.97 and 4.27 μg/ml, respectively.  相似文献

Two new prenylated flavones, artocarpones A and B (1 and 2), and seven known isoprenylated flavonoids, artonin A (3), cycloheterophyllin (4), artoindonesianin E (5), artoindonesianin R (6), heterophyllin (7), heteroflavanone C (8), and artoindonesianin A-2 (9), have been isolated from the stem bark of Artocarpus champeden. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis. Among the compounds isolated, 8 had the most potent inhibitory activity against the growth of Plasmodium falciparum 3D7 clone, with an IC50 value of 1 nmol L−1.  相似文献

Ten compounds were isolated from the EtOAc soluble part of the MeOH extract of Saussureae Radix, with their effects on melanin production also evaluated in B-16 mouse melanoma cell lines stimulated with 3-isobutyl-1-methylxanthine (IBMX), an elevator of cellular cAMP. The compounds were identified as aplotaxene (1), 1β-hydroxy arbusculin A (2), costunolide (3), dehydrocostuslactone (4), 11β,13-dihydrocostunolide (5), reynosin (6), heptadec-(9Z)-enoic acid (7), β-sitosterol (8), linoleic acid methyl ester (9) and betulinic acid methyl ester (10). Compounds 2, 9 and 10 were identified from Saussureae Radix for the first time. Furthermore, compounds 2, 3 and 6 showed potent inhibitory effects on the IBMX-induced melanogenesis, in dose-dependent manners, with IC50 values of 11, 3 and 2.5 μg/mL, respectively. As a positive control, arbutin exhibited an IC50 value of 29 μg/mL.  相似文献

目的 研究三桠苦[Evodia lepta(Spreng.)Merr.]枝叶的化学成分,为三桠苦的进一步研究奠定物质基础。方法 对三桠苦无水乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取物采用硅胶柱层析分离纯化,得到单体化合物,经波谱分析鉴定其化合物结构。结果 从三桠苦乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到6个单体化合物,分别为异吴茱萸酮酚(化合物1)、异吴茱萸酮酚甲醚(化合物2)、3,5-二羟基-4-乙氧基-6-乙酰基-7-甲氧基-2,2-二甲基苯并二氢吡喃(化合物3)、(cis)-3,4,5-三羟基-6-乙酰基-7-甲氧基-2,2-二甲基色烷(化合物4)和(trans)-3,4-二羟基-5-甲氧基-6-乙酰基-7-甲氧基-2,2-二甲基色烷(化合物5)和对羟基苯甲酸丁酯(化合物6)。结论 化合物1~6均为首次从三桠苦植物的枝叶中分离得到。  相似文献

A new lignan, polystachyol (1), two lignan glycosides, lyoniside (2) and nudiposide (3), and a sterol, ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one (4), with stigmasterol, and oleic and linoleic acids, have been isolated from an MeOH extract of the dried bark of Aphanamixis polystachya. The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated by analysis of 1D and 2D NMR and mass spectroscopic data. The compounds did not have growth inhibitory activity against HeLa cells.  相似文献

A new Erythrina alkaloid, 10-hydroxy-11-oxoerysotrine (1), has been isolated from the flowers of Erythrina herbacea together with five known compounds: erytharbine (2), 10,11-dioxoerysotrine (3), erythrartine (4), erysotramidine (5) and erysotrine-N-oxide (6). The structure of the new compound was elucidated on the basis of its spectral data, including 2-D NMR and mass (MS) spectra. The new compound is a rare C-10 oxygenated Erythrina alkaloid. 目的 研究海绵Agelas sp.的化学成分。方法 运用乙醇提取、硅胶、Sephadex-LH20色谱柱、HPLC等多种方法进行分离和纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 分离得到9个化合物,经结构鉴定分别为4,5-二溴吡咯-2-甲酰胺(1)、4,5-二溴吡咯-2-甲酸(2)、4,5-二溴吡咯-2-甲酸甲酯(3)、N-(4,5-二溴-2-吡咯甲酰基)甘氨酸甲酯(4)、1-(4,5-二溴-2-吡咯甲酰胺基)丙酸甲酯(5)、1-(4,5-二溴-2-吡咯甲酰胺基)丙酸乙酯(6)、异吲哚-1,3-二酮(7)、2(3H)-苯并噻唑酮(8)和manzacidin C(9)。结论 化合物4~9为首次从该属海绵中分离得到,其中化合物4~6为新天然产物。  相似文献

Two new isoflavone glycosides, tectorigenin 7-O-β-d-glucopyranoside-4′-O-[β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1″″ → 6′′′)-β-d-glucopyranoside] (1) and iristectorigenin B 4′-O-[β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1′′′ → 6″)-β-d-glucopyranoside] (2), together with 11 known compounds, including six isoflavones, tectorigenin 7-O-β-d-glucopyranoside-4′-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (3), tectorigenin 4′-O-[β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1′′′ → 6″)-β-d-glucopyranoside] (4), tectorigenin 7-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (5), genistein 7-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (6), tectorigenin 4′-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (7), and tectorigenin (8); two phenolic acid glycosides, vanillic acid 4-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (9) and glucosyringic acid (10); a phenylpropanoid glycoside, E-coniferin (11); an auronol derivative, maesopsin 6-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (12); and a pyrrole derivative, 4-(2-formyl-5-hydroxymethylpyrrol-1-yl) butyric acid (13), were isolated from fresh Iris spuria (Calizona) rhizomes. The structures of these compounds were established on the basis of spectroscopic and chemical evidence. Inhibitory effects on the activation of Epstein–Barr virus early antigen were examined for compounds 18 and 12.  相似文献

Bioassay-guided fractionation of the MeOH extract of Thuja orientalis fruits using a DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) assay led to the isolation of 9 flavonoids: cupressuflavone (1), amentoflavone (2), robustaflavone (3), afzelin (4), (+)-catechin (5), quercitrin (6), hypolaetin 7-O-β-xylopyranoside (7), isoquercitrin (8) and myricitrin (9). Their chemical structures were determined by spectroscopic analyses. The free radical scavenging and human neutrophil elastase (HNE) inhibitory activities were evaluated for the isolated compounds. By DPPH scavenging assay, compounds 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 showed anti-oxidant activities with IC50 values of 28.66, 31.19, 18.30, 26.63 and 15.10 μM, respectively. By ABTS [2,2′-azinobis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) diammonium salt] scavenging assay, these compounds also exhibited potent anti-oxidant activities with IC50 values of 6.77, 13.96, 6.97, 22.79 and 9.96 μM, respectively. Of note, compounds 1, 2 and 3 showed significant HNE inhibitory activities with IC50 values of 8.09, 1.27 and 1.33 μM, respectively.  相似文献
